Hello! Sorry for uploading this for so long. I wasn't in a writing mood. So, here it is!

Andropov's POV

"There she is!" I shouted while pointing to the phoenix ahead. She was struggling. I could see that from all the way here. She was shrieking out of pain. She was trying her best to control that monster.

We landed a few meters away from her. We walked slowly to her, trying not to make her angry. She would sometimes shoot fire out of her mouth to suppress the pain. The fire users and I would deflect the fire with our magic but it was hard since the fire was too powerful and big. I was the first one to reach her. Slowly, I placed my hand on her feather. I carefully stroked it to calm her down.

"It's alright now… all of us are here for you… there's nothing to be afraid of…" I whispered gently. "Do you remember me? It's me. You remember, don't you? That night when we first kissed… and that day when I brought you to my village…"

Her head that was on the ground slowly nodded. It opened its eyes. For a few seconds, they were glowing yellow but they changed into Kluke's emerald eyes. I smiled when she started to turn back to normal. Her form was still a phoenix but at least she was calming down.

"Kluke… we're here." A voice said.

I turned my head and saw Kluke' friends coming over one by one. More of them came and it made Kluke relax a bit. Her breathing was normal and she stopped struggling. But then, something went horribly wrong. A fire ball struck the ground, but thankfully, no-one got hurt. But the sudden attack made Kluke afraid and she lost control again.

She shrieked to the sky before flying up and shot a giant stream of fire to all of us. We were able to deflect it without getting too badly injured. I looked behind and saw the entire Mika academy students coming. They had their weapons and spells ready. I thought they were going to attack us but they were actually attacking Kluke. They were trying to kill her!

"Stop it! She was turning back to normal! We don't need to hurt her!" the headmistress shouted to the Mika academy students. I saw the headmaster in the middle of the crowd. He was ignoring everyone else's advice and demands. He was telling his students to keep attacking Kluke. The others and I were trying to protect Kluke and attacked them so they're attention would get distracted.

"Andropov!" I heard the headmistress shout. "Go and try to calm Kluke down! We can't risk losing her!"

I immediately did what she told me to do. I ran towards Kluke who was still breathing fire. "KLUKE! YOU HAVE TO STOP!" I shouted as hard as I can.

It didn't work. She became angrier. Then, multiple attacks hit her. She shrieked in pain before flying away. "Kluke, come back!" I shouted.

"Grab my hand!" a voice said. I turned my head and saw Kluke's friends flying the air. I grabbed Shu's hand and he helped me up. We chased Kluke, leaving the others to battle with Mika academy.

"Don't let her get away!" I told them.

We went faster and we were catching up with her. We had no idea where she wanted to go. She kept flying faster and faster. Noi and Linda were getting tired of making us fly around. They were both breathing deeply and they were tired. Both of them used up a lot of magic just to catch up with Kluke. Thankfully, Kluke stopped when we ended up in a big mountain with a giant cave that was big enough for Kluke to get in. Noi and Linda sighed in relief when we landed after Kluke did. We went in the cave with her. We could tell that she was tired as she collapsed to the ground.

Bouquet, Sahlia and Jiro were helping Noi and Linda heal up. I sat down next to Kluke's head. I stroked her feather to calm her down. The others did the same and it was working. Not long after, she fell asleep. We were relieved that she calmed down and she wouldn't go berserk anytime soon. We were worried about how the others are doing and whether the battle is over or not. We wanted to go back but we can't leave Kluke. And besides, Noi and Linda are still tired.

It was already dark outside. The others fell asleep while laying their backs against the wall. Before I fell asleep, I stared at Kluke who was still a phoenix. I could hear her breathing. She seemed calm…for now. I was tired so I just fell asleep.

All of us woke up at the sound of Kluke getting up. With the sun up and the light getting in the cave, we could see her wounds clearly. She was badly hurt by the attacks from Mika academy. Sahlia, Jiro and Bouquet rushed to her aid. They started to heal her wounds with their water magic while the others and I held her steady.

"It's ok, Kluke. You'll be fine…" I heard Bouquet say while healing her.

The three of them finished healing her but there were still a few wounds on her. It was the best they could do so we had to leave it for now.

"Well…"I turned my gaze at the speaker who was Noi. "I think we should get the headmistress so she can tell us what to do."

"Yeah but, we don't even know if she's in the valley or back at the academy." Sahlia told him.

"Then we'll search both of them." Linda said.

"I guess that could work. But what about Kluke?" I said while looking back at the phoenix.

"Then I'll go and Linda will stay here, just in case if something happens." Noi said.

"No, I should go." Linda said while putting a hand on Noi's shoulder and it made him blush uncontrollably.

"I'm the fastest so it'll be better for me to go. You just take care of everyone else." Linda continued.

"I'll go with you." Shu said. "Just in case if you get in to trouble."

"I'll come along, too." Jiro also said.

"We'll go too!" Bouquet and Sahlia said.

"You two stay here. We'll be back later." Jiro told them.

The girls looked disappointed that they didn't get to go. I noticed they were staring at Shu while having a faint smile on their faces. I guess they have a crush on him I thought. I turned my gaze at Kluke. She was sleeping again. Jiro, Shu and Linda went out the cave and went off. I stayed with Marumaro, Bouquet, Sahlia, Noi and Kluke. I just sat next to Kluke and stroked her feather. I found myself smiling at her for some reason. I guess I always smile when I'm with Kluke.

Kluke…I swear I'll turn you back…

Done! Yeah, it's a bit short but it's not so bad. I'll be writing the next chapter soon. But I'm not making any promises, ok? I might take a long time since I'll be starting school again soon. Anyways, see ya guys!
