A Life Changing Moment
Chapter 29
Days past since Sirius accompanies Regina to Gringotts for her heritage test. The night before Saturday's Hogesmede visit, Sirius summons both George and Harry for a little chat.
George asks with uncertainty "Why did you ask us to meet with you?" as to why Sirius wanted to meet with him.
"You both are here to discus tomorrow's meeting with Regina and Daphne," says Sirius about why he called this meeting with these two teenagers.
"What about it?" asks Harry somewhat nervously knowing that his Hogesmede date will be not only with Daphne but with her younger sister Astoria and her betrothed. Especially since he found out that Astoria's betrothed happens to be the one and only Draco Malfoy.
George says jokingly "Lord Lestrange finally given me permission to speak with his pure-blood princess" knowing the man in question forbid him from speaking to her.
"That's correct but with one condition," says Sirius seriously as possible before going onto to explain "You may escort my cousin to Hogesmede but only if you are in the presence of a chaperone of his choosing"
George unhappily asks "Who is this chaperone?" hating the fact that his soulmate happens to be a snotty pure-blood princess whose future happens to be uncertain it this time.
"Lord Lestrange chose Regina's cousin: Draco Malfoy" states Sirius gleefully knowing that this would be a triple-date. When Harry bursts out laughing as he says "We are going on a date together"
"At least were in this madness together" says George sarcastically knowing that this date will probably be his worst one ever.
Sirius says boldly "Let the best man win" knowing that Regina's opinion of George will make the difference whether or not he will end up with his soulmate
