Chapter Two: Side Aches and Forgetfulness.

As soon as the elevator had opened to the parking garage where I kept my car, a modest Honda, I sprinted towards my reserved parking space. I knew I hadn't much time, and my stamina wasn't very great, so within a couple of minutes into the sprint, I had to tone down the pace to a slight jog.
After much running and a side ache or two, I had arrived at my parking space, only to see that my car was missing. Fuck! I thought to myself, why now? WHY ME? I thought to myself. I decided to run towards the stairwell that would lead me down to the main road, near the entrance of the NCIS building.

Despite the side ache, I began to sprint towards the staircase that would eventually lead to my only chance of saving Ziva. I kept a steady pace (or at least attempted to) towards the stairwell. I finally reached it, and I ran down the stairs as fast as possible without tripping and falling.
After a few near-trip-and-fall situations, I had finally planted my feet upon concrete sidewalk. No rest for me! I thought. I continued running down the street, yelling for a taxicab. I had yelled a few times with no success. I kept running down the street, seeing a taxi pull into a parallel parking space. I then waited my turn to get into the taxi.
Upon my arrival inside the taxi, the driver asked, "Where to, my fine fellow?"
Where to? I thought to myself. SHIT! I forgot to see where the crime scene was located!
