A/N: Haha. You thought. Oh well. At least there's a chapter attached to this A/N. Anyways if you're still reading this after all this, I'm not sure if I can stress how awesome you are. But before I continue, you know in Supernatural how they'll have those random episodes where they go hunt down a monster, but not like the big monster and the plot gets developed but like that not that much? More like filler, but like a filler with purpose. That's this chapter. Okay. I'm done. Let's do this.

JPOV:

I pull my sleek leather jacket on over the white t-shirt I had on, admiring my reflection in the mirror. "Sexy as always," I wink at my reflection. "You done?" A voice asks from the doorway. I turn to see my darling sister. Her long black hair was straightened so it reached farther than half way down her back, even half way down would be a bit of a stretch to say about her tight black dress however. Her heels made her even taller than I was. "Never. I'm ready to go if that's what you're asking," I grin, grabbing my wallet. Isabelle only rolls her eyes.

We walk to the entry way to find our very uncomfortable and unwilling brother, and in my case Parabati, waiting for us. "Alec," I clap him on the shoulder. He doesn't look pleased with this. And not just the shoulder thing. While Isabelle and I had dressed to impress, Alec looked like he dressed in a way to specifically emphasize how much he did not want to go to tonight's party. In a navy blue, oversized sweatshirt that you could see through in some parts it had so many holes and black jeans that were a bit to big for his skinny legs, he looked more homeless than like he was going to a party. I'm not quite sure how he convinced Izzy to let him wear that. Then again I wasn't completely sure how she even got Alec to go in the first place.

Izzy's current boyfriend was of the fey folk, Meliorn, and when she found he was going to one of Magnus Bane's parties, she begged him to let them tag along. Magnus Bane is the great Warlock of Brooklyn and while we had never been to one of his parties, it was impossible to not hear of them. They are supposed to be awesome. They were Shadowhunters though, so they never got invited, no matter how high in the party realm they were.

I push Alec out the door, he stumbles down the stairs and we're off. City lights flash by as we make our way toward the warlock's apartment. With no glamour, we were free to the mundane eye and when I caught girl's gawking, I winked, grinning. One girl looked merely fourteen and went pale when I met her eyes, making me kind of scared she may fall, leaving me to explain to an ambulance how she passed out from my dashing good looks.

I quickly look away. Isabelle buzzes up when we get there and we're let in quickly, no one asking for names as it was a party and Magnus was probably having fun, not playing body guard. He did however open the door for them, looking us over with his deep green, cat like eyes.

His black hair was gelled into spikes, shimmering with glitter. A magenta blazer clung to his tall frame and black and white striped pants that also didn't fail to show off his legs. Not that I was checking him out. Just noting.

I side glance at my siblings. Alec on the other hand.. I smirk. He was looking a little too intently. I wonder about that boy's sexuality sometimes. I'd have to tell him he was acting gay again later. Not that I'd care if he was. It's just funny how red his face got when I teased him about it.

Magnus raises his eyebrows. "Shadowhunters," the word rolls off his tongue. Not a question. He knew what we were. I wiggle my fingers at him. "Yes indeed. Bane?" Magnus turns on me. "Yes indeed," He mocks me. "I don't remember inviting you three. But.." His eyes snap to Alec. "I suppose you can stay. But only for the blue eyed one," Magnus winks. From the drink in his hand, I could tell the Warlock was a bit tipsy.

Alec's cheeks go even redder then they do for the aforementioned thing. Isabelle shrugs. "Take him. I'm here to see my boyfriend. Maybe you can show him how to have a good time." "Izzy," Alec hisses. "Come Alexander, get that dic- whoops, I mean stick out your ass and have some fun." I put in. Alec's face blushes deeper if that's even possible. We walk in, spreading out to find something to occupy ourselves with, which wasn't hard in this chaos. All except Alec.

I glance back to see Magnus gripping Alec's shirt. Alec wasn't struggling, but he looked flustered and surprised. I roll my eyes once I assessed Magnus was only being flirtatious and not coming on to strongly to my best friend, leaving them to their fun.

APOV:

"No, no, no Alexander," I feel the warlock whisper in my ear, shivering. "I believe part of my terms for letting your little friends stay was you." I look at him, eyes wide. "Alec," I correct him quietly. What did that mean? He laughs, the sound musical, seeming to ignore my words. "Don't worry." He pulls back, examining me before taking another sip of whatever alcoholic drink filled his cup. Refilled, I correct myself as the cup does so on it's own accord, no help from Magnus. No help from his hands anyway.

"Want a sip?" Magnus offers, seeing me eyeing his cup. "N-no," I stutter. The warlock purses his lips. "I see what they mean," he mutters after a moment. Before I can ask for an explanation of his words, he's pulling me onto the dance floor. Isabelle and Jace owe me big time.

After a while of dancing a little close for someone I just met, yet seeming to almost not be close enough once we got into it, I decided a few drinks couldn't hurt anything. It's not like I have to drive us home.

"Magnus?" I look up him. He smiles, "Yes?" "I think I may have changed my mind about that sip." It takes a moment for his intoxicated mind to completely register what I was saying. Once he had though, he was leading me over to a table with an array of beverages spread out on it. "Stick to the clear ones," he warns quietly. "They're already flavored. The colored ones are for uninvited guests. Everyone meant to be here is informed of this."

Alarm flashes through me as I remember, "You didn't tell Isabelle and Jace that!" Magnus grins devilishly. "Don't worry. The effects are completely reversible." It didn't comfort me much, but it was enough for me to pick up a glass and chug it to the last drop in less than thirty seconds. I pick up another one.

Magnus was looking at me surprised. "What?" I ask, confused. "I didn't take you as much of a drinker Alexander." "I'm not." I lead the way back to the crowd, getting lost in it, but feels Magnus' hand on my sweater to keep up with me.

Not having drunk very often, the alcohol starts to affect me pretty quickly. Magnus didn't seem to complain though as I brought our bodies closer together after my fourth drink. I wasn't gay I reasoned with myself. I was just having a good time, as Jace said; getting that dic- I stop. –Stick- I repeat the word over and over to myself.

After six, I'm pretty willingly letting myself be pulled to a dark corner. Did Magnus always get this drunk? Did he always look this sexy? –I- was so drunk at this point, my mind didn't even register I had seriously just thought that till I was in Magnus' lap.

I had never been this close to a guy. Never a kissed a guy. Never kissed anyone for that matter. But it didn't take long for our mouth's to connect. His tongue finds its way into my mouth, and I tangle mine with it forcefully earning a groan from him. He pulls me closer, me straddling his waist.

I gasp lightly as he moves from my mouth to my neck, sucking gently, but long enough it'd probably leave a mark. "You're so adorable," Magnus whispers into my neck and as I did earlier when he did that to my ear, I shiver. "I'm a Shadowhunter. I am not 'adorable.'" I roll my eyes. "Ooo," he teases me. "There's the egotistical side I waiting for. If not adorable, what are you Alexander?" "I'm-"I pause, trying to think of a response.

Before I can though, someone interrupts. "When I said had fun, didn't think you'd take it quite this literally." Alec looks up at his little sister, who herself had a drink. It was clear, she wasn't stupid. I jump up quickly, my thought process trying to clear and come up with an excuse.

Isabelle leans in. "No, no, no Alexander," she smirks. I almost choke. Had she really heard that? She grabs my hand, squeezing it lightly and lowering her voice. "It's okay. I know." How did –she- know? I wasn't even sure I know yet. Or more like if I was willing to accept it yet.
"H-how-" I'm stopped by her finger on my mouth. "Shhh. Have fun," she winks, leaving.

I sit back down, beside Magnus this time on the plush, crimson sofa. He runs his fingers lightly over my thigh and I let him. "I'm not making you do anything you don't want to Alec," Magnus reminds him. I know, I think as I play with his fingers absently. "How about," Magnus pulls back his hand to my slight disappointment. "You call me on Tuesday? If you want. We could go to dinner or something." He smiles at me and slips what I presume is his number into my pocket.
