Clary did grow up in the Shadowhunter world. She did - that is - until she was 12. She grew up with the Lightwoods, and was trained as a Shadowhunter until the her father's evil plans frightened her mother - forcing her to take Clary away from the world she had always known. She forgets her friends. She forgets Jace. But what happens when she starts to remember?
