Hi. Everyone. Yeah. so. Ahhah... Sup? ...
Nevermind, I`ll just apologise now.
Honestly, I`m really sorry. I just kinda cut everything all off again. I hope you`ll all understand, just, I got scared of everything. There`s so much crap going on at home and school and i`m getting harassed and just, everything is freaking me out. So i got scared of the internet for a while. And I couldn`t think enough to write anyway... So, I`m sorry. I really, really am.
But yeah, anyway... I`ll just write the story now... Sorry..
Blaine sat on the steps in front of the house, looking up at the stars. The cool breeze danced around him and he sighed softly, shivering only in the slightest. Thoughts ran through his mind over the events of the past few days, what was to come. Blaine sighed.
`Right... I have coffee with Sebastian tomorrow...`
Blaine looked back up to the stars and began thinking more. `Kurt has no clue who Sebastian is... How would I feel if he went out with some guy I didn`t know? Even if he said they were just friends i`d be a little jealous... I should probably talk to Kurt about him. I don`t want this to end badly, even if nothing is going on.` Blaine readied himself to stand when he felt a warm blanket wrap around his shoulders, and a body sit down, scooting over to cuddle next to him. He turned and stared into the sparkling blue eyes of his boyfriend.
`You weren`t in bed, so I came looking for you and found you shivering out here.`
Blaine blushed, smiling. This amazing boy was always loving him, even in the smallest of ways.
`I love you,` The words rushed from Blaine`s mouth with a soft breath, `I love you so much, Kurt.`
Kurt laughed, and Blaine`s heart swelled; he`d been laughing more often, and just that sound made him so happy.
`I know, Blaine. I love you too. What`s with the sudden declaration? Are you okay?`
Blaine smiled again, kissing him sweetly.
`You always know...`
Kurt smiled, leaning his head on his shoulder.
`It comes in the boyfriend job description. So, want to talk about whatever`s bothering you?`
Blaine smiled, putting his arms around his boyfriend, nuzzling into his hair.
`Well, just... It`s Sebastian.`
Kurt thought for a moment then blinked.
`That guy who called you today.`
`Yeah.`
`What did he do to you.`
Blaine laughed softly, kissing his head.
`Nothing, Nothing... It`s what I did.`
Kurt pulled back staring at Blaine wide-eyed.
`You... What..?`
Blaine stared at him then gasped.
`Shit, ah.. That came out really badly. What I did was I didn`t tell you who he was. And I just feel like, before I keep seeing this guy, even as a friend, i should talk to you about him because I know I`d get jealous if you had some guy friend I didn`t know that you went out with all the time. I`d trust that you were telling the truth but i`d still be jealous, and I just really want you to know yourself, from me, cause I don`t want my new friendship ending badly and- i`ll just stop talking now.`
Kurt blinked at him and let out a soft breath from his nose.
`You really care about me.`
Blaine`s eyes widened.
`What made you think I didn`t? Did I do something wrong, I-`
Kurt cut him off, kissing him on the lips, one hand on his cheek, the other on his heart. Kurt pulled back, smiling, running his thumb in circles above his heart.
`Blaine, thank you. I admit, I was a little jealous hearing that you were so... Friendly, with this guy. But I don`t think there`s much talking we can do about it. Can I just meet him? That`ll get the tight feeling out of my chest.`
Blaine smiled, nodding.
`I`ll bring you with me tomorrow. I`ll just text him telling him you want to meet him.`
Kurt smiled, standing.
`Alright. But right now, I want my boyfriend cuddling with me in bed.`
Blaine smiled, standing as well, lacing his fingers in with Kurt`s.
`I`d love that.`
`Are you serious.`
Blaine stared down at the text in his phone he had just received in reply to him telling Sebastian Kurt wanted to meet him. He blinked a couple times, glancing up at Kurt who was grabbing clothes from the closet. He quickly typed out a reply.
`He`s feeling a little insecure about the whole thing about me having a friend he doesn`t know and just wants to put his mind at rest. Besides, you two could become friends too. Is that so bad?`
`Whatever. Just don`t be late.`
Blaine stared down at his phone, glaring at it for a second before locking it and shoving it into the pocket of his skinny jeans. He turned to Kurt who had just walked out of the bathroom in white skinnies, black boots, and a black long-sleeve sweater with a red scarf. He had red sunglasses sticking out of his pocket and Blaine laughed, standing.
`You`re the only person who would wear sweaters and scarves in mid-summer.`
`It`s comfortable.`
Blaine just kissed him on the nose sweetly, smiling.
`So, you ready?`
`I guess so.`
Kurt looked around the Lima Bean, unsure of what he was looking for; he had no idea who this kid was or what he looked like.
`Is he here?`
`Yeah, he`s right over there in the gray and black shirt and blue jeans. Black wristband.`
Kurt looked around and his eyes landed on a boy in that exact description. His eyes widened and he stared. This boy was attractive. Very attractive. Kurt felt a burning sensation coil up in his stomach. Blaine looked at him in confusion.
`Kurt? Your cheeks are red.`
Kurt looked at him, sighing.
`Just a little warm. Guess I shouldn`t have worn the sweater.`
They finished getting their coffees and walked over to the table where Sebastian was sitting. Sebastian grinned up at Blaine, then to Kurt, but his eyes flashed with a different emotion altogether. Kurt swallowed and sat down next to Blaine.
`Hey. So, Sebastian, this is my boyfriend, the one I talked to you about.`
Sebastian held out his hand. `Kurt, right?`
Kurt nodded, shaking it. He winced as the boy squeezed his hand just a little too tightly, and pulled his hand back quickly.
`Y-Yes..`
Blaine and Sebastian began chatting amiably and Kurt sat there, feeling completely invisible. He looked up at Blaine who was completely caught in conversation with this boy. Kurt felt his eyes beginning to water; Blaine was the only one who truly saw him, why wasn`t he seeing him now? Why?
Kurt stood, the chair scraping loudly. Sebastian and Blaine looked up at him.
`Kurt..?`
`I`m going to the bathroom.`
Kurt walked away quickly and Sebastian and Blaine stared after him. Blaine stood up, about to follow him but Sebastian stopped him.
`No, let me. I haven`t had a chance to properly talk to him anyway.`
Blaine smiled sitting back down.
`Thank you.`
Kurt heard the door to the bathroom open and he turned, expecting Blaine, but instead he saw Sebastian. Kurt swallowed thickly.
`Wh..Where`s Blaine..?`
`Out there enjoying his coffee.`
`Why...`
`Why didn`t he follow you? Didn`t feel like it.`
Kurt felt a stab in his chest. That couldn`t be true. Right?
`You`re lying.`
`I`m not.`
Sebastian stepped closer to Kurt, who stepped back until he was against the wall. The boy`s height was intimidating and he felt like his skin was crawling; just like whenever he heard Karofsky`s name.
`Blaine`s too good for you.`
`I... I know... But he loves me.`
`Does he?`
Kurt shut his eyes tightly.
`Yes!`
`Look at me and say that.`
Kurt looked up at Sebastian, staring into his eyes shakily.
`Bl-Blaine loves-`
`Blaine Anderson loves Kurt Hummel, and I thought I made that damn clear.`
Sebastian turned and Kurt saw Blaine, tears spilling over and he ran to him, throwing his arms around him, who just gracefully caught him. He gently stroked Kurt`s hair and glared at Sebastian.
`I think i`ve heard enough. Goodbye, Sebastian.`
Blaine turned and walked with Kurt out of the bathroom, leaving Sebastian standing there, alone in it`s wake. Sebastian looked to the ground and felt sick all of a sudden. He`d just lost the only person who was ever kind to him.
`But I deserved it.`
And there`s your chapter. cheers.
-Echo.
