It was six months after Naruto left the village. It seemed that Tsunade was her normal after he left. After Naruto leaving the village and Ino and Sakura separating from the teams, a new team shaped by Hinata, Shino and Shikamaru. Their proficiency changed to infiltration and information gathering and they were the only team capable of it. So, they were busy with several missions they had. Because of these missions they became more experienced but this didn't stop them if Naruto was here and help them how much progress they would make.

Kurenai was thinking about Anko. After Naruto leaved and team changes, Anko was sadistic, with no happiness in her life. She was self centered and didn't enjoy being with others. There was only one hope for saving her, to have Naruto before she lose humanity.

'maybe I should speak with Hokage about her. But what can I say? I'm afraid if I say something to her she make Anko off of duty and this will make her condition worse. Where are you Naruto?'

Sasuke was fuming around. It was about a year from his departure from Konoha in hope to get training from Orochimaru, and what happened? He is dead now. From then, he had only Kabuto and the scrolls left from the snake. Well, at least he had snake contract now. But that was enough for his purpose. Kabuto was training him on medical jutsus but what was their usage in battle? Nothing. The scrolls left from the snake had some nice jutsus, but they were not so powerful. The only powerful ones were for his secret jutsu, cheating death.

'what should I do? There is nothing here for me anymore. Can I go back to Konoha? Will they arrest me? Nah. I have council on my back. They will help me. They will save me. And there is no sandaime anymore. Yah, I'll be going back soon.'

Tsunade was happy. The fool bastard was gone and she had money to pay back all her debts. Now if she had last Uchiha to her side. The problem was that she didn't know where to look for poor boy. She new after Orochimaru's death there was nothing for Sasuke to be in sound village, if there was any village more.

'maybe he is afraid of coming back. Well if he comes back there would be a period of time that some will not trust him. But that's all. I'm sure council will be glad to see him in the village same as me.'

Naruto and Jiraiya were on their way to lightning village. According to the scroll there was another jinchuriki in the village.

"ero-sannin, do you think we can negotiate with this one? The scroll says that he is Raikage's brother. There is no way I can convince him to come with me."

"maybe. But after knowing about Akatsuki, I hope Raikage will be glad to let him be with us to save him. And if he know that you will separate from the village, this will help. After all, having alliance with one of big shinobi countries when you are developing one will help."

"yah. When we'll meet them?"

"we'll be in village at night. We'll go to visit him at morning. But let me speak when we are there. You have no experience in politics."

Next morning they entered the Raikage's office. The secretary went in with fear telling that two shinobi from leaf want to see him.

'hmm, I'm surprised if the old hag want to make alliance with me. We don't need any help from them so, what does she have in her sleeve?'

"tell them to come in."

After a minute Jiraiya entered following by Naruto.

"oh if it isn't the mighty Jiraiya, the toad sannin."

"hello Raikage. Long time not seen."

"yah. Actually last time I saw you it was in the middle of a fight. What made you think that I'll appreciate you now?"

"this gaki convinced me to come here and speak with you."

"and about what?"

"I have some information concerning your jinchuriki."

"what are you speaking of?"

"come on Raikage sama, we know that your brother has a bijuu sealed in himself. You don't need to afraid. I'm a jinchuriki of nine tail bijuu." Said Naruto trying to gain his trust.

"hehe this is new. Now what is the problem?"

"well, there is a secret organization hunting for bijuu. I don't know what they have in mind to do with them but there is one thing for sure. Sooner or later they will come after your brother."

"I think he can save himself."

"I'm afraid not. The members of this organization are all S ranked and among them we have Uchiha Itachi. It's shame for Konoha but he is a shinobi type that you must not forget."

"and what Hokage has in mind?"

"THAT OLD HAG HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH THIS MEETING OK?" yelled Naruto losing control remembering Tsunade.

"what do you mean brat?"

"well, if you let me explain."

"go on kid."

And Naruto started to tell Raikage about his life from start. Telling him about villagers and sandaime, continuing with fighting with Orochimaru and Sasuke's betrayal and later on, Tsunade.

"now, as you see, there is nothing in Konoha for me. So I planned to separate from there and find a new place for myself to start a new shinobi village. I'm on a trip for finding all the jinchuriki and negotiate with them. In the same time I'm looking for a place that can be used as a new shinobi village."

"well, that's a brilliant idea. Now what does this idea has to do with me or my brother?"

"first of all, you can send your brother with me after I developed the village as ambassador. Second, I need your alliance with my village when I developed it."

"and why do you suggest my brother. I can send anyone else."

"think about it. If Akatsuki attack one of the jinchuriki there would be others helping the target and they will have hell to pay fighting with more than one bijuu container at the same time."

"you are wise kid. I like you. Well, you have my alliance and when time comes we'll look forward for sending my brother."

"thanks Raikage sama. I can't ask for more."

"you're welcome kid."

Jiraiya couldn't believe this. Naruto had nothing to do with politics and now he convinced Raikage to their terms.

"gaki I think I underestimated you. I'm sorry."

"no problem ero-sannin. Now that we have Raikage on our side we need to go for our next and last destination. But I have some problem."

"and what is that gaki?"

"all the times we are traveling in shinobi countries."

"and what's bad about it?"

"first, Tsunade can track us if she wants, same goes for Akatsuki, and second, I need to find a place for my own village. We can't use other shinobi countries for my own purpose. I'm nor Orochimaru."

"you're right gaki. Well, our next destination is mist village. After that we can go and look for new places. By the way I forgot to tell you that godaime mizukage is a woman. She is young one and very attractive one but be aware about her short temper."

"for kami, are all godaime kages women with short tempers?"

"well, she is not as bad as Tsunade but you need to be careful about her."

"I have news foxy."

'what is that?'

"I finished the genetic map. Now you can have a whole new dojutsu."

Naruto stopped and was shocked. Jiraiya didn't know what happened and was afraid.

"is there any problem boy?"

"we need to change our plans ero-sannin."

"and why is that?"

"I can't tell you now. But for now, we need to find a well secured place far away from other people. We may need to be there more than one or two months and we'll not leave there."

"come on gaki, why should we do this?"

"I can say you this. I had some planes with kyu-chan and she finished the first step. Now we need a secure place for letting me use her chakra. I don't want to be sensed by other people."

"I see. Well, we need to go to wild world. There is some waterfalls and forests some days away on south west."

"let's go then."

Ten days later they were in a dense forest near a water fall and a nice river. The good thing about the place was a cave behind the waterfall.

"here we are. Now what gaki?"

"tell him to leave you for a month. You won't need food or water supply. Tell him to go for his research and come back here one month from today."

"hmm, ero-sannin, kyu-chan says that you should not be here. It's dangerous and I can lose control and harm you. She says that I'll be ok and I don't need food and I don't have problem about water supply. So you can go and do your research and come back one month from today."

"are you sure gaki? Can you trust this demon?"

This process will be painful as hell and will take a week. I'll crash your bones and reshape and heal them several times. I'll develop some muscular mass. And I'll remove those damn whisker marks from your face. So you can remove that mask. The second phase will start after that. In this phase I'll start changing your genetic map on all cells in your body and will infuse the genetic map we developed for your dojutsu. In the same time I'll add another genetic map that will make your body aging procedure to be slow. But this thing needs to make you four ages older than what you are now. In other words, you'll lose four years of your life in a jump development of physical and mental development to adjust to new genetic maps I infuse in you and for balancing things, I'll add the slow age genetic maps in you. You won't live for millennia but you can live for two hundred years at least and you won't lose your sharpness in old ages. So you won't become another old sandaime that loosed his ground even when he was professor due to lake of physical sharpness."

'wow, that's a hell of procedure. Now will it be finished in month time?'

"yah. By the way I'll add a little genetic map, this one will make your brain processing something deferent from other humans."

'what do you mean?'

"well, all the humans are using less than 30 percent of their brain capacity. This genetic map will let you use more, something around 50 percent with no problem. So you can process double information compared to other humans."

'so in other words, I'll have multiple bloodlines, fast healing, dojutsu, brain processing, and slow aging?'

"yah. But most amazing one will be your dojutsu."

'what is the power for this dojutsu?'

"well, as we spoke, it's a combination of byakugan and sharingan to some extent. It has the tree tomoe abilities of sharingan meaning that you can copy jutsus and see things in slow motion. There will be no mangekyu but, I added part of my clan's genetic map. This part will give you power to cast the most powerful genjetsus and give you complete resistance to normal genjetsus. The second part of the dojutsu is byakugan part. This part will give you the power to see 360, and see long distances, and seeing the tenketsu. By the way if you didn't know the real byakugan has a blind spot behind the neck. I removed this and you'll have a perfect 360 view with no blind spot. There is another thing that you must know."

'what?'

"did you hear about rinnegan?"

'nop'

"well that is the last dojutsu remained. The owner can use corpses and transfer chakra to them, then he can see from different angles in the same time."

'wow'

"well, with your kage bunshins, you can have it with your dojutsu to some extent. You just need to have chakra connection to all your kage bunshins in the same time after creating them and using this chakra connection you can transfer information with them, now with your new dojutsu, you can transfer visual information. In other words, you can have something like rinnegan except using corpses."

'that's amazing kyu-chan.'

"well, enough of theory information class, shall we start?"
