Alright folks, I know what you're thinking. "Isn't she like a kid, dood?" And yes, I understand that well. Which is why this chapter will NOT be like the others, so don't panic. Instead, this one will be an interesting date of sorts with a few cute moments thrown in to the mix. Also, apologies if this was on the short side, but as I said before, less is more.

Rapunzel

"Morning, girls." Jack greeted as he sat down some of the blood maidens.

"Yay! Morning Jack!" Rapunzel replied happily.

"Ah, good that you're here, Jack." Miko said. "We need to have a word with you."

"Oh, alright." Jack replied before getting up and followed Miko out of the dining hall.

"I wonder what Miko wants with Jack." Snow White said.

"Who...knows..." Sleeping Beauty added.

"Well it works for me, cause I have something to tell you, Rapunzel." Alice said. "Remember when I said I had something better for you?"

"Something better?" Rapunzel responded.

"Yes, it's time for me to tell you that I've got these for you and Jack." She handed a pair of tickets to Rapunzel.

"Are those tickets?" Cinderella asked. "Ah! Oh my!"

"Two tickets to Destinyland!?" Thumbelina exclaimed. "You gotta be kidding!"

"No, I'm serious." Alice said. "These are all day as well, so we won't be seeing them until late evening."

"Umm, where is Destinyland?" Snow White asked.

"I discovered it when I was in the park with Red Riding Hood yesterday. I was chasing a rabbit that had something in its mouth and-"

"Wait, you were chasing a rabbit?" Thumbelina asked.

Alice frowned. "Don't judge me. I grabbed the rabbit and took the piece of paper, it was a small leaflet showing a day trip for two sale at Destinyland, so I had an idea of buying two tickets for Rapunzel and Jack to go there."

"Wow! So cool!" Rapunzel exclaimed happily. "Rapunzel gets turn?"

"Yes, so go on, you and Jack enjoy yourselves."

"Yaaaaay!" She jumped into Alice and hugged her.

She giggled.

"You know, you could be a good mother someday, Alice." Snow White said.

"Yep...yep..." Sleeping Beauty agreed.

Alice blushed. "Well, thanks..."

"But still, an amusement park called Destinyland?" Cinderella sighed. "I do feel somewhat jealous over that."

"Well, maybe next time if possible, we'll make it a group trip." Red suggested. "Anyways, you're gonna let Jack know, right?"

"Yes, I'll talk to him about it later." Alice nodded.

"Yay! Rapunzel's going to Destinyland with Jack!" Rapunzel exclaimed.

After the morning passed, Rapunzel and Jack were waiting outside. In addition to getting a ticket each, a taxi was prebooked in order to travel them to Destinyland, since the destination was very far away from the hotel. Rapunzel was smiling happily and was on Jack's back. He had to carry her as if he was giving her a piggyback ride.

Just then, a taxi arrived and the driver popped his head out the window. "Yo, taxi for Jack and Rapunzel?"

"Yeah, that's us." Jack replied.

He grinned. "Alright cool, get in."

Opening the car door, Jack and Rapunzel got in the back.

"So, destination is Destinyland, correct?" The driver asked.

"Yay!" Rapunzel answered happily.

"Someone's excited, then off we go."

The taxi drove off, leaving the hotel and then out of the city, journeying through the countryside. All the while, Rapunzel was smiling and looking at Jack happily.

"Rapunzel happy to be with Jack." She said.

"Me too, I think it's gonna be fun." He replied.

The taxi driver kept his focus on the wheel, driving through more of the fields until they could see a giant roller coaster in the distance. Rapunzel looked in wonder and saw themselves getting closer until they saw the huge sign with the logo of Destinyland on it. They passed by and then arrived at a huge car park after passing through the large entrance gate. The taxi driver stopped at the taxi and coach area before stopping the car.

"Here we are." The driver said. "Just so you know that the fare's already been paid."

"That's good, thanks." Jack replied.

He nodded. "Have a good time and I'll be back to pick you up later."

Jack and Rapunzel got out of the taxi and watched the driver leave the parking area. They turned to the small entrance leading into the giant amusement park.

"Rapunzel, you better hold onto my hand, just in case." Jack advised.

"Okay!" She smiled. "Rapunzel hold Jack's hand!"

She held his hand and they walked to the admission booths. They handed thier tickets over and were approved before being allowed entrance inside. As they walked past the booths, they could now see several attractions, rides and shops on display. It was a paradise for sure and one that Rapunzel would remember for a very long time.

"Alright, we have until sundown to enjoy our time here." Jack said. "Where shall we go first?"

Rapunzel gasped and pointed to a ride that had bumper cars on it. "Rapunzel wanna go there!"

"Oh, those look interesting."

They went to the bumper cars and got in one with Jack being at the wheel and Rapunzel held Jack by the arm as they enjoyed driving and bumping into a few others. The next was a ride inside a flight sim where they were strapped down on seats and felt the motion of the ride in accordance to what they saw on the screen. Rapunzel had her arms out in the air, laughing and cheering as the ride moved side to side. This was followed by the haunted house where Rapunzel held onto Jack for dear life.

Some time had passed and Jack and Rapunzel were at one of the benches inside a large cafe that had a desserts section that made Rapunzel almost drool.

"Rapunzel having so much fun!" She said, holding an ice cream cone.

"Yeah, I'm having a lot of fun as well." Jack replied. "We should come here with everyone else next time."

She nodded. "Everyone, next time!"

"So after your ice cream, where else can we go?"

Rapunzel looked at a large gift shop and pointed to it. Jack looked to see and he nodded, understanding where she wanted to go. Once she finished her ice cream, they left the cafe and walked over to the gift shop, the area inside was a lot bigger than the outside and there were a lot of gifts on display. Jack held Rapunzel's hand just so she wouldn't get lost and he suddenly felt being pulled when Rapunzel spotted a gift that caught her attention. A large rainbow plushie, shaped like a plant pod.

"Rapunzel want this!" She said happily.

"Oh, you like that one?" Jack responded. "Well, we should have the money for that, let's pay for it."

She bounced once. "Yay!"

"Okay, calm down..."

Jack made the payment, along with a large candy selection bucket which would be for everyone back at the hotel. Leaving the shop, they looked at the sky, it was the late afternoon and they still had time. They went over to a giant ferris wheel and got in one of the seating pods, waiting til the ride started moving. When the ride stopped, Rapunzel looked at the window and was amazed by the view and how far she could see. She then sat back down and rested her head on his shoulder.

"Rapunzel feels happy today." She said in a quiet tone. "Rapunzel likes Jack very much."

Jack smiled and held her hand. "It makes me happy to hear you say that, Rapunzel."

They sat close in silence as the ride resumed moving slowly till they were nearly back on the ground. They got off when it was their turn to leave and Jack took Rapunzel's hand. The sky had started to change colour and the sun was starting to set, it was almost time to go back. Jack was a little surprised at how quick the time went and he saw Rapunzel looking less than energetic, but very happy and holding onto the plushie she got.

"Looks like we'll be going home soon, but did you enjoy it here?" Jack asked.

"Rapunzel had so much fun today." She answered. "Rapunzel thanks Alice."

"Yeah, we should thank Alice when we get back."

The two of them left the admission booth and waited near the car park and saw a familiar taxi arrive. When it pulled over, they opened the car door and got in the back, sitting comfortably and they were on their way back home. Rapunzel slightly yawned and rested her head on his shoulder again, Jack smiled and held her hand.

"I guess you both had fun today, right?" The taxi driver asked.

"Yeah, Rapunzel had a lot more than me to be honest." Jack answered.

"Ah, I know the feeling. Kids her age seem to have all of this energy when it comes to days out like this and by the end, they're out for the count." He laughed. "Reminds me of how my kids would be when I was taking them parks like this one. Those were the days for me, you know?"

"Huh? You have kids?"

He nodded. "Sure I do, but that was a long time ago, they're young adults now. They still enjoy going out and such, but not as they used to be. I guess it's a reminder that no matter how much fun we have and how carefree we want to be, we all have to grow up someday and for some, it can come sooner or later."

"Yeah, that is true."

"But you don't need to worry about that for a long while. You just focus on the now and enjoy the good times for what they are."

Jack nodded, for a while, he had hesitated a few times, but there was something that the taxi driver had drove the fact home that made Jack think of a few things. But he then smiled and looked at Rapunzel. He then gave her a light peck on the cheek. She giggled before her eyes closed and she feel asleep for the rest of the journey.

It was the early evening by the time they got back to the hotel, Jack carefully got Rapunzel out of the car and the driver waved before driving off.

"Hmmm..." Rapunzel sighed. "...wanna...sleep..."

Jack gave her a piggy back ride as she remained sleeping and he carefully walked through the hotel entrance and down the hallway till he found the door with her name on it, he opened it and was welcomed to how brightly colored and cheerful it was. He went over to the bed and carefully laid her down before placing the cover over her. He then placed the plushie he bought for her on the small table by her bed. He kissed her on the cheek and she hummed happily as he stood up.

"Rapunzel...Jack...forever." She said in her sleep, he assumed that she was dreaming.

He quietly left the room, looking back and smiling at her before closing the door behind him.

"Evening, Jack." Alice said, smiling. "How was Destinyland?"

"It was amazing." He answered. "Rapunzel loved all of it and she's tired out."

"I'm not surprised. So whats that you got there?"

"It's for all of us, I'll share it out tomorrow at lunch time."

She nodded, kissing on his cheek. "Okay, good night, Jack."

"Yeah, good night, Alice." He blushed slightly before going to his room.

He placed the selection bucket by the closet and changed into his nightwear before getting under the cover and waiting to sleep away. Jack was grateful for how it turned out, it was a much different event compared to spending the nights with other girls. There were two girls remaining and was ready to face the music if he knew who was next.

So yeah, it's kinda obvious, Destinyland is indeed a nod to the Persona game.

Next time! Gretel wants Jack for more than just an experiment...oh dear...
