Hugo started being a bit calmer and Cierea had no longer got tooth ache but Paul had been on night shifts again and the kids were back to normal so there was no reason for jess to go round there every night but she enjoyed going round playing with Hugo and between him and matt they were the only not annoying men in her life.
Matt and Abby had forced jess on a night out with the team and Georgia. She reluctantly went knowing Becker and Connor seemed worried that she had fallen out with them. The real reason was Georgia had warned jess to back off even though she was never going to do anything or act on her feelings Georgia seemed to have the need to make it clear that if jess came near him she would die.
But matt had other plans he forced jess between him and Becker on the bar booth.
"Right my round what does everyone want?" asked Georgia in a fake accent. Connor and Abby asked for a vodka and coke matt a larger and Becker asked for a larger. Jess decided if she was going to survive the night she was going to have to have cider and lay of the coke.
"A cider please Georgia" said jess
"Cider? Like a man's drink is it not?" asked Georgia clearly trying to show jess up.
"Dunno I like it so it can be a dog's drink for all I care it is nice said jess. Jess phone rang.
"Jess is it you?" asked a voice.
"No I have just got jess's phone obviously it is me Paul" said jess she got nearly all of the tables attention.
"Can you baby sit for us I mean we have just taken Hugo to the hospital?" asked Paul
"Oh my god what is wrong with Hugo?" asked jess standing up.
"We think he has broken a rib well we know he has" explained Paul.
"Yeah of course put him on if you can" said jess
"Auntie Jessie rawwwwwww" said Hugo with tears in his voice.
"Hugo let mammy take you to the hospital okay brave dinosaurs go to hospitals as well" said jess.
"No brave people don't go to the doctors dinosaurs are brave so me not going" said Hugo.
"Brave people go to the hospital all the time please Hugo let Mam take you please" said jess.
"NOOOOO RAWWW OW" said Hugo matt held his hand out and jess dropped the phone into it.
"Hello Hugo go see the doctor I am brave and I see the doctor all the time even dinosaurs see the doctor" said matt.
"Okay but tell Auntie Jessie to come round soon because mummy is very angry and sad" said Hugo.
"Will do bye Hugo here I will put Auntie Jessie on for you bye" said matt.
"Hugo yes good boy by love you too bye, Becca calm down he is two what more harm can he do, I will be round soon Becca, I love Becca as well Hugo, yes Hugo I love Becca I am not arguing with you till you see a doctor okay Paul I am on my way" said jess snapping the phone shut.
"Leaving already do you hate us all or something" said Georgia trying to cause more trouble.
"I have to leave my nephew has broken a rib they think and I need to baby sit Cierea" explained Jess.
"Well could not someone else do it" said Georgia.
"There is no one else I am all Becca has left apart from dad but he is too old to look after Cierea" smiled jess before leaving.
Hugo had only fractured a rib and was running around jess's apartment. There was a knock on the door. Connor went to answer it.
"RAWWWWWWWW HUNGRY HUNGRY RAWWWWW" said Hugo trying to bit jess.
"You know Hugo have you considered trying to be a veggie dinosaur" said jess.
"RAWWW I am A Hugo-Rex I only eat aunty jess and momma and daddy" said Hugo running into the room Connor had just gone into.
"Cierea wanna play princesses" said jess picking Cierea up.
"Um jess can I have a word" asked Becker who stood in the door way.
"Yeah sure, Abby can you keep an eye on Cierea!" said jess.
"Why not me" said Connor.
"Hmm I dunno why let me think." said jess.
"So what do you want to talk about?" said jess sitting down on the sofa.
"Well, Matt said the other night after being battered that you don't hang round with us anymore because you like me and stuff" said Becker.
"He is just lying I love you guys and I don't hate you I just started spending time with my sister again and Hugo and Cierea" said jess.
"Do you like me and tell the truth I know if you're lying jess so tell the truth do you like me?" asked Becker. Jess just looked down Becker had got his answer.
"Okay" said Becker standing up. Hugo came running into the room.
"Hilary Hilary the dinosaur" said Hugo holding a dinosaur.
"Why did you call it Hilary?" asked Becker looking at jess.
"Matt and I watched a dinosaur DVDVD and the dinosaur were called Hilary and so is my dinosaur" said Hugo holding up a pink brontosaur dinosaur teddy.
"Mammy said Hilary was a boy's name but dad says it can be a girl's name is that true" said Hugo. Becker nodded.
Over the next few days Becker blanked jess completely. Jess was walking to the local deli for a sandwich at dinner time. When she meet Georgia,
"I have told you once and I will tell you again keep away from Hilary, after what matt said I don't think I can even look at you the little kid who fancy someone way out of their league bitch and after I heard he went round to yours well you will pay understood" said Georgia before walking out the deli.
"Ma'am can I help you ma'am" said a man.
"Um sorry no" said jess almost in tears. She rushed out of the shop and ran down to the local river where she went for walks with her Mam before she died. She sat on the bank and cried her eyes out no one had been that mean before. Someone touched her shoulder. It was Rebecca.
"Hey what is the matter?" she asked sitting down next to jess. Jess wiped her tears away.
"Nothing I am okay" said jess.
" Jessica you are on this bank of all the place the place we last saw Mam you are crying and your forgetting I pretty much raised you with dad I know when something is wrong" said Rebecca.
"Georgia... Becker... my life can't get any worse and now me dumping my problems on to you" said Jess throwing sobs.
"Hey calm down if he is making you do this he is not worth it." said Rebecca.
"Rich coming from you... you and Paul argued and broke up ten time before you finally stayed together" said jess laughing.
"Yeah well just remember if he is causing this much trouble and if Georgia is treating you this way blank them" said Rebecca.
"Wow I can believe it will be fifteen years soon since Mam died I don't think I have been down her along before" said jess. Rebecca put an arm around her and they cried until jess had to go back to work. Rebecca was right blank them if they were going to be this mean. Any way Becker is already blanking her so it settled.
