HEY this is a notice to Nouno i'm sorry! I know he doesn't stutter but I was trying to get him to himself while showing emotion y'know? Anyways again I'm sorry! Oh and with the two and a half years Sasuke never left the village so he trained under Jiraya with Naruto, Naruto tried to get Sasuke to be more emotional...Thats why he kinda stuttered...Sakura still trained under Tsunade and has medic ninjutsu...thats really all that they explain about the 2 year diffrance in Naruto Shippuden if you have watched it...I'm sorry i guess i should have elabrated more on it!
