A prophecy will be fulfilled as Anne, Marcy, and Sasha take the first step in bringing it to fruition. The Night seeks their destruction and employs its servants to bring about the destruction of the human girls, however, it did not anticipate them awakening to the hidden power within them. Now the girls must master their new powers, and become the heroes they were meant to be.

The Core has been defeated and everything is back to normal for Anne, Sasha, and Marcy, Right? It turns out it isn't as a holographic human named Max, hires the girls to be defenders of different dimensions, now the girls must live their everyday lives on earth while going on difficult adventures in the different dimensions.

Instead of being transported to Anne's Earth, She and the Plantars end up being transported to the MHA World, They get noticed by U.A. and see potential in Anne and her Calamity Powers, Anne (and Sprig who pesters to join Anne so he could be there for her and because he thinks it's cool) are Enrolled in Class 1-A so she can understand and control her powers.

During the events of True Colors, at the time when Andrias attacked Marcy, his sword accidentally damaged the Calamity Box, causing it to send Anne and the Plantars into a world never before seen by them. During their stay in this new world, they will discover that it hosts dangers far worse than those seen in Amphibia or anywhere else.

Luz and her friends Anne, Sasha, and Marcy are inseparable. They would all do anything for one another, and they all wanted the best for one another… but for a while, Luz has kind of felt like the odd one out. Now they've been transported to Amphibia, and Luz gets confirmation from an ancient prophecy that her friends were destined to be with one another… and she wasn't.
