What is Ichigo's reality?

Rangiku and Gin have closeted thoughts towards each other after the war. Gin has been punished and banished to the human realm and believes he doesn't deserve Rangiku. Rangiku meanwhile wants more from Gin despite being taken herself. Rated M for lemon and sexual content, cheating warning, adult language too.

"What is a heart?" Those words kept ringing in her mind. She realized on that fateful day a year ago; she didn't regret it. She didn't regret getting kidnapped. She didn't regret gazing into those cold green eyes that were so full of emotion in those last moments. Her, Orihime Inoue, did not regret meeting Ulquiorra Cifer. She was willing to try to earn him a second chance.

After winning the TYBW, Ichigo is run over by the cleaner while visiting Soul Society. Sent back over 200 years his trip through time has reduced him to a plus state. Ichigo has to avoid Central 46 learning he has hollow reiatsu all while regaining his strength before Aizen and Juha Bach stop hiding in the shadows. Training under Yoruichi has become more important than ever.

Aizen has finally been defeated, but at what cost? Left as one of the few survivors of a devastating war, Ichigo is unexpectedly granted a second chance to rewrite the past and save his loved ones. Faced with his younger self and forced to assume a new identity, will he be able to find his place in this past - new - world, reconnect with familiar faces and shape a brighter future?

Over the next few hours, Byakuya worked tirelessly to save Rukia's life. He was incredibly grateful for all the years that they had spent together, and he knew that he could not imagine a life without her.

One evening, after a long day at work, Rukia and Byakuya were sitting in their favorite coffee shop. Rukia was sipping on a latte, while Byakuya was reading a medical journal. Suddenly, Rukia put down her cup and looked at Byakuya. "I want to tell you something," she said. Byakuya looked up from his journal and put it down. "What is it?" he asked.

A young man was brought into the emergency room with a severe fracture in his leg. Rukia was the first doctor to see him, and she quickly realized that this was going to be a complex case that required the expertise of a specialist.

Rukia Kuchiki and Byakuya worked together in the emergency department of a busy hospital. They had been colleagues for several years, and although they respected each other's abilities as doctors, there had never been anything romantic between them.

"Call 911," Rukia instructed the woman. "And stay with me, we need to make sure he doesn't hurt himself." (note: I am truly fascinated about french language because they somehow sound romantic. Sorry for any grammar mistake)

One day, she received an invitation to attend a Red Cross burn care tutorial. She eagerly accepted, excited to learn more about this important topic.

Rukia Kuchiki and Byakuya met in a rather unusual circumstance. Byakuya was volunteering at a local charity event when Rukia arrived as a nurse, to provide first aid to any injuries that might occur. Rukia was amazed at how well organized the event was, and how seriously Byakuya took his volunteer work.

From that moment on, Rukia knew that Byakuya was the person she could always count on in an emergency. She found herself drawn to his quiet strength and his unwavering commitment to helping others. P/n: I just freaking love these series

During one of the practical exercises, Rukia was partnered with Byakuya. They were tasked with practicing the chest compressions on a mannequin while the instructor observed.
