Normal POV

A girl with blonde hair was looking over her thoughts that were on the sheet of paper. 'And I thought that if I gave her another chance, she would change. Rein, enjoy your happiness while it lasts. It's all going to become mine.'

Hours became day and days became weeks. On Christmas eve in the dance hall that was rarely used, everything was cheerful and bright. Several trees decorated and placed around the hall, lights hanging from above, and silver snow flakes all around. On both floors there were people chatting, eating, and, of course dancing. Girls were in a number of different colored dresses while boys wore their normal school uniforms. Rein was dressed in a Santa dress and hat, while Fine wore red shorts and a long sleeved shirt with fake white fur. Rein was dancing with almost everyone and Fine was having an eating contest with Milky... again. In the room there was no shown hatred, but things aren't always as they appear. Emily was making sure that no one but her was dancing with Bright, even on a holy night like this she can't help herself.

However, Bright had said this,"It's would be unfair if I were to only dance with you and since you are such a wonderful dancer I'm sure that others are planning on asking you as well," when she asked him to dance with her for a 5th time. He didn't noticed her angry aura and walked towards Rein. "Rein, will you please dance with me?"

She smiled and said,"Of course Bright-sama!" They danced into the middle perfectly and those who weren't dancing were watching them. Their dance was perfect, beautiful and elegant without a trance of mistakes.

Fine was taking a small break from her eating contest with Milky and smiled at the two. Soon Shade came over and asked her to dance with him. "I'll dance with you, if you don't mind me if I step on your foot." They smiled even wider at each other and soon went onto the dance floor as well. Both of the couples had danced beautifully, no one could take their eyes off them.

The song had finally ended and then the Headmistress had asked for everyone's attention. "Tonight there will be a small game where the person who wins gets a prize. I encourage everyone to join. Here is the riddle: I have siblings that can be used to express different feelings. I bloom to show my petals of innocence. I always have a beautiful smell. I have grown by myself. Please bring me the item and inside the time limit which is an hour." The clock rang for 8. "You should do your best to hurry."

At that last word everyone ran somewhere. It was obviously a flower, but the question is which one? Going to the garden and green house was where most people went, while others went to around to go looking. Then Tana Rin-sensei came to the Headmistress."Was it really a good idea to have a contest like this? The flowers could get ruined."

"Don't worry, they can't pick a flower from the garden without permission from Kureson- san, everyone should know that. Also, it's not bad to have a little competition once in a while."

Fine and Rein were running, then Fine suddenly stopped to say. "She wouldn't give us something this easy."

Rein stopped as well. "This is the Headmistress. Even through what she gives us seems easy it's actually never easy. All we know is that it's a flower that means innocence."

"And that it has different types of that flower, like colors. Most flowers have a beautiful smell though, so that doesn't help much," she said saying her thoughts out loud.

"But, it has grown by it's self which would mean that Kureson-san might have not planted it, because he might've not helped that flower grow." Then Rein realized something. "Fine, I remember! When we went to visit the lake for a drawing lesson that one time!"

"I remember too! There were a bunch of pure breed roses that were white." They then realized where they needed to go and started running.

Meanwhile, the Headmistress was waiting and a few people were still there enjoying themselves, not interested in the competition. A boy with dark blue hair and gray eyes walked towards her holding a single white rose. He held it out and said, "For you, who is filled with wild innocence."

She smiled and took the flower from him. "Alex, only you would be able to figure out my favorite flower that quickly. I've missed you," she said as she stood to hug her dear friend. "She randomly got a present out from somewhere and handed it to him. "Prize for being the first one."

"Thanks." He quickly opened it to reveal a hat with a checkered blue and black ribbon and a chain, then put it on. "Perfect fit."

"I made it cause I knew that you would come this year. I really want to hang out with you, but right now I need to be the Headmistress. Come by tomorrow and we'll catch up." He smiled and walked away. She put the flower in her hair, so she didn't lose it. Then went to examine all the flowers that were brought inside, saying who they should be given to and if it was right or wrong. Everyone in that large group got it wrong, but had given the flower to one that they loved, or had a crush on. Shade and Bright each came holding a flower. A wild white rose. She held up two presents and said to them, "The flower is correct. How did you figure out?"

"Bright remembered the flowers when he had walked with Rein," Shade explained. He opened his present to reveal a medical book, that he hadn't read yet.

"And Shade knows about the language of flowers," Bright finished. Bright's present was a new pair of dance shoes. Both presents were perfect for them.

"One more thing, don't forget to ask Fine and Rein out for tomorrow. You still haven't done it yet, right? So get some confidence and good luck." Lucky for them, Fine and Rein ran in holding their hats with cheeks red from the cold, each had a white rose in their hands. The Headmistress had smiled at them and given them each a present. A new decor for Rein and a triple chocolate cake for Fine.

"Fine, I want to ask you if you're doing anything tomorrow," Shade said to her after she finished off her cake.

"Nothing in particular," Fine said licking some chocolate off her finger. "Why do you ask?"

"Why don't we hang out tomorrow then? I need to get my mind off of Milky going out with Narlo, all night-," He said remembering that he promised not to interfere with them.

Fine quickly answered him before his imagination could get any farther."It sounds like fun. Why don't we met up at Happy Park at around 3?"

"Sounds like a plan."

Then Bright finally got some confidence and walked up to Rein. "Rein, have you planned anything for tomorrow?"

"Nothing much. Everyone else already planned to go out, so I don't think I'll stay in the dorms by myself."

"Then would you mind spending the day with me?"

This was happening in Rein's head at that moment. 'Bright-sama asked me to go out with him? Tomorrow? On Christmas! Is this like a date? Or are we just hanging out like friends? But if he wanted to I think that he could spend time with any girl that he wanted, but, he asked me! Quick, say yes before you ruin your chances of ever being official boyfriend and girlfriend with him Rein!' She smiled and said, "That sounds like fun. Where should we met?"

"Is the bell tower at 3, good?"

"Perfect."

Don't fear taking chances, it's what builds us up.
