Aichi x Misaki FanFiction

PLEASE READ THIS NOTE!

Just want to say a quick note before we start, I know it takes a while for me to release these chapters but this is mainly down to time and wanting to write something worthwhile, not just rubbish pumped out every week. To let you guys know how far I am on the chapter and to show the progress I'm going to leave the link to my twitter and you guys can follow me on there and I'll leave updates for you on the current chapter I'm writing so you know I'm still carrying on with this as I truly love writing this FanFiction. Chapter 6

Aichi slowly stirred from his slumber to awake to Misaki's room, still on her sofa, now laying across it. It took a few seconds for him to realise that Misaki was also laid on the sofa, across his stomach asleep. He must have fell asleep before she did as the TV in her room was no longer playing the usual channels, but a recording of them at the Asia Circuit, playing in the tag match at the qualifiers. Misaki must have kept these recordings as he hasn't seen these on TV before. She must have put them on after he fell asleep to watch.

Aichi didn't want to get up in case of waking up Misaki, still soundly sleeping on his chest, so he just stayed laying on the sofa now starting to stroke her hair. Aichi had never realised how soft and silky Misaki's hair was until now, running her hair through his fingers. Aichi was careful not to pull her hair or stroke it too hard, wanting to stroke her hair for as long as possible, wishing these moments would never end. Even while stroking Misaki's hair, Aichi was still able to admire Misaki's unmatchable beauty. Her skin was as pure as a pearl and as smooth as a diamond and despite her being asleep he could still picture her bright blue eyes, glinting in the light.

Before long Aichi was already slipping back to sleep, the peacefulness of having Misaki sleep beside him soothing him after today's incident. Aichi hadn't gave the incidents that happened today any thought, despite the nature of them. Before Aichi could give any serious thought on it he drifted off to sleep, still holding some of Misaki's hair with one hand, with the other wrapped around her latched onto her waist.

Aichi's dreams were purged with blackening images of Misaki piercing him with her shadow beasts, ripping into Aichi. All Beauty that was radiating from Misaki had vanished and was replaced with shadows so dark that Aichi couldn't even recognise Misaki anymore. Aichi persisted on calling out to Misaki with no avail, as if she couldn't hear him, ignoring his cries for her. Just as Aichi could no longer bear the nightmare he was suddenly awakened to a real Misaki, back with her beauty, grasping his hand in hers, shouting his name.

"Aichi! Aichi wake up!" screamed Misaki, grasping onto his hand for dear life. Misaki was knelt on the floor by Aichi's face, shaking him to get him to wake up, on the verge of crying. Aichi was completely dazed by the sight of Misaki, trying to fathom what's real and what isn't. He wasn't able to speak and instead gave Misaki a reassuring nod, to let her know the nightmare was over. Misaki slowly relaxed, the rate of her breathing also decreasing while also still holding Aichi's hand, refusing to let go.

Slowly and painfully, Aichi pushed himself into a sitting position on Misaki's sofa, still holding onto Misaki's hand. His surroundings were starting to turn back to normal, colour coming back into everything. Watching the recordings of them at the Asia Circuit seemed to speed up the process. They had just reached the part of the recording where he played in the tag match with Misaki against the Neo-Nectar brothers, eventually winning the game by realising their strengths in offense and defence.

Aichi returned his gaze to Misaki who still looked fearful for Aichi. Aichi without even hesitating slid down of the sofa onto the floor in front of Misaki who was still kneeling and embraced her in an affectionate hug, grateful for her presence. This took Misaki by surprise, having Aichi quickly grab her around the waist and bury his head in-between her shoulders and neck. Misaki was however, quick to return the hug as she wrapped her arms around his neck and placing her head next to his.

They continued to embrace each other for another couple of minutes, Aichi caught up in the moment not wanting to let go. When they finally released each other they both stood up and straightened their clothes up before looking at each other again.

"Thanks for staying and looking after me today Misaki, it must have been strange after I collapsed, but saying that I can't remember much before I collapsed. " said Aichi, feeling guilty for making Misaki look after him for the majority of the day, considering it's now seven o'clock and it was around 11 when he arrived at Card Capital.

"It's ok Aichi, they were starting to do my head in downstairs anyway, Morikawa never shuts up. It's nice to get some alone time, I bet you haven't seen this part of the shop either have you?"

"Now that you mention it I haven't, It's very nice in here, I'm guessing this is your room?"

"Umm yes" replied Misaki, surprised by Aichi's liking to her little room. Aichi has started to walk over to the other side of the room to inspect the photo frame that was on her bedside cabinet. Inside was a picture of a young girl with a teddy bear, stood in between a man and women who closely resembled the girl. Aichi instantly knew the girl was Misaki as no-one matched her beauty. Aichi could only guess that the two stood either side of her were her parents.

"This is a beautiful picture Misaki. Are these your mum and dad?" softly asked Aichi. Misaki slowly started to walk over to the other side of the room where Aichi was stood and slowly took the picture from Aichi, closely inspecting it.

"Yes they are" replied Misaki, a hint of sadness in her voice, Aichi sensing this by moving closer to Misaki offering her his compassion. Misaki placed the picture back on the table and then leant in towards Aichi once again embracing him. This time however it was Misaki that needed comforting, leading Aichi to let her wrap her arms around in and snuggle her head into his shoulders.

"I'm sorry for bringing them up Misaki, I should have thought about your feelings towards them."

"No no Aichi, you haven't done anything wrong, it's just that I get lonely thinking about them" As soon as Misaki stopped talking Aichi caught Misaki's attention and looked her straight in the eyes.

"As long as you have me Misaki, you'll never be alone, I promise you" confidently said Aichi, meaning every word. Without hesitating Misaki reached around Aichi's neck and pulled him into her and started to kiss him. Misaki knew all along since she first met Aichi that she liked him but until now she never fully understood her bond with him. Aichi with his hands already around Misaki's waist prior to the kiss brought Misaki in even closer, the whole of their fronts touching from tip to toe. Aichi could tell Misaki had no intention of releasing the kiss as she carried on, still grasping around his neck. Aichi continued to kiss Misaki back, the feel of her silky soft lips against his soothing his body of everything that had happened today. The sensation of kissing Misaki was better than anything else he had felt and could really feel the passion emanating from her body. After a minute or so both Aichi and Misaki stopped kissing at the same moment to catch some breath and take a moment to look into each other's eyes.

Misaki was pleased to see the same smile she had upon her face on Aichi's, knowing how much the kiss had meant to them both, that being the first time they showed any proper romantic feelings towards each other. Aichi took a second to admire Misaki's beauty once again and let the reality of what happened sink in. Once they both had regained their breath and memory of what was going on, Misaki once again leant in towards Aichi again intending for a kiss wanting the moment to never end with Aichi.

"Misaki, Aichi you still up here?" Just as Misaki had got close to Aichi, Shin came through the door.

"I rang your mum Aichi just to let her know you had a bit of an accident earlier, she's just wondering what time you will be back round" asked Shin politely oblivious to the situation that was about to occur.

"Umm yeah I'll go back round in a few minutes, I promised I would help Emi with her homework as well" replied Aichi.

"If it wasn't for your incident earlier I'd make us three something to eat but I can imagine that your mum wants to see you" said Shin.

"Yeah I guess I should probably head home and let her know I'm ok."

"I'll come see you out Aichi" quickly responded Misaki. Shin made his way out of the room and both Misaki and Aichi headed out and down the stairs to the shop floor. The shop was now closed and all tidied from the long day of cardfighting, all the tables and chairs put away. Misaki quickly grabbed the keys to the door from behind the counter and went over and unlocked the door. Just before Aichi got through the door Misaki grabbed his hand and pulled him closer to her. She leant in closer to Aichi and softly spoke in his ear.

"You will be careful for me, wont you Aichi?" looking deep into his eyes, wanting Aichi to be safe.

"Of course Misaki" replied Aichi, unable to take his eyes off Misaki. Aichi hugged Misaki one last time before heading home, making sure to savour every second of holding Misaki. Her warmth radiating through Aichi's body. Once They finally released each other, Aichi bid Misaki a final good night and started to walk home after what felt like one of his longest and best days ever.

P.S Once again guys sorry for this massively long wait, I haven't been getting a lot of time for this down to college and work but I will try to speed up the writing process to get these out to you. I'm thinking of starting to write these in 1st person modes for both Misaki and Aichi as I think I can get more depth and character development but I just wanted to see what you guys thought.
