I spent the last week on holidays and thought about this story and came to the conclusion I will be rewriting the story. This story will be treated as a "test writing", meaning I was using it to mainly establish the story and many original characters, but in the rewrite some things will change.

There will be following changes:

1. Cameo teams AZRE from the story Team: Azure by Ace Wolfblade and BLZE from the story A BLZEing Remnant by J. Van A will no longer appear. While team AZRE was a rather frequent guest, team BLZE was rarely appearing and balancing the two is proving too difficult to me. They might be mentioned and/or have a minor appearance.

2. All Volumes will have twelve (12) Chapters so to follow the format started with the show's Volume 2, making it easier for me to plan and write the story.

3. A different school year format will be used and will be patterned after Japanese school year that is divided into three semesters: first that lasts between April 1 and "late July", second that lasts between "early September" to "early December", and third that lasts between "early January" to "late March" (information taken from Wikipedia). This is mainly because RWBY is an anime and anime genre originates from Japan, but will also be likely in line with RWBY canon since during Volume 3 Ruby states that its fall, so somewhere around September and October is when the tournament happens (from what I gather the first three Volumes are set within a single school year so this change in my writing is probably correct).

4. With the three above changes listed, quite a large number of events will be moved around, some will probably not reappear at all.

5. I am also planning to incorporate more artes from Tales of series, but they will still be in line with a character's battle style. I simply love the series so much!

6. Related to the point above, there will also be some concepts from Tales of series that I will put in the story in a way they will not break the canon (at least not in a very big way; I prefer to not break the canon too much even if sometimes I don't like things that happen in it). There are some things that are relatively similar to some concepts between the two series that they can work out.

7. Some characters may get a slight update in terms of a weapon, battle style, and/or appearance.

8. I've already started writing Volume 2 Chapter 1 for my story; it has (in my opinion) the best fighting scene I've written for my story. With the chance in school year handling I am contemplating if I should replace it with a different setting, note that the battle will still remain, it will just look differently.

I am also outlining the first four Volumes, with the first being mostly done, so the story is not so chaotic and it will also hopefully help me in not dragging and/or repeating some things, allowing me to make the story as fresh as I can write it.

Anyone wants to add their two lien? I'm open to suggestions.
