Tori groans as she waddled around her apartment, opening the fridge and grabbing a bottle of water before waddling back to the couch. Sitting back down with a grunt the half Latina opened the bottle and took a sip from it before looking down at her swollen belly, the small baby growing inside her now at nine months and ready to come at any moment. Normally she would have Jade grab whatever she need, but the thespian had to step out for a few minutes to go and grab a few things they were low on and wouldn't be back for a little while longer.

"I kind you wish your mommy was here," Tori admitted rubbing her belly, "you're due any day now and I would rather her be here when I need to go."

Smiling the singer shook her head and looked out their living room window, said window facing the parking lot, and looked out towards the nearby park.

"Though I suppose I shouldn't be too selfish, she had to go get some items we needed and she's getting me a little treat!"

This alone caused her to giggle again, but this stopped when she felt a sharp pain in her abdomen. Muttering a curse under her breath she started counting just how long the pain lasted, relieved when it lasted forty five seconds.

"They're starting to get stronger," she muttered to herself, wincing once again as she felt another contraction start, "okay, time to call Jade."

Picking up her phone, Tori quickly dialed Jade's number and waited a few seconds for her girlfriend to pick up.

"Hello?"

"Jade I think it's time, Michelle's ready to come," she replied, biting her lower lip as she felt another one start and then felt a puddle of water underneath her.

"Are you sure?" Jade asked.

"YES I'M SURE, I JUST FELT MY WATER BREAK!"

"Ow my ear, okay look I'm heading to the car right now, I'll be there as fast as I can," Jade promised, "you just be ready to get up and get to the car."

"Okay, sorry for yelling at you," the singer apologized.

"It's fine Tori, I get that you're in some pain, just take some deep breaths and I'll be there as soon as I can."

Tori smiled and pressed the call end button, setting her phone down and placing her hand back on her stomach.

"Don't worry Michelle, you'll be with us soon."

Jade hung up her phone and quickly got into her car, tossing the bags into the back and starting it up. As she pulled out of the parking lot though she soon found herself trapped in after work traffic.

"Wha...oh come on!" she groaned, "I just had to get caught in this traffic, it's going to take me at least an hour to get back home."

Tapping her steering wheel Jade tried to figure out if there was anything she could do to get home quicker. Glancing down at her cell phone she was considering calling Rachel when she remembered that she visiting Cat's grandma with her, Robbie and Andre were out of the city go to go to this music store that Andre wanted to go to. Both her parents and Tori's parents were more than likely caught up in the same traffic she was in, so that only left one more person.

"Shit," she muttered picking up her phone, "never thought I'd call this number."

Quickly dialing the number she waited as the phone rang, and when the person on the other end finally picked up she was never happier to hear her voice.

"Hello?"

"Trina, look I need you to go to mine and Tori's apartment and get Tori to the hospital," Jade told the elder Vega sister.

"What? Why aren't you there with my sister you know she's due any day now?" Trina all but screeched into the phone.

"I had to go and grab some things from the store and I got caught in the after work traffic," Jade explained with a huff, "look I really need you to do this for me okay, I wouldn't have called you if there wasn't someone else to help."

"Well thanks for that West," Trina snarked, "but fine, I'll do it to help my sister."

"Thanks," Jade replied hanging up.

Looking back out at the traffic the thespian sighed as she made mentally mapped out a route to the hospital.

'Don't worry Tori hopefully by the end of the day you'll be holding our baby girl.'

Trina hung up her phone and quickly got to work, tossing her phone into her purse and all but running to her car. The drive to Tori and Jade's apartment didn't take her too long, remembering to take the side roads to avoid the traffic. When she arrived she didn't even bother to turn her car off, instead rushing up the stairs and knocking on the door before opening it and walking inside.

"Tori…" the older sister called out looking into the livingroom.

"T-Trina what are you doing here?" Tori asked as she struggled to stand, "look sis as much as I enjoy the surprise visit this really isn't the…"

Tori gasped, holding her stomach as she fell back to the couch, Trina rushing over to help her.

"I know little sis, Jade sent me to get you to the hospital," she explained helping her stand up.

"Why can't Jade take me?"

"She got caught in after work traffic."

Tori groaned but allowed Trina to lead her towards the door, making sure that her sister grabbed the bag that they had prepared for this occasion. The two made their way to Trina's car and left the apartment building, Trina doing what she could to to make sure that her sister breathed and remained calm.

"Just breath Tori, we'll be there in a little bit," Trina said keeping her eyes on the road.

"Trina, I love you," Tori gasped as she held her stomach again, "but if you tell me to breath one more time I'm going to have Jade cut off all your hair in your sleep."

Trina squeaked but kept quiet other then that. Tori took a few deep breaths as she focused on a image she had thought up of her, Jade, and Michelle in the future, the two of them holding their baby girl and looking down at her with love. This did a bit to calm her down, the young pregnant girl smiling softly as she closed her eyes and kept thinking about that image. The car came to a halt as they reached a stop light, Trina grumbling as she tapped her finger on the steering wheel.

"Jeez Trina if I didn't know better," Tori gasped, "I'd think you're the one pregnant with how impatient you are at the moment."

"I'm just trying to make sure that you're okay Tori," Trina explained looking at her, "you're carrying my niece after all."

Tori chuckled painfully as the light turned green and Trina hit the gas. As they reached the middle of the intersection though Trina's blood froze as she heard a loud screech. What followed for the two half latinas was a blur of lights and sounds as they heard the sound of metal crunching metal, the jerk of the car as it was pushed to the side. Blinking Trina shook her head when she recalled who was in the car with her, her heart racing as she looked over to her baby sister. She gasped at the sight, Tori's eyes close as blood trickled down the side of her head, the glass of the window cracked slightly from the impact. Opening her door Trina climbed out of her car and ignored the man who got out of the other car apologizing to her. The sound of sirens could be heard as an ambulance and police pulled up, Trina running to one of the EMTs.

"Please, please you have to help my sister!" she cried, "She's in the passenger side and she's labor, we were heading to the hospital so that she could give birth but…"

"Ma'am, ma'am we need you to calm down okay," one of the police officers said patting her shoulder when he realized something, "wait a second, you're officer Vega's oldest girl."

"Y-yeah I'm Trina Vega, my sister Tori is in my car and she's unconscious."

"We need Officer Vega here stat, his daughters were in the wreck and his youngest daughter in labor."

"Ten four, Officer Vega is on his way." came a quick reply.

"Please you have to help my sister!" Trina pleaded, the officer nodding.

"We're going to do what we can," he promised as he walked over, "we need to get that girl into the ambulance and get her to the hospital, what hospital were you heading to?"

"Southern California Hospital."

The officer nodded and got to work, Trina almost breaking down as they pulled Tori out of the car and got her into the ambulance. With her hands shaking she pulled out her phone and dialed a number that she knew she needed to call. Jade groaned as she was making her way to the hospital, having to stop for some reason as traffic seemed to slow down.

"Crap I really hope that Trina avoided this traffic," she mumbled, "I really need to get to the hospital as fast as I can."

She frowned as she heard her phone go off, looking down to see that it was the eldest Vega daughter calling her.

"Trina, please tell me you made it to the hospital."

"J-Jade there...there was an accident, m-my car was sideswiped and...and…"

Jade's blood froze as she took in what Trina was saying.

"Trina what happened, is Tori and Michelle okay?" she asked, her voice trembling in fear.

"I...I don't know, Tori is unconscious and the EMTs are getting her into the ambulance," Trina explained.

"Where are you?" Jade asked biting her lower lip.

"We're uh...oh um at the intersection of Sunshine and Jasmine."

Jade looked up and, her eyes widening, she realized that she was just down the road.

'That's why traffic as slowed down.' she thought as she pulled her car to the side.

Getting out of her car she ran down the street and gasped as she saw the wreck. She spotted Trina talking to a cop, and then her heart almost stopped when she saw her girlfriend in the back of the ambulance.

"TORI!" she yelled running over to her.

"Hold on miss, you can't enter this area at the moment," an officer said stopping her.

"Out of my way she my girlfriend!" Jade yelled trying to push past him.

Trina looked up when she heard Jade, the half latina running over to the two.

"Wait that's my sister's girlfriend," she said to the officer, and she's the other mother of the child she's carrying.

"Um...what?" the officer asked confused.

"It's a long story but she needs to be with my sister," Trina assured him, the cop allowing Jade to pass and even telling the EMTs that she was allowed.

Jade handed Trina her keys and told Trina to take her car to the hospital before climbing into the back of the ambulance, her eyes tearing up as she noticed Tori laying there.

"She's going into labor," one of the EMTs said as they checked Tori, "we need to hurry and get her to the hospital."

Jade whimpered and took a hold of Tori's hand.

"Tori please, please be okay…"

The back of the ambulance closed up and the sirens blared to life again as they headed towards the hospital. Jade's heart racing as she prayed to whoever would listen to her that Tori and Michelle would make it out of this alive.
