Many thanks to the readers who gave their reviews, and I am pleased with it and this inspired me to bring out the next chapter, and I apologize if this came a bit late, but its better than nothing, so here the story remained as the racers are still in Kyushu, and here more of our Danganronpa crew will try to slug it out with their other rivals as they get past more obstacles as they pass through other areas before leaving the prefecture and enter the next area, so read on and enjoy!

Ch. 8: Kyuushu Prefecture part 3

The scene shifts to Mt. Fuji where the scene shifts to an ambulance that is driving over the speed limit and as the scene zoomed inside, you can see the occupants, which turns out to be the team of Gamblers' Club, with Hifumi Yamada acting as the driver, Mikan Tsumiki as the NURSE, and Celestia Ludenberg as the team leader, and both Tsumiki and Yamada act as ambulance staff while Celes acts as the PATIENT, and they are traveling the highway and so far they did not encounter any obstacles and assumed that they got the lead seeing that there are no other racers around or pursuing cops, and there she told Yamada to keep driving which he nodded.

"Hey, Yamada-kun."

"Huh?"

"Keep driving and keep the speed. We need to stay at the lead."

"Okay."

"And don't even try to slow down."

"Okay."

"Good."

"Uh-oh…"

However, luck seem to play a role here as a passing police car was traveling the opposite lane, and saw the ambulance zooming past it, and the two cops felt something is odd that an ambulance is traveling at a highway and decided to go after it and see what is going on, so the police car turns around and activated its siren and a chase ensued and Yamada became nervous that they might get exposed if they are seen, and Celes sighed seeing that outwitting them seemed to be the only way than outrunning them.

"Uh…Celes-dono…"

"This is a problem…"

"What should we…?"

"Leave it to me. Tsumiki-san?"

"Y-yes…?"

"Listen up."

"O-okay…this is what we're going to do…"

"O-okay…"

The ambulance then pulled over at the sidewalk and waited just as the two cops alighted from the police car and went to the driver side of the ambulance and approached Yamada, who is now disguised as an adult ambulance driver and asks for his license, which he complied, using a fake driver's license and fortunately, it fooled the two cops, but then they asks Yamada what is he doing at a highway and he came up with a spontaneous alibi and this seemed to cause the two cops to doubt him and asks him to open the door, and Yamada complied, and there the two cops saw Tsumiki about to administer an injection on Celes, and seeing a REAL nurse applying medication on what they believed to be a REAL patient, the two cops decided to let them off, and there Yamada boarded the ambulance and drive away at a normal speed, and once they are out of sight from the two cops, the ambulance speeds off, and there Yamada heave a sigh of relief as he almost lose his composure due to nervousness, which Celes said he is lucky that he held on.

"That…was close…"

"Not bad, Yamada-kun."

"Uh…"

"You managed to hold on."

"Y-yeah…"

"Now then…let's get going."

"Right."

"…"

The ambulance continued to cruise but tempered its speed as they approached a town so that they won't attract attention, and there they stopped by a gasoline station to refill their ambulance, and while refilling, Celes and Yamada were taken by surprise upon seeing that the team Spies R'Us arrived, and are also refilling their car, and Yuto greeted Celes, admitting that masquerading as ambulance driver and patient is a good disguise but said that it won't fool other racers, and urged them to give it up saying HE will win the race, which Celes rebutted.

"Give it up, you gothic geek."

"Hmm…?"

"I'm going to win the race."

"Dream on, you James Bond freak."

"What?"

"My gambling intuition tells me that my team will win."

"Go wear a maid's outfit, maid-sama."

"…"

By then team Hope's Angels arrived and also began refilling their car with gas, and there Yuto began flirting with Kirigiri, in which she ignored him, but then he provoked her by stealing a kiss before hopping inside his James Bond-inspired car and drives off, and Kirigiri uncharacteristically loses her poise and composure, and after refilling, she drives off and chased after Yuto, and both Yui and Fujisaki tried to calm her down, seeing that Kirigiri in in a state of ROAD RAGE.

"Whoa!"

"Kirigiri-san!"

"Kyoko, calm down!"

"She's enraged!"

"Don't get riled up, Kyoko!"

"Kirigiri-san…calm down, or we'll crash!"

"Kyoko!"

"Help!"

Celes is concerned that their two rivals are ahead of them and told Yamada to get going, but he told her to calm down as he reminded her that they might alert the cops if they saw them drive over the speed limit and said he will try using a shortcut, and yet Celes was insistent that they find a way to get ahead of the two rival teams and began pulling Yamada by his hair as she urged him to do something about it which Yamada pleaded to her to calm down.

"Yamada-kun!"

"Ow-ow-ow!"

"Do something!"

"I know!"

"We can't let those two team get ahead of us!"

"Calm down…we'll get ahead!"

"Step on the pedal then!"

"Geez!"

Meanwhile, several minutes have passed and you can see that Hope's Angels and Spies R'Us are still within the vicinity of Mt. Fuji, and there you can see that the two cars are speeding up, with Yuto driving rather gracefully while Kirigiri is still driving after him in rage, and she was so fumed that she intend to ram him off but Yui and Fujisaki tried to calm her down, with little success as she intend to make Yuto pay for what he did, and Yui tries to talk her into calming down reminding her what is at stake here.

"Kyoko!"

"…"

"Calm down!"

"…"

"You're better than me! Don't let him rile you up!"

"…"

"Kyoko!"

"…"

Kirigiri was hesitant to take Yui's word as she is bent on revenge, and yet she is forced to stand down and slowly resumed using the normal speed as Yuto's car gets a bit farther away, speeding, and this in turn attracted a passing police car and went after Yuto, and there Yui pointed out that if she had speed up she too would be flagged down by the cops and Kirigiri remained silent, and there Fujisaki showed through the computer monitor a shortcut that would give the team a faster time in getting out if the vicinity of Mt. Fuji, in which Yui accepted.

"Is that…?"

"Yes, a possible shortcut."

"Hmm…"

"Can we really get out this vicinity, Fujisaki?"

"Yes."

"Then we'll take that route."

"Okay."

"Good."

As Spies R'Us went to the route that Fujisaki suggested, Celes directed Yamada to follow them deducing that their rival has found a shortcut out of the area, and Yamada, who now has a messed up hair, sighed as he did as he is told, urging her to calm down and pointed out that he managed to calm down or else the cops would have come after him though Celes did not seem to care about anything else other than winning the race and the prize money, and there she ordered him to follow Kirigiri's team and Yamada sighed at this.

"I don't care."

"But…"

"Follow that car."

"…"

"I mean it."

"Oh, fine."

"…"

"…"

But Celes began to nag as she believes that Kirigiri's team is getting the lead and told Yamada to tail them as she did not want to take second place and Yamada cringed seeing that she is getting a bit noisy and yet he had to put up with her, and silently did as he is told as he drives the ambulance and stealthily follows Kirgiri's team in a safe distance so that Kirigiri wouldn't suspect them of anything, and there Celes told Tsumiki to make her a cup of royal milk tea which she obliges.

"Tsumiki-san?"

"Y-yes?"

"Prepare me a milk tea."

"Right now?"

"Yes."

"O-okay…"

"Good."

"…"

Elsewhere, the scene shifts to the highway in which it is near the exit border of Komamoto and is halfway towards Nagasaki, and there you can see team Video Gamers are driving over the speed limit as it is outrunning two police cars as the cops saw them driving fast and has been chasing them for the past 15 minutes, using radio speakers urging Souda and Nanami to pull over, but the two teens had no intention of doing so and are discussing about what to do next in order to escape the cops and glancing at the map where they find out where they are.

"Hey, Nanami…where do you think we're are?"

"Hmm…"

"?"

"We're near a river."

"Hmm…are you…?"

"Yeah…"

"…"

"…"

Both teens grinned as they realized that this is the right moment to see if their customized car is ready for the experiment that they've been working in, and glancing to their left side, they saw that they are beside a sea of waters and Souda drives the car towards the shore and went through the waters, slowly submerging until it is out of sight, and the cops stopped seeing that the car's occupants were attempting to commit suicide and began radioing the dispatcher for help while wondering why the teens did that.

"…hurry and call for backup!"

"…"

"So…are they…?"

"Look like they drowned…"

"Damn…"

"Either they're high on drugs or…"

"Suicidal…"

"Damn."

At the sea bed, the customized car is shown to have worked, as it functioned as a submarine and both Souda and Nanami exchanged high fives seeing that they can move freely underwater, and there Nanami glanced at the map and told Souda the location, and there she told him that they can now head for Nagasaki without hindrances and the SHSL Mechanic grinned as he believes that they are in the lead and assumed that the rest were lagging behind due to the cops chasing them.

"Looks like we're in the lead!"

"I hope so."

"We're gonna win the race!"

"I'm counting on your talents, Souda-san."

"Sure…just put your video game skills to good use!"

"Okay, let's go."

"Right!"

"…"

After that, the car began to move underwater and heads out towards Nagasaki.

Not far, another set of racers are seen, and they appeared to be closing in on Celes and Kirigiri's teams. And the vehicles are soon seen and identified where:

An ATV-like vehicle is cruising, where it shows that it has human-like appearance, where the description shows that the ATV-like vehicle has black metal resembling armored plating. His head, though synthetic, resembles that of a normal human, having pale skin and white, straight hair with a large ahoge sticking from the top, though with noticeable cyborg traits such as glowing blue eyes, thick lines that run around and below his eyes, and headphone-shaped objects instead of ears. The vehicle is dubbed Kibo, and the passengers are seen, where they are also identified as Hope's Peak Academy students. The students who are riding the Kibo vehicle are: Miu Iruma, Suichi Saihara and Kaede Akamatsu. They are a late addition to the competitors and their team is identified as Team V3.

Another vehicle is also seen, resembling a HUMVEE, where the two passengers are seen, a pair of girls, and they are identified as Tenko Chabashira and Maki Harukawa. Their team name is identified as Fighting Babes, due to their background in martial arts such as aikido and other forms of martial arts..

Another vehicle is also seen, and it resembled a magician's car, where the passengers consist of a boy and a girl, and they are identified as Kokichi Oma and Himeko Yumeno. Their team name is identified as Supreme Magicians, and they are tailing in onto Celes' team.

As Yamada is driving, Tsumiki saw the three vehicles and she told Celes about it, and this irritated the Gambler and told Yamada to drive faster, which he appeared hesitant until she shook him by his hair and demanded to speed up or she'll throw him out.

"DON'T COMPLAIN! JUST DRIVE FASTER!"

"BUT I CAN'T JUST…"

"I DON'T CARE!"

"WHOA!"

"DRIVE FASTER OR I'LLTHROW YOU OFF!"

"STOP PULLING ME OR WE'LL CRASH!"

"I DON'T GIVE A FUCK! DRIVE FASTER OR ELSE!"

"GGGAAHHH!"

Hope you like this chapter, as everyone are doing their thing in evading the cops while the race is ongoing, as Kirigiri nearly loses herself after trying to get revenge on Kamishiro stole a kiss from her, Celes' quick thinking fooled the cops, and now there is no clear saying on who is in the lead.

Also, the characters from Danganronpa V3 appeared, and they are now part of the race, thus this make this race quite more exciting, and expect a lot of humorous moments to show up in the upcoming chapters…
