Moon: I'm still apologizing for last week, so I made this chapter longer. Thanks for the support from everyone, it really means a lot. ^0^
Moon's POV
"Hm, It's almost time again," I said out loud, to Kureson-san who was giving water to the roses. "Kureson-san, do I absolutely, have to go there no matter what, myself?" I refuse to ever go there again.
"I don't think that you have to go, but wouldn't it be more professional that you yourself go? You normally do these things yourself anyways and you normally have fun while doing it, what's the problem with Dream Star? It's your home, shouldn't you be happy about this?"
"No, I'm not happy at all, because it is my niece, my sister's love and joy. The same sister who betrayed me in the most terrible way possible." Unfortunately all the teachers are on break as well, so no one's really here that can do it for me. I took a really deep breath. "Guess there's no choice. Kureson-san, thank you for listening to me as always."
"Ever since you went here to school yourself, you've always came to talk to me. It was my pleasure. Be careful and if you actually make up with your sister this time that will be good as well," he said now cutting the weeds. That will be impossible, because she refuses to speak to me without someone else in the room. I soon departure by just transporting herself.
Explanation Time! Dream Star is ruled by only one family. It looks like a cloud world but it's more stable than a cloud. It is built out of the dreams of everyone in the universe both good and bad. It is also where everyone's memories are and there are gardeners to trim out all of the nightmares. End of Discussion!
And I'm here again. I looked at the huge castle that was literally floating on clouds. A beautiful cream colored castle with vines and roses on it. My old home. Well here goes nothing. I walked to one of the guards. "I request an audience with the King and Queen. Are they here right now?"
"No one is allowed unless they are authorized."
"I'm the Headmistress of Crystal Academy, I wish to talk about the princess that will be able to enter school soon," I told him as I handed him my card. Why doesn't these procedures change? Is it that hard to just let someone in? I mean there's guards all around it's not like I could do anything! Then again...
"How do I know this is fake?"
This little... "Let me talk with my sister and her husband. Their names are Twilight and Vincent, their daughter's name is Rosalinda, and-"
"Those are facts that anyone could know." Why is security so tight in this planet? "Now leave." I swear I'm going have to climb this wall if they keep saying that.
"That's enough," a more feminine voice said. I looked behind the guard to see a girl with long sky blue hair and calm eyes of silver. "Please stop this. If my little sister wishes to speak to me then I won't deny her that right, since it has been a while since I last saw her."
"My apologies. I didn't know that you two were sisters. Please forgive me." He believes my sister, but not me? Then again, that's normal. No one believes me.
"It's quite alright. Now, Moon please follow me so we can discuss what you came here for." I looked at her outstretched hand and hesitated, but the sooner I get done with this, the sooner I can leave, so I grabbed it. As she lead me throughout the halls she was talking. "I'm really happy that Rosalinda is able to go to your school, she is excited to finally meet you after all this time."
"I see. Who is her tutor? I would like to know her level of education so that she is able to be in appropriate classes for her first year and of course she is the one who chooses what classes she wishes to have-"
"What else have you come here for?"
"Excuse me?" Did she assume that I was here to beg for her to accept me as a sister or something?
"No it's something we can talk about. Please take a seat. They're already there."
I slowly walked into a family room with fancy couches and windows all around with curtains.I reminded me of when I was younger and came here to have tea with Mother and Father. Vincent was already there and noticed me. "Moon, it's good to see you again. How many years had it been?"
"10," I simply said as I sat down in a couch. Yes, when I was 5, I was forced to be a Headmistress of a school, but I actually liked it, so I never looked back. "Where is Rosalinda?"
"She'll be down in a minute. She really wants to see her aunt for first time." I just nodded at him, not saying anything. "So, how have you been? Is it hard being the Headmistress of a school when you're so young?"
"You get used to it." I have a terrible feeling in my stomach now. When can this be over? Then I decided to ask him a question so I wouldn't have to talk for a while. "How's it going to for to be a King now?" I zoned out on his explanation of everything until the moment where I heard small footsteps quickly getting closer.
"Mother, Father, I'm sorry that I'm late. There was something amazing that I had to see." I turned around to see a little girl that had blue hair and at the ends they were a very pale silver. Her eyes were a dark gray. Weird, Vincent has a pale yellow color in his hair and blue eyes. She kind of looks like Twilight, but at the same time she doesn't. Then our eyes met and she said, "Are you my aunt?"
"Yes, I am. Have a seat so I can explain everything to you." She is a girl that is forced to be an obedient princess, she likes to have fun and get out of here. I'll have to remember that. "Anyways, you are at the age where you are allowed to go to school, it's not that early nor is it too late. When I find out from your tutor what classes you have taken and passed, I will make sure that you don't have to repeat if you don't want to."
"Oh, here are her records," Vincent said as he handed them to me. "She's good at everything that she does and is happy to learn. She's already taken a manners class, math, science, and just about everything else that she needs to become a perfect Queen."
"I see." Only cause you forced her to. "Here is a list of classes that she can take. This is completely her decision come a week before the new semester starts and we can find out where you want to be and where you need to be. One thing that you need to know is that at Crystal Academy we also have you to take a graduating test for everyone no matter what year they're in, so that way-"
"I think that you should say something else to her first. About your little project," my dearest sister said.
"Right now there is an exchange with all boys school and if it goes well we'll become a mixed school, so you might see some boys when you get in," I explained.
"That sounds interesting. It's a good idea in to know how to communicate with boys. Are there any clubs available?"
"Many that you can join. From cooking to most of the sports, but it's not anything competitive, just for fun. Anyways, as I was saying, if you happen to pass the test then you are free to leave at any time, but if you don't get your position as a Queen in about 5 years then you have to take it again. It's not like it's easier-"
"I think that we've heard enough. We'll get back to you on if she's entering the school or not," Vincent said. Was it because I wasn't paying attention to what he was saying?
"Fine then," I said as I stood up. "However, I will be hearing from Rosalinda, not the two of you."
"What are you-?"
Now it's my turn to interupt. "It's her life, not yours. Let her do what she wants once in a while. By the way," I said turning my attention to my niece. "Choose a hand." She pick my right. I slowly turned it to reveal a piece of candy. "When you feel like giving up, take a deep breath, and eat something sweet. I'm sure you'll feel better."
She took it and smiled at me. Now that's a true smile. Then I transported. Time to go check on the two little boys. I went to the Sunny Kingdom to see if they were doing what they're suppose to be doing. Then I saw gloomy auras all around. What did they do this time? I randomly walked around until I found them."What did you two do to them this time?"
""H-headmistress!"
I glared at them then Bright said, "We somehow made them end up fighting and now they're not talking to each other."REALLY?DOES SOMEONE WANT MY LIFE TO BE MORE COMPLICATED? I hit them both on the tops of their heads. They've only been out for a week and this happens.
"You had to hit us that hard?"
"Yes! I'm only going to help you this one time, but it can't be until after break. Try to lessen the pain as much as you can." I swear I'm going to murder them. I somehow manged to transport myself back to the school. Today I used up too much power. Must. Sleep.
Normal POV
Since that day where they had their first argument, they haven't spoken to each other and they barely even looked at each other. All their friends didn't know what to do, or how to deal with it. Their parents and Camelot had no idea at all how to deal with this. They all knew was a fight between twins wouldn't be easily settled. The remaining day of summer pasted with uneasiness, and everyone was left to wonder: When is this fight going to end? Soon, it was time to get back to school again. The train ride back was filled with a tense silence between everyone. The twins were at different ends of the train still refusing to even look at each other.
Lione had decided to try to talk to Fine. "Fine, I'm sure if you and Rein just talk things out then-"
"There's not anything to talk about," she said forcing out a smile and a cheery voice. Unfortunately the results were the same when they tried to talk to Rein about making up. Eventually after what felt like a long time, they finally came to the train station. They had all soon parted to their separate dorms and Fine and Rein still refused to look at each other as they unpacked.
"Mysterious, mysterious, really mysterious." Chiffon said as soon as she caught sight of the atmosphere. "What's wrong with the two of you? You were really happy to be going to summer last time I saw you. Ah! Could it be that you want a longer summer? There's a say by the great-"
Altezza was conveniently walking by and when she heard what was going on, she immediately pulled Chiffon out of the room. After explaining everything to Chiffon, she asked, "What do you think that we should do? If it keeps going on like this then their relationship might be destroyed."
"It's okay," Chiffon said simply. "Those two will definitely make up. I'm 97.4 % sure about that."
"That's not a good thing! What about the 2% where they might not make up?"
"That's wrong, Altezza it's a 2.6% chance. I believe that they will. It'll just take time."
Believing in Chiffon's words, she didn't say anything else on the subject. However the next day, their attitudes remained the same. Nothing had improved at all, but then came dance class. "Okay, everyone get into your parings. Today we'll be reviewing for what we were doing before summer. So- what's going on?" There was a cabinet mysteriously shaking. "Noche, will you please open that and release whatever's inside?"
"But, but...," he was shaking, hoping that someone else would volunteer. No one else wanted to volunteer though.
"Please hurry or else we can't start class," Ruby-sensei said hoping that Noche would just do it. After all the Headmistress wanted him to get some more confidence and made her and all the other teachers help.
"Okay." Noche took a deep breath. 'Maybe Fine might think that I'm brave this way', he foolishly thought as his hand started to tremble towards the closed doors. Right when he was about to open the doors, the doors were kicked open, a black boot was now visible, and Noche fell down.
"Good job Noche! You're starting to get braver, this is progress!" Then she saw him shivering in the corner. "Never mind. I'll have to do things like this more often. We have to find out a way to cure you, so that you can be more confident!" Then she started to mutter to herself about new confidence plans for Noche.
"Um... Headmistress?" Ruby-sensei hesitantly said.
"What? I was sleepy yesterday and just slept somewhere. I have no idea how I got in there," she answered bluntly
"Headmistress, please... go back to work," she said choosing her words as carefully as she could, to not anger her.
She started to slowly walk toward the young she quickly got out of the cabinet and handed Ruby-sensei a basket of goodies. "Here you go, Ruby-sensei for all your hard work. Don't worry there's no poison in it, it tastes really good since Milky gave me the recipes, and you can't give it back."
Then she pulled out the card and read it. After she said, "Headmistress... this is..." What's written: By accepting this basket, you agree to not interfere with what I am doing and not question it either.
"Well, you would disagree with what I'm doing." She then started talking in a light hearted tone as she walked towards the twins. "Now then! Fine, Rein. It's time for you two to have a sleep."
Before they could say anything, Moon put candy in each of their mouths and they fell to the ground. As she picked them up, Ruby-sensei was asking," What did you do to them?"
"They need to have a talk with me for today, they have received demerits from March and some of the teachers. I wonder why they were misbehaving so much...," she wondered, glaring at Shade and Bright. They shivered in response. "Don't worry, it was only sleeping candy. Well, later."
Then she popped her head back in. "Oh, and Bright and Shade must be partners for this lesson."
"Why?" One of their fan girls asked, whining. All of Shade and Bright's fan girls wanted to dance with them even if it was just once, for the slightest chance to capture their hearts.
"Because," Headmistress said in an overly sweet voice. "If anyone makes my job harder, I'll make each one of your lives completely and utterly miserable. Got it~?"
Then they shivered in response. The Headmistress is just incredibly scary today. After she had ran out of the room with Fine and Rein, everyone else could barely understand what just happened.
~~~~~~~~~~~~Remember that you have friends that care about you, so don't make them worried by getting into a pointless fight~~~~~~~~~~~~
