Declaimer: I don´t own One Piece nor Harry Potter

Words: 4 279

A/N: Hello again. :) Did you miss me? And with this, Cro-chan´s is OVER! MUAHAHAHA... Sorry for taking so long. Enjoy. :)

The blue sky always interested Reina, because it was a path to freedom. On earth, she was just a bird in a cage. No matter where she hid, how she tried to escape, the Dursley´s always found her and took her freedom away. It was rough, horrible to grow up like that, and by the age of eleven she had lost all hope. Reina knew what would happen. She would be sent to some stupid school where a teacher or other students would look down on her because of her clothes and looks. She would be bullied, made fun off, probably locked somewhere small with other unwanted people. She wouldn´t have freedom, she would have nothing but despair.

Even now, years after it all, she still remembered her only blood family with anger. The man who abused her, the woman whom clearly hated her and the little dumb idiot whom looked down upon her. How many times have she tried to escape? Just run out of the house, take a bus and never come back? Countless times, and each it failed. Someone would find her and report, the bus would magically run out of gas or break down, and then she would be taken back to them, back to be abused and locked like an unwanted bird.

"You are a wizard, Reina." The moment Hagrid had said that, she had felt something change. The sky, the dark, clouded sky she had dreamt of so many times; suddenly became a possibility. Someone wanted her; someone was waiting for her to arrive, to come. The magic school was the best that happened to her in her whole life; she met friends, good teacher, people who truly cared about her. No more hurtful words, mental and physical abuse. Someone cared, and it was all that mattered. Heck, she even could put up with Malfoy Draco and still be happy.

Looking back now, those days were probably the start of her happiness. The happiness she should have experienced in her childhood, the one that was keep from her for eleven years. Oh, and the classes were just a bonus. Potions, transmigration, magic! That´s right, those days were filled with magic, with hope and love. So different from what she had lived until then that she actually wasn´t sure how to react.

To be honest, most people couldn´t see how different her life had been until now. Even at classes, just having the teacher talk to you and ask questions was so unusual that Reina actually froze when her potion teacher asked her a question right at the first day.

"Potter!" Snape had said, looking down on her. The moment he called her name, everything disappeared from her mind. For a moment, it appeared that the teacher had noticed the surprise, and almost fear, in her eyes, but he quickly dismissed it as he continued. "What would I get if I added powered root of an asphodel to an infusion of wormwood?"

Reina knew the answer. She knew it; she was actually excited about that class! However, her brain just froze, from shock, and as the silence went on, all she managed to mumble was faint. "I don´t know, professor." At that moment, she wanted to kill herself. She and her stupid mouth. From then on, things got worse…

Snape clearly didn´t like her, or so she thought, since she had caught him staring at her a few times when he thought she wasn´t looking or purposely calling her out when she was spacing out in the hallway instead of rushing to the class. Maybe, just maybe, he hadn´t hated her that much…

And then, came the day they learned flying. That sensation, of doing something, being good at something without even trying… Was wonderful, unique, magical! She could fly, fly towards the sky she so adored without worrying! As long as she went with her instincts, she would be fine, she would be happy. Oh, and the best part of that day was the look on Malfoy´s face when she almost threw him off his broom. Priceless. "Give me that, or else I´ll throw you out of your broom." She had ordered.

"Oh, yea?" Malfoy had tried to sound sarcastic, he tried really hard, but she had seen the worry in his eyes and it gave her confidence. She had known what she needed to do, strangely, and she did it. Later that day she learned some things about her parents… and joined the Quidditch club! So many emotion… so many things happened that day.

"Snap out of it, Reina." The girl hit herself and stood up, wondering exactly why her thoughts when that way. Maybe because of a certain news she had just received… to think there were more people like her there… That brought a lot of… confusing feelings. To be honest, she wasn´t sure if she was happy or terrified. Possible both, but at the moment, she preferred not to think about it, knowing she would just lose herself in memories again…

"Ace is taking long…" The fake-Usopp had just left, saying there were something he needed to take care off, leaving her alone waiting for Ace. The older brother was late thou, leaving Reina looking around worriedly. Could have something happened to him? For some reason, she felt like it was rather improbable.

She hadn´t really noticed, but the garden was slightly far from the throne room. And, knowing he went there, she had to admit it would take a while even for him to arrive there. It was obvious, he couldn't teleport himself or anything.

Now, talking about teleportation, Reina had been wondering for a while if it was possible for a wizard to do so. After all, magic seemed have the power to do everything. If connecting two worlds and transporting one person into another universe was possible, teleportation must be easy as hell. She would try some day, when there weren´t many people around her, or else they may blow up and die. The last thing she wanted was to be a murder… enough being the strange weirdo.

As those thoughts danced through her mind, and she patiently awaited Ace, someone caught her attention. A certain someone who swore he would kill her the next time he saw her, knowing him he would do it with a smile. Not that she minded, since he needed to get in the line, but still…

As Crocodile walked quickly, she swiftly hid not wanting to be seen, hurrying somewhere. He appeared as if he just fought with someone, and Reina wished it wasn´t Luffy. If Luffy lost, she would need to call the cavalry, meaning Ace. And thou Ace had better chances of winning than Luffy, that idiot Capitan would remember it for the rest of their life and would never forgive them. "Luffy, don´t you lose you bastard."

Five, six minutes after Cro-chan disappeared, Reina found herself sighing. At least at first, but then her curiosity kicked in and the girl ran after him quickly, forgetting completely about Ace. She was rather interested in what was going on.

As she arrived to what appeared to be an entrance somewhere, she stopped without walking in, noticing her brother disappearing into it. So Luffy was going after Cro-chan for their ultimate battle… She wanted to see it so badly! Luffy kicking the ass of the man who dared to try to kill him a few times already!

There was, however, a problem.

Reina just couldn´t bring herself to crash Luffy´s battle like that. He would most probably ignore her, but Cro-chan could think she was there to help him. Now, now, everyone else would know it was impossible. They had made a pact to not intrude into other´s fights unless asked. Cro-chan, however, wasn´t part of their family. Heck, he knew nothing about them.

So going there was a bad option. In spite of what she had though, she really didn´t have that many options. Even though she wanted to see it, Luffy could get upset if she came too close. Uff, why had it to be so hard? She only wanted to see a stupid fight! Maybe she should have bought tickets or something…

As that thought crossed her mind, the ground behind her began to shake horrible, and the girl fell down on her stomach, using a protection spell around her. If it was an earthquake, having a whole palace fall down upon you wasn´t a good survival tactic. The palace didn´t move however, but the ground before her. Like by magic, pieces started to collapse, creating a rather big crater before her eyes.

Shocked, the little wizard stared at it for some seconds with huge eyes, before crawling carefully to see what was happening down there. There was a faint possibility it was created by… Oh, whom was she kidding? That was created by Luffy, the rubber hand not fooling anyone.

Smirking, Reina found a comfortable position, watching the fight exactly as she wanted. Luffy was too interested in his fight to notice, and Cro-chan had better things to worry than someone eye dropping. At the corner, she noticed Sun, watching the fight worried, but Reina made no motion to help her. She just couldn´t and she had the feeling Sun could take care of herself even when wounded.

Blows were exchanged, powerful ones; ground shook heavily, few building collapsed… but the two pirates didn´t care. Luffy was fighting with all his power, with all his strength. Crocodile responded the same way, but no one managed to overpower the other. No, Crocodile did. Many times… But Luffy refused to give in, standing up again and again. "Crocodile!" Luffy screamed, the black eyes sparking with will power. He wouldn´t give up, not until his death.

"Go, Luffy!" Reina whispered from her hiding, betting all her money on Luffy. A shame there was no one to bet with her, it would be fun. Or more like, she needed someone to keep her company, or else she would throw herself in and beat Crocodile for daring to hurt Luffy. It was her brother's fight, she knew it rationally, but the anger from seeing him hurt wasn´t rational, it was purely emotions. Dark ones… anger, resentment, hate… no, she swore she would not interfere.

"This is the end." Neither of them had power to fight anymore. The next collision would be the last one; it all depended on the out-come. Who would have enough will power to stand up again? Seconds passed slowly as they fought, and Reina closed her eyes. The end was near.

"Gomu, gomu no…" She heard Luffy yell, and she crossed her fingers. Luffy had to win! "PISTOL!" The ground started to shake uncontrollably, forcing the wizard to grab into the first thing she saw, praying the ground wouldn´t collapse under her. And strangely, as time passed, the shacking only increased. "AHHHHHHHHHH!" Could be heard, followed by something flying way up high.

Surprised, confused and slightly scared, Reina looked up to see Crocodile fly up high in the sky. "What the…?" She mumbled before realizing something. If Crocodile fell down from that height, he wouldn´t survive. The Shichibukai had passed out, and his devil fruit would only work if he woke up. "Damn it." Crocodile deserved to die for everything he did… but Reina refused to let Luffy become a killer.

Racing forward, imagining where he would fall down according to the wind, she prepared herself. How would she stop his fall? The protection shield would do no good, and she had no time to think. It was as her brain just froze, as she watched with horror the man approach the ground.

Closing her eyes, Reina prayed. Not to god, she didn´t believe in one, but to her own unstable, strange powers; hopping some miracle would happen. She didn't want Crocodile to die. No matter what crime he had committed, everyone had the right to live as they wanted. The right to take another life… no one had that. "Please…" She mumbled, her heart beating so fast she could actually hear it.

A gust of wind swirled around her strongly, before moving rapidly towards the falling man, awaiting almost patiently for him to hit the ground. The said man, unconscious for the time being and maybe for the best, was falling thanks to the gravity, each second faster and faster, when he hit the floor. The girl still had her eyes closed, feeling her powers being drawn out of her, but if she had opened them, she would have seen as the wind gently placed the man on the ground, absorbing the collision power and disappearing into the air.

Seconds later, Reina fell down week, completely powerless. If someone tried to kill her then, it would be as easy as stealing a lollipop from a child. "Why did you do it?" A voice, one she wasn't expecting to her so soon, or preferably never; asked her; and the witch turned around to stare at the fallen man whose eyes were opened surprised.

Shifting uncomfortable, Reina answered back. "It´s not our place to decide who lives or who dies. No one had such power…" It was just a mumble, a faint one, but enough for her. Neither she, or Luffy, or Ace, were executioners. They came to help and not to play god, such task was left got the rulers.

"I see…" It was all she got as an answer, but it´s not like she wanted to talk. Crocodile, however, seemed rather talkative that day. "I know what you are. We call you demons, thought you people seem to prefer wizards." For the second time that day, Reina was hearing about people from her world. "Most of them are already dead, victims of innumerous experiments the government subjected them to. Everything to gain more power…"

"How did they get here?" Was there a way to leave? Not that she was interested, she was ready to spend all her life with her brothers, but Reina needed some answers. "How many are still alive?"

"I don't know how many…" The man sighed, and closed his eyes tiredly. He was like someone else, not the arrogant Shichibukai Reina had met. "Most came by accident. High power experiments that went wrong. Others had tried to prove other worlds exist, coming here in process. Anyway, you should stay away from the marines. They are dying to find a new laboratory rat."

Gramps was a marine, but she knew he would never sell her out. Others, though, would. She should really be careful… "Why are you telling me this?" Crocodile knew her, knew whom she travelled with, and clearly hated her, for some reason. He would tell. There was a spell to erase memories…

"This is how I pay you back..." People were starting to approach, marines between then, and Reina felt the urge to run. "I won't tell. This is my payment." Standing up, the girl ran away, her body slightly sluggish, moving only by her will. She didn't want to be caught, not now. Giving Crocodile one last glance, she disappeared into the castle.

Ace was furious. No, not furious, but his pacing around the entrance hall was furious indeed. It was just that he was beyond that point now. Luffy and his companions were being treated at the infirmary, the war finally ended, but there was just one problem: Reina was missing. That little devil… He knew he should have stayed with her. Leave her alone and she'll find trouble even where there isn't any. Even Luffy was better than her at that aspect. Every time, she found a way to make him worry. "Urg, I'm going to look for her once more." Ace decided, not able to wait any longer. He had searched h for her two times already, all in vain, but he knew he would find her eventually.

Pacing back into the castle, after sweeping the out-door clean for the girl, he gave the castle, or was it place?; one last glance. It sure was big… but such thoughts disappeared right away as the devil came back into his mind, stealing his thoughts and forcing him to hurry. He would so yell at her when he found her.

Two hours later, and being lost this time, Ace found himself slowing down. Though his primary goal was still the girl, he also had to admit he was lost. It was easy, and for some reason everyone was out for the moment. Okay, not some reason, they were helping patch up the city for the time being, but even then it didn't explain why so empty.

"This is stupid." He finally admitted, looking around for a window. There weren't many, but he had a feeling soon he would see one if he kept walking thought that hall, felling the cold wind coming from it. On the meantime, he decided to pay some attention to the necklace of three stones he was wearing, remembering when Reina had given it to him.

"Ace, come here!" The little Reina shouted as loudly as she could, running quickly towards the older brother whom was creating a boat. In some months, he would finally leave the island, though he had to admit he would be slightly sad. The girl, however, didn't pay attention to the half completed boat, nor to the fact Ace was actually working, locking her small hand around his and dragging him with her. "Come, come, we need to find the others."

Confused, the teen followed the fourteen years old Reina without saying a word, wondering how come that little rascal had managed to grown on him on such little amount of time. And to think only three year ago she came to them… "Luffy, go look for Sabo! Now!" Her serious expression caught him by surprise, since she usually just smiled and grinned, almost exactly as Luffy. Maybe it was time to separate those two. If that idiot teaches her bad stuff…

"Reina, what is it?" Since the day, she appeared she had grown a lot, but she was still a little bit short for her age and skinny, no matter how much they tried to feed her. It was almost as if having a cat that doesn't gain any weight. That and the fact that she fought back every time they tried to actually feed her. What, she was just too cute! Just look at those sparkly eyes and round cheeks…

"I swear I´ll hit you." Reina said all of sudden, glaring and Ace with all her might. She had a feeling she knew what he was thinking. "I'm not your toy, got it? And I promise I'll hit you." Smiling, Ace looked away, having to admit she was right. Lately her hits and punches were getting stronger, but she would always be weaker than them, and most all man.

The other brothers jumped from a tall tree nearby, wondering what their little sister wanted. "So, why did you call us?" Sabo inquired, after hugging her tightly, that is. "I heard Gramps is stopping by in some days, so we need a lot of food."

"I know, I know. I just wanted to give you guys something." Taking out a bunch of necklaces, the boys prepared to run, but her glare stopped them. Man, she really was practicing her glare recently. "Anyway, this is for you. Wear it all the time, promise?"

Under her constant glare, they put them on, staring at the three gemstones each of them had. "What is this?" Luffy was the first to ask, the rest nodding in acknowledge. Each one was different, with an initial written on it. L, A, S and R, a different one on each and one missing.

Grinning, Reina put her own necklace, and they noticed she only had L, A and S. "They are magical. Remember how I stole some of your hair a few days ago?" It wasn't steal, she just approached them and pulled them out! "Well, I somehow managed to use magic and enhanced the stones. Now, they represent us. If someone is in trouble, his stone will start to heat up. This way, even if we are apart, we´ll always know if we are alright!"

The brothers just stared at her for a moment, wondered where exactly she hit her head, before laughing all together. "Reina, you are joking right? There is no way such thing is real!" Luffy, that stupid bastard now that Ace thought about it, said without thinking. "I mean, you can't even use it. I still remember the last time I blew up… it´s hard to forget, considering it was only last week." Yes, Luffy never had a way with words.

Frowning, clearly annoyed and hurt, Reina just started at them. "I mean it." But she knew they didn't believed. Therefore, turning around, she walked way, or more like ran, holding the tears Ace now knew she had cried.

"And to think she knew how to hide so well…" Later that day, they had found out Reina´s necklaces were the real deal as her own stone started to heat up. They had found her, almost a day later, in a cave which entrance had been sealed by an avalanche. Even to that day, she kept reminding them of it. "If only this thing could show the way towards her…"

"Damn it, where in hell is the entrance?" A well know voice shouted somewhere close, followed by echo and many unpleasant words. Startled, Ace blinked a few times before running towards it, almost smiling. "I swear this place just gets more and more confusing by the second."

"Oh, is that so?" Ace asked appearing behind the dark haired girl whose face was red with anger. "I never knew you got lost this easily, Reina." Turning around, the smaller teen glared at him for a second, before sighing.

"It wasn´t easily." She mumbled, approaching him. "I´ve been lost in her for almost three hours and all you say is that? What are you doing here? I believe everything is alright so…" Her face didn't look well. He could see dark bangs under her eyes, she was using her hand to steady herself on the wall, and he could swear her skin looked paler than usual. Not to mention her a foul mood.

He had wanted to yell at her, to ask her not to worry him… but he couldn't bring himself to do it. She just looked so weak and tired… "I came looking for you. Crocodile had been caught and Luffy is resting. The war is over too." Green eyes looked at his in search for lies, before softening into an almost smile. Well, he could always ask his questions later. Sweeping her off the ground, Ace pulled her against his chest, holding her up. Even now, three years later, she was still as light as before.

"Wa-What are you doing idiot? Let me go." She protested, blushing slighting, but he ignored her and smiled. "Ace, I can walk by myself." Well, she could always crawl when everything else failed.

"No can do." Continuing down the path he had been following, he looked down at her and grinned. "Time to sleep, princess. Rest a little bit, you look terrible." Staring into his concerned eyes, Reina couldn´t say anything back. So he noticed… Sighing, she just closed her eyes, falling asleep right away. "Now, where is the exit?"

"Luffy, you need to visit us one day." Vivi said as the pirates prepared to depart, smiling at the Straw Hat Crew. They helped her more than anyone could imagine. Not only her kingdom, but also her heart. Now, she was stronger than ever. "We´ll be waiting."

"We will!" Luffy yelled back, the ship sailing through the clear waters. "Wait for us!" Everyone waved frenetically, though they knew it would only happen after they sailed the whole world. Despite it, they didn´t feel discouraged. No, it was another reason to do it, one of the so many they already had.

"See you!" Reina yelled back from her spot, unable to stop grinning. The desert had been fun to visit, but sailing through the waters was much more interesting. So many adventures were waiting for them… She couldn´t wait!

A figure approached her calmly, sitting down at her side. "It´s a shame your other brother couldn´t stay. It would be an interesting journey." Sun stated, smiling gently at the green-eyed girl. "I wonder why he left like that, though. I wasn´t nice."

"Sun!" Smiling, Reina hugged the older woman without thinking, happy she decided to stick with them. Reina knew it; Sun was a nice person. "Don´t worry, the next time I find him I´ll give him a good punch for leaving like that."

Nodding, Sun looked at the sky. "My name is Robin, Reina-chan." She smiled even more, leaving the girl speechless for a moment. Sun… or more like Robin, was such a beautiful woman. "Call me Robin, alright?" Nodding, grinning even more, Reina felt that the journey was getting more and more interesting. Such a shame Ace left…

At the room where Reina slept, a letter was wide opened.

"Sorry, Reina, Luffy" It said. "I would have loved to wait until you guys woke up, but I don´t think I would be able to leave then. So, I´ll shall leave now, before Reina forces me to accompany you once again. It was a cool adventure though. Therefore, until the next time, I´ll leave you alone. Behave and don´t make much trouble for others. Ace."
