Superman was flying in orbit, listening for trouble when he heard it in Metropolis. He quickly zoomed down to his city and found a strange woman in a black dress, leaning up against a building for support. "What's wrong, ma'am?" He asked.

"It's that boy there with the strange weapon. He attacked me. Those cute creatures are trying to hold him off, but they're simply outmatched." Maleficent said weakly, pointing over to where a boy with an indeed strange weapon that looked somewhat like a key slashed through a bunch of small black creatures with yellow eyes. They did seem cute, but at the same time, Superman had an uneasy feeling about them.

Nevertheless, if this boy truly was a threat, Superman would have to deal with him. As Sora slashed through the rest of the Shadows with Ultima Weapon, another shadow appeared behind him. He turned and jumped back, seeing a man in a blue and red outfit floating in the air above him. "That's quite enough. Who are you?" Superman demanded.

"My name's Sora. Who are you?" Sora asked cautiously. He had no ill intent against this man, but he didn't know if he was friend or foe. So far from the man's tone, he was leaning towards foe.

"I'm Superman. And from what I hear, you've been attacking people. What you just did to those creatures certainly backs up that theory, too." Superman said.

"Those creatures are called the Heartless. THEY'RE the ones who are evil!" Sora said.

"All I saw was them trying to stop you from attacking some poor woman. Why don't you come with me and we can talk about this rather than do it the hard way." Superman said, flying closer.

"Some poor woman? You meant Maleficent! If you're on her side, than no thanks!" Sora said, taking up his fighting stance.

"Fine. But remember, I gave you a chance." Superman said, his eyes glowing red.

Superman fired his heat vision at Sora, hoping to finish the fight quickly and knock out the boy in one shot without hurting him, but the Keyblade wielder managed to block the heat vision. Superman saw this and flew in, throwing a punch, but Sora also blocked this, although with great effort, bringing him to one knee. Superman prepared another punch, but Sora took the small opening and stomped the ground, creating a small magic shockwave that hit Superman, damaging him and threw him off-guard, allowing Sora to start attacking. Superman tried to simply block the Keyblade, but the weapon actually managed to cut into his arm. He hissed at this, pulling back his arm, at which point Sora continued his attack, hitting him a couple more times with the magic weapon, before creating 4 spheres of light that circled him and did extra damage to Superman before knocking him back, sending him to the ground. He rolled backwards once he hit the ground, getting to one knee and putting a hand over his chest to ease the pain of the decent-sized but shallow cuts and the burns from the light spheres. "Magic. I'll have to be more careful about how I approach this." He said, getting up.

"You don't like magic, huh? In that case, I've got plenty. Thunder!" Sora said, raising the Keyblade into the air. As he did, a large cluster of powerful lightning bolts rained down on Superman, doing him further damage. He then rushed in at the Man of Steel, who recovered faster than Sora anticipated and charged as well. This surprised Sora, ruining his chance to attack, but still giving him enough time to defend himself. "Reflect!" He shouted, a small magic dome covering him just before Superman's punch landed. He hissed when he hit the magic barrier, pulling his hand back, but was then hit in the chest by a small barrage of magic orbs, to which he cried out in pain, feeling twice the force he had thrown at the barrier, being launched back again, "Ready to give up yet?" Sora said confidently.

"You're too dangerous to run around doing what you want. I'm through holding back because you're a kid!" Superman said, firing his heat vision at Sora as he flew in at him. Sora blocked it, but Superman quickly followed behind it, knocking the Keyblade out of Sora's hand and grabbing him by the throat and lifting him off the ground, preparing one punch to knock the boy out, but suddenly, in a flash of light, the weapon disappeared from where Superman had knocked it away to and into the boy's hand, slashing Superman's chest once again and forcing him to jump back. "Damn! It's like this kid always has another trick up his sleeve." The Kryptonian said, putting a hand over his chest.

"And here's another one for you!" Sora said, holding his hand in front of his heart. Suddenly, there was a flash of light in his hand before, in large burst of light, the boy's clothes turned pure white, at which point he began to glide across the ground towards Superman, another weapon (Fenrir), gliding on his side opposite the first one. Superman struggled to his feet and flew forward, ready to throw another punch, before Sora held both hands out in front of him.

"Time!" He said. Suddenly, Superman was completely frozen in place, unable to move. He realized one of the magic powers the boy had must be able to stop time. The boy began attacking in almost impossible ways and, at first, Superman didn't feel it, but as soon as he regained movement, great pain came with it as he felt the impact of each previous hit as he was now also being bombarded with an endless combo of attacks, not even half a second in between attacks from the magic weapons with magic blasts of light being thrown in often as well. However, Sora realized his time in his Final Form was running out so he pumped everything he had into his next couple attacks, a powerful combo finishing with with a devastating double slash across the chest, followed by the back of both weapons hitting him in the face, sending him to the ground, barely conscious.

Maleficent walked up angrily as Superman struggled to push his upper body up off the ground. "Useless fool! You are supposed to be the world's mightiest superhero and you cannot even stop one child!" She snapped, glaring at Superman.

"Maleficent!" Sora said, taking up his stance again.

"What? You used me?!" Superman said, looking at her in confusion and anger.

"Yes. This child's been interfering with my plans for FAR too long. I had assumed someone as mighty as you would've been able to defeat him easily, but I suppose I was mistaken." She said, raising her staff, glowing with magical energy, preparing to drive it into Superman's chest.

"Yeah, you were!" Sora shouted, rushing in and slashing her. She screamed at this, leaning into her staff to support herself, barely able to stand, slowly opening a portal into darkness and fading away. "Are you okay?" Sora said, helping Superman up.

"Yeah. I should be asking you that question. I hope I didn't hurt you." Superman said.

"I'm fine. I've taken some pretty bad hits before." Sora said.

"That's good. Sorry for getting the wrong idea and attacking you, Sora. I guess I deserved that beating for that." Superman said.

Sora chuckled a bit and smiled at this. "Ah, it's okay. Maleficent's good at tricking people. She even got my best friend to turn against me once. I'll be sure to get her one of these days." He said.

"I'll certainly be glad when you do." Superman said, holding out his hand.

Sora smiled again and shook it. "Yeah. I'll be sure to give her one for you when I find her." He said.

"Be sure you do." Superman said with a smile.

"Yeah. Okay, I gotta go now." Sora said, calling a strange ship that looked like it was made from building blocks and flying away (I honestly didn't think this last part though, sorry).

Analysis:

1: Both opponents here had an advantage that made the fight so one-sided for each of them it actually became somewhat of an even match. On one hand: Superman could easily knock out Sora with a single punch if he actually landed it. On the other: Superman is weak against magic and Sora literally has nothing that ISN'T magic. He has one of the longest list of magic spells in fictional history and his weapons are magic as well. Ultimately, this came down to who could outwit the other one, which fell into Sora's favor: Superman came into the fight knowing nothing about Sora and not exercising the slightest caution, only seeing a boy with a strange weapon and not knowing he had a bunch of magic that could easily do him damage.

2: Sora is fast enough to react to Superman's attacks and either evade them or come up with something to prevent them from hitting him. He COULD block the attacks, but that would take so much more strength and effort rather than avoiding them. Basically, it's the same as saying I COULD block a punch from Arnold Schwarzenegger, but that would be my very last option as opposed to getting the hell out of the way of that fist. Blocking that would fucking HURT. Anyway, Sora has several ways of throwing off Superman, as shown with the Stop and Reflect magics, which would both protect Sora from Supes and leave him open for a counterattack from the Keyblade wielder.

3: Sora has done that 'lose the keyblade and summon it back' thing multiple times to fool his enemies who didn't know he could do that. Superman wouldn't expect it either and would be caught off-guard. And while Superman can endure magic attacks, they take a heavy toll on him and he CANNOT stand against magic blades, such as Wonder Woman's sword or of course, Sora's Keyblades. The magic energy attacks (Thunder, Reflect) would do great damage, but not as much as the actual magic weapons.

4: Before anyone says that the Keyblade isn't sharp and couldn't cut anything, let alone Superman, again: magic. And both Fenrir and Ultima Weapon ARE in fact rather sharp and could cut the man of steel.

5: Honestly, this was probably the fairest way to play it. There's so many other options where Sora could've ended it so much quicker: summoning Genie and have him blast him with magic, going to Wisdom form and blasting him with an onslaught of magic bolts, using Trinity Limit to hammer on Superman, I could go on.

6: Sora's enemies are always trying to kill him, so comparing their more aggressive attacks to Superman's, who'd only be trying to knock Sora out, Sora would handle that much easier than his normal targets. Also, Sora has gone up against creatures far more dangerous than Superman: Heartless and Nobodies ranging from as small as a chihuahua to the size of a skyscraper, TITANS, GODS, people that WARP REALITY and SEPHIROTH. I think Superman is the least of his problems.
