Like I promised on the previous chapter of "Let her go" here you have the next chapter of "All of me". I hope that you like it.

Thanks to everyone who read the previous chapter and for your patient. I have been quiet busy in the last weeks and I could not update as much as I would like it. But don't worry I will try to update "How to save a life" soon. Chapter 15

After leaving his sister house, Antonio and Laura decided to return to their home to try to speak about what was going on between them like adults. They both were deafly silent during the car ride, both drowned in their own thoughts.

When they arrived home, they climbed out of Antonio's car and entered the two-story house. Laura looked around the lobby and the living room of what was her house until a few months ago and saw that there was something missing. The pictures that there were decorating the room have disappeared.

"Laura" Antonio said from behind her, "We need to talk"

"You are right. We need to have a long conversation like two adults" she walked to the armchair and took a seat whereas Antonio did the same but in a chair. He wanted to keep some distance between them so, both of them were comfortable while they were talking. That was the first time in months that they sat down ready totalk about what was going on. They just hoped that they wouldn'tend up yelling at each other as it has happened before.

"We can't continue like this" He was the first one who broke the silence "I miss you and the kids since you left with them months ago every single night. I know that I messed up and, I am sorry. I work so hard to keep this city a safe place for our kids"

"I know but I don't want to lose you. I am afraid of losing you every morning that I see you walking out that door," she said pointing to the main door of the house "I don't know what I would do without you,"

"So, you still care about me?" Antonio asked surprised

"Of course, I care about you. I am just angry with you but it doesn't mean that I stopped loving you"

Antonio nodded grateful of her words. He got up from his chair and knelt down in front of her grabbing her hands "Laura, why don't you come back home with the kids? We can do this. We can work it out. If you want, we can go to couples therapy. But, please come back home. I cannot spend another night away from you or the kids" she looked him not knowing what to say "You are my last thought in the night and the first one in the morning," he said repeating the same words that he said in his vows fifteen years ago. "I love you, Laura"

She looked at him with tears in her eyes "alright" she said thinking that maybe he was right. Maybe, there was a chance of being a family again. She had missed him so much too and the kids as well.

"Thanks you" he said as he hugged her

"But, it will take some time Antonio. We cannot act as if nothing has happened between us. We said awful thing to each other"

"I know. Why don't we simplify things? Take it day by day. It is gonna be difficult but we can make it work"

"Yeah. We can make it work"

She smiled and buried her head on his shoulder whereas Antonio encircled his arms around her body. He had forgotten how good it felt to have her in his arms again.

Gabby was looking through the slightly opened door at her niece and nephew, who were sound asleep on the bed. Since the guest room had been transformed into a nursery for the baby that she was carrying, Eva and Diego would have to sleep in hers and Matt's room.

"Are they asleep?" Matt asked as he hugged her from behind.

"Yeah" She rested her back against his chest and grabbed his hands. "Thanks for taking them to the kitchen when my brother and Laura started to yell to each other again"

"Of course. I hope your brother and Laura can work out their problems"

"I hope too" she let out a yawn and turned around to face him. She rested her hands behind his neck and he placed his on her lower back,

"You ready to go to bed?"

"I think so," she yawned again and he bit his lower lips in order to hide his smile. He was so in love with her.

"I will sleep on the couch-bed tonight" he said

"In that case, I will sleep with you on the couch," she said brushing his hair

"No way. You are going to sleep with them on our bed like we already discussed. The couch-bed is not that comfortable and your back will be in pain tomorrow morning"

"Okay" she said knowing that he was right "I am sorry we cannot continue what we started this morning" she said seductively referring to what they said while they were standing in front of her parents house "I guess that you will have to wait a little longer" she teased him before planting a small kiss on his lips

"I can wait. But, can you?" he ran his hands up and down through her back. His lips went directly to the sweet spot that she had behind her ear.

"Matt" she moaned as soon as she felt that his hand reach the hem of her shirt. He lifted her shirt a little, her baby bump now clearly visible. He stepped back and knelt down kissing her on her stomach "Matt" she moaned again when she felt his hot tongue inside of her navel. Her hands travelled to his short hair messing it up in all directions.

He stopped kissing her and rested his head against her stomach like he was trying to hear the baby's movements, which was impossible at that time of her pregnancy. "I love you," he whispered.

"I love you, baby" and she kissed him on top of his head

After hugging for what they thought could have been hours, Laura broke the embracement and looked at Antonio asking what was next. She didn't want to rush things; she however wanted to spend the night there.

"You can sleep on the bed. I will take the couch," Antonio said gently

"It is not necessary. I will take the couch," she said

"No, I will. Come on, I'll give you something comfortable to sleep in" he offered since she took all her clothes the day that she left the house.

They walked to the master room and Antonio walked straight to the wardrobe. Laura entered a few seconds later and was shocked when she saw the pictures that had disappeared from the living room were now on the nightstand. She had thought he had gotten rid of them but that was not the case. He had put them on his nightstand.

"The pictures help me feel a little better and not as lonely as I was" he said from behind her "This is for you" he said as he held out a pair of sweatpants and one of his shirts

"It could work," she said taking the clothes. For a second their fingers met and both of them smiled "Thank you"

Then, Antonio got closer to her placed his hands under her chin and lifted her head a little andplanted a sweet and tender kiss on her lips. It was just a simple kiss; he didn't ask her permission to access her mouth not wanting to rush things. He just wanted to show her that he was still in love with her. The clothes that Laura was holding in her hands fell on the floor but it was not noticed by any of them. Her hands travelled around his chest the same time she opened her mouth giving Antonio plenty of access to her mouth. He moved his hands from her hips to her breasts.

She broke the kiss and buried her face on his shoulder blade. He started to plant small kisses around her neck the same time that he continued massaging her breasts over the material of her shirt.

"Antonio" she said panting and taking all the strength that she had, she moved away from him "we can't". Of course she wanted to go further but she didn't want to regret it in the morning. She wanted to take it slow between them. That was the only way it could work.

"Okay. I am sorry. I don't know what happened," he was panting too. It had been a long time since he felt her soft lips against his and that feeling drove him crazy.

"It's okay. Good night" she approached to him and pressed her lips against his check

The next morning was a little unusual at the Casey-Dawson apartment. The kids were the first ones who woke up. They climbed out of the bed letting their aunty catch some more hours of sleep. They walked to the living room feeling a little hungry and found their future uncle fast asleep on the couch.

"What should we do?" Diego asked his sister

"I don't know. Maybe we should wait in the kitchen for them to wake up and have breakfast -" but she was interrupted when the noise of somebody throwing up from the bathroom was heard. Eva and Diego ran to the master room and saw the bathroom door closed but some light was coming from it. "Diego, wait here" Eva told her brother. She walked to the bathroom and knocked on the door "Aunty Gabby, are you okay?"

"I am fine" Gabby said from the other side of the door "Don't worry –" but she couldn't continue talking as a wave of nausea hit her and she threw up the content of her stomach into the toilet.

"I gonna get Uncle Matt" she said scared and ran to the living room "Uncle Matt" she said waking him up

"Wake up please, Uncle Matt" Diego said

"What is wrong?" he asked feeling a little groggy looking to the kids

"It is Aunty Gabby, she is throwing up in the bathroom"

Without wasting a second, he got up from the couch and walked to the bathroom "Gabby" he knocked on the door "I am going to come in, alright? Guys, wait here" and he entered the master bedroom and walked straight to the bathroom.

Gabby was sitting on the floor with each of her hands in one side of the toilet throwing up all the content of her stomach. Matt approached her and held her short hair while she continued throwing up violently. When she was done, he rubbed her back as she was trying to catch her breath.

"Much better?"

"Yeah. I woke up feeling nauseous and I just had to run to the bathroom," she said. Her eyes were filled with tears comingfrom the effort of being sick

"Do you want something?"

"No, I think that I scared the kids"

"Don't worry. I'll talk to them"

"I think that I am going to lie down a little longer. Can you handle the kids on your own?"

"Sure. Don't worry about us"

He helped her getting up from the floor. She walked to the mirror and brushed her teeth while Matt walked to the wardrobe and grabbed her a new shirt because hers was covered in sweat. He helped her get out of her shirt and before he put on the on the clean one, her hands travelled to her back to the clap of her bra; her breasts were too sore.

"I'll do it" he said softly, she smiled and let him remove her bra. "All done" he smiled when he placed the fresh shirt on her body. It was one of his shirts and looked so big on her but he loved how his clothes looked on her.

"I love this shirt"

"I know. That is why I gave it to you" he placed his hand around her shoulder and led her back to the bed. When she lied down, he tucked her in and planted a tender kiss on her forehead "Get some rest, baby"

He left the room, closed the door behind him and found the two kids looking at him with a scared expression on their faces.

"Is Aunty Gabby alright?" Diego asked

"Yeah. Absolutely. Nothing to worry about, buddy" he said rubbing his shoulder. However, his answer did not convince Eva. She had the feeling that there was something he was not telling them "Is anyone hungry? I can make some breakfast"

"Do you have cereals?"

"Yeah. They are on the left counter nearest to the fridge," he said and Diego went to the kitchen

"What is wrong with Aunty Gabby?" Eva asked "and don't lie to me like you have to Diego"

"You are very observant for your age" Matt pointed out "She is gonna be fine. She is just feeling a little tired that it is all"

"Alright" Eva said not really sure if he was telling her the truth

"Come on, let's eat some cereals before your brother eats the entire box by himself" he joked making the teenager smile

"How did you sleep?" Antonio asked when he entered the kitchen. Laura was sitting on the kitchen table with a cup of coffee in her hands

"Good. What about you?"

"Not bad" He poured himself a cup of coffee and took a seat next to her "Are you hungry?"

"No" Laura took a sip of her cup and looked to Antonio with a serious expression "We have to talk. Last night, we said that we were going to try to fix our problems but, how are we going to do it?"

"Why don't you and the kids come back home?"

"Antonio-" she began

"I can continue sleeping on the couch. It is alright with me" he added quickly "Please, come back home with the kids"

Laura got up of the chair and walked to the sink putting her empty cup in "I will think about it"

"So, are you feeling better?" Diego asked his aunt

"yeah" she smiled.

After sleeping one more hour, she woke up feeling much better; the nausea that she had been feeling was gone.

Now, they were walking to her parents' house to celebrate Christmas day and open the present that they could not open yesterday.

"By the way" Matt said "Merry Christmas, guys!" he said remembering what day was. With the confusion of the day none of them had remember what day was.

"Merry Christmas" Everyone said.

When they arrived to her parents' house, Antonio's truck was parked on the front of the entrance.

"Mom and Dad are here" Diego said sad "Do we have to go inside?"

"Yes buddy, we have to"

Everyone climbed out of Gabby's car and walked to the house; her mother received them with a wide smile.

"Your parents are in the living room," she told the kids.

The kids nodded and walked to where her grandma told them. Their parents were sitting on the couch having nice talk.

"Eva, Diego" Laura got up of the couch and walked to the kids hugging each of them "Merry Christmas!"

"Did you behave at your aunty and uncle's?" Antonio asked in a friendly tone

"Yeah, they have been great" Gabby said smiling

"Guys, I think that there are some presents under the Christmas tree for you," Their grandpa said

The kids looked to their mom, she gave them a single nod and they ran to the tree to see what Santa had brought them.

Laura and Antonio approached Matt and Gabby "thanks for looking after of them last night" Laura said

"Yeah, little sis. Thanks so much" he hugged his sister

"You are welcome"

"Come on, there are presents for everyone under the tree" Rocio said

All of them walked to the tree that was decorating the Dawson's living roomto see what Santa had brought them. Matt and Gabby were left behind and he took the chance whispering seductively in her ear.

"You know, this year I have been a good boy because Santa brought me what I really wanted" he encircled his arms around her waist and kissed her on her neck

"Well, it that case I have been good too. A few days ago, you gave me a great present" and She kissed him on his lips "I love you"

"I love you too" and he kissed her again

After spending a couple of hours all together enjoying the food, that Gabby and Antonio's mother had cooked, and the dessert, that all the women had made together, all of them were sitting in the living room. Diego was sitting on the floor playing with the new Lego mindstorm kit that Santa brought him. Eva was sitting on the couch reading the manual of her new digital camera. And finally, the adults were drinking some coffee while they were sharing a conversation; the men were busy talking about their jobs while the women were talking about other things.

Laura checked her watch and said "Alright. Come on kids, we have to go. Say bye to everyone"

"Why?" Antonio asked since she never told him that she had the intension of leaving his parents house after lunch. He thought that they had made a deal.

"We are going to my parent's house. We are gonna sleep there tonight and tomorrow morning we are taking the first train to my sisterhouse" Laura said "It has been a long time since my parents saw the kids"

"Why do we have to leave? I thought that you worked out your problems last night," Eva said annoyed

"I don't want to go back to her house," Diego said as annoyed as his sister "Dad, do something. Don't let her take us away from you"

"Laura-"

"Guys, we have to go to your aunt's house to get our stuff to come back home" After watching Antonio playing with the kids, she realized that she had been selfish by taking them away of their father. She thought that if she did not see him ever again, she would forget that she loved him but it was impossible to forget something like this. That morning, she remembered how it felt to have the family all together and she did not want to break that ever again.

"You mean coming back to Chicago?" Diego asked after thinking for a few seconds about what his mother said

"Yeah"

"Yay!" Diego yelled happy hearing that he was going to come back to Chicago. He ran to his mother and hugged her "Thanks" he said crying outof happiness "I love you mom," he said happy "We are going to come back home"

"Thanks" Antonio said to Laura

In the next one, Gabby will continue working on the surprise that she want to give Matt. Her mother and more people will help her.
