With a bowl of red cherries in her lap, Yuffie sat on the sofa eating the fruits. A burst of sweetness would explode into her mouth every time she ate one, and she made sure to spit out the pit. She was sitting happily eating away when Vincent came home and found her on the sofa.
"Vinny!" she greeted him.
"Hello, Yuffie. What are you eating?"
"Cherries!" She showed him one. "Do you want some?"
"…No." He didn't particularly like sweet foods, not even fruits.
"Aw, come on!" She got up and skipped over to him with the bowl in hand. Picking out the reddest one, she held up a cherry for him. "Eat it! You'll like it!"
He tried to push her hand away, but she kept pestering him. He sighed. "Alright, fine," he huffed, slightly annoyed. He grabbed her wrist and took a bite from the fruit. He hadn't thought to close his lips all the way before biting the cherry, so the dark red liquid dribbled from the corner of his lips.
"Hey, now you look like a real vampire!" Yuffie giggled.
Vincent suddenly pulled her closer and whispered into her ear. "If you don't watch out, I may bite you." He smirked and let go of her wrist, wiping away the dark liquid and walking away with a swish of his cape, leaving the blushing ninja behind him.
