Aichi x Misaki FanFiction

Just before we start I want to let you all know that for the next chapter (and possibly the rest if everyone enjoys them) that I'm going to be writing the FanFiction in is 1st person.(switching view point in the chapter) For this chapter it is going to start from Aichi's point of view but I will be switching between Aichi and Misaki if I do carry this on. Please let me know whether you prefer 1st person or 3rd person perspectives so I know which to write in or if you would like both together.

Chapter 7

Aichi's POV

"Did you have fun with Misaki the other afternoon then Aichi?"

"Wait, what do you mean?!" How did she find out that I was just with Misaki the other afternoon? No-one was there other than me and Misaki and I haven't told anyone about both being with Misaki and kissing her. Shin rang mum to tell her about "banging" my head but that doesn't explain how she knows about being with Misaki.

"Oh Aichi, I know about you staying with Misaki for the afternoon, Emi said she saw you heading upstairs with her after you had finished Cardfighting." Mum says, glancing up from the pot she was stirring. I should have know Emi had seen us, she never takes her eyes off me after all, always trying to look out for me.

"The way I see it Aichi, you couldn't have found a more beautiful, sophisticated, caring young women to spend your time with, not to mention that everyone already knows she really likes you, and has for quite some time. She's such as lovely girl and can come over as often as she likes Aichi. Don't you agree Emi?"

"Totally Aichi! Misaki always talks to me and shows me all her cute cards as well!"

"Umm yeah, thanks Mum" I quickly reply. It's going to be a long time until I bring Misaki back here with both my Mum and Emi in the house. At least I know that both Mum and Emi like Misaki. I continue to get my stuff and put my coat on, ready to head out to see Misaki. We made plans to go down to the mall today, get away from the usual surroundings of Card Capital and get some time alone away from the gang.

As I step outside I'm delighted to see that the sun is shining and there doesn't seem to be any clouds about either, meaning that today's weather should be perfect. As I was walking over to Card Capital to meet Misaki I noticed a lot of posters for a tag team Cardfight tournament at PSY shop tomorrow. I'll have to remember to tell Misaki, we haven't played in a tag match in a long time.

When I finally reached Card Capital I sat by the bench out by the front and waited for Misaki. A couple of minutes passed before Misaki's shadow was cast over me. I turned to face Misaki, who was stood with her hands on her hip and a smile on her face. Misaki was wearing her short sleeve top and white shorts which stopped halfway between her knees and hips. I stood up to hug Misaki and was suddenly grasped by Misaki.

It didn't take long for Misaki to start hugging me, her body connecting with mine. Misaki obviously feels more open about us being together more despite the fact that neither of us have even said anything about dating, still just friends at the moment despite what happened the other night. I returned the hug to Misaki, releasing after a few seconds. This has been the first time we have properly made any contact with each other since the other night, which still seems like it happened weeks ago.

I spent a couple of seconds gazing into Misaki's eyes, losing track of everything around me.

"Shall we get going then Aichi?" said Misaki, smiling at me as always.

"Umm yeah, sorry" We started to walk to the Mall, which was situated in the middle of town. Usually we get a bus into town but today was an especially nice day so we started walking instead. As soon as we started walking we both went straight for each other's hands, interlocking them by each other's side.

It hadn't dawned on me until we had nearly got to the mall that there was going to be the tag tournament tomorrow.

"Oh yeah Misaki, on my way here I saw a poster for a Vanguard Tag Tournament tomorrow and I wondered if you'd like to enter with me? The last time we teamed together was at the circuit and we did really well there."

"That sounds great Aichi! What shop is it at?"

"PSY shop"

"I wonder if Suiko and Rekka are entering then? Should be good, something for us to do together" I'm glad Misaki liked the idea of entering the Cardfight Tournament together although I did notice the lack of Kourin's name being mentioned. Neither of us have competed in Vanguard for a few months and the High school championships are still a few months away as well.

We finally reached the Mall around about twelve-ish and started looking around a few clothes shops straight away, clearly for Misaki. From the outside Misaki wouldn't look like the kind of girl that's really into clothes and shopping but deep down it seems to be something she really enjoys. Misaki has me sit by the entrance to the changing rooms and tell her which clothes I think look best on her as she tries them on and comes out to show me.

Misaki pretty much looks stunning in every outfit, her perfect figure from head to toe but I know that she wants honest answers on which to buy. The final thing that Misaki tries on is quite a simple outfit which consists of a black sleeveless shirt which kind of resembles a tank top, tucked into a short red plaited skirt, long black sock/tights which start from her feet and end just above her knees and some black converse. This outfit is by far my favourite, showing off Misaki's legs and arms.

"They look amazing on you Misaki!"

"You think so?" replied Misaki, doing a little twirl to show me the outfit from behind.

"This is by far my favourite out of the others you tried on but I don't mind which we buy."

"We buy? Did you think I was going to let you pay for these?"

"I don't mind paying for them Misaki, especially since you and Shin gave me and Kamui loads of free cards for the tournaments we entered."

"They were meant to be presents for you both, not something you had to pay us back for"

"Then consider this a present for you" I said quickly flashing Misaki a quick wink before taking the clothes from Misaki and presenting them to the cashier.

Misaki's POV

It still comes as a shock to me that Aichi paid for all the clothes I got. I know that he has a job at some shop but It never occurred to me that he would offer to buy things like this for me. We were no longer holding hands due to the fact that Aichi was carrying both bags of the clothes he bought for me, again which he offered to do. It's amazing how much Aichi has grown in the last couple of months, mentally and physically. No longer was he this small, shy blue haired boy but a taller more confident teen, who definitely had no trouble in expressing his feelings now.

He hasn't actually asked me to be his "girlfriend" yet but we do meet up with each other a lot more now in private and have more physical contact. I've decided to let Aichi ask me, I figured since I know that I like Aichi that It would be better for him to figure it out from the signs I keep giving him, although Aichi being a boy has more than likely ignored most of them. We must have started getting nearer to PSY Shop as lots of posters for the tournament started cropping up on shop windows.

"It's just down hear Aichi" The entrance to the shop always seems like it moves, never staying in one place. We trudged down the hallway to the shop entrance, outside a bigger poster for the tournament, sating the rules and prizes.

"That trophy would look good in Card Capital don't you think Misaki?" said Aichi with a slight laugh.

"it sure would be a nice addition to our others" I bent down and picked up one of the bags from the floor letting Aichi carry the other. " I guess we should go in and find out where to register" As we entered the shop we were greeted 2 of the 3 members of ultra rare, Suiko and Rekka, who were sorting through entry slips.

"Well that's all 14 slips so far sorted hehe, looks like we've got a lot of competition this year" loudly spoke Rekka. There's no way anyone could mistake her annoying voice.

"Is this where we sign up then" said Aichi putting down the bag in his hand.

"It sure is Aichi, all though you may want to wait for Kourin to come out before signing up." spoke Suiko, in her usual calm tone before walking away with Rekka. Part of me liked Kourin as a friend, both in and out of the Cardfight Club but then the other half of me despised her, for I full knew she also had feelings for Aichi. We made our way further into the shop and put our stuff down near one of the Fight tables. It wasn't long before we heard the familiar voice of Kourin from the back shouting out to Suiko.

"Did you say Aichi is here?" Kourin came walking down the steps to the shop floor, still sorting her hair and sporting what seemed to be a new outfit, consisting of just a tank top and pencil skirt. I could feel the blood rush to my head, I tried my best to hide the blushing of my face but I knew full well that Kourin had spotted it already.

"Aichi!" shouted Kourin, running over and hugging him before giving me a quick nod. "I knew you would come down to see me!"

"And why might that be!" The anger in my voice came out unintentionally, her very presence angering me, making my blood boil, although her presence seemed minute to what she was about to say to me and Aichi.

"Well Aichi has come down to sign up for the tag tournament... and be my partner with me in it"

P.S Bit of quicker update for this chapter, found a good point to leave the story, I've been reading other FanFics and I've noticed how they switch between POV in chapters so I thought I'd give it a go. I personally prefer doing it like this over just third person but let me know what you think and give me feedback for the next chapter and the direction you guys want me to take with this. Stay tuned for the next Chapter as things should get really heated up in the next chapter and I also have big ideas and plans for future chapters, I just need to get through these ones first! :)
