The next morning, Skye and May were in the same woods, they were carrying guns.

"So where is that mutant?," May said.

"Just a little farther in the direction you're going," Fitz said through their ear pieces.

They kept walking and the girl from last might was watchig them. Fitz saw the red beep that was the mutant getting closer to them.

"Guys the mutant is comig after you," Fitz said.

There was rustling in the bushes. The two got their guns ready to shoot. The mutant came out. She was a girl around 11-12 wearing a short- sleeved t-shirt and sweat pants.

"Woah woah woah! Hold your fire!," she said, putting her hands up.

Her voice was still scatchy but still gentle and soft.

The two lowered their guns.

"Better. Now look, I'm not armed. Look no weapons. Never any weapons. I'm safe," she said.

"Who are you?," May asked.

"I'm April. April Johnson," she said.

The girls widened.

"What?," May asked.

"What?," Skye said flatly.
