A/N: Hello my lovelies! First off, I want to thank all my silent readers out there, for being supportive even without words. :) Just seeing how many people read this story makes my eyes pop...and second, THANK YOU SO MUCH to everyone who has reviewed. followed or favorited this story! You guys are the real reason I'm continuing to write this, otherwise this would've already been discontinued!

Now, I think I owe you wonderful readers another chapter.

Edit 5/1/14 - Removed the dramatic author's note XD Oh, and to any of my readers that's reading this right now, CONGRATS! You found my latest author's note! I am proud to say that Kidnapped chapter 14 is under way, and should be completed...I don't know, actually. I barely managed to squeeze in some time for this author's note (school = hell) but I promise I'll have the next chapter up in by the end of June at the VERY latest! :) Thanks to everyone for sticking by me!

Hazel POV

Hazel was an expert on insane, hostile situations.

She had seen demigods blowing up glaciers (Percy), demigods outsmarting giant spiders with Chinese Handcuffs (Annabeth), demigods making it out of Hell - LITERALLY (Percy and Annabeth), demigods flying, taming giant bronze dragons, and charming people into giving them BMW's (Jason, Piper, and Leo), demigods leading dead armies and changing into dragons (Frank)...the list went on and on. Not to mention a few totally insane things she has done himself.

But nothing Hazel ever learned in Survival Skills and Other Useful Things To Survive In a Hostile Environment (SSOUTTSIAHE - it was an actual class) at Camp Jupiter would help him now.

Seriously. Hazel learned how to survive in a barren desert with a bottle of water and a sponge, how to climb a mountain in the pouring rain carrying a 2 pound backpack, and not to mention fighting in large bodies of water (though that was Percy's thing).

But nothing on how to get suspicious security guards in airport terminals to leave them alone?

Hazel winced as one of the big, burly security guards walked over to the little group of demigods and gave them a once-over.

He had a bald, shiny head, beady eyes, and hands the size of watermelons. Hazel gagged as the stench of his breath hit her. Gah, didn't this guy know about breath mints?

The security guard (Hazel could see his name tag - Borris. Seriously. Borris! She couldn't even think the name without laughing) glared at the little group. "Shouldn't you little kids be with your mommies?"

The demigods gave him a deadpan look. Hazel was the youngest and she was 14, they didn't need adult supervision!

Jason winced. "Um, thanks, Mr...Borris," his face scrunched up with the effort not to smile, "But we're all 16, and our parents are... meeting us outside." he lied. Hazel inwardly groaned. Jason was a great leader and was a good person to have your back, but lying was NOT one of his strong points.

If anything, Borri- no, she couldn't even THINK his name without laughing! - the security guard looked even more suspicious. "Outside, huh? What are you all doing together? You sure don't look like siblings, and that one," he pointed to Hazel, "doesn't look 16."

Annabeth cringed. "That was quite rude, Mr. Borris," she held back a laugh, "Hazel just turned 16 last month." She shook her head like a mother chastising a young child. Hazel had to admire her quick thinking.

The security guard didn't seem impressed. "Still, I better escort you to your...parents outside."

Hazel was inwardly panicing. They were trapped now...

Luckily, Piper spoke up. "Thank you sir, for your concern, but we can handle ourselves. You can go now." She said it sweetly, but with power, and Hazel recognized the sound of charm speak, thank goodness!

Borris- er, the security guy smiled dreamily. "Of course, you can handle yourselves. I will go now." In a daze, he left the group staring at Piper, impressed.

Piper noticed all the glances and yelped. "What? Is there something in my hair?" She started fiddling with her braid.

Jason laughed and out an arm around Piper. "That was great, Pipes!"

Leo grinned. "Nice job, Beauty Queen!"

Piper grabbed him by the collar of his shirt and glared at him fiercly. "Don't. Call. Me. Beauty Queen!"

The other demigods laughed hysterically as Leo looked like he was about to wet his pants.

Annabeth interrupted the laughter, a grin still evident on her face. "Alright, we should get a move on." Her brow furrowed. "The sooner we start searching, the sooner we find Percy."

The mood dampened with that one sentence.

Hazel didn't show it, but she was really, really scared for Percy. She only knew a bit about dracanae, since the Seven had fought them both at the Doors of Death and in Greece. They were weird, half-snake ladies with big, scary weapons. And if what Annabeth said was true, about Percy killing more dracanae then any other hero ever, then the snakes wouldn't hesitate to destroy him.

Franks put his arm around Hazel's shoulder. With his new growth spurt, he looked (Ok, she admitted it) really hot. The little teenage girl in her was smugly screaming "And he's all mine!" She felt her cheeks heat up.

Leo noticed her blushing, and saw the two together. He winked at her and wiggled his eyebrows.

Hazel furiously tried to calm her burning cheeks as Annabeth spoke up. "My family lives in San Francisco, so maybe we could stop by for a visit and get some transportation or something."

Jason shrugged. "Until Leo finishes that snake tracker, it's not like we have anything else to do..."

Piper nodded. "Annabeth, show us the way."

Queen Sess was pleased. Very pleased.

First, she had the famous Hero of Olympus, Perseus Jackson at her mercy. That was definitely a good thing. The Council were discussing exactly what hey would do to him, and the options were narrowed down to a whipping and a salt scrub, or being dunked repeatedly into a vat of boiling oil. They were leaning towards the whipping, however, since the Lord wanted him alive - mostly.

Second, the little "quest" to save him was falling right into her trap. They were so easy to predict, and even easier to manipulate!

And the deal was still in effect. Soon, the dracanae would be the rulers of the world, and just for a few puny heroes! The foolish children were playing right into her hands. And her daughter was playing her part perfectly...though the true test would come soon. A test of loyalty, skill, acting, and precision.

The queen turned to see an Iris Message shimmer to life next to her. The face of her beautiful daughter came into view.

"Mother, the demigodssss have arrived in California." she reported.

Queen Sess hissed with delight. "Very good. Have they suspected anything? And what of the other two?"

The dracanae girl laughed. "The foolish demigods have not even noticed the two of their own brood, much less me and my team! They will play right into the trap as well."

Queen Sess smirked. "Excellent. Now, you do know what must be done to accomplish your mission?"

Her daughter nodded firmly. "Yes. I have the disguise in place, and my second-in-command knows what to do."

The queen raised her eyebrows. "You know what I mean."

She sighed. "Yes. I shall do it in the name of Dracnus Sythia. However, the pain will be great."

The queen bowed her head. "Our fair kingdom honors your bravery and sacrifice. Now, listen carefully. I wish for you to reveal the other two to the foolish heroes without revealing yourself. Can it be done?"

Her daughter smirked evilly. "With ease."

The queen nodded. "Very well. Let it be done, and contact me tomorrow evening with the result. Be careful, Synthia."

Her daughter bowed. "Yes, Mother."

And the image disappeared.

I just HAD to add a Queen Sess point of view. Too good to pass up. Who do you think the two mysterious characters are? Review and tell me your guesses!

Now that I've written this chapter, I actually feel a bit better. I spent a long time on this and I hope this the best chapter yet...or at least one worth reading.

And one final thing - I feel really self-conscious about my writing at the moment, so if you do review, would you mind telling me if this story is alright? Is the plot believable? Are the characters...well, in character? Are the chapters long enough for a good read? I want this story to be a good one...so please honestly tell me what you think. Thanks to everyone who is actually reading this and reviews!
