She was pregnant, it had been a few weeks since she had gotten the news and she was still as excited then as she was the day she had heard those words from Dr. Hart. After having got the news the two young women had told their parents and friends, being met with reactions of amusement from the fathers as they smirked at Jade to a bone crushing hug from Cat as she screamed in excitement. It had been an exciting day for the two young women and they were happy when everything had finally calmed down and they had a chance to simple sit down on the couch and take it all in.

"I still can't believe it," Tori whispered as she rubbed her stomach, Jade smirking as she watched her, "it worked, I'm actually carrying our child."

"I know," Jade replied softly as she closed her eyes and relaxed, "it's almost too good to be true."

Tori giggles softly as she cuddled into Jade's side, the West girl wrapping her arm around her waist and resting her hand on her lover's belly. Even though she still wasn't showing, and wouldn't be for some time they realized, the simple fact that Tori was pregnant with their child was enough to excite them. The two sat there in each other's embrace, the world around them forgotten for the time being as Jade allowed Tori to rest and the Vega girl focused on the goth girl's heartbeat. Letting out a content Jade reached out with her other hand and kicked up the footrest for where she was sitting on the couch, Tori shifting slightly to remain comfortable. Just as they were about to fall asleep though they heard the sound of footsteps coming down the stairs and looked up to see the Vega parents looking rather well dressed.

"You two going somewhere?" Tori asked as her mother smiled at her.

"Oh we're just going out for dinner," Holly replied as she rummaged around through her purse, "we figured that you two would want some alone time to let everything set in."

Jade chuckled at this, tightening her hold around Tori's waist as Holly pulled out her wallet and handed them some money.

"But if you two want to go out here's some money."

"Thanks mom," Tori said taking the money, "But I think we might just stay in and order a pizza."

"Holly we need to leave or we're going to be late for the movie," David said as he fixed his over shirt.

"Alright I'm coming," his wife remarked rolling her eyes, "you two have a good night."

"And don't do anything to get in trouble," David warned playfully, Jade smirking at him.

"I can't promise anything," the goth girl shrugged, Tori pinching her sides with a scolding her playfully.

The Vega parents said their goodbyes and left their daughter and her girlfriend to whatever it was they were going to do. Hearing the front door close Jade glanced over at the to make sure that they were really gone and smirked as she heard the car start up and saw the lights pull away. With the eldest Vegas in the house now gone the thespian proceeded to twist her body so that Tori was laying against her, confusing the singer until she felt Jade's lips press against her's.

"Jade," Tori moaned as she felt Jade move her lips to her neck, "don't you go starting anything West."

Jade chuckled and pinched Tori's side playfully, causing the half Latina to yelp in shock and glare at her. Leaning in to kiss her again Jade heard the sound of someone coming down the stairs and growled under her breath as the older of the two Vega sisters came into view. Seeing the two on the couch Trina rolled her eyes and walked over to the fridge, pulling out a bottle of water.

"I figured you two would be out celebrating," Trina said as she walked pass them again.

"We wanted to stay home," the younger of the two sisters replied as she sat up, "what are you doing tonight?"

Trina shrugged, taking a drink from the bottle and putting the cap back in it.

"Not sure, I don't really have any plans tonight," she replied nonchalantly, "I may go to the mall later and do a bit of shopping but that's it."

"Really, no boys tonight?" Tori asked surprised.

"Nope," the older sister stated, popping the p.

"Must be a good night for the boys then," Jade chuckled, earning herself a smack to the back of the head from Tori.

"Ignore her," Tori muttered, "anyway what's up, you always seem to have a boy of the week."

"I'm just getting tired of boys," Trina explained with a huff, "and before you ask no I'm not interested in dating girls."

"Don't knock it until you try it," Jade said laying her head on Tori's lap.

"Anyway, I'm just going to wait and see if there's a man out there that will treat me right," Trina finished propping her feet up on the table, "I guess that might be a bit much to ask for though."

"I wouldn't say that," Tori assured her sister, "I think everyone deserves someone who will treat them right."

Jade laid there and listened to the two sisters converse with each other, the young goth woman closing her eyes and humming softly to herself as she started to get lost in her own thoughts. As she wandered the pathway of her mind she started to think of different things, from more inappropriate things like having a little bit of fun with her girlfriend to more innocent things like the upcoming Full Moon Jam. The conversation between the two sisters was never absent from her though as she continued to listen in on that when a thought popped into her head.

"I mean it Tori I'm finally starting to realize that all of the boys I went out with were just that, boys!"

"Treen I get it but you need to understand that if you want someone to treat you right then you also have to be willing to do a little bit of growing yourself," Tori sighed, "although judging from what you're telling me then you're doing a bit of that right now."

"Jeez love you too little sis," Trina huffed as she leaned back in the chair she was sitting in, "the downside is that I don't know any nice men."

"I'm sure there are some at your college Trina you just have to look for them," the younger Vega offered with a smile.

"Yeah…"

"Well I may know someone that might be willing to go on a date with you," Jade said as she sat up, "but you got to be open minded and not throw a fit."

"You...you know someone and are willing to set me up?" Trina asked not amused, "how can I be sure that it won't be some psycho that's going to kill me?"

"Well if you don't want me to then…"

"Jade," Tori warned.

"Hey it's not my fault she doesn't trust me," Jade shrugged.

"You've never given me reason to trust you," Trina stated glaring at her.

"Alright everyone calm down before one of you kills the other," Tori ordered with a huff, "and Trina I love you but my money's on Jade."

"Thank you Tori," Jade said grinning.

"You're welcome Jade, now please tell us what's on your mind," the younger Vega said rubbing her temples.

"Well I'm not going to say anything until I'm certain," Jade explained making the sisters frown, "but, I don't think he'd be…'opposed' to the idea."

Trina stared at the thespian, trying to figure out what was going on through Jade's head until she nod her head in agreement. Smirking Jade laid back down and closed her eyes Tori looking down at her confused before looking back up at her sister who just shrugged and pulled out her phone. A second later she handed her phone to her younger sister, Tori looking down at the screen to see what was on it.

"Please make sure it's not a psychotic person."

Rolling her eyes Tori nodded her head and handed her phone back to the older of the two, Trina standing up and saying that she would be up stairs in her room. Nodding Tori turned her attention to the television, absentmindedly playing with Jade's hair while she flicked through the channels to find something to watch. Finally deciding on watching 'The Princess Bride' she settled in and started to watch the movie when she felt Jade shift on her lap and the remote that was in her free hand was suddenly liberated as the channel was changed to 'American Horror Story.'

"Jade I was watching that," Tori whined as Jade smirked at her.

"Yeah and I want to watch this," Jade shrugged as she placed the remote down her shirt in between her breast.

"Do you really think I won't go in there Jade?" Tori inquired, noticing the smirk not leaving her girlfriend's features.

"Oh I know you'd reach for it there," the goth girl said wiggling her eyebrows, "I'm counting on it."

Tori blushed bright red, or as red as her tan face could get, and tried to say something but couldn't get anything out besides a mess of undefinable words. Jade chuckled, enjoying being able to tease the half Latina in a more intimate way than before they were dating.

"Come on Vega," Jade dared in her 'Tori' voice, "it's just right there, all you have to do is grab it."

This however caused a spark to appear in Tori's eyes as she suddenly reached down Jade's shirt, the goth girl squeaking in shock. Reaching up Jade grabbed Tori's wrist and the two started to wrestle with each other over the remote, Jade pulling Tori with her as she fell to the floor. The two wrestled for a little bit, Jade grinning down at the struggling young woman as she pinned her arms to the floor.

"Say you're sorry," Jade ordered playfully.

"For what?" Tori asked trying to wiggle her way to freedom

"For trying to get me to watch 'The Princess Bride'," Jade explained smirking at her.

"You looked like you were going to take a nap," the half Latina argued bucking her hips, "Jade get off of me!"

"Why, it's not like I'm resting on top of your womb I'm on your legs," Jade remarked tightening her grip on Tori's wrist.

"I have to go to the restroom!"

With that Tori managed to push Jade off of her and ran to the downstairs bathroom, Jade blinking a few times in confusion before shrugging and getting back on the couch. Minutes later she heard the tell-tale sound of the toilet flushing and looked over to see Tori reentering the living room, sighing happily.

"Better?" the goth teased as the singer sat down and leaned against her.

"Yep," she muttered as she grabbed the remote and turned it to Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., "there something we can both watch."

Jade chuckles as she wraps her arm around her girlfriend and watched the newest episode when Tori glanced up at her.

"Jade can you promise me something?"

"Haven't I already?" Jade questioned looking down at her.

"Please Jade?" the singer pleaded, giving her best pouty face.

"Just tell me what you want Vega," Jade replied rolling her eyes, "but know that I can't promise that I'll agree."

"I get that, I just…" Tori bit down on her lower lip hesitantly, "promise me that this so called 'date' you're setting up for Trina won't be with a psycho."

"Oh that? I can't assure that he's not a psycho," the thespian promised looking back at the television.

"Will you tell me who he is?"

"Nope," Jade replied with a cocky grin, "just trust me when I say that I promise that I won't hurt your sister, no matter how annoying she is."

Tori giggled and resumed cuddling with the pale skin girl, making sure to lean up and give her a quick kiss. As the two sat there watching Ghost Rider fight Hellfire, Jade heard something that made her heart skip a beat.

"I love you Jade."
