During a mission, Rex cures an EVO that turns out to be a beautiful girl, and said girl will drag Rex into a world he thought was unreal.

This is a story inspired by an idea I saw on youtube, by Plus Ultra Man, where Izuku would have Nanites as his quirk. Although I made some minor changes to their story, and that will have the butterfly effect. Please give it a read.
