Quick little notes from me, I made a little mistake in the last two chapters. Naruto started off at a young age and there were plenty years between him finding out about his lineage and graduation so, as of now Naruto is 13 just so the series will flow a little bit better.

Chapter 3: Student no more! Believe it!
## Flashback - One year ago##
Naruto used the "Hiraishin No Jutsu" to teleport home, meeting Jiraiya.
"Ero-sennin, today we had a lesson on Uzushiogakure. I can't seem to wrap my head around this apparently, Konoha and Uzushio were allies" Naruto explained
"Y-yes, that's true? What are you getting at?"
"Well Iruka-sensei told me that Uzushio was destroyed by the four great villages. But I realized there are five Elemental villages… Where was Konoha? That's what I asked Iruka-sensei and he told me that 'By the time Konoha found out about the attack it was already to late' is this true?" Naruto asked
"Why are you asking me? If thats what Iruka, a teacher, said then its true"
"Well, you yourself told me a Ninja must be skilled at the art of deception," Naruto said with a sinister grin
"Stop this conversation now, Naruto, we have to focus on the Hiraishin jutsu"
Naruto was still skeptical, but he decided to resume his training and drop it
## Twelve Months Later ##
It was a warm and sun-kissed day in Konoha, with birds chirping and trees gently swaying in the warm summer breeze. The scent of pine and other fragrant trees added to the overall sense of serenity in the air.
It was a momentous day for the students of Konoha's academy as it was their Graduation Day, marking the end of their time as students and the start of their careers as shinobi. Normally Naruto wasn't a morning person but today he was up bright and early to Jiraiya's surprise.
Jiraiya would scratch his head in confusion "I thought you don't like getting up early? What's so special about today?"
"Today is incredibly special to me because it's our Graduation Day!" exclaimed Naruto before continuing on to say "We're marking the end of our time as students and the start of our careers as shinobi. It's a huge milestone in our lives, and I'm eager to start training and putting everything I've learned into practice."
"Hmm.. So it takes you becoming a ninja to finally gain responsibility ey?" joked Jiraiya
"I am excited about the start of my journey as a ninja. It's been a long time coming, and I feel ready to apply all that I've learned and start serving Konoha." Naruto finished with a proud smile, ready to face whatever obstacles came his way.
"Oh shoot, He's lucky I am not like his Grandmother, Tsunade, I wonder how she would feel watching Naruto become a ninja" Jiraiya would let out a chuckle saying "I am proud of you, you better get going now. I will be there at the ceremony later today"
"Alright, Jiraiya-sensei. Thank you for-" said Naruto before getting cut off by jiraiya
"No, thank you Naruto. I'm so proud of you, and I can't wait to see the great things you accomplish in your life. You have all the qualities of a true shinobi, and I have no doubt that you'll make me and Sarutobi-sensei immensely proud. Remember to always stay true to yourself and to what's important to you. And if you ever need help, know that I will always be here for you." Jiraiya said with a warm smile on his face, his pride in Naruto's growth and potential unmistakable in his eyes and tone. He placed a gentle hand on Naruto's shoulder and gave him a quick, affectionate hug before releasing him back into the world, ready to face whatever challenges it may throw at him.
Naruto would smile before activating his seal "Hiraishin no Jutsu".
## Academy ##
Naruto appeared in his seat right beside Hinata. Shikamaru being the first to realize
"Talk about arriving in style, Mr. Orange Flash"
"Naruto! We already know you're going to be named Rookie of the Year" - exclaims Lee
Naruto couldn't help but smile, "Thank you, thank you. I hope so!"
"Hey Naruto-kun, do your best" said Hinata
"Right back atcha" Naruto would say before turning his attention to Iruka
"Well today marks the day where you guys leave my command. You guys are becoming Shinobi! But there is one more test before you receive your Headbands which signify if you become a Shinobi. The clone jutsu!" explained Iruka
"Once you create the clone you will be asked to transform into Iruka-san. If you cannot you will be held back a year." Mizuki said
## Moments later ##
All the students laughed and cheered as Naruto passed his test, with some even shouting out humorous remarks about the difficulty of the questions. Iruka Sensei, always the stern but fair teacher, laughed along with his students and joined in on the celebration. He looked around the room at the Konoha 11 and said with a grin, "Well done, everyone. You've all proven that you have what it takes to be a ninja in Konoha. Congratulations!" The laughter and chatter continued for several minutes after the last student had finished their test, and it was clear that this was a special moment for the entire class. As the celebration died down, Iruka Sensei spoke up again, "And now, it's time for your graduation ceremony. I hope you're all ready to officially begin your journey as ninja in Konoha. I couldn't be more proud of each and every one of you." The students nodded their heads in agreement, ready to embark on their new lives as shinobi and carry on the legacy of Konoha.
"Class dismissed! I will see you all today at the ceremony later!" - said Iruka before doing the Tiger seal and disappearing
## After Class ##
Naruto would teleport to the ramen shop where he would meet Iruka
"Oh hey Iruka-Sensei, shouldn't you be preparing for the Graduation ceremony?" - asked Naruto with a confused look on his face
"Yes, but I came for a quick ramen before I finish. We are almost done" - Iruka sarcastically joked
"Alright, Naruto," Iruka said with a mix of concern and exasperation, as Naruto had been behaving a bit rashly and disruptive in class today. "What's going on with you? You've been causing quite a ruckus lately."
Naruto scoffed, but his eyes held a tinge of guilt. "Sorry, sensei," he muttered. "I just can't seem to concentrate."
Iruka sighed and placed a comforting hand on Naruto's shoulder. "It's okay, Naruto. I know you're going through a lot right now. But you're a strong ninja, and I believe in you. You'll get through this rough patch, and I'll be right here to help you along the way."
He gave Naruto's shoulder a squeeze, and Naruto's shoulders sagged as if the weight of the world had just been lifted off them. "Thanks, sensei," he said quietly.
Iruka smiled. "Anytime, Naruto. That's what I'm here for." before disappearing
Naruto would do the Tiger Seal and say "Hiraishin No Jutsu" to teleport home
## Home ##
"ERO-SENNIN WHY DO YOU STILL LOOK LIKE A FROG" - yelled Naruto as Jiraiya was still in regular apparel as if he wasn't going anywhere
"Why wouldn't I, I am the sage of the Toads" jokes Jiraiya
"Oh I don't fricking know, maybe because we're going to a PUBLIC graduation? You can't look any fancier?"
"Okay, shut up you little brat" - Jiraiya would say before releasing the transformation jutsu revealing slick back hair.
"Okay, now we have to go ero-sennin. Let's teleport there"
"No, Naruto we are going to walk like any other kid that is 9 years old."
"Oh you old hag" Naruto would say before bursting out laughing at the expense of Jiraiya
Jiraiya and Naruto walked to the Academy, as did alot of the families who were going to graduate. Naruto was wearing Uzumaki apparel, a long Shinobi dress complementing his long hair. Jiraiya couldn't help but smile finally seeing Naruto mature and grow all these years.
## Ceremony ##
"Hiruzen, is this the graduating class?" asked Homura
"Yes, these are the boys and girls who will be joining our Shinobi ranks today"
"Naruto Uzumaki? Son of Konoha's yellow Flash? And Uchiha Sasuke, Son of Fugaku of the Wicked eye? This is one exciting generation!" exclaimed Koharu Otatane
"Ladies and Gentlemen, I, Hiruzen Sarutobi, Hokage of the Leaf hereby announce the commencing of this years Ninja Graduation ceremony"
As cheers light in the room, Hiruzen couldn't help but to smile noticing Jiraiya.
"I would like to ask, Jiraiya-sama of the Legendary Sannin to come up here and announce the awards. I believe he is the most fit to hand these out considering he is so young and vibrant unlike me" joked the old Hokage
"Well well, I'm glad you notice you're getting old Sarutobi-sensei."
"Let us begin, each year we announce a Most improved Academy Student and Rookie of the Year" - explained Jiraiya
"Let me open this damn envelope, the Most Improved Academy Student goes to…" Jiraiya would look down at the paper and see Sasuke Uchiha's name "Oh no, how come Naruto hasn't gotten either of the awards."
"The winner of both awards actually is Sasuke from the Uchiha clan! Congratulations Sasuke, Konoha is very excited to have you join our ninja ranks" - said Jiraiya
Mizuki was trusted by Iruka to dictate who gets the awards but when Iruka looked around to congratulate Mizuki on such great on a good pick he was nowhere to be found
"I can't believe they made fricking Sasuke stuck up Uchiha get all the awards" - said Naruto as he stormed out of the room.
"Oh, Naruto. You deserve both of those awards in my opinion." - said Mizuki he would pat Naruto's shoulder before saying "Although I have a way for you to get the titles instead, stealing the Scroll of Seals and Scroll of Secrets. If you practice a jutsu out of the Scroll of Seals you'll be able to surpass even myself or Iruka.
"Really!? Can I think about it?" said Naruto "This fool, I am the Godson of the Jiraiya and son of Minato Namikaze the fourth Hokage. I think I would know the importance of these scrolls"
"Of course, you have until tomorrow of course" - Mizuki said before heading back to the auditorium
Naruto would teleport to Jiraiya and grab his arm before saying "We have to get home NOW!"
## Uzumaki Residence ##
"Mizuki–sensei told me to steal the Scroll of Seal and the Scroll of Secrets, what do I do" - Asked Naruto
"Well, the authorities won't believe us until they see it. So steal it, go to the outskirts of the village hide there. Bring two extra scrolls copy everything you see, you will most likely have four hours before they notice the scrolls are missing so you better copy word for word it might be useful in your training" instructed Jiraiya
"I am committing a crime, ero-sennin, what if I get caught"
"As I said I will distract the Hokage and Mizuki at once." said Jiraiya before creating a Shadow clone. "Go now!"
## Two Hours Later ##
"Sir, I have grave news to report. I believe someone from within Konoha has just stolen the Forbidden Scroll of Seals."
"What?! That's unacceptable! Who could it be?"
"It's a genin by the name of Naruto. I saw him with my own eyes, he stole the scroll in broad daylight and then ran out of the village."
"How could a genin manage to steal such an important artifact? This is very concerning indeed." - questioned the Elderly hokage
"We need to launch an investigation immediately. We cannot afford to lose such critical knowledge." said Choza
"Agreed. Mizuki, please assemble a team to lead the search. We need to find Naruto and retrieve that scroll before it falls into the wrong hands." Ordered the Hokage
"Actually- I will find Naruto. I know him the best. I know where he will end up going. You won't have to worry about village secrets being leaked, I will find him and retrieve it no need for a team" said Jiraya
"B-but" Mizuki muttered
"Be rest assured Mizuki, I will get it back!" Jiraiya said before disappearing
Jiraiya would then exit the hokage tower, seeing Iruka joining him in silence. They jumped tree to tree before seeing a bright orange flash signifying to Jiraiya the copies were completed and it was time to expose Mizuki. Luckily for them, Mizuki, recognized the orange flash which caused him to be there too
"Give me the scroll you dirty nine-tails brat" - Said Mizuki
"But didn't you say I'd become the rookie of the year? How will I?"
"Well, it seems I'll have to forcefully take it" - said Mizuki with a devious look on his face
"Here you go ero-sennin, have one of your toads bring this to old man. I'm going to have fun with this one!" - said Naruto smirking
"Understood, I can't wait to watch this unfold! Iruka escort this toad back to the Hokage Tower. Have the Hokage prepare a squad that will arrest Mizuki the moment he enters the Village" - instructed Jiraiya
"Iruka, Naruto is the same demon who killed your parents! Don't listen to them! He's going to betray you and kill you just like he did to your parents!" - said Mizuki
"Yes... the demon fox, I understand. But Naruto... he's different. He's one of my most excellent students. He's not always the most attentive, and he may have his moments of clumsiness, but he knows what it's like to feel pain and loneliness within his heart. Despite everything, he is still a member of Konohagakure, a shinobi in his own right. Let there be no doubt about it, he is Naruto Uzumaki, a young warrior and a valuable part of our village."- said Iruka
"I won't let that toad go! Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu!" declared Mizuki as he aimed for the Toad jumping away
"Not so fast, Kebari Senbon" Screamed Naruto as hair flew out like sebon stopping all the Shurikens from hitting the Toad "Your fight is with me!"
"I am going to beat you with one Jutsu, and I am going to like it!" - exclaimed Naruto
"As if, you dirty brat! You betrayed me now you shall pay-"
"Well, I was never with you to begin with. You're a fool for thinking me, the Son of the Fourth Hokage and daughter of Kushina Uzumaki would betray this village? Think harder.. Not smarter." - Naruto teased
"You little- I am going to show you why I am a Chunin!" - Mizuki boasted "In reality, I have to get the hell out of here"
"Katon: Endan" - Yelled Naruto as he ran towards Naruto
In retaliation to the fire bullets Naruto just fired at him, Mizuki created two clones before yelling "Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu" as a great stream of water poured out of his mouth toward Naruto.
"Futon: Rasengan" A huge chakra ball would begin to appear in Naruto's hand in one hand and he threw a Flying Raijin behind Mizuki. Teleporting behind him and smashing the Rasengan in his back. "So much for 'showing me why your a chunin' you just got beat by a Genin" - bragged Naruto
Jiraiya couldn't help but laugh considering Naruto just beat a Chunin and is now standing over his body bragging about defeating him. "Well Naruto, it seems you've really shown him whose boss," Jiraya said in a jokingly manner
"That's right ero-sennin and you are next" - joked Naruto
"So Naruto did you make a copy of both the Scroll of Seals and Scroll of Secrets?" - said Jiraiya changing the mood to a more serious one.
"Yes, I did. I was able to learn two things, Multi-Shadow Clone Jutsu and that Konoha knew that Uzushiogakure was going to be attacked and didn't want to help." - said Naruto with a glare
"What will you do?" - asked Jiraiya
"Nothing now, even if I wanted to do anything I am still a Genin of the leaf. For now, I am going to keep my status as a Genin, but in the near future I am going to restore Uzushiogakure and the Uzumaki clan." - Naruto explained
"Naruto, I will do everything I can to assist you with that goal. I will keep your copies until you are ready to start this plan, I know this is your Mother and Father's goal" - vowed Jiraiya
"Ero-sennin? Going to abandon Konoha for Uzushiogakure? This sound extremely good!" - Naruto thought, with excitement
"Thank you, ero-sennin I cannot wait to embark on that adventure but for now we need to focus on getting myself known in Konoha" - explained Naruto, smiling
"Yes, now let's go to the Hokage. I know Minato had a Hiraishin seal somewhere in the Hokage's Office. You should get one there too" - said Jiraiya, scratching his head and laughing
"Well actually, my Father sealed 50% of his Chakra within me. And the Hiraishin marks respond to his Chakra, meaning in reality I can teleport to his seals anytime I want" - explained naruto before continuing "This is a perfect time to demonstrate that! Hiraishin no Jutsu!"
-Hokages Office -
"Woah, that's really cool" - Said Jiraiya with a shocked expression
Naruto nodded
"Naruto, I heard what Mizuki did. I want to thank you for your heroic actions. Iruka already gave me back the Scroll of Seals and the Scroll of Secrets - said Hiruzen, slightly bowing his head in appreciation
"Thank you, Oldman, but I cannot take credit for the planning. Ero- I mean Jiraiya-sama came up witht he plan and I executed" - Naruto said, with a smile. "To think the Hokage would bow his head to a Genin like me"
"I have ordered the Anbu to release exactly what happened to the Shinobi and civilians around town you shouldn't get any backlash for this incident. Thank you for your hard work, and I hope you like your Ninja team tomorrow" - Said the elderly Hokage
As Jiraiya and Naruto turned to leave Hiruzen spoke up and said "Jiraiya please stay for a moment"
"We need to talk" - Said the Hokage as he activated the privacy seals around his office
"What is it?" asked Jiraiya with a worried expression on his face
"Do you remember Tsunade having that Daughter with that one Uzumaki?" - asked Hiruzen
"Sarutobi-Sensei, yes, I have always speculated that Kushina was her daughter" - replied Jiraiya
"You're right, Tsunade went on a business trip when she heard the news that Kushina and her son-in-law was killed in her hometown. She heard that Kushina gave birth to Naruto but suspiciously she never returned to Konoha, in fact she even declared she'd never return to the place which took her entire family from her" - explained Hiruzen
"So, Hashirama Senju and Tobirama Senju is closely related to Naruto? Hold on which means Naruto is related to three Hokages and three Uzumaki's." - said Jiraiya, with a confused expression on his face
"And get this, Minato is an Uzumaki too. After Uzushiogakure was destroyed Minato's parents changed their last name to Namikaze to prevent anyone from knowing their lineage. Naruto is a full-blooded Uzumaki but also is a Full-blooded Senju." said Hiruzen with a worried look
"And when did you find this out, y'know Naruto is going to be pissed when he finds out" - exclaimed Jiraiya
"I found out today, I am the only in Konoha who has the clearance to read the Scroll of Secrets. When Iruka retrieved it I went ahead and read it, this was all written in a small portion by Minato and Mito Uzumaki which is Kushina's great grandmother." - explained Hiruzen
"When are you going to tell him, Sarutobi Sensei?" - asked Jiraiya
"Right before the Chunin exams" - answered Hiruzen
"I have to go, if you think thats the right decision then so be it" said Jiraiya, before doing a small sequence of handsigns and disappearing
"Release!" exclaimed Hiruzen, releasing the Privacy Seals on the Office
-Academy (The next day)-
It was eight o'clock and the sun was glistening, last night was very eventful. Yesterday was the ceremony signifying the graduation of the Academy students, but today was the day they get assigned to their Ninja teams.
"Today is the last day of the Academy, I am not going to keep you at all. I am only here to assign you to your teams before going to start the next term of the Academy. Without further ado, let us begin" - said Iruka
"Team 8: which will consist of Aburame Shino, Haruno Sakura and Inazuka Kiba. This team will be led by Kurenai Yuhi"
"Damn it, I am not on Sasukes team" Thought Sakura
"Team 10: Ino-shika-cho, meaning Ino Yamanaka, Shikamaru Nara and Choki Akimichi. This team will be led by Asuma Sarutobi"
"Ah yes, Ino pig won't be on Sasuke's Team" - mumbled Sakura
"Noo I'm not on Sasuke's Team!" - cried Ino
"Team 3: Rock Lee, Ten-ten and Hyuga Neji will be on this team. Which will be led by Maito Gai"
"Team 7: Uchiha Sasuke, Hyuga Hinata and Uzumaki Naruto! Which will be led by Uchiha Shisui"
"Congratulations, I cannot wait to see you all grow up and be splendid Shinobi's. Goodluck with everything! Your Jounin Sensei's are now waiting for you guys, please wait until they come collect you" - explained Iruka, holding back tears
"It's okay Iruka-Sensei don't cry, we'll always be around" - said Naruto, with a giant smile
"Oh my guess what Naruto! Shisui is Itachi's best friend, he is really strong! I can't believe he is going to be our Sensei" - exclaimed Sasuke, holding back tears of joy
"I see, I am just glad I have a good Sensei and good teammates" - said Naruto, rubbing his hands in anticipation
"And I am glad that Nar- I mean I am glad to finally have a team" - said Hinato, blushing
As teams started to get collected, Team 7 was the second one to get collected after Team 10. A dark-haired, towering man with deep black eyes walked into the classroom, measuring no more than 180 cm (5ft 11).
"Uh! I am here for Team 7? Uzumaki Naruto, Uchiha Sasuke and Hyuga Hinata!"
All three students stood up and walked towards their sensei, once they were close enough Shisui introduced himself
"Hello guys, My name is Uchiha Shisui I will do a proper introduction on the rooftop. Meet me there in 5 minutes" said Shisui, before flickering away.
-Rooftop (5 Minutes Later-
"Hello guys, my name is Shisui Uchiha, as known as Shisui of the Body Flicker. I have been a ninja since I was 6, I became a Jounin when I was 11. I will be your Jounin Sensei for basically the rest of your lives. Your turns!" - said Shisui, with a sly smile
"My name is Uzumaki Naruto, I am the son of the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato and Uzumaki Kushina. My dream is to well.. Become a splendid ninja and restore something that once belonged to me"
"My name is Hyuga Hinata, I am the heir of the Hyuga Clan. My dream is to become the wife of- I mean my dream is to become a kunoichi like Tsunade-sama." - explained Hinata, blushing
"Hii! My name is Uchiha Sasuke, I am the second Heir to Uchiha Clan. My dream is to surpass my big brother Itachi and be highly revered like Shisui-san!"
"Those are all fantastic dreams! I cannot wait to see you guys achieve them all!" - exclaimed Shisui
"Now what's next" - asked Naruto, impatiently
"Actually I want to see your abilities, meet me at the battle field tomorrow at 8PM"
-Training Grounds-
The three genin stood before their sensei, each with a determined expression on their faces. Their eyes were fixed on the enemy before them - Shisui, a ninja who was known for his skill and his ability to outsmart even the most capable opponents.
"Alright, you three," Shisui said, his voice calm and steady. "Let's see what you've got."
Hinata stepped forward, her eyes focused, her body ready. She raised her hands and began to form the signs for the Byakugan, the technique that allowed her to see with greater clarity and perception.
"Byakugan!" she exclaimed, and her eyes began to glow with a bright white light. She was able to see the world around her with incredible detail, and she could see Shisui's every move with perfect clarity.
Sasuke stepped forward next. He raised a hand and began to form the signs for the Sharingan, the technique that allowed him to copy moves with incredible speed and accuracy. His eyes began to glow with a bright red light.
"Sharingan!" he exclaimed, and he was able to copy Shisui's gestures and movements with incredible ease. He was able to mimic every move and every counterattack, and he became a force to be reckoned with.
Finally, Naruto stepped forward. He raised a hand and began to form the signs for the Flying Raijin, a technique that allowed him to teleport across the battlefield with incredible speed and precision.
"HIRAISHIN NO JUTSU!" he exclaimed, and with a flash of lightning, he disappeared from one end of the field and reappeared behind Shisui. He was able to dodge and deflect every attack, and he was able to deliver lightning-quick strikes and counters while remaining one step ahead of Shisui.
But Shisui had a trick up his sleeve. He began to form the signs for the Shadow Clone technique, and with a flash of light, dozens of clones appeared around him. They were able to move and attack with incredible speed and ferocity, leaving Naruto, Hinata, and Sasuke to dodge and parry their every move.
The fight raged on, but in the end, it was the combined power of the three genin that was able to overcome Shisui's tricks and skills. They were able to deliver a final blow that forced him to concede defeat, and they were able to pass
"Wow, you guys sure gave me a run for my money!" - said Shisui
"I mean what do you expect from ninja's like us" - said Sasuke, rolling his eyes sarcastically
"You're right I expected nothing less, Now I have to go somewhere I'll catch up with you guys later" - Shisui chuckled

Both Sasuke and Naruto will be absent in the next chapter, which I am already done writing. It will be the clan massacre sort of.. anyways give me your feedback!
