Chapter 14 Black eyes
Raven thudded down the halls angrily in search for her father. She knew that he just couldn't let this go, why the hell couldn't he just accept it and move on? That wasn't the way Shawn worked.
"Dad!" He didn't slow down for a second making Raven run up to him. "Dad! What are you going to do?"
"I'm gonna knock his block off" Shawn snapped "And your just lucky that your a little too old for a superkick or else you'd be getting it too"
"You can't superkick my boyfriend" Raven snapped back pulling his arm. Finally he stopped walking.
"Stop calling him that"
"You cannot superkick everyone that comes near me"
"Yes I can and I will and you can't stop it so get outta my way" Shawn barged past her, shouting for Randy. Raven ran after him hoping that she could pull them apart.
"There you are! How dare you Randy!" Shawn yelled jumping at him swinging like a madman. Randy could do nothing but defend himself from Shawn's assult. Both of them yelled and punched there way to victory, Raven instantly jumped between them and pried them apart. Shawn had a busted lip while Randy had a bloodied nose.
"Would you two stop it" Raven tried to hold them apart but all they wanted to do was fight. Shawn pushed her back
"Don't push her!" Randy yelled jumping at him again, both of them tumbling to the floor.
"Stop it!" Raven got in between them again "And I'm down" Raven slumped down as a stray fist caught her in the face, her eye turning a dark shade of purple. "Are you both happy now?"
They stopped fighting long enough to help her. They both looked at her guiltily, they didn't mean to hit her, they just wanted to kill each other.
"You two wanna kill each other, fine just don't expect me to hang around" Raven said angrily walking away from them. She was more angry at her father than she was Randy.
Raven decided it was a good enough time to go and make her detour to see John.
"Hey Cena, how you be?" Raven said quite cheerfully despite the fact that she was meant to be angry as hell.
"Hey, oh man what happened to the eye"
Raven shrugged "Randy hit me" Realising how it sounded she quickly added "He was brawling with my Dad and he got me on accident"
"Was gonna say, don't sound like Randy to hit a woman"
"Yeah moving on, I wanted to ask you something"
"What?"
"Why Mandy?"
John turned about four shades of white, he figured there was no use in trying to pretend that he had no idea what Raven was talking about because he had just been snapped out. "I don't know"
"I figuered you would be Joanna or Joanne"
"Mandy is better I guess"
"Well it will take a while for Dad to figure it out"
"How did you figure it out"
"It was my idea to screw the rules in the first place" Raven sighed a little, "You know the drill, just don't hurt her please because I would hate to have to erase you from the world, fangirls clawing my eyes out is the last thing that I want."
John laughed "Yeah I got the memo from Jamie already, apparently your the one that first smacked out a guy with a deadly weapon"
"He deserved it" Raven said darkly before turning cheerful again "Anyways I should be going, I guess you already know not to rush anything with Jamie because if you make her do anything that she doesn't want to I will rip off your dick, dip it in bronze and mount it on my fireplace as my trophy"
"Yeah I got it already Raven"
"Just as long as you do Mandy"
John chuckled again "Only Jelly bean can call me that"
"Got it"
Raven went down to the coke machine to get a coke, just as she got there she banged into Randy, he instantly felt bad upon seeing her eye. "I am so sorry" He said as he looked at it properly "I didn't mean to hit you"
"Its ok Randy, really. Its just a black eye"
Randy kissed her cheek gently "I still feel bad though"
"Don't but this is the reason I wanted to keep it quiet, nothing but trouble has come from it"
Randy sighed "I know but I was tired of hiding and so were you"
"I know but you should know the worst is yet is to come"
Randy pulled her into a hug "And I will be there every step of the way"
