I do not own many of the Characters in this story though some are mine all the KNOWN characters belong to those who originally created them. Thxs.

Please also NOTE I write Alternate Universe (AU) stories whether they are crossover or not. The AU applies to ALL characters. Thus this will make them OOC to the original Story and I like it that way. So if you plan to comment that Akane is not like that sorry I write her like I like to. This goes for all the characters it makes the story more fun for me to write that way. Got to have some antagonist and some friends :D)

Chapter fourteen

The army reached the Nexus and saw through it that the battle was over at the school as well. Kalya tapped lightly on the Nexus and drew the attention of the four outside. They turned and faced the Nexus. Sara's face filled with worry until she spotted her son behind Kalya. She smiled as they held up their hands with the Druid rings and the four guardians of the Nexus saw as they glowed. Then the four of them made ready to open the portal. While inside the Nexus, Ebon, Ryoga, Sage, and Sean cast the spell from inside.

The four guardians removed the shield around them. The warriors with them noticed and came to the Nexus to help. The wall of the Nexus began to shimmer then it glowed brightly. Then the army inside the Nexus quickly moved through the barrier. Once they were all out of the Nexus They were swept up by the warriors in the campus. Their uproarious cheer filtered through the barrier around the school. Kalya opened her arms wide and Mr. Tabbs jumped into them. The fat little tabby licked her nose then snuggled into her loving embrace.

Nodoka and Kalya were hugged from behind. They looked over their shoulders to see their uncle from the Morboka clan. Nodoka looked around but did not see her family. Her shoulders sagged when Hayashi tapped her shoulder and pointed. She looked up and just outside the circle of Jusendo warriors. Stood her family dressed as ninjas. She smiled as when fighting to save their lives and the lives of earth she realized she wanted her family back but there would be stipulations.

"We are going back to the compound do you wish to join us I think we all need some rest but we want to celebrate for a little first." Kalya asked her uncle as he smiled at her and nodded.

"Your grandparents as well?" He asked as Kalya first looked at her mother who nodded and the Isis Warrior smiled.

"Yes most definitely." She told him as she herded him and the others into a large circle Kalya hand Mr. Tabbs to her uncle Akaydo.

The generals then took each other's hands. The elders and Happosai completed the circle as they joined the magical circle. Sara, Cinnamon, and Saamin joined in the circle. They then cast the spell and with a flash of golden rainbow light, they disappeared as the shield over the campus 'popped' leaving the campus to the police. The reporters tried to surge forward but they did not move as the blood that pooled on the ground in side the wall seeped out in thick puddles under the gate. It flowed into the semi-circle of police cars. A policeman scoffed and moved to the gate. He opened it and a small tidal wave of two feet gushed out the opened door. The magic dome kept everything inside until the gate was opened.

A burst of golden and rainbow light flashed in the Isis compound. As the light faded, the large group appeared inside the compound. The Japanese fighters stared confused and slightly off kilter as they looked around. The warriors that fought in the Nexus led the way to the building. Sara and several Amazons moved into the kitchen and prepared hot food and tea for everyone. Though no one really wanted a party, they did not want to go to bed either. They waited for the food and talked quietly about everything but the battle.

"Elder Mascara! That Tendo girl is at the gate again she says she needs to speak to an elder. She says it is urgent." Kalya rose and followed as all the elders present went to the gate as Happosai walked beside Kalya.

Akane reached the gate she only hoped they were there by now. She reached out to the gate then stopped remembering the defense spell. She reached instead for the doorbell and smiled as she thought she heard voices. She sighed heavily as the little window in the door opened to reveal another beautiful woman with long emerald hair and sea foam green eyes. Akane smiled at her and the girl scowled.

"I need to talk with an elder please it is urgent!" Akane decided to stem any snide remarks and make her request known before the girl got rude.

"I will be right back." The young warrior told her, Akane thought she heard the exhaustion in the girl's voice.

"Thank you." Akane told her and turned to look around the docks while she waited. She did not have to wait long when the little door opened again.

Akane was disappointed she had hoped they would have let her in now. Though she was there to help them and not receive anything, back in return. She wanted to cultivate them as possible friends. She walked up to the gate and smiled at the beautiful elder she had met before. Akane tried to remember her name but could not. She bowed to the elder then took a deep breath and began.

"I came to warn you! Images of the battle your people fought in China were plastered all over CNN news. They had a professor for Tokyo University and an Egyptian specialist. A oh what his name...oh yes Professor Akihiro. He wants to get a hold of the bodies of the dead warriors you fought and those of the winged warriors that fought with you he wants them alive and dead. He isn't planning anything nice." Akane started as Mascara scowled deeply.

"The general on the show told him you and your party were under the protection of the Emperor and military but it did not seem to matter to him. The ancient goddess Isis even cursed him. I don't think that will stop him. The general also said something about her making the curse permanent." Akane finished and she could see the others behind the elder.

"Thank you child we will make sure all our warriors are safe. You had better get home it is getting late." Mascara then closed the door.

Akane stared at the closed window her face in an angry scowl. She then fought to get her rage under control. She did not expect them to greet her with opened arms she had to prove she was worthy to be a friend. She turned and headed for home. She wondered how Nabiki was doing there has been no contact from the hospital. She decided she would call and check on her sister.

As she walked and tried to think of Nabiki, her mind continued to return to the snub of the elder. She was there to help them and still they threw her aside. Her anger grew and her tiny aura grew around her then she stopped suddenly and slapped her forehead as her aura popped out.

["Of course they were standoffish! Oh, I am so stupid! They just fought a war for almost a week or more and here I am trying to force my way in!"] Akane shook her head with disgust as she headed home.

Though Akane was getting better and faster at calming herself she was not always so quick to understand. She however was learning though she did not realize it she was turning away from blaming others and seeing that when it was her mistake she would stop. Since her skills were taken, she had to learn to reason and use what common sense she had which before was not much. She wanted to fix her problems with her meager skill and the mallet. Now to keep her independence and home she began her own journey to being better. She still had a ways to go but she was finally growing up.

As the elders' party that had gone to the gate returned, the TV was on. The room was watching the CNN broadcast. The group frowned at the comments of the professor. However, the elders had to move away from Kalya as she began to glow. Over the months of training the Jusendo residents, she had made friend in all the tribes all of them had. They were her family and she would protect them like a lioness if she had to.

"It is alright Kalya we will all protect _our_ family." Shen told her as he and Tarragon came up to her and placed their hands on her shoulders.

"Yes they can't get them from the compound because of the magical dome. Don't forget they all have human curses now and can control them." Tarragon told her as he chucked her under her chin with a brotherly smile.

"What about those in the valley!?" She asked since the image of the valley was playing in the upper left hand corner of the screen.

"I just talked with council. I went to the village through Isis' Library. They will send warriors to Phoenix Mountain in the morning. We told them we would get the spell for the shield to protect our villages." Snow Pea told them with a bit of worry.

"Your worried if each tribe casts the shields around their villages you will lose the ground you had gained toward a united Jusendo Valley." Tarragon said as he felt empathically what she was feeling.

"Yes I told the elders back in the village and they agreed. They will talk with Saffron but they would like to have Prince Herb there as well." Snow Pea said as she looked at the Musk Prince.

"Ok I will leave in a few minutes I need to select the general to take over leading my troops. I will return once I verify everything is alright at the citadel." Herb then walked away as he waved to Lemon.

Lemon stood five feet eleven inches tall he was very muscular. He had long lemon yellow hair braided down to the middle of his back. The braid had a black leather thong woven in it then the excess was used to tie off the braid. His face was square and hard. He had bright ice green eyes that were stern but twinkled with mischievousness. His large eyes sat on either side of an aqua line nose that was a little to long and ended over a pair of medium thick lips. He wore a brass colored breastplate that resembled the chest of a mountain gorilla. He also wore dark brown deerskin pants that tied at his ankles and ended over a pair of matching battle slippers.

They watched as Herb talked with Lemon. Then the prince left the building. Lemon came up to them with a slight shrug of his shoulders. He then held out his arm to Kalya. She looked as if for a moment she would bash him, then smiled and took it. Lemon led her back to her generals with Shen and Tarragon following them. The elders looked confused then smiled as they felt it was Lemon's way of telling her he would prevent any harm from his prince toward her or any of the females.

Akane entered her home. Mrs. Konita was long gone. She called the hospital and asked for ICU. She waited for someone to pick up. As she, waited a fleeting memory moved through her mind. As she thought on the memory, she could not get a hold of it. She froze as the image of her mother flooded her mind. She shook her head violently. She forced the memory down into the deepest darkest recesses of her mind, as now was not the time to remember about her mother.

"Hello, may I help you!?" The voice seemed aggravated as Akane realized she must have been talking to her for a few moments.

"Yes I am sorry, I am Tendo Akane I am calling about a status on my sister Nabiki?" Akane said quickly to appease the lady.

"She is in a lot of pain, but recovering nicely." The nurse told Akane.

"Thank you please let Nabiki know I will be there tomorrow to see her." Akane said as the two said goodbye and hung up.

Akane walked into the living room but really did not want to talk with her father. She frowned as he sat at the table reading the paper. She knew why Nabiki threw him out but he was not doing what he was supposed to in order to remain. He was now trying to get her to do Mrs. Konita's job so she can do Kasumi's old job. She was not going to have it. She paused at the bottom of the stairs and glared at her father.

"Daddy I am going to see Nabiki tomorrow and will be telling her you are not fulfilling your end of the contract to be allowed back in the family. Kasumi and I have no say so if the lawyers show up you better have a good reason for not getting a job and helping maintain the house. Just remember your crocodile tears won't do any good against Nabiki's representatives." Akane watched as her father stiffened and when he turned to her, she was glaring at him with barely controlled rage.

Soun cringed and turned back and rifled through the newspaper for the classifieds. She turned and headed up to her room. She smirked as she heard as her father started looking in earnest for a job. He knew if Nabiki threw him out again he would not be able to go to Kasumi again. She made it clear if he did he would have to get a job and pay rent and maintenance on the clinic. Akane realized her father just did not want to take responsibility for her or her sisters and now they were tired of putting their dreams on hold or have to abandon them all together to support him.

Akane paused outside her door and realized the Dynasty he wanted was not what he told them. He wanted what Saotome Genma and Ranma wanted to steal from them to take their school, their home, and everything they made to support their lazy asses! As Akane, entered her room she paused as she started to close the door. She frowned as she realized she had never met Ranma yet she was blaming him for everything others were doing or had done. She frowned as Ukyo passed through her mind and as she turned from closing the door she moved to her bed and laid, down to think.

This time she could not stop her mother's image as she floated in her mind's eye frowning at her. Akane knew why it was the only memory she really had of her mother was her always angry with her for blaming others and trying to hurt Kasumi and Nabiki because they were better at the art then she was. Akane bolted upright her face wet for the tears that rolled down her cheeks. She quickly fell back on her bed on her stomach as she buried her face in her pillows and cried as she felt abandoned and unloved.

Kalya sat on the roof her mother, Mousse, and Mr. Tabbs still insisting on sitting with her. She tried to get Mr. Tabbs to come with her but he refused he wanted to watch over her. They watched as she took a meditative posture. As she entered her, subconscious the ring Isis gave her began to glow. Kalya felt as her spirit was pulled from her body toward the first place she ever felt was home since she was taken at six.

She floated over the desert and smiled as the symbol of Isis could be seen looming in the distance. She touched down in between the wading pool and stairs to the temple. She looked around but did not see her Isis momma. Suddenly the temple door opened and Isis ran out and grabbed Kalya in a giant bear hug.

"Oh Kalya I am so proud of you and your generals! You did it!" She whispered in the warrior's ear as she spun her around.

"We had a lot of help not only from Jusendo Valley but my family and most importantly from the Pantheon of Druids. It was their magical rings that kept us healed and refreshed." Kalya told the goddess as they sat by the reflection pool to dip their feet.

"Yes Bastet did excellent in getting their help." Isis told her daughter.

"What are your plans now?" Isis asked her daughter as the girl stared into the pool.

"Well go to college full time and get a degree. I got training from Tarragon, Niitmin, and Minuet. It would be fun to go to college with them. I am thinking a medical degree would be a good fit but I don't know. It might be fun to open a business to support the compound and apartment building. We bought furniture for all the apartments and got a really good deal." Kalya said with a sigh.

"Well the first couple of years of college is to determine what you want so I have a while. I might do both. Some of the Amazons, Musk, and Phoenix want to stay. Well for a while they want to gather knowledge that will help their tribe and the other two tribes in Jusendo valley." Kalya explained as she moved her legs back and forth in the water.

"What about that awful professor?" Isis asked her daughter anger still etched on her face at his wanting to hurt those that saved his life.

"That is going to be a problem. If he goes to China, he could very well take Phoenix Mountain. The Amazons, Herb, and Saffron are there now trying to figure out a way to protect them all without isolating them from each other." Kalya told the goddess as she looked from her moving legs up to the azure blue sky above her.

"I will see what we can do. They are very powerful warriors and they may be needed again. What about the villages around Jusendo Valley?" Isis asked her daughter as she wrapped an arm around her shoulder.

"No help I don't think though that might be changing. That was something else they were going to talk about as well. A way to co-existing with the nearby villages." Kalya continued as she leaned into Isis' one arm embrace.

"Are your generals going to stay at the compound or go off on their own?" Isis asked not wanting her to be alone.

"Actually no, they and their spouses have decided to remain at the compound. We are still using the apartment building to house visitors." Kalya said with a relieved sigh.

"Well it is over and earth can rest easy that Seth is gone." Isis noticed Kalya's demeanor sunk lower into depression.

"What is it child?" Isis asked her as she gently lifted Kalya's head by her chin to face her.

"Is it Isis momma? It went to easy! I watched as his life's blood spilled from his body but it was much to easy." Kalya told her as the battles had only taken almost a week and the fact that they could contain the battles so easily bothered her.

"We of the Egyptian Pantheon do not feel his presence any longer Kalya he is dead. You were able to prevent his destruction of your world and many others." Isis told her as Kalya nodded reluctantly.

"Now come inside the others are waiting for us. I do wish Mr. Tabbs had come with you Bastet wants to visit with him. Oh well I guess she and Sekhmet will have to go to earth to see him." Isis smiled as Kalya giggled.

"I tried to get him to come but he insisted on guarding my body with mom and Mousse. Yeah then Sekhmet can visit that professor and show him how ungrateful he is being." Kalya told Isis with an evil smile they both laughed as they walked up the stairs to the temple.

They entered the temple of Isis. They were swarmed by the gods of Egypt. They all hugged Kalya and asked her questions about the battles and threat now facing the Phoenix People. She explained that the elders, Prince Herb, and Saffron were meeting now to work out a way to protect the residences of the valley. She hoped they could do it without isolating the tribes from each other. She smiled as they moved off to discuss what they could do to help. Though Kalya and her generals were the children of Isis the warriors of Jusendo Valley was her elite army and under the pantheon's protection as well. Kalya's time with her momma brought up her spirits as she mingled with the Ancient gods. She could not help but feel there was more to come but she chose not to say that. She just could not help but be happy as they all gave her hugs and made her feel a part of them.

Kalya got her chance to thank the Druid Pantheon as they were invited to Isis' Temple to celebrate. She and the Druids talked for quite awhile. She told them how grateful Ebon was for their restoring the knowledge and magic to him and Sara. She also found out the Druids were not as sure Seth was gone. Yes, he was dead but there were those that wanted him alive to fulfill his plans. The Druids also told her they would help if he came back. They also hinted that she and her generals might be asked to aid them and other Pantheons if the need arose. She smiled, as nothing would make her happier.

"So were the rings helpful, child" A woman of five feet eleven asked her.

"Yes Siobhan, they were we all feel they were the reason we won. Sara and her party outside the nexus accidently found the spell to heal and refresh the warriors. They were able to send the information through the magic in the rings to us in the nexus and the warriors at Jusendo Valley using the ley line. Then when they were attacked the rings she said told her what to do for the stream of magic and the ice and lightning balls. Our Druids were able to keep Seth busy. It allowed me to sneak up on him and finish him and his attempt to terrorize our world." Kalya told Siobhan not seeing as the others around her listened in.

"Oh that reminds me here there should be enough for all the Morboka clan that fought in the battle and any that was held back as reinforcements." Siobhan said as she gave Kalya a large bag that weighed almost twenty pounds.

"Thank you Siobhan I will see they get them. " Kalya told the beautiful woman as she hugged her tightly.

Siobhan was five feet eleven feet tall. She hand dark red hair with blond and silver highlights that made it shimmer. Her eyes were a bright vivid green and where almond shaped but smaller then her eyes. Her green poles sat on either side of a thin medium length nose that sat over a pair of naturally red full lips. Her body was lean and lithe and though not on par with the Amazons, she could make heads turn. She wore a white poet's blouse with Druid symbols embroidered in gold thread around the neck, cuffs, and hem. The blouse ended at her waist with a gathered hem that ended one two inches above the hem. She then wore an ankle length woolen skirt of brown. On her feet, she wore leather sandals that tied around her ankle. Over the top of her outfit was a dark Kelly green woolen cape with a large roomy cowl hood. She carried a long six foot ebony staff of black with silver Druid runes engraved all over it.

As the party, in Isis' temple continued Kalya sat at the edge of the wading pool outside. Her feet were gently swaying in the water. She stared into the pool at the diamonds that had started to form in the pool again from Isis' tears. She did not notice as someone sat down next to her. She jumped slightly when a pair of strong muscular legs appeared next to her. She looked up and saw as Rajha sat next to her. They did not talk for a while but just sat quietly staring at nothing and everything.

"You did well m'lady." Rajha still loved watching Kalya cringe at that title.

"Thank you Rajha so did you. Isis told me you were the one that organized the gods and kept Sekhmet and Aker from coming into the nexus." Kalya said with a smirk.

"Yeah and I am not going to live that down either!" The gray haired guard of Isis shuddered.

"I had help though when the Druids joined us they pretty much locked all of us out of entering any nexus and since you and the generals destroyed his tampering of the ley lines they were able to use their magic to prevent such tampering again." Rajha shuddered as the memory of Sekhmet and Aker going ballistics when they found out what the Druids did.

"They had too what if other gods decided to start manipulating the ley lines and nexuses? It would be disastrous not only for the pantheons but for earth!" Kalya shuddered as she stared at the reflection of the moon on the wading pool.

"Kalya when next you come visit Isis could you train me in your art. If I could fight like you and your generals I can better protect Isis." Rajha asked as he looked at her hopefully.

"Yes I guess so." Kalya told him not really, sure but she liked the fact it would help protect Isis momma while she was on earth.

"I talked with Aker now that the war is over he agreed to teach me the Neko-Ken. The correct way." Rajha quickly explained when he saw the anger and fear appear on her face.

"Kalya!?" The two warriors turned to see Isis standing behind them a warm smile on her face.

"It is time for you to go back dear." Isis said as she held opened her arms to her daughter.

Kalya frowned, as she really did not want to go home. She rose to her feet, picked up her shoes, and put them back on. She then went to Isis and hugged her tightly. Isis kissed the top of her head and held her tightly to her. She watched through her lashes as Rajha rose and headed back to the temple to give them time alone. He had no fear that Isis was in any danger not with Kalya being with her.

"Everyone here and the other pantheons are proud of you, your generals, and the warriors that came to follow you. I need you to talk to the leaders of the tribes of Jusendo and ask them if they would be willing to be the earthly warriors of the different pantheons. They will always be my warriors and would come to me at their death but if another pantheon needed them would they and you fight for them?" Isis asked as Siobhan had told her Kalya agreed to help if they needed it.

"You talked with Siobhan. Huh?" Kalya smiled at Isis as she nodded.

"Yes but it makes sense each pantheon has someone like Seth or ancient enemies that want to destroy them and earth. You and your warriors are already assembled and trained. They have no earth bound warrior such as you and your generals." Isis explained to Kalya as she nodded.

"I can't and won't speak for my generals or the Jusendo warriors. It might not be what they want. Though those of Jusendo valley live for battle, so they might readily agree. I will talk with my generals first then the leaders of the three tribes." Kalya promised as she hugged Isis tightly to her.

"Siobhan told me she gave you Druid rings for the Morboka clan?" Isis saw as Kalya nodded.

"Do not give them to them until after they agree to fight for the other pantheons." Kalya leaned back and nodded she understood.

"Siobhan said if more are needed the Druids will send them to you. She wanted me to give you and your generals this. Since it, will be you and your generals that will lead the battles for all the pantheons the Druids made these for you to wear over your bracers or bare wrists. It will link you to the pantheons. They all but a bit of their magic in the wrist cuffs so if the time comes and you must fight again you can communicate with them. I have also put some of our magic in them as well.

"Though I fear only the Druids gift of the rings actually allow those without Druid magic to actually tap their magic even if just a little bit. Also, tell the tribe librarians that my Library is now closed to all but Shen. However, I will leave it in the subspace and if they need it in battle, again only they will be allowed back in. The other pantheons will be sending copies of their tomes and scrolls to my library to help you when the time comes." Isis explained but Kalya frowned.

"What is wrong daughter?" Isis asked as she saw the frown.

"I was wondering if Snow Pea, Saamin, and Thyme could still have access. It would be helpful if as the new information comes into the library they could start reading it. That would make it faster for them to assimilate information we might need if a new battle arises. The same rules apply." Kalya asked, as Isis looked unsure then smiled and nodded.

"Alright daughter but I cannot have Kali and Rajha continue to be the protectors of the library. I will pick one of my elite guards and scribes to be the permanent librarians for me.

"Alright but on the guard make sure he loves to read. In addition, would it be all right if Shen and the others rearrange the books to find things easier. If the other pantheons are going to give you copies of their libraries we will need more shelves." Isis laughed and nodded her head and hugged her again tightly.

"I will see you soon my beloved daughter and maybe next time I will show you how to access the spirit realm so you can take Kal-Chan to visit her ancestors." Isis told a smiling Kalya.

"She would like that a lot, goodbye Isis momma! I love you!" Kalya faded leaving Isis with a sad smile as she stood next to the wadding pond.

As Kalya, awoke to find a pair of amber eyes staring directly into her sapphire blue ones and only a fraction of an inch from her. She smiled and brought Mr. Tabbs into a tight but gentle hug. She looked up at the movement and smiled at her mother and Mousse. She sent a message to her generals and asked they were to meet at their private training ground. She and her two generals went downstairs and found the main room empty. Nodoka went quickly to the kitchen and packaged up some of the left over pastries for them.

They then left the compound a note on the white board near the door telling the elders they would be back by lunch and to have the elders, Saffron and Prince Herb ready for a request from the pantheons of the gods. Then they left for their hidden training ground. Kalya holding tightly to Mr. Tabbs who really did not like flying but allowed it though his eyes were shut the entire way.

When they reached the training ground Nodoka and Meran made the tea as Dolphin set out what Nodoka could take from the kitchen. There was more then enough for everyone. Once everyone was settled the first thin Kalya did was pass out the bracers but told them not to put them on yet.

"Why not Kalya?" Ryoga asked not sure if he should be angry or not.

"When I was at Isis temple the Druid pantheon and the other gods pantheon were there as well to celebrate Seth's fall. Also I received Druid rings for the Morboka clan but was asked not to give them to them until they are asked and agree with what I am going to ask you." Kalya told them seeing a variety of expressions before her.

"That is daughter?" Kalya looked at Ric and smiled still not use to the 'daughter' title.

"All the pantheons asked if we are needed if we would battle for them as we did for Isis. We are still Isis's children and warriors but she will allow the other pantheons access to us if and only IF we agree. They figure we are already trained. The Jusendo tribes will need to be asked also since they will be needed again to fight with use." Kalya told them as they all looked at the bracers in their laps.

The bracers were made of gold and silver. They were an opened design. There was a half inch wide braided silver gold and platinum woven strands in a diamond pattern. Then there were ten gemstones placed randomly in one of the opened diamonds. Before Kalya could ask them if they wanted that chaos added to their lives, all of her generals picked up the oversized bracers and put them on their left wrists. They all watched as the bracers shrunk to a tight fit on each of the generals. Kalya just shook her head and smiled as she put on her bracer and watched as it tightened around her left wrist as well.

"I guess that was easy." Kalya said as she and her generals started to talk about what would happen now as Kalya put on her bracer.

Kalya explained that the pantheons are giving Isis copies of their libraries and though she was not going to allow Snow Pea and the others back in. Kalya suggested she allow them as Shen would need help assimilating the new knowledge and if they knew it before hand it would not take as long to get the information, the fighters needed when the time comes. Though Kali and Rajha have other duties there will be a guard and librarian on hand at all times. The same rules apply. She also said if they wanted they could rearrange the books for better inventorying and finding of needed items but they would need to agree on how the sorting should be handled.

"Thank you for that Kalya if they agree to be on-call if you will they will need to access the new tomes. I will get with them when we get back and start working out the best way organize the items." Shen said as he pulled out his notebook and pencil and started writing notes.

"Will these bracers be given to everyone?" Meran asked as she leaned into her husband.

"As far as I know I don't think so. That does not mean the pantheons might want the leaders connected to them. However, they must not contact any of the tribes their requests must come through Isis and us first.

"What is the significance of the gems?" Niitmin asked as he found the bracer was tight but he could still spin it on his wrists.

"Well it is like the Druid rings and can't be removed. There is also probably a protection spell in them. Each gem denotes the number of pantheons including the Egyptian Pantheon that have asked to call on us. I feel other gems will be added as the pantheons find they need our help. These bracers will be a direct link to the pantheons for when we battle for them." Kalya told her family and they nodded.

"Kalya should we not get the Phoenix and Musk a communication orb so they don't have to keep going to the Amazons to communicate with all the tribes." Ric asked his daughter and loved having her as such.

"Yes and no. What I would like to do and will need to talk to Isis about his is have a spell added to the Druid rings maybe just the rulers of the tribes and Morboka clan if they agree to join us. If communication is needed the rings would let them know and they can all go to the orb. " Kalya started then a smile came over Mousse's face as he continued.

"Then the tribes could put the Amazon orb in a central location that they could all converge on. I think there are tunnels under the valley though they mostly have been sealed off. Because of earthquakes and such. " Mousse began then Sage went on knowing where he was going with this.

"All the tribes have an old map of the tunnels and if I remember it correctly there is a cavern under the center of Jusenkyo. They could use that as the new home for the orb. Maybe we can get Isis to set up subspace tunnels from each village to that cavern. This way only the rulers have access." Sage said as he gently played with Meran's wings.

"Well maybe not only Isis but the other pantheons should help with the setup of these subspace tunnels. Then there is why use the orbs at all we can have one too and just actually meet at the cavern." Tarragon suggested, then Kalya shook her head slightly.

"I like that it will help give the other pantheons an invested interest if they are helping to support us and the Jusendo tribes. However yes the orbs are needed if this happens, as the gods can't really show up as some tend to show off and if they forget and come in full regalia, it will kill everyone. In addition, it may not be safe to come to talk directly to us. However, they can send their image like Isis momma can do." Kalya explained as she and her generals took notes it was a habit, they found they liked and needed.

"Kalya if we don't need the orb here any longer why not have Isis and the leaders of the other pantheons merge them back together. This way they will be linked to the pantheons we agreed to help and if needed the pantheons can join later. They can put some of their magic into the orbs so they can talk with us as well." Dolphin said as she looked up from her notebook after going over the question she wrote out so she could remember to aske.

"That sounds excellent I knew I chose well!" The group of fighters looked up and saw Isis and Rajha standing before them.

"Isis momm?" Kalya said, and with a nod from the goddess, Kalya was in her arms hugging her tightly.

"Greetings my children! I wanted to tell you how proud of you i am of you and that you agreed to help the pantheons when needed." Isis looked at the other generals as she still held onto Kalya.

"Isis-sama? Is it safe for you to be on earth? I mean Seth is gone but his minions aren't." Shen asked as he stepped forward slightly and bowed to the goddess.

"Well I brought Rajha with me he is my personal body guard and student of Kalya. So as long as I am with him and you I would say yes it is safe.

"When you talk with the leaders of the three tribes if they agree then yes I and the leaders of the other pantheons will create the subspace tunnels. If any one of the tribes refuse to help which is their right they will not be included but we can still use the cavern under Jusenkyo. I will seal it completely so no one can enter except through the tunnels we create." Isis told them as they nodded and she smiled as they all scribbled down what she said.

"I also wanted to tell you when it is time for you to pass on I have created a duplicate of your compound near my temple for you to live as a family and I get my children close by." Isis said as they all looked up at her with shock and a little bit of happiness.

"Oh and before I forget those of you not married to another general that includes your spouse as well. Now come all of you give me a hug before I go back to my temple." Kalya stepped closer to Rajha as the other generals came up and with some embarrassment hugged their goddess mother.

The Isis warriors entered the compound Frosta and Pewter came running up to their husband and boyfriend. Minuet followed close behind them with a broad smile. They headed to the compound then stopped as Kalya stared at the building. She then turned to the wives of Mousse and Ryoga as well as Minuet. They shrugged then Kalya turned to leave.

"Minuet please have the the elders to meet us at the apartment and to brig my uncle Akaydo and only him. Please also return with them."

"Any others?" Minuet asked as Kalya thought for a moment then looked at her generals.

{"I think Ebon should be there he is technically the leader of the earth bound Druids.} Kalya looked at Ryoga and mock glared at him but the smile that tugged at her lips softened the glare.

{"Shen what about Saamin and Thyme?"} Kalya asked Isis' Librarian.

{"They are not the leaders of the scholastic team but they should be there as we will need to decide how to organize the library. They won't be invited to the meetings with the leaders unless they have information to give."} Shen suggested then Kalya looked at the others and no one had any other additions.

"Yes Minuet please also bring; Ebon only along with Saamin and Thyme. Don't forget to return with them please." Kalya laid her hand on the arm of Minuet as the healer nodded and left for the compound.

The others left the compound and walked over to the apartment building they owned. Sara had decorated her apartment from the extra furniture she had in storage and it looked great. The generals and Kalya used some of the diamonds and rubies of Isis to furnish the rest of the building. They all helped along with Sara. It helped to bond with Ryoga's mother and their closer friends. When they entered, Sara was getting ready to go across the street. She helped Dolphin, Meran, and Nodoka make some food for the generals and the others coming. She then kissed the Isis warriors on the cheek and headed to the compound.

"Hello Elders, Ebon, Saamin, Thyme, and Minuet! I will see you all later have to go make lunch. Cinnamon is going to show me some of her recipes and I promised to show her some of my family recipes." Sara's voice was filled with a happy lilt one that Kalya saw in Ryoga was never there before.

"What is happening?" The worry on the elders' faces shocked the Isis warriors.

"Well this is a preliminary meeting Mother Snow Pea. You will need to set up a meeting with the rest of the elders, Saffron and Herb. We have a request from about ten pantheons and maybe more if needed. Isis however demands that the Jusendo valley residents have the right to say yes or no." Kalya started.

The elders looked confused as all of Isis generals and Kalya pulled out their journals. The guests looked on confused but since they were use to this, they just shrugged and pulled out their own journals. Akaydo looked confused but prepared a notebook as well.

"Ten pantheons have requested of us to fight for them if something like Seth happens to them. What we need is to find out is which tribes will help and which won't. Ebon you and Akaydo need to also decide if you will be a permanent fighting force and aid us. Ebon, the Druid pantheon wants Druids to help but since you are leader of the Druids it is your choice just as it is your choice Akaydo to become a member of the Isis warriors." Hayashi told them all as they watched the faces of the leaders and others that were at the meeting.

"I am not sure about the others or my leader but I prefer to continue my role on the scholastic team and will always be available to you and your warriors. I actually wish to remain here if I may." Thyme told Kalya and her generals.

"I agree with Thyme and also ask to remain here at Isis Compound." Saamin told them with a wide grin.

"You will always have Juse...!" Mascara was cut off by Mousse as she glared at him.

"No elder you can not volunteer Amazons without the full council approval. Nor can the elders say the Musk and Phoenix will be the warriors of the pantheons without allowing them to decide on their own. Even though you are right and they probably will their leaders must be the ones to say yes." Mousse explained as the elders frowned but nodded.

"So I will speak for the Druids." Ebon asked confused wondering if the other Druids would follow him.

"Yes Ebon your family as far as the Druids know still practice the ancient religion though not the magic, so if any Druids come to the compound they must understand that you are the lead priest and Sara the priestess but you are head of the Druids. They will have to agree to fight for the pantheons or leave without training. You may if you wish give them copies of their history but none of the magic." Dolphin spoke up as she watched Ebon for his decision.

"I agree for the Druids." Ebon said as Ryoga handed him one of the bracers and raised his left arm to show his.

"I would like Sara to wear one as well as she will be a leader as well since she is the priestess." Ebon put on the bracer and watched as it shrank to a tight fight.

"If she agrees Ebon you can ask her after the meeting." Shen told him with a warm smile.

"So you are asking me as leader of the Morboka clan and shadow ninja if we will help again if needed?" Akaydo asked, as he knew what is answer already was but he wanted to clarify it.

"Yes uncle Isis will not allow anyone to be coerced into excepting even by another pantheon." Nodoka told him with a warm smile.

"I agree to aid in any battle to save earth at the request of the pantheon that needs it." Akaydo told them as a bracer was laid before him followed by a Druid ring.

Akaydo picked up the bracer and put it on his left wrist then slipped the finger onto the middle finger of the same hand. He then stared as Kalya placed a bag on the table before him. He opened it and found more Druid rings. He looked up confused. Then Hayashi started speaking.

"The Druids made more rings though you only give them to those that have fought in the battle with Seth. Any left must be returned to Kalya. If you have new warriors, they must be given the choice to fight or not. If they agree they will need to come claim their ring." Hayashi continued to explain as Akaydo nodded.

There were only thirty warriors that fought, including the Takashi clan. He then counted out the rings he needed and placed them in a pouch into his subspace. He then handed back the original bag to Kalya. He smiled at her as she picked the bag up and put it in stuff space. They then settled in and told them what will happen next. They explained that their bracers will notify them of a leaders meeting and how the combined orbs will be buried in a cavern under Jusenkyo with all entrances blocked. All the pantheons will be helping since they will be required to aid the other pantheons if needed. They will help Isis create subspace doors from the three Jusendo villages or which ever villages agree to help, to the cavern. They will all help merge the orbs just the ruler of the pantheons will do this. They will communicate through the orb to us.

"All the leaders will wear the bracers, as that is how they will be notified. We can use them to communicate with each other. So if we need to speak with Saffron or Herb and they are in Jusendo we can call a meeting and meet in the cavern under the springs." Niitmin told them as they nodded and discussed what else was related to them.

The elders then contacted the council of elders and had them set up a meeting with Saffron and Herb since he not returned to Japan. The meeting was held in the apartment since it was empty but for Sara. She stayed out of the way but listened in as she rubbed the gold, silver, and platinum bracer on her left wrist. She like the others took notes to go over later. When it was over and all was settled they adjourned. The elders, Saffron and Herb jumped at the chance of helping other pantheons and all now sported the bracers. Isis and the other pantheons had already created the sub space corridors to the cavern under Jusenkyo once Kalya and the generals agreed. They had met at the springs and gave the elders, Saffron, and Herb their bracers. They then explained the doors to the corridors could be opened anywhere, as the bracer was the key to make the door.

They entered the door that Kalya opened in front of Jusenkyo and entered. They walked down the corridor to the cavern. When they entered the room lit automatically with glowing stones of gold but was not gold. As they looked around there was a marble pedestal in the center of the room where the newly combined communication orb sat. The walls were smooted and the orbs placed in the walls around the room. In front of the walls but closer to the orb sat three large council tables each with twelve seats. This would help if the Isis Warriors neded to join the meeting and Saffron and Herb could use one together and the Amazons the other.

"What if we decide to set up a council will another table be added if needed?" Saffron asked as he was not sure he would but he might want his generals for stratagem meetings.

"Yes but this room is only of the leaders of the three tribes and us. If you bring someone with you they need to have the status in your court as you, Herb, and the Amazons." Ryoga told them as he heard the voice of Isis in his head.

The tables were of white marble on legs of stone brought up from the floor of the cavern like the pedestal. The showed how when they left they just open the door to their throne room or council chamber. They could also use the tunnels to come to meetings at the compound when in a war. Thos would allow them to move freely back and forth without being waylid by those wanting them or their warriors.

They all nodded then sat down as they talked about any thing else they needed to know. It was then that Herb, Saffron, and Snow Pea had pulled out copies of all their tomes, scrolls, and books. They also brought anything else they felt the Isis Warriors might need. They gave them to Shen and Snow Pea to take to Isis' library for permanent storage. The complete library of the Phoenix filled the room as soon as Snow Pea and Shen placed them in stuff space he filled the room again. Only the others were original copies they had been in storage and they don't use them any longer. They however did not want them lost to history.

It seemed Isis' library became a central repository for all the Pantheons. They sent only copies of their books, tomes, and scrolls they sent everything. They also helped Isis make shelves and added more space to the subspace pocket. Isis decided to do as the other pantheons, added copies of all her original library, and put them back in her temple. Though the same rules still applied.

Life in the Isis Compound went on as it did during the preparations of war. Only this time the training was to keep their skills up or learn new techniques. Those of the tribes that stayed wanted to complete the education they started. Some actually started taking courses at the campuses. Minuet took medical courses to learn about medicine outside the village and what she could learn that would better serve her people. Niitmin and Tarragon joined her in the medical training, as they wanted to help their people as well. Kalya was sure she wanted to be a doctor. She had learned what Minuet, Tarragon, and Niitmin knew from their training in the villages. However, she was leaving it opened. Frosta took business management courses along with design classes in clothing and interior she did not know which she liked best. Pewter and Ryoga decided they liked Kalya's idea of opening a business. They thought of an import Emporium so they could help the tribes of Jusendo with funds to buy supplies from the surrounding cities and villages.

With help from their realtor, they found several buildings for sale. They decided to buy the large office building. It had five floors other then the main floor. They decided Frosta could take the smaller store front on the first floor. The emporium would take the larger one on the second floor. They would get those two businesses up and running then used part of the money and put it with the gems from Isis and coins from the Amazons to remodel the other five floors. The building had a basement that could be divided up for storage for each business that would be in the building.

Sara took the third floor and suggested they get an elevator for those that could not do the stirs. She wanted to open a hobby store or maybe offer training classes in basic home skills. The problem was the city would not allow a kitchen on the upper floors. So Sara looked for a building that would suite her needs. Kalya told her if she wanted to offer courses, she could use the apartment building if it takes off and she needs more room they could find a building then. Sara hugged Kalya tightly as she loved that idea. She could use the common room for classes in sewing and crafting. Ryoga just watched as his mother happily moved from room to room to room taking notes. Though he knew, she would look for a building but at least this way she could get her client list built up, get the remodeling of the building done, and just move in.

When there was enough funds gathered Kalya had several more outhouses built to use for functions. Since the Amazons loved parties and decorating for them, this seemed like a natural. They held weddings with receptions, anniversary parties, graduations, and birthday parties. They also did functions for local businesses. The computer outbuilding was left alone as it was still needed and would be for some time. They built a small storage building in a far corner of the functions area for all the different decorations needed for the functions. They also did landscaping in the area the area around the new facilities. They put in a zen garden with a pond and bridge. Then they planted Chinese plum trees, Sakura trees, and red and white dogwood. They also planted several butterfly bushes would not only lure in butterflies but humming birds as well.

When it was finished, it was as if they stepped into a different world. The bushes and trees had miniature lights hidden in the foliage and they had hung cut crystal lanterns used to light the paths. The flower beds on either side of the paths were actually buried flower boxes edged with living flowers. The Amazons wanted to use silk potted flowers for different seasons and function décor. The Amazons decided after they, had made enough money they wanted to build a green house to grow their own flowers that would surround the silk flowers.

They took several pictures and used them for the posters and flyers. They had a lot of space more then they really needed so this would allow them to expand and alter the appearance of the function buildings. They decided to a portion of the money aside for maintenance remodeling and additional buildings. Kalya made sure that section was also magically protected. They just set it so there was a way to quickly take down the magic shield and put it back up.

Kalya had the contractor come out and put up a privacy wall between the function rooms and the compound. She then had him put in another gate. This made the Amazons happy as they had made beautiful walkways from the gates to each building. They also had signs made for the buildings as they gave each a name based on the theme of the decor. They also hung a lovely pewter sign on the outside of the gate proclaiming the party area as Isis' Special Function. There was also a number for interested people to call.

They found a couple of glades in the woods that bordered the one side of the compound. They asked Kalya if they could set them up as well. She smiled and nodded. Though they did not do it yet they wanted to make plans as to what they wanted to use them for and how they would look. That and they want to save enough money to build the party rooms to go with them. They and Kalya sat down and went over different ideas for them.

As the lives of the residents of the compound moved on some, found the love they were looking for. Minuet and Cinnamon found their mates during the battle. Ebon in training Minuet in her Druid magic fell in love. While Sean worked with Cinnamon, she captured his heart. They were married before the Musk and Phoenix Warriors that were returning to the village left. The twin ceremonies were lovely. However, the two-week party afterwards was _fantastic_! It delayed those going back by an additional four weeks, as they had to recuperate.

That led to another problem there was one more wedding as Ryoga had purposed to Frosta. Since all three weddings used the function facilities, they were able to get pictures of actual functions going on. It was decided after Frosta and Ryoga's wedding though to not have receptions that lasted so long it limited the number of parties they could do. They would not stop them permanently they would however give them as an option at an additional cost.

After Frosta and Ryoga's wedding which to Ryoga's surprise included his father and siblings. He looked at his mother and she just smiled. The party after the wedding lasted for another two weeks. Though many of the Amazons were jealous that three powerful warriors were married, the fact the Amazons still got their party it did not make it any easier to take. The problem was that some still had bias against those Amazons that married some of the more powerful warriors including Dolphin for marrying not only the Isis Warrior's uncle but also a general. Though they fumed about it none took action as they remembered what Isis did to Shampoo and they shuddered.

Kalya surprised Ryoga and Pewter with a storefront near the compound. Since Mousse was taking business courses, he would manage the finances and overseeing the businesses the family in the compound wanted to start. There were several Frosta opened interior design shop as well as clothing design. She could not decide. She found other Amazons staying behind loved doing that as well. Those Amazons that were taking business courses worked with Mousse. Together they kept track of what the stores were doing and how much they were bringing in. The emporium was more difficult as items from the villages had to be identified by tribe and artist. Since Ryoga and Pewter ran the emporium, they helped to figure out the system. Pewter had found cash registers that would do just that.

They also converted the upper floors and basement into workshops. The basement was for the kiln and large woodworking equipment. They also use it and one floor for storage. One floor was set up for repairs of emporium goods or personal items from the surrounding area.

It was Mousse and the other business, finance, and accounting majors responsibility to keep the compound, apartment and any other ventures solvent. Though Dolphin did not want to learn business management, it would be helpful as heir to Jasmine since the village had opened trade with nearby cities and villages. As Dolphin helped maintaining the compound and their businesses, it gave her real world training she knew would be useful. She let Mousse run the group of business managers. Since he and Pewter were not heirs to the council. They would be staying in Japan and he needed to be able to control those he worked with and keep the compound solvent.

Ryoga also began his more in depth training is his Druid magic. He was not the only one that stayed for training. Then as they were trained and went, home those members of the three tribes that had Druid heritage were trained. By Ebon and Sara. They were the priest and priestess of the Jusendo Valley and Isis Compound. It was during this training that Ryoga found out how his father and siblings made it in time for his wedding. Sara had showed him how to help them get home. He also found out that Sara had taught her daughters and other son to use their Druid magic and follow the ley lines to them. Ryoga smiled, as now they will be together more often. He felt bad his dad could not benefit from Druid training but he had no Druid blood in him. He, his mother, and siblings would bring him home.

It was during the party after Ryoga's wedding that Sara told her husband that she wanted to sell their home. She would put the money in trust and use it to help support herself and her new business. At first, he was not receptive but as the days carried on, he saw how happy his wife was with these warriors and the respect they gave her not like his family. He agreed and signed the papers she needed him to sign. The proble was she wanted them to go with her to look at buildings but when she turned to put the papers in a safe space she turned back and he was gone.

Ryoga took her to look at several abandoned restaurants that had extra space for sewing and crafting classes. They found several and when she went to talk with the bank that held the papers Mousse went with her and Ryoga. She picked the one best suited for her it was three blocks from the compound, which Ryoga was not happy about but Sara loved it. She put a down payment on the building and sold their family home. Frosta, Pewter, and Minuet helped her clean and remodel the interior and they each agreed to come and train some of the classes. Ryoga's heart broke as he realized how lonely his mother had been and frightened not knowing if anything had happened to her family or not.

Sara had security gates put over all the doors and windows on the lower floor. She then used her Druid magic to protect the building through those gates. When lowered the entire building was protected when raised it was opened to all. It however, was still protected by her magic and the Isis warrior's magic. Ryoga and Pewter decided to take basic business management classes to better able run the emporium and help Sara. She however, was going to have Mousse help her mostly since he was planning on a degree in business management.

Akane entered the hospital her face finally relaxed after Nabiki being in ICU for almost two months. She exited the elevator on the new floor where her sister stayed. The hospital put her in a private room since reporters were still trying to get to her. They found out she had video of inside the school campus and were vying for it. Akane was upset that Sekuo had brought her the cameras from where she was struck but it did not last long. Sekuo quit working for Nabiki when she kept trying to get a Phoenix warrior to sell. Akane reached her sister's room but stopped when she heard voices. The two visitors were ones she did not want to see at the moment. She turned to leave when she heard her name mentioned.

"We tried Nabiki! Akane has threatened to have us arrested!" Yuka told her sister as Akane frowned.

"On what charge!? I want the two of you to get back in her good graces! I am not going to allow her to be out of my control!" Nabiki said her voice a bit dry and raspy.

"Actually since it, was you that told her we worked for you then you fix it. I am not going to be expelled because she goes to the dean and complains and neither is Yuka!" Sayuri snarled at Nabiki.

"I can do worse then that!" Nabiki snarled at the two girls.

"Don't bet on it Nabiki don't forget we have proof of your activities just as Akane does not to mention the fact you have been bugging businesses including your brother-in-law's clinic. We also know which officials are in your clutches! So leave us alone we actually liked Akane when she was not being a bully so we are not going to help you any longer. Maybe once she sees that we can be friends again without the flow of information going to you!" Sayuri snarled at the still healing woman.

*CLAP...CLAP...CLAP!*

"Very nicely played ladies but don't hold your breath. Now that Nabiki is healing, I am going back to school. I would advise that you do the same. Oh and Nabiki if you ever come near me again you will find yourself out of the family!" Akane stood in the door to Nabiki's room door her face in an angry scowl and that anger escaping in a pencil thick red line around her.

"I hope you are happy with yourself Nabiki because it wasn't daddy that destroy our family it was you!" Akane turned at the gasp behind her and saw Kasumi and Tofu standing there.

"What she up to her old tricks she is trying to get her spies back in my life because she wants control. Brother if I were you I would have your clinic inspected for recording devices as Nabiki has the place bugged." Akane was furious and even more so as it could cost Tofu everything.

"Akane! Nab...!" Akane lifted her cell phone and replayed the conversation between her old friends and sister.

"When they started talking about me I recorded it!" Kasumi's face turned from vacuous to enraged.

"NABIKI! Mother would be so ashamed of you!" Akane gasped, as she had never heard something like that from her elder sister she watched mouth agape as she and Tofu walked off both glowing red.

"Well sister looks like you now have no family. I hope it was worth it!" Akane said as she, left the room and hospital she went home to get her things and go back to school.

As the war became a distant memory, time slowly moved on. The emporium was opened and was a success. The Jusendo tribes all sent their items for to be sold. Sara's home economic classes grew and she was getting students from other districts. She was happy to have some of the Amazons and Phoenix warriors to help. The Musk would not allow their females to leave the valley. They brought with them techniques that had disappeared from history. Mousse and the other tribe members that took business related courses where able to manage all the businesses and maintain the compound. The largest money maker though was the party compound as it attracted local businesses for seminars, special functions, and large sometimes international meetings. Kalya had taken some of the money the party compound made and then with the input of the tribes running the party compound wired all the party houses with a large video screen and the ability to have visual international meetings or allow the honorees having the party display happy memories. It increased the revenue by double. The next project was to add more buildings without adding second floors or taking more space in the party compound.

Frosta's shop was a big hit she loved running her shop though she never did choose between interior design or clothing design and she was glad she did not. Many of the female warriors from the Phoenix and Amazons not only took classes in both types of design they worked with Frosta to get real world experience. Just as with the emporium Frosta kept track of who sold what and only kept fifteen percent to cover building maintenance. When any tribe member graduated college, there was always a party for them as it was a graduation party and a going away party. Many of the warriors returned to their home. The Japanese warriors did not have too much time to think on their missing friends for as soon as one went home another came for schooling. The rulers of the Musk and Phoenix found that the outside world had much knowledge that would help them to survive for eons.

Snow Pea and Shen along with the other librarians found a spell that would protect the tribes from outsiders looking to steal Phoenix and Musk warriors the Musk because of their lineage. They were also able to fix it so the tribes could cross through the shields of the other tribes. This protected them from outsider scientists aiming to steal their tribesmen and friends. The only thing that was not shielded was Jusenkyo since Isis never gave up complete control of the springs.

The tribes were now safe and with the cavern under Jusenkyo finally completed with the corridors from the three Jusendo, villages and the Isis compound in Japan. If they were needed the pantheons could summon the leaders through the magic bracers. The tribes also found it helpful if they needed to have meetings with the leaders of all four tribes. The Isis compound was considered a Jusendo tribe and was important to the aid and safety of the valley.

They were needed, as Professor Akihiro did not heed the warning. The villages summoned the warriors from Japan to the cavern under Jusenkyo. The tribe leaders were angry because of the fact the Japanese military was helping the professor. The Isis warriors had to keep Ryoga from going ballistic at the insult. They were glad they brought Frosta. Ebon helped as he sent calming magic through the rings to effect everyone that was angry and would not listen to Kalya explain.

"I thought Japan was protecting us!?" Saffron snarled at the Isis Warriors.

"They are, those men are not their military they are bounty hunters and mercenaries. We contacted General Koizumi before we left to find out for sure. Since they are coming to China to take you the professor felt he found a loophole. The only problem with that is the Chinese government realized your tribes saved them twice. They has agreed to help Japan protect you all. As we speak Japan is sending military troops via helicopters to the valley as is the Chinese army." Kalya watched as the anger left the Jusendo leaders.

"Can we trust the Chinese military?" Lotus asked knowing the valley had always been a thorn in the side of the military.

"Well normally probably not but don't forget they saw what happened to the professor. Imagine if Isis cursed the entire government." Ryoga told them anger still flashed in his eyes but the evil smile made the others smile.

"They threw Tang out of his home and have been killing his livestock to feed themselves." Herb told the Japanese tribe.

"Then the professor and his crew will need to replace them. It just depends if they do it with money or curses." Nodoka told them as she felt the anger of the goddess course through her.

"Let us go 'talk' to them." Kalya said as she and those that came with her disappeared." The leaders in the cavern turned to the beach ball sized orb as it started to glow with images.

Professor Akihiro sat at the single table as the leaders of his henchmen sat on the bed or floor. They were going over their plans to bust through the shields around thr Musk citadel and Phoenix Mountain. They did not need the female warriors and after seeing them fight they decided they did not need that problem. Though many of the mercenaries watched the village lusting after them, none left to give them their chance at them. If they did the mercs found they were no match for their skill or rage.

"We have tried everything we can't get through the shield." One of the mercenaries told the professor.

"NO I WON'T LET THEM STOP ME!" Akihiro shouted then turned at the low growled voice to his right.

"That is too bad Isis warned you professor and now you steal from the guide of Jusenkyo in the hopes of taking what is not yours. You will replace what you stole one of two ways. You will either buy him new livestock or you and your men will become what you stole." When they turned they stared into the blue cat shaped eyes of a glowing black cat.

"GET HER SHE IS WORTH BILLIONS!" Akihiro shouted as he recognized Kalya through her aura.

The professor's men ran out the hut's door shouting orders to their soldiers. They however stopped suddenly when a lightning ball hit the ground in front of them. They stopped and looked up to see what they wanted. There was a pinkish female Phoenix warrior and beside her a Musk warrior.

"GET THEM!" The order came from Akihiro but it was muffled as he, and his generals ran out into darkness. It was so dark they felt cold to their bones.

Nodoka had brought down the shadows and in the darkness they felt, as something would touch them, freezing what it touched or walk through them freezing them from the inside out. As they did on the yacht, the Isis warriors combined their powers. The shadows grew colder as the void of space entered the mix. Then the spirits from not only the spring but also the spirit realm was pulled into the darkness. This gave the enraged springs what they finally had their revenge.

The screams from the darkness made those near by shuddered. As the Amazons entered Jusenkyo ready to help, the Isis Warriors protect their home. The paid for hire warriors though still fighting something inside the darkness started firing on the warriors. They found that it was useless as the Amazons moved to quickly. They also were fighting at a disadvantage, as they could not see that well from inside the darkness. The mercenaries tuned at the sound of cannon fire. Through the blackness, they found Chinese and Japanese soldiers fighting side by side.

"Now Professor you will replenish the livestock you stole and return Tang's hut to him! If you refuse the angry spirits of Jusenkyo inside the shadows will do it for you!" It was not however, any of the warriors that spoke but the image of Isis as she hovered over the bubbling springs.

"Isis!" Akihiro whispered but he was heard as all stared at the beautiful goddess.

"I can't I want to study them they are anomalies and we could learn to have wings and build stronger bodies as did the Musk. It is not as if they are human! They are of low intelligence and probably not even aware of themselves!" Akihiro told the goddess as he moved toward her image.

Akihiro then stopped as a large blast of rainbow ki hit him in his chest sending him back and into the waiting arms of a Chinese general. Akihiro tried to get free but the general handed him over to two large and burly soldiers. He then stepped closer to Jusenkyo but not to close to the shadow wall that was still surround it. Next to him came General Koizumi.

"=I was asked to tell you thank you from our government for your assistance some fifty years ago and again the battle last year=." The Chinese general spoke to Isis as he bowed deeply.

"=You are very welcome General Hon Tso=!" Isis responded in perfect Mandarin.

"=My government asks that you allow Jusenkyo its revenge against these men. We told Akihiro he was not welcome in China and we would protect the valley with the people of Japan." Hon Tso continued as he glared at Akihiro.

"What say you General Koizumi?" Isis turned to the Japanese representative speaking Japanese.

"Though Akihiro is renowned in our country he was warned about this type of folly and the consequences if he refused to listen. This confrontation is being shown around the world through satellite images. I was given orders that Akihiro and his army for hire be used as an example that 'anyone that tries to harm your army or children will find this as their future." Koizumi said as he pointed to Jusenkyo.

"Very well throw the professor and the rest of his men into the shadows of my warriors and please step back to protect yourselves." Isis told them.

The two soldiers holding Professor Akihiro shoved him into the wall of shadows. He tried to stop himself, he did but half of him ended in the wall of shadows. He tried to run back out but a tendril of shadows snaked and wrapped around him and pulled him screaming into the darkness. Those in the valley turned as the combined armies of China and Japan pushed those of Akihiro's army into the shadows.

It took only a few minutes but once Ric felt the call from the spirits of Jusenkyo, he released his hold on them and they returned to their springs. He tried to get them to move on but the spirits like the rest of the residents in the valley and Kalya want to help. Since Isis' Warriors were helping the Pantheons they wanted to help as well. Ric and Kalya bowed to the Springs of Sorrow, as did all of Isis' children and the goddess. When they returned their attention back to the armies Isis smiled.

"My general of the spirit realm wanted to send the trapped spirits on to their final rest. They like the spirit of Kalya refused they want to help as they did with Seth. They asked that I control the springs and curses but only during battle or when someone refuses to learn no means no." Isis told the generals and their soldiers.

"Jusenkyo will still curse those that need it. Though no one ever learns what Jusenkyo is trying to teach them." Isis continued as the shadow disappeared and found an army of farm animals and a squawking gray duck.

The Amazon warriors herded a third of the army to Tang's pen. They were finding it difficult to get them all in there. Then rolling shades of green covered the pen and animals. When it cleared the pen had be enlarged and a small stone barn was built inside the pen. They watched as the green light covered Tang's cottage and when it was gone, the cottage was stone and a bit larger but not too much on the overall footprint size but there was a second floor. They noticed next to the door was hung the symbol of Isis

"Thank you my son!" Isis said as she turned to Ryoga and smiled at him.

The gasps of the soldiers caused Isis to turn and see as Saffron and Prince Herb flew toward them. The elders had arrived earlier. She smiled as the elders joined the other leaders of the valley over the springs of Jusenkyo.

"We wish to thank you and your leaders for coming to our aid. All we want is to live in peace and prosper to support our people. The valley of Jusendo will always fight for the cause of Isis and the other pantheons. We will not interfere with your people and we ask the same courtesy. We will give our word to you and your governments we will not fight against or for you. We will however join you both on battle against any attempt to destroy you." Saffron's booming voice filled the valley.

"We thank you Lord Saffron, Elders of Joketsuzoku, and Prince Herb. We will always be there to protect you as you protected us." General Koisumi told the Phoenix ruler.

"=We also will always come to your aid and thank you for offering your aid to us. We understand why you limit it to if we are fighting against others since we are both your protectors and you do not wish to pick sides. We can hope this alliance will allow us to form a uniformed front but never take over the other=." General Hon tso told the leaders before him.

They all turned as the last of the animals suddenly split into three groups and stood by the leaders they belonged too. The Jusendo leaders laughed as all the soldiers turned green. As they assumed that the Jusendo valley people would be eating them as they had eaten the changed minions of Seth.

"We apologize gentlemen but I am afraid the looks you all gave were quite amusing. It is one law we all have in the valley. None of us would ever eat a Jusenkyo victim. We will mark them as such and use them as breeding stock for the food we will eat." Jasmine stepped forward as she smiled brightly at the looks of lust in some of the soldiers' faces.

"=Thank you for clarifying that elder." General Hon Tso said with a soft release of breath.

"Since there is no need for us to remain we will leave you in peace. Please call upon us if you need us again." General Koizumi said then realized they had no way to do so.

"Do not fear general after today they will have a way to call for your aid." Isis told the two generals as they nodded and turned and returned to their homes.

When the last of the armies were gone, Isis smiled and bowed to the leaders of the valley and faded back to her temple. Then warriors from each tribe began to lead their new livestock home. They turned to watch as Tang was flown into the valley by Perfume. He was set down by his new improved home and his eyes widened at the larger pen of animals and a nice barn for them to be safe during storms.

"=Thank you all so very much=." He said as he bowed quickly and went into his new home to explore. He came out a few moments later and headed into the woods. He carried a hatchet and whistled happily as he planed to make furniture for his new home.

As those living in the compound settled into their new lives, there was one that started keeping to herself. She would sit for hours and watch her family as they moved around the compound creating a new life that she felt would not include her. Kalya knew she was immortal and could not bear to love someone just to watch as they, grew old and died. She however did have someone she cared for but her time with him was only when she went home to see Isis. The romance started with his begging her to train him to better protect his queen. She agreed and love blossomed between them.

Kalya would leave the compound when it was time to see him. He had created a subspace pocket that they could meet in and train. When they finished training Kalya then made them something to eat sometimes he made the meal. They would then sit and talk about nothing and everything. She found he and Kali were children of a lesser Egyptian god and a human. They were demi-gods. They chose to serve Isis and she agreed. He could never give up his station as he had protected her for so long he knew nothing else. Kalya smiled as she reached over and took his hand in hers and squeezed it gently.

She told him of the anger she still felt at being forced to be permanently female. She would however do it again to protect the innocents of earth and Isis from Seth. She was glad she had given her mother a second chance for now she not only has her mother back but a step-father that really cares about her and wanting her to be happy. When they finished eating Rajha would alter their training ground to something more romantic. His favorite was to a late night walk along a sandy beach under a full moon.

They would walk along the beach close enough to the water for it splash against their legs and feet. Rajha would sometimes hold her hand but mostly he walked with his arm around her waist and she leaning into him. They sometimes would talk to each other about things they would never tell another person as in each other's arms they felt they found the piece of their soul that was missing. It was during one of these walks that he decided he needed to ask her a question. As they, walked along the shore Kalya's head resting against the side of his chest.

"Kalya my I tell you something that I had been trying for sometime to say." Rajha asked her hoping he did not take flight out into the water.

"Sure why not?" Kalya was confused she did not think they kept anything from each other.

"During our training I have found that I...I love you and cannot live without you. When we started training I found the empty hole in my heart slowly fill in. I found that you are my soul mate and I wish to ask you to marry me." Rajha turned to face Kalya as she had stopped walking and stared ahead transfixed.

Rajha stared at the woman he loved but he was confused as she stared blankly ahead. He feared he had broken her. He moved closer to her, wrapped his muscular arms around her upper back, and rested his cheek on top of her head. He held her as he felt her slowly relax he tried to brace himself without letting her know he was doing it but he also knew she did.

"You understand I was born male." She asked him as he pulled back slightly still keeping his arms around her as he looked into her frightened blue eyes.

"Yes but I also know you are now two thirds woman and have been living your life as a woman. But I would love you even if your male part was dominate." Rajha told her as he took his left hand and cupped the side of her face.

"You don't have to answer now. Please give it some thought. I have waited so long to find you I can wait until you are sure." Rajha could not wait not really but he did not want to scare her off.

Kalya looked into his gray eyes and looked for deception. She saw none. She wanted to find it she wanted to see something of Genma in them. There was none as she started to let her heart open to this man. She reached up with both her hands and placed them on either side of his face. She drew him closer to her and gently and tentatively kissed him. Rajha wrapped his arms tightly around her and pulled her into his response to the kiss.

When she broke the kiss and looked up at the missing part to her soul she smiled. He relaxed as the smile spread brightly across her face. Rajha moved one hand from her back to cup the back of her head, as he wanted another taste of her sweet warm lips. Kalya did not fight him as she allowed him to pull her into another kiss. They stood there kissing passionately and deeply on the beach. When they finally broke the kiss, she looked deep into his eyes and saw all the love she was feeling from him.

"I would love to be your wife but how can we marry and have everyone be there?" Kalya asked wanting her family there as well as Isis and the pantheons, she had friends in.

"Well I will talk with Isis. I can do a small pocket but we need a large one and one that the Amazons can decorate." He smiled at her as she laughed, as she knew they would want to do just that.

"Maybe she can shift the compound into a subspace?" Kalya said as she held tightly to Rajha hoping this was not a dream about to become a nightmare.

"No I have a venue if you will but it will need decorating." Rajha pulled back from Kalya and took her left hand in his.

Rajha then pulled a ring from subspace and slipped it on her left hand ring finger. She stared down at is as he slipped it on. She smiled, as it was a split diamond solitaire. It was cut on an angle the left half was a blue diamond while the right half was a silver diamond. It sat in a one-inch wide band of loosely woven white, yellow, and rose gold. Where the weave crossed were silver and blue diamonds. Kalya looked down at it and gently touched it as ˚Rajha's arms went back around her. She looked up and smiled at him then they kissed again.

Kalya returned to Isis' temple with Rajha she wanted Isis to know first. When they landed in front of the temple, it was not just Isis waiting on her and Rajha. It was Aker, Bastet, and Sekhmet. Then coming from behind Isis was all her generals. They all swarmed the new couple giving them both big hugs and hard slaps on the back. The women gushed over the ring well except Sekhmet.

"Emotional clap-trap!" Sekhmet snorted as she tried to hide her joy for Kalya.

Though the men were happy for her, they all glared at Rajha threatening a lot of pain if he hurt her. It did not bother him as he could defend himself and he would never hurt Kalya. However, that said he got very nervous at the warning looks from not only Sekhmet but also Aker. Those two he feared. As he excused himself from his fiancée, he went to Isis. To ask for help and find out why she allowed the generals at the temple without telling him so he could set up extra guards. Not against them but any lingering minions of Seth.

"Don't say it Rajha. Do you really think any evil could harm me at my own temple with my children here with me." Isis asked him as if she had read his mind.

"No I guess not but still!" Rajha tried to make her understand the dangers.

"Enough said with them Aker and Sekhmet I am quite safe. Now what do you need." Isis smiled at him as he blushed.

"As you know I created a subspace pocket for our training. The problem is I cannot make it large enough for everyone she wants at our wedding." Rajha told the goddess who nodded with a broad smile.

"Say no more I will make one safe for even me. Since I am sure you will over see that it is, What else?" Isis told a blushing Rajha as he turned to see all of her family and Kali laughing and ogling the ring.

"I need a glade large enough for the three tribes of Jusendo, you and the Egyptian pantheon, the Druids and the pantheons that asked to be able to request their help. I figure if we ask them then your children can start to build a relationship with them and make friends among them." Rajha told the goddess as she nodded.

"What else?" Isis asked as a scribe was suddenly beside her taking notes.

"Well I want it to look like a grotto with a water fall and periwinkle boughs hang down from the top of the fall into a large pond. I would like it large enough for people to dance on it and a magical disappearing and reappearing dance floor when anyone wishes to dance. I thought we could ask the Amazons to be the band and have a platform off to one side of the waterfall. Oh and have lotus blossoms in the pond. If the Amazons do not want to have to play then maybe just music plaything then. I would like all around on the rocks or parts of the fall filled with lighted, candles." Rajha told her as he stared at how happy Kalya was as she talked with her family.

"Where do you want you two to stand for the ceremony?" Isis asked as Rajha just stared at his exotically beautiful soul mate.

"The priest will stand in front of the waterfall and we will stand on the magical floor before him." Rajha told her as she smiled as final touches began to fill her mind.

"Do you mind if I add to the décor?" Isis asked him then Rajha turned and smiled at his queen.

"I would be upset if you did not." Rajha told her as she smiled back at him

"I was thinking chairs in rows around the pond with Isles for the guests to walk up. Instead of white carpeting maybe white orchids and white orchids hanging from the isle seats. I do not want to use white chairs I was thinking making them green to blend in with the grotto. Then after the wedding the chairs would be replaced by banquet tables for everyone to sit and eat and get to visit with the other guest. A wedding table for the bridal party." Isis suggested and Rajha nodded then he slumped as his shoulders drooped.

"What if she wants to design what it looks like. As she does not like what we did?" He asked sadly.

"I will tell you what let me talk to her and run these ideas by her. She might want to make minor changes but I think she would love it. I might make the pond a bit larger so there can be swans in it when no one is dancing." Isis suggested as she figured a way to protect the swans when the dance floor was needed.

"Alright but not all of them please that would be too many ideas." Rajha wanted his fiancée's wedding to be magical and not over run with well meaning family turning it into a circus.

"Alright but I will talk with Kalya and Nodoka at least. Since it will take some time to get the sub space ready, they can get out the invitations and set up the bridesmaids and groomsmen. You know she will want all of her generals to stand up with her. You however should pick out someone who you want as your best man." Isis told him as he nodded his head.

"That would be Osiris great lady do you think he will be able to do it." Rajha did not see as Isis stiffened at the name of her husband then smiled hopefully.

"I will ask him Rajha." Isis told her Captain of the guards.

"They finished the discussion then he went and joined his future wife. He whispered to Kalya Isis needed to speak with her alone with Nodoka. Kalya nodded then took her mother's hand and headed to Isis momma's temple.

Rajha watched as they, disappeared inside a smile so full of love he glowed a soft warm red.

The planning began when they got back to the compound since Ric was part of the bridle party Kalya asked Aker to giver her away. She told the generals that Osiris was asked at Rajha's request to be his best man as the male generals would be groomsmen. They were then inundated with ideas for the decorating and how the area should look. Kalya shook her head as she smiled at her mother with a sly grin.

"Rajha had already started that when mom and talked with Isis she explained what he wanted and I agreed with only a few minor changes. The Amazons will probably finish putting up the rest of the minor changes. The only thing I fear is they will want a wedding grotto for the party compound." The friends there with her began to laugh happily.

It took six months and the grotto was finished as the guests were given a private entrance into the grotto. They were met by the groomsmen all wore their fighting kimono. They escorted everyone to the section of their choice. Kalya had feared that the tribes would want their own sections but it seemed the friendships made during the battle was still as strong. The Jusendo tribes stared in shock as the different pantheons began to join the guests.

When the wedding started, all guests were shocked when standing with Rajha was Osiris the king of the Egyptian pantheon. They turned as the bridesmaid the female generals along with three that were not official generals. The women wore their battle kimono and carried orchids and periwinkle as that was one change Nodoka suggested hang a short bough of periwinkle under each small bouquet of orchids on the chairs. They sort of looked like upside down exclamation points. When the wedding march started all stood.

They turned when Aker holding gently the arm of his adopted daughter as he led her down the isle to her waiting groom. Kalya wore her battle kimono. It was silver and embroidered with Sakura blossoms. In the center of the blossoms were pink iridescent crystals. She wore soft pink kung-Fu pants and silver battle slippers with a Sakura blossom on the top of them. They also had pink iridescent crystals in their centers.

Ebon and Sara officiated the wedding after making sure they were allowed to in Japan and around the world. This would help for those that could not get a minister at the compound. The wedding finished with an uproar as the newly wedded couple kissed. Prince Herb was angry, as each time he tried to stop the marriage of his bride to another Saffron's hand would rest on his shoulder. Though no one could see it, Saffron fire ki burned him slightly. The wedding then ended Isis had rigged the floor to stay up permanently but it was about two feet of the ground. She included a set of stairs on each side of the waterfall and across from the waterfall.

She had six sets of swans and there were gaps that they could leave the pond if they chose. There were three sets of black swans and three sets of white. There were food troughs for the swans to eat from on the three-foot edge around the pond under the dance floors. As at any Amazon, function except in Japan the wedding and reception lasted more then three almost four weeks. It turned out to be the longest party ever given by them. It seemed the other Pantheons liked tht idea and kept the party going (Dani: It has been a while since they gout out of the pantheons).

The compound thrived and grew as Jusendo warriors came and went. Some decided to stay. They all met with the different pantheons as Isis left up the subspace grotto for the Jusendo tribes and the compound to meet and visit with the different pantheons. As those gods with the reputation at being inappropriate with the female warriors, they found Aker interfering. The thing was he did not need to as the skills they had leaned to fight Seth would have been enough to stop them. Aker just did not want the other gods hurt. Though after a few interceptions and they still did not learn he allowed the warriors to show them how rude it was.

They settled in happily going to school and running their business. They made it clear to those Japanese residents that they did not need employees as those of their people coming for school would be working in their stores. They knew about Tendo Akane's sister's behavior thanks to Akane their stores were checked several times a month. Though Kalya worked out a spell that would disrupt the electronics, the problem was it disrupted other electronics around the shop. So, they continued with the company. They did buy inexpensive devices that they could use to sweep their shops in-between their visits. The compounds were protected from any attempt.

Their lives were always exciting though not like in a battle. They were busy learning and helping their people in the valley. As new Jusendo, valley members came for schooling and went home. To help, their people grow and to be secure. The years passed and those married had families and they had growing families all around them. They had helped the pantheons many times and won as other battles filled their time and minds Seth was forgotten. However, Seth's minions did not forget him.
