Two girls now 15 years old. They were finally healed after the pain of their childhood. But then again, who said that they were fully healed?
Fine's POV
"Fine, wait up!" I stopped for Bright to catch up with me. "Sorry to stop you on your way to class. I just wanted to talk to you for a little bit."
I forced a smile and said in a false cheery voice," Oh good, cause I needed to tell you something."
"Look Fine, I'm sorry about before, I'm not faking it, I am really truly sorry about what I did to you in the past."
He just had to bring up that topic, but I needed to get onto that subject anyways. "It's fine. I'm completely over it. However, that day you made it so I couldn't stand for a long time. If you hurt Rein in any way, I will make it so that you don't stand literally. I'm sorry, but I've got to get to class now, or I'll be late."
"You're completely different than how you were before, the way you act and talk, those shoes, and you're just acting colder to me. "
"I see nothing wrong with my shoes and the way I act is because I've been at this academy learning about how I'm suppose to behave." Besides, my shoes are only 10 inch pin heels. It's not that high.
"Am I the reason why you're like this now?"
"Yes, you are," I said as I turned around and walked away. Then I said before I got too far away, "Anyways, you should get back to Rein since she's your guide. You both have a free period now, so you should ask her to guide you around the school."
I never wanted something like this to happen. Why did the Headmistress have to decide now to have an exchange with a boys school? After I quickly changed into my PE uniform, I headed out to the soccer field. Maybe I could at least play some soccer to get my mind off it. I noticed something when I got to the field, there weren't any girls. Now what's going on?
"Fine, you're in the more advanced PE class and many of the boys qualified for it. Most of the other girls are going to be studying with the boys that don't have as much physical ability as the others," Headmistress explained as she was walking past me. "Don't worry, Kaori is studying with you as well, so you won't be the only girl."
Well, maybe this won't be so bad. I always have to go easy because all the other girls aren't as good in sports. I might be able to go all out. "So you're in this class?"
Shade. "Yes, I am."
"Are you sure that you don't want to ask your Headmistress to put you with all the other girls? Most of these boys are pretty good at sports, so it might be a little hard for you." I know that he's only trying to be nice, I get that. But it's really hard for me not to get mad right now, because I have always been good at sports and I can probably beat a least half of these boys.
I unwilling put on a smile and said,"If I find that class is hard for me today, then I'll ask Sensei later to change the class. Thank you for your concern through."
"Fine! You're here already?"
I turned my head in the direction of where the voice was coming from. "Kaori! Where were you?"
"I got confused between which class I'm suppose to be in. Anyways, are you ready to play soccer today?" Since she's the captain of the soccer team here, it's really obvious that she would be happy about this. Then again so am I! Soccer's one of my favorite sports.
"Yep! I can't wait to start playing. Want to start practicing a little on passing the ball?"
"Sounds good, but I want to see you score a goal in first, and if you don't make it you'll be on the soccer team."
"So you still remember that? How long are you going to try to get me to join?"
"Until you join. I want a challenge."
"Then," I said as I kicked the ball up in the air. "Ask one of the," I stop talking to kick the ball in mid air and is quickly sped though the air and hit the goal box. "Boys if they'll join. I'm sure that you can find one who match your skill."
"Still haven't missed. Even through it's been a while since you've played you're still good."
"It's about the 192nd time isn't it? I'm sorry, but I'm still not going to join the soccer club, if you can tell that to all the other sports club captains that would be nice. Now, let's go ask the other boys if they'll go against us." I started to get a weird feeling, like the kind when you think that someone was watching your every movement.
"Fine, I stop asking for today. I know! let's go up against our partners! Shade or whatever his name is looks like he's good at sports and Tori is my old friend who's good at soccer."
"Sounds interesting, let's do it." Even through I don't really want to play a game with him, but who knows, it might actually be interesting. Then I finally realized that there were people staring at me. I wonder why? Couldn't be that kick, it was slower than usual.
"Are you human?"
I turned to see Shade. "Good timing, wanna play a game against me and my friend? She's going to get her partner to play with us."
"Sure."
"Now it won't be boring like how it normally is. Thanks," I said as I smiled. A boy might be able to beat me at soccer right? I saw that Shade's bangs were covering his face. What's up with that?
Rein's POV
"And that's the sports field, while over there's the gym," I explained as we walked by the buildings. That should be good. We've covered just about everything that he needs to know about where everything is in this school and I can stop being around him now.
"Thank you for the tour. It was extremely helpful."
"It's no problem at all. We should get you used to this school as soon as possible." I really don't want to be around the person that broke my sister's heart, who's also friends with the person that broke my heart. "So, do you have any questions? It must be confusing to suddenly have a school exchange when you've only been used to one campus."
"It is a little, but since you're helping it's a bit easier. You're quite helpful," he said smiling. I could feel my cheeks getting a little warmer. Why am I feeling so embarrassed all of a sudden? It's just like when I was with Shade. Someone please tell me that this is my imagination. I am not and will not fall for this guy... no matter how much I like his kind eyes and smile.
