Chapter 14

Hey guys how are y'all? I really hope that good. So here's chapter 14. I really hope that you guys enjoy it. So I've been thinking and I think it would be nice to write an epilogue for this story. Still don't know what im going to write since I been having the chapters done but something will come up.

Anyway I do not own any of the twilight characters but I do own the ones that I've created.

GISSELLE'S POV

Two weeks later

It has been two weeks since the vision, and it had been so stressful.

Two days ago we had to camp at the field that the Cullens usually used to play baseball.

My parents hadn't let me out of their sight unless I was with Edward or someone else.

Today I had decided to go for a walk in the woods. I heard steps behind me and I turned around and saw my mother. "Mom?" I asked.

"Who else?" She asked.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"What does it look like im doing? I'm following you." She said.

"I can see that. But why?" I asked.

"Sweetie, I've been running away from Aro almost all of my life. In case they show up early and they find you who knows what can happen." She said.

I smiled. "Fine you may come with me." I said.

Mother smiled.

"What about me?" Isabella asked.

"You too." I said.

"And me?" Alice, my sister, asked.

"You too." I said.

"What about us?" Melanie asked appearing with Altair.

"Fine." I said.

"I'll come too." Father said.

"Fine." I said.

"So will we." Grandpa Jasper said appearing with grandma Alice and Edward

I groaned. "Okay so I wanted to go for a walk because I wanted to be alone. I didn't that everyone was going to followed me." I said.

"Sweetheart is our duty to protect you." Father said.

"I can take care of myself." I said.

"We know you can but since you can't use your gift, we don't know what could happen." Father said.

I was starting to he frustrated. "Ugh! Maybe if I wasn't pregnant y'all wouldn't be so over protective..." I said before I gasped.

At that moment a vision of the Volturi came. They were close.

"Their coming." Grandma Alice and I said together.

"How much longer?" Father asked.

"Three minutes. Five the most." Edward said.

"You see? We were right to follow you." Alice said.

I sighed. "I'm sorry I didn't mean to snap at y'all I have just been feeling so frustrated that I can't be alone not even for an instant, even though I know y'all mean well." I said.

They nodded.

"Well lets get back now. We can finish talking about this later." I said.

"What makes you think that we'll be alive?" Altair asked.

"We have to stay positive I guess." I said.

They nodded.

We ran back to the field. We let everyone know what was happening. Then we went to stand together on our side of the field.

A minute later they emerged out of the woods. They walked together as if they had the same rhythm. Not one person out of place. Mostly everyone was dressed in red, except for the ones in the front that were dressed in black. Just like in the vision.

Two giant wolves came out of the woods behind us followed by both of the packs.

The Volturi stopped a great distance from us and removed their hoodies. They didn't show any emotion.

I guess that had a millennia to practice. I saw Bella was next to Aro.

She was also dressed in black. She looked different. She didn't have that innocent look on her face like she did when she had just woken up. Her eyes were red. A bloody red. Her hair was the same dark brown that I had been before she left. Her face showed a little of emotion.

Confusion and lost.

Ness took my hand in hers and I squeezed it lightly trying to reassure her that everything was going to be fine.

That was what made Bella furious. She growled she walked forward but someone held her back.

Edward and my father immediately stepped in front of us.

I gasped. My hear beat started to speed up and I felt the babies kick.

"Edward?" Carlisle asked.

"They don't know hoe to continue." Edward said.

"Should I speak?" Carlisle asked.

"This will be the only chance we may get." Father said.

Carlisle nodded and walked forward several steps. "Aro, how good to see you again." He said.

Aro walked forward also.

A woman moved with him.

A few of the guard leaned forward into a crouch. Others barred their teeth.

"Wait." Aro said holding up a hand to them. Then he walked a few more steps. "Carlisle, my dear Carlisle. My old friend. You say that is good to see me, but you have reunited all these people here to kill me and to kill my dear ones." Aro said.

Carlisle shook his head. Then he extended his hand. "You just have to read my thoughts to prove that that was never our intention." He said.

"Patience Carlisle. After all we have all the time in the world." Aro said.

Carlisle nodded. "Bella, how good to see you." Carlisle said.

Bella straighten up and nodded once. She looked like she didn't care.

Edward hissed.

I swallowed and took deep breaths to try to calm myself. My heart was beating too fast. "Edward." I said taking his hand in mine.

Edward pulled me against his side and hugged me.

I immediately felt better. I felt my breathing return to normal and my heart slow down. I still had Ness' hand in mine. I hugged her to my side.

"Ah! That's her." Aro said.

I froze.

"Who?" Carlisle asked.

"Edward's new wife." Aro said.

Carlisle turned to look at me.

I already knew what was coming next.

Carlisle turned to look back at Aro. "Yes. Her name is Gisselle." Carlisle said.

"Her scent is familiar." Aro said.

"That's probably because of Bella's memories." Father said.

Aro turned to look at him and his expression changed.

He recognized him. I thought.

Then my mother walked forward and went to stand next to my father. "Hello Aro. Nice to see you again. It's been a long time." Mother said.

Aro looked shocked for a few seconds. Then his expression went back to being emotionless.

"Do you know them brother?" Caius asked.

"Of course not brother. Everyone has heard from us so I assume that's why they think they know us." Aro said.

"Get to the point." Caius said.

"Ah yes. Our reason for our visit is that my dear Bella wants her daughter to join us." Aro said.

"Never! You must be out of your damn mind if you think im going to allow that!" I yelled.

"You have no right over my daughter!" Bella yelled back.

"You are the one that has no right over her! You left her! I told you not to go but you didn't listen to me. I told you that you were going to regret it, and what did you say?! You said that you weren't ready to become a mother. That you didn't think that you would ever would be! You left her with me, and NOW you have a daughter?! I don't think so!" I said before I let go of Ness and got out of Edward's arms but he held me back.

"Dont do it." He whispered in my ear.

I shook my head. I was pissed. I could feel as if fire was running through my veins. I wasn't going to let anyone take my daughter away even if I had to fight.

Bella growled.

Grandma Alice and mother growled also.

"Children please calm down. There has to be a way to settle this." Aro said.

"There is. Go back to Italy and let us live in peace." I said.

Aro chuckled. "I dint think that's possible. We cam here to take Bella's daughter with us whether you like it or not. We can do this the easy way or the hard way." Ari said.

I laughed. "You better try the hard way because im not letting you take my daughter with you." I said.

"My dear, why do you fight for a child that is not even yours? You didn't give birth to her. Look at yourself. You're pregnant. You're going to have your own child so why worry about this one?" Aro asked.

"You dont understand because you haven't spend time with her. As soon as you lay eyes on her face, she has you wrapped around her finger. I fight for her because it aided her with the help of my family. All of Carlisle's friends can be witnesses of the bond I have with Ness. They can also witness of all the bonds that Ness has with the Cullens or my family. Yes its true im pregnant but that doesn't mean that im not going to love my Ness anymore when the babies are born. If you could just see all that we have been through then you would understand." I said.

Aro nodded. "Very well. I'll give you the opportunity to prove your point, and I would like to meet her." Aro said extending his hand.

I sighed and nodded.

Edward let me go.

I started walking forward with Ness. Then I stopped and looked back.

My father and grandpa Jasper walked forward followed by Edward.

We all walked forward until we were a few feet from Aro.

I took a deep breath and walked alone with Ness to where Aro was. I stood in front of Aro. I put my hand in his, and he covered my hand with his other.

There was no going back now.

He was going to know the truth. He was going to see all of my memories. He was going to see that I am the baby that he ordered to be left in the woods to die.

"Why has it stopped?" Aro asked.

"What?" I asked.

"Your memories. They are being blocked." Aro said.

"What? That's not possible. I can see the future and the past. Ness can communicate her thought by touching someone." I said.

"What about your father?" Aro asked still not letting go of my hand.

"He can't block minds. He can only move stuff with his mind." I said.

"Your grandfather?" Aro asked.

"He can read emotions and control them but he can't block minds either." I said.

Aro nodded and let go off my hand. "I'm guessing she doesn't know?" Aro asked.

So he go that far.

I shook my head.

"My brothers join me so we can make our decision." Aro said.

I turned around with Ness and we walked together with Grandpa Jasper, father, and Edward to where our family was.

"This is it." Carlisle said.

Edward nodded.

"Thank you Carlisle for everything." I said.

Carlisle smiled. "We're a family. That is what family is for." He said.

I nodded. I went to stand in front of Jacob.

He was in his wolf form. He bent down and Ness climbed on his back.

"In case of anything get her out of here." I whispered to Jacob.

Jacob whined.

"Please keep her safe." I whispered.

Jacob nodded once.

Someone growled from the other side.

I turned around.

Aro, Caius, and Marcus were formed in a triangle with their eyes closed.

Then black smoke started to come towards us.

Altair and Melanie walked forward. Then held hands and something surrounded us.

"What is that?" I asked.

"Altair and Melanie are shields. They are always stronger when they hold hands." Mother said.

"Which means?" I asked.

"They are both a physical and mental shields. Altair is a mental shield. Melanie is a physical shield. When the hold hands, it combines." Mother said.

"Oh." I said.

The black smoke got closer and then it went around the shield. It didn't even get through.

"Its working." Esme said.

We still have a chance.

Then some of the guard raced forward.

"I love you Ness." I said.

"Love you momma. Love you daddy." Ness said with tears in her eyes.

I turned around and saw that they were getting closer. "Go Jacob. NOW!" I said.

Jacob turned around and took off running taking my daughter with him.

At least she was going to be safe.

"You have to as well." Edward said.

I shook my head. "No. We stand together. No matter what." I told him.

Edward nodded and hugged me.

The ones from the guard reached us. They jumped ready to attack, but just as they were going to land on top of us, they hit the shield and bounced back.

The rest of the guard raced forward.

Then Aro turned around. "Stop." He said. He had made his decision.

The ones that were running stopped.

"After seeing Gisselle's memories, I have made my decision. I have decides that the child stays with her family." Aro said.

I smiled and sighed.

"What?!" Bella said.

"We didn't come all this way for nothing!" Caius said.

"Listen to me brother. The child is no threat. She is more human than vampire, which means that she should be leaving this world soon. So she's no good to us." Aro said.

I wanted to growl but because of the great news I couldn't.

"What about me?! I gave birth to her!" Bella said.

"Yes, and you shouldn't have left her. This remarkable young lady has taken good care of the child. She has educated her well with the help of the Cullens. If you want you may stay to spend some time with the child, but I wont change my mind." Aro said.

I smiled.

Aro turned to face us. "My dear Carlisle, I am so sorry for the misunderstanding. I hope that we can continue to be friends and to live in peace." Aro said.

Carlisle smiled. "You may leave in peace my friend." He said.

One of the wolves howled and the rest followed it's lead.

Bella growled and stormed out of the field. She wad followed by Marcus and Caius.

Little by little they started to leave. Until Aro was left.

He turned to look at us one more time and then he left.

They were gone. The nightmare was finally over.

So Bella didn't get away with it. The Volturi left and now the only enemy they have is Ness' aging.
