Chapter four: Aeons and memories.

After escorting Yuna out of the Maze and into the Temple, the two groups were approached by the villagers.

"Lady Yuna, are you alright?" The main priest asked before noticing the two other outsiders. "How did they get in the in the chamber?" He questioned as he stared intensely at the boy from Zanarkand.

"Wasn't me..." Tidus said before Wakka chimed in."I've let them in while you and the others were asleep, they wanted to become guardians to help Lady Yuna, so no need to worry, ya?"

"Alright, but I still don't recalled any event, so you're on thin ice, Wakka." The priest sighed to the uneasiness of the Persona Users.

"Lady Yuna, can you show us the Aeon?" A child asked the new summoner.

"Of course I will." She smiled sweetly as the group of nine exited the temple of Besaid and walked into the town's center.

As Yuna entered the town's square, the people of Besaid watched as she summoned a creature with a lot of similarities to a hawk.

"Whoa, that's amazing!" Labrys thought aloud as the bird approached the young summoner so she could pet it.

"I shall dismiss you for now, Valefor." As Yuna comforted the Aeon, Valefor vanished into orbs of light.

"So that's an Aeon...It's very different from our summons..." Yu thought to himself quietly however, Wakka heard and drew the villagers in.

"Hey, everyone, these two here can summoned different Aeons no one has ever seen before, How bout it, Yu, would you like to summoned yours?"

This surprised everyone, even the young man. "...alright, but I just awoken to this power." Yu lied as he approached the square.

"...I summoned Thee, Izanagi!" Yu yelled as his Persona appeared behind him. "What temple did he obtain such an Aeon?" A villager pondered as Yuna and Lulu, thought to their selves the same question.

Later on, that night after the thought of new aeons have left the villagers' minds.

"I see, Aigis and Yu awoken in a temple, yet, neither of you remember how you got there and are missing friends?" Lulu questioned the youth, however, to the female's surprise, Narukami was calm, if not his usual deadpan matter, about these events.

"Yes, I am confident that they are alright. I mean, Aigis found her sister, and I've found one of my friends, so it's not that big of a deal, plus, I'm sure they can defend their selves if they need to." Yu answered to the stunned Lulu. This caused the black mage to sighed as Yuna to quietly laughed before Yosuke approached his friend.

"Hey, partner, I just thought about this, but how will Rise defend herself...You did remember that she doesn't fight, right, plus that weird thing that happened?" This caused Yu to choked on a bit of food that was just handed to the teen.

"Crap, you're right. but for now, try to keep it under wraps, ok?" Yu whispered to his friend as the two exit the town's center.

"Yuna, what do you think of them?" The Auroch's captain asked. "They seem to be nice people, but what about the boy who tried to save me?" This question surprised the red head male.

"Umm...he's been wanting to talk to you, but..." They looked at Tidus being harassed by kids as he tried to approached the group.

"Stay away from the summoner, you bad idiot!" This caused Yuna to approached the Blonde surprising the kids.

"Lady Yuna, we've been making sure that he stay away from you." A child explained much to the delight of the young woman.

"It's alright, I want to speak with him, why don't you play with Lulu or Wakka?" She comfort the children as they went on their way towards the others.

"Ummm...hey, Sorry for earlier..." Tidus akwardly tried to start a conversation but to his surprise, Yuna apolgized as well.

"No, I should apologize, I didn't mean to make anyone worry about me."

"Hey, it's alright...anyway, that Aeon thing was amazing." Tidus tried to assured the girl as she and the blonde talked for a hour before the outsider brought up his home.

"What is Zanarkand like?" Yuna asked the youth.

"Well, it's amazing, buildings that reach the sky and the main arena is where my team and I dominate the others in Blitz ball!"

"Wow..." Yuna thought in wonder. Yu arrived to talk as well.

"Tidus, what are you two about?" The grey head asked before the blonde realized he slipped up.

"Oh no..."

"Don't worry, I'll try to keep it secret...If that's alright..." The young summoner said to the confusion of Narukami.

"Thanks." Tidus whispered as the villagers left for their homes.

Later that night in the Crusaders' tent.

Tidus dreamt of his father mocking him before screaming, "I HATE YOU!" loud enough to wake Yu from his bed and prepared to fight.

"What the...!? Are you alright?!" Yu asked before the blonde calmed down.

"Y-yeah, just a dream..." Tidus reassured his new friend as the duo noticed that Yosuke was awake as well.

"Man, the hell were you dreaming about?" Yosuke questioned the blonde before hearing voices outside of the tent.

"He's dead, Wakka."

The angered voice of Lulu was heard through the tent's covers as the three watched quietly by opening the tent ever so slightly.

"I know, but that Tidus kid looks so much like..."

"Enough! Both you and I know that your brother died fighting Sin, so let it go, Chappu's never returning from the dead."

After that, the Black mage walked off leaving Wakka alone as the Blitzball captain began to walk to the tent.

As he entered, Wakka noticed the three staring at him. "I guess you guys heard that, huh?"

"Hang on, I have many questions, plus I really don't what this Sin is." Yosuke said much to the surprise of the red head.

"Damn, another one...But anyway, before you ask, Chappu, my brother, joined the Crusaders to destroy the monster that plagued Spira for over one thousand years, however, he died during that battle. This broke Lu's and my hearts, the three of us were close, hell, Lulu and Chappu had a thing, but you know..."

"I know how that feels...Losing a friend..." Yosuke sighed quietly.

"You lost one too? Let me guess, Sin?" Wakka began to ask before Yosuke shooked his head.

"No, Some guy." The teen explained before walking outside to calm down.

"Yu, I'm headed for bed, why don't you and Yosuke talk for a bit." The Blitz ball captain asked the persona user to help his friend.

Meanwhile in another tent.

"..." Aigis said nothing as she couldn't sleep. "I know you can't hear me, but today has been both amazing and yet, sad." She sighed as if the disguised android spoke to herself, only for Yuna to wake.

"Aigis, is everything alright?" The summoner asked her new friend.

"Yes, everything is alright, just felt like talking to an old friend." The blonde answered much to Yuna's confusion.

"What do you mean?"

"I've...lost a dear friend a few years ago,... he gave his own life for our friends, everyday I miss him dearly,...but I know deep down that he is still with me."

This surprised Yuna before the summoner asking "What was he like?"

"He was a kind and thoughtful person. He helped anyone who needed it, even if things were grim, he still would've fought to keep his loved ones safe, but this did cost him in the end. As he was fading away with his head in my lap, he still reassure me with a smile." The blonde girl smiled sadly.

"I'm sorry about..."

"Don't worry it's alright." Aigis smiled positively before the young summoner asked the boy's name.

"His name was Makoto Yuki."
