(Reunions and Goodbyes...)

An eerie silence soon fell upon the frozen wasteland, as the illusions which had been created by Chaos were now replaced with ice and snow. An overwhelming sense of calm and peace had now fallen over the three women who now stood alone. For Kakyuu, her mission was now complete. True the the words of her people's allies, the Tau'Ri had indeed come to her assistance and with their help. They had not only managed to gain the aid of the senshi of this world, but had proven to be just as cunning and inventive as the Asgard had said they were.

For Galaxia though, he long nightmare was finally over. For centuries the former Senshi of the Galaxy was nothing more than a tool in Chaos' unholy crusade. She was completely helpless and could only watch in horror as Chaos used her body to kill billions on planet after planet. What was even more horrific was that she would be made to kill even her dearest friends in cruel and sadistic ways. All the while Chaos laughed and reveled in her misery. Galaxia did not even want to think just what the rest of the universe thought of her now, and she was not even sure if she would ever forgive herself completely . But at least now she could try to fix all those wrongs.

"Thank you, Sailor Moon." Galaxia said, as she walked up to the young woman. "You have done what even I had failed to do and freed me from a fate far worse than death."

"You are very welcome." the senshi replied, feeling a bit humbled by having the most powerful senshi in the Galaxy thank her. "But what will you do now that Chaos is gone?"

Galaxia just sighed sadly as she said, "Chaos... did a lot of damage while he controlled me. Their are millions of worlds that are now lifeless and barren because of its actions. I need to made it right."

Then as if on cue, millions upon millions of star seeds appeared behind the gold clad senshi as she continued to speak. "I... can hear them... all of them... they speak to me. Some sad, other frightened and other angry. But they all have one wish."

"They want to go home..." Kakyuu replied, as she came to the realization as to just what Galaxia planned to do.

Galaxia just smiled with a nod, before she replied "Yes. They have been this way for a long time and they all been away from their worlds for far too long and they want their lives back."

"How amny of them are there?" Serenity asked curiously, as more and more star seeds appeared around them.

"Too many..." Galaxia replied sadly, "I failed them when Chaos within me, now it will my duty to guide them home... or find a new one for those who have no home to go back too."

"How... long will that take?" Kakyuu questioned, feeling a bit sorry for Galaxia at this point.

"I don't know." Galaxia replied. "But I vow to complete my mission and right the wrongs I was made to do. Until we meet again..." and with that, Galaxia began to glow brighly. So much so that both Serenity and Kakyuu to shield their eyes and with a flash, Galaxia shot off into the sky with the star seeds Chaos had forced her to collect.

All that is, except for one... one that shot off towards the Daedalus and easily phased through the vessel's hull. While this was going on, a lone individual laid motionless on a medical bed and covered in a thick blanket. The doctors on board the warship had done every thing they could to save her life, but despite their efforts, it was anyone's guess if the former senshi would recover from her wounds. All the doctors could do was make her comfortable as she slipped into a coma, only the machines monitoring her heart beat let anyone knew she was still alive.

It was in this room where the aforementioned star seed appeared and hovered over Nyanko, before slowly merging with her body. For a brief moment, Nyanko eyes opened as she gasped in shock. But they closed once again as she drifted off to sleep again.

As the last of the Star Seeds shot off into the sky on their long voyage back to their homes, a sense of finally and happiness over came both women. As they happily embraced one another in a hug. But Kakyuu soon noticed that her friend had begun to cry again.

"What's wrong?" Kakyuu asked Serenity, as she had now reverted back to Usagi. "We won."

"Yes... we did." the young blond said through her tears. "But..."

"Usagi!" A voice suddenly called out from the distance. A very familiar voice.

For a moment, the young woman thought that it was just her mind playing cruel tricks on her. But then she heard it again.

"USAGI!"

It was at that moment the young blond turned her head in the direction the voice was coming from and what she saw almost made her jump for joy. For now running towards her was her...

"MAMO-CHAN!" she screamed in delight, as she soon ran towards the person she thought she would never see again. The two lovers embraced tightly when they met, wanting to let go of the other as they both sobbed.

"Mamo-chan..." Usagi said through her tears, as she sobbed in her love's chest.

"Usako..." Mamoru replied, a tear rolling down his cheek as he embraced the most important person in his life. Words were not needed at this point, as the pair shared a deep kiss.

The sound of snow crunching under rapid footsteps signalled the arrival of not only the senshi, but their SG-1 allies. The Senshi the the first to respond to the sight of the two lovers, as they ran over and began to embrace their friends. The Starlights and the Outer Senshi only looked on at the happy gathering and could not help but to feel happy for Usagi.

Well... most of them anyway.

"How you holding up?" Morrison asked Sailor Starfighter, as he could see the look of absolute disappointment form on the young woman's face.

"At least she is finally happy, now." the leader of the Starlights replied, all be it felling more dejected than anything. "That's the important thing."

"This will sound cold, but eventually you'll get over it. It won't happen over night, but you will eventually" the Airman replied.

"Speaking from experience?"

"More than you will ever know."

Seiya could only sigh heavily as she looked on at the happy couple. A broken heart was not something she was unfamiliar with, but the Starlight knew that Morrison was right. She would get over Usagi one day, she just hoped that day would come soon.

Meanwhile, Mamoru had now become fully aware of his surroundings and soon noticed the military personnel which accompanied his Usagi and her friends.

"I am guessing you are Mamoru Chiba?" O'Neill suddenly spoke up, catching the young man off guard. Mamoru just looked at Usagi wordlessly with a confused expression on his face.

"Mamoru... we need to talk."

After the initial shock wore off, Mamoru was both impressed and very thankful for the help these Americans. He thank both them and the Starlight for both helping Usagi and keeping her safe during the crisis with Galaxia, though Star Fighter acted a bit strangely around him. He was soon introduced to the former Sailor Tin Nyanko, who Usagi had rescued from Chaos' influence and her risked her life attempting to locate her former master.

Nyanko at this point had made a full recovery, something the doctors could not explain but Nyanko knew just who was responsible for her healing. But there was something about her that was diffirent. Despite being fully healed and given a clean bill of health by the doctors, Nyanko could no longer transform into her senshi form.

"I... don't want to be a senshi anymore." she explained. "I know that my actions were not fully my own in the past, but I still cannot forgive myself for the crimes I was made to do. A... new friend I made told me that I have to accept that I will never forgive myself, but it is up to me to decide as to what future I want.

"I want my past to stay in the past. I can only move forward when let go of the past. Being a senshi was apart of my past and I dont want it to be apart of my future, the future that I want for myself."

Both the senshi and SG-1 were taken aback by her words, but could respect her decision. Nyanko wanted a new life and if that meant her no longer being a senshi, then that was her choice to make. Fortunately for Nyanko, Sailor Pluto and the USAF would help her build a new life on Earth.

A new apartment (Secretly funded by the Air Force) and a new identity (Courtesy of Sailor Pluto) would be given to Nyanko. The apartment was not lavish and her new name "Komachi Suzu" was not the most original, but the former senshi could not be any happier. Her old life was long gone, slowly decaying away on a lifeless world billions of miles away. But now she was getting a new foundation to build her new life upon, a new life that she wanted.

A few days passed and both teams took the time to relax after such a battle, but eventually it came time to part ways with the Starlights and their princess. For Kakyuu, it was another bitter sweet moment. After so many weeks on Earth. She and her friends would finally be going home. But just what would she be going home to? Galaxia's attack had destroyed almost everything up until she used the stargate to escape to Earth. Many of her people had died even before Galaxia and her army had begun to harvest Star Seeds. Among those who were dead was her beloved, who was probably still buried under the rubble of the destroyed palace.

But most of all, she would be saying good bye to all of her new friends that she made. She did not know them for long, but Kakyuu was very grateful that she had encountered them when she first came through the Stargate.

Now assembled at Hikawa Jinja, the three groups assemble to say their goodbyes. Just as the Sun slowly began to set in the west...

"So I guess this is it?" The general said as he and SG-1 stood together with the senshi of Earth. "Been a hell of a ride."

"Indeed so, O... Jack." Kakyuu replied with a smile. If there was one thing she would miss, it would be O'Niell's rather interesting personality. "Still, I can't thank you and your people enough for helping me."

"We should be thanking you." Jackson replied, "You were the one who warned us about Galaxia and just what we were dealing with."

"Still, you did not have to help he or us." Usagi spoke up, as the senshi nodded in agreement.

"Besides, its nice to know that we now have allies to help us if we ever need it" Minako added cheerfully.

"Yea, its nice knowing that there is a Plan B!" Rei replied with a grin, to which Makoto and Ami agreed.

"Not to be rude, but where is the rest of your senshi." Carter asked curiously, noting the absence of the Outers.

"Setsuna said they were going to help Suzu move into her new apartment." Mamoru explained. "It was very generous of you to do that."

"Being a general has it's advantages." O'Niell replied.

"She is a very strong individual." Teal'C added, "I am confident that you will continue to remind her of that fact?"

"We will." Rei replied, "She is supposed to start working here at the shrine next week."

"That is good to hear." Kakyuu replied, just as Seiya walked up to Usagi.

"Usagi-chan, I will miss you and will never forget you." the Starlight told her. "And I will always love you."

"I will always love you to, Seiya." Usagi replied, causing the young man/woman to perk up. Maybe she did have feeling for her after all?

"As my dearest friend!" Usagi finished cheerfully.

"Frieeeeeeeeeeeeend Zooooooooooned..." Morrison said quietly, causing McKenzie and even Ami to chuckle a bit.

All Seiya could do was was just nod as she walked back to her group. Who themselves were trying not to giggle.

"We have a long trip ahead of us," Kakyuu stated. "And a lot of work to do once we return home."

"If Galaxia has returned life to our planet, "Taki added, "then there are gonna be a lot of people who are afraid and confused right now."

"Maybe we could help you with that." Carter suggested, gaining the attention of everyone that heard her...

( One Hour Later... )

"Unbelievable..."

That was all Seiya could say at that moment as she, her princess and team mates looked on from the bridge of the USAF Daedalus. Just as the Battlecruiser entered hyperspace to begin its voyage to Kinmoku.
