2. Answer

As promised here is the answer to my riddle in This Dance of Ours.

First of all before I tell you the answer, I would like to thank those who commented! Though no one guessed the couple correctly, good effort!

I would also like to ask that I do not receive flames for this one shot. Although considered by some as wrong, if you think of who the characters are then its not very surprising.

So………..The couple is………………………….

Apollo and Artemis.

Yes that's right. Yes they are twins but they are also a god and a goddess and therefore have no DNA.

And before people can complain that it was impossible to guess them I draw attention to the hints I left:

"Disgusting her with my womanizing" Maiden v.s Apollo….

"It seemed the sun shone only for us" Sun god anyone?

"But then night fell" Moon goddess?

"We wait and watch the world" Implies an infinite amount of time to do this

"We do not see each other very often" Artemis only visits Olympus at the solstices

"We are the same. Our hearts are one" Twins. Twins with god powers. Of course they are the same (in a way)
