"Nana!" Carter called excitedly upon seeing his Grandmother standing by the church door with her husband Ted Wilson.

"Carter." Ashley said as her eyes lit up upon seeing her grandson and daughter walking towards her.

"Hi mom." Hanna greeted as she hugged her mom and kissed her cheek. "Hi Ted." she greeted Pastor Ted next and smiled at him.

"Hi Hanna, Hi Carter." Ted greeted back.

"Hi Grandpa Ted." Carter greeted with a toothy grin.

"Nana, I already know how to catch a fish. Grandpa Jamie teach me and I caught a big one and we cooked it. I want to catch a fish for you and Mommy next time." Carter rambled looking up to his Nana.

"That's so sweet of you, Carter." Ashley said. She kissed her grandson's cheek and mess his hair.

"Let's go inside. And Carter, just tell me and Nana about your trip at lunch later. We're going to eat Spaghetti." Ted said taking Carter's hand to lead him inside the church.

"Yay, Phasghetti." Carter squealed.

"He still can't get Spaghetti right." Hanna commented looking at her mother. They are following behind Ted and Carter.

"But he's the cutest thing ever." Ashley said.

"I think he's getting cuter everyday." Hanna said smiling proudly.

"And smarter." Ashley added.

"I'm so proud." Hanna said.

"You should be, you're really doing great with him and I'm so proud of you." Ashley said.

"How I wish Harbin is still with me too." Hanna said.

"He is still with you, he's your little angel, your little warrior." Ashley said giving her a side hug, squeezing her a bit.

Ashley, Carter, and Hanna all took the seats in the front row while Pastor Ted went to the front to start the service.

After the Sunday Service, they all went to Carter's favorite restaurant for his favorite Spaghetti. They talked and laughed as Carter tell them everything he had done in his vacation with his Grandpa Jamie.

"Carter, tomorrow you'd be back in school. I will take you in the morning then Nana will pick you up in the afternoon." Hanna tell Carter.

"Okay, Grandpa Ted can we play basketball tomorrow?" Carter asked.

"Of course, buddy." Ted replied.

"Behave at Nana's, be a good boy." Hanna said to her son.

"I'm always a good boy, Mommy." Carter said.

"When I got home, we'll eat ice cream if you behaved." Hanna said.

"But can we eat now too?" Carter said looking through the glass window of the restaurant to the ice cream place across the street.

"You want one, Carter?" Ashley asked.

"Yes, Nana. Can you make mommy to allow me?" Carter said with a puppy dog eyes.

"Sweetie, Can you allow Carter, please?" Ashley said looking at her daughter.

"Mommy please..." Carter chimed in looking at his mother with his famous puppy dog eyes.

"Hanna please." Ted joined in too.

"Fine, but not too much okay?" Hanna said finally, smiling at the three. "Why are you so hard to resist?" She said pinching Carter's cheek.

Carter smiled at her. "Let's go buy ice cream." he said cheerfully.

"I'll go take him." Ted offered.

"Okay." Ashley said nodding at her husband.

"Carter behave, just hold onto grandpa." Hanna told her son.

"Okay Mommy." Carter said.

Ted and Carter then walked out of the restaurant and went across the street to the ice cream place.

"So, how was work? How was your week?" Ashley asked when it's just the two of them alone in the table.

"Great, there is a lot of weddings that went pretty well and we got new clients. Everything is doing good." Hanna said simply.

"I think you're leaving out some detail that I know I would be interested to know." Ashley said looking at her daughter.

"Okay, how do you know me so well?" Hanna said.

"Because you're my daughter." Ashley said.

"Would I be like that with Carter?" Hanna said.

"Maybe, he's your son. But I think you are trying to distract me, Missy. What is it?" Ashley said.

Hanna sighed and look down at her almost empty plate. "Caleb's back and he's getting married and unfortunately he's my client." Hanna said finally.

"Oh." Ashley said surprised.

"I expected that." Hanna said humorlessly.

"Honey, are you gonna tell him about Carter?" Ashley asked.

"I don't think he needs to know, he's getting married anyway." Hanna said.

"You know, Carter needs a father and sooner or later my grandson will start to wonder and start to ask. Carter is a smart kid, you should know that." Ashley said.

"I know that but can I just tell him his father is dead or he went to really faraway place and he won't be coming back." Hanna said.

"Do you really want to lie to him?" Ashley said.

"I think it's best for all of us. I'm just protecting Carter." Hanna said.

"How can you protect him by that?" Ashley said.

"I just don't want him to know Caleb and just get disappointed every time his father can't be there for him. I'm saving him from disappointment. You know that I can't handle seeing him gets disappointed." Hanna explained.

"I get your point but do you really think it's possible to hide Carter forever. Rosewood is a small town, what if Carter suddenly bumped into him or what if anyone of us bumped into him with Carter? You can't hide the truth forever eventually the truth has its own way to confess itself." Ashley said.

"As long as I can lie I would to protect my son." Hanna said.

"I know, you got disappointed with your father tons of times after our divorce but I never prevent him from seeing you." Ashley said.

"It's different, Mom. Dad's been there from the start that I am growing up, he watched me grow since I was a baby." Hanna said.

"Yeah, It's different but think about it. What I'm trying to say is Caleb is a part why you had Carter as much as you had a part on him. If not because of the both of you he won't be here living." Ashley said.

"I get that but if it's really meant for him to be part of Sons life he should take my calls and answer my messages years ago." Hanna said.

"Okay, I'm not forcing you to tell him. I'll respect whatever decision you will make. If you think it will be the best for Carter then I'm not gonna be against it." Ashley said.

Hanna just smiled at her mom.

Caleb was typing out something on his laptop and taking down notes in his notepad occasionally. He's currently improving the app he is working on for days. He was sitting on the table outside The Brew. He was startled when someone tapped on his shoulder. He turned to look at the person who just poked him.

"Hey Stranger!" Jamie greeted.

"Dad." Caleb responded awkwardly. He haven't seen his dad since he shut him out to protect him from the curse in Ravenswood.

"Do you mind if I sit with you?" Jamie asked politely.

"No, of course not. Have a seat." Caleb replied.

Jamie smiled and took a seat opposite to him. "So, you're back. Is this for good?" Jamie started.

"I think so, I got a job here." Caleb answered simply.

"I've heard you're getting married." Jamie said.

"Yeah." Caleb said.

"How have you been, son? What happened to you in the last 6 years?" Jamie asked curiously.

"It's a long story and I don't think you would believe me." Caleb said.

"Try me." Jamie said.

Caleb closed his laptop shut putting his notepad and pen on top of it and face his dad. "Where should I start?" Caleb said almost to himself.

"Where do you want to start?" Jamie said.

"How about, I'm really sorry for shutting you out of my life in the past 6 years. I shouldn't have done that but I need to." Caleb said sincerely.

"It's fine, son." Jamie said.

"A lot have happened in the past years, I've been in a mess. I screwed things up that I shouldn't have including not coming back for Hanna." Caleb said.

"Well, you have your chance now that your back. You can fix thing up with her." Jamie said.

"I don't think so, it's different now. I'm getting married and she moved on, I don't think there's still a chance for us." Caleb said.

"Do you love her?" Jamie asked.

"I still do and I don't think I'll ever stopped loving her, she'll always have a special place in my heart no matter what, maybe even she's not the one I'll be with for the rest of my life." Caleb said running his fingers through his hair.

"No, I mean the girl you are about to marry." Jamie said with a smile creeping up his lips. Caleb looked at his dad in awe, can't figure out what to say. "But I think, I know the answer." Jamie said chuckling. "I think you love the girl you are about to marry but not as much as you love Hanna." Jamie continued.

"I don't know." Caleb said rubbing his hands to his face.

"You know, you just don't want to hurt anyone." Jamie said.

"I love Olivia, I really do. I won't be proposing marriage if I don't, right?" Caleb said.

"Whatever you say, son. But you'll figure it out." Jamie said knowingly.
