The soft blue light it emitted was radiant, but not painfully so – it was soothing, and Tony didn't think (or at least admit) that about many things. But when he watched the arc reactor – I mean, really watched it – and his breathing fell into rhythm with the gentle pulsing of the blue glow, something in his world just seemed to fall right into place. He remembered why he was there, what he was fighting for, and all the things that he had yet to avenge.
