Here are some important facts about this rewrite of Digimon Tamers.

1. All the seasons happen in the same universe

2. Takato was originally known as Terrick Motomiya

3. Takato/Terrick is the triplet brother of Demiyah Oliver/Davinia Motomiya and Michael Motomiya/Mikey Kudo

4. The year is 2007

5. There will be more Tamers than in the actual show

6. Some of the Tamers will get their partners earlier than in canon.

7. The Digimon Card Game was released about 1 month after Apocalymon's defeat as a way to keep the existence of Digimon a secret from the populace.

8. Kenta got his Digivice and partner the same time Takato/Terrick did.

9. Takato/Terrick was asked by his sister to keep an eye out for organizations that involved the Digimon and the Digital World since he's a skilled hacker. Kenta himself being a master of disguise and Aqua's younger brother.

10. Takato/Terrick has a Ranger communicator that's hidden by his wrist bands out of school and in his hoodie pocket in school.

Anyways on with the chapter!

Takato is headed home to his adoptive parents bakery to reflect on what had happened over the last three days.

It had started when he had gotten a call from his sister Demiyah, who had asked him to keep an eye out for Ryo Akiyama who had disappeared a few weeks ago.

The second thing to happen was Takato and Kenta had both received Digivices that look like Ryo's after finding a strange blue cards and sliding them through their card readers. Kenta had slid a Penguinmon card through his rose pink colored Digivice while Takato had slid his sketches of Guilmon: a Digmon he made up through his dark red Digivice.

The next thing was Takato had a strange dream about a girl who he recognized from a card game tournament as Rika Nonaka with a Renamon for a partner and a blue Digivice fighting a Lynxmon. The next day he informed Kenta and after school the two went to search for their partner Digimon and found them in an alleyway.

After that Guilmon had apparently snuck into the school in a cardboard box. Takato and Kenta encounter a blue haired boy named Henry Wong and his partner Terriermon while looking for Guilmon. After finding Guilmon; Takato, Kenta and their partners run into Rika and her partner Renamon at the park. Rika had Renamon attack Guilmon and Penguinmon, thankfully Henry and Terriermon showed up.

Finally today Takato, Guilmon, Kenta and Penguinmon met up with Henry and Terriermon and hung out for a while before be intercepted by Rika and Renamon and getting into a fight. Thankfully nobody was hurt too badly, unfortunately they discovered why Henry didn't want Terriermon to fight, digivolving into Gargomon apparently causes Henry's partner to go berserk and this time he almost attacked Rika.

By the time Takato got home he headed up to his room and used his communicator to contact his sister.

"Hey Demiyah, it's me. We might have a situation." Takato says to his sister through his communicator.

"What kind of situation? Did you find Ryo?" Demiyah asks curiously.

"No, but it does involve Digimion and the Digital World." Takato says as he informs her of what happened over the last three days.

Though Takato can't see her face he knows his sister is troubled.

"I see this could be problematic. I'll look into Rika Nonaka and Henry Wong while you and Kenta look into those strange Towers."

"Got it. Should I use the gift you gave me after you and the rest of Ryo's team defeated Milleniummon?

"Go for it. The sooner we know what's going on inside that building the better." Demiyah says.

"Okay, I'll talk to you later. Bye Takato." Says Demiyah.

"Bye Demiyah." Takato says as he turns off his communicator. He then opens a drawer and takes out a small box some would recognize as a Miraculous Box.

He opens it to reveal a black and dark red collar like necklace. A glowing light appears and sure enough a Kwami that looks like a cerberus appears and greeted him.

"Hello Takato, is your pack doing well?" Asks the cerberus Kwami, Dante.

"Hey Dante, my pack is doing fine so far, but we have something we need to look into." Takato says, putting the Miraculous around his neck."

"Dante, Blaze Fury!" Takato says, activating his Miraculous.

A black mask appears around Takato's face, he wore a a biker themes outfit with a black leather jacket and had fake dog ears on his head and he wields a black scythe with a blade that can retract.

With that Shadow Prowler began his investigation.

The next morning we see Takato talking to Kenta about what he learned. He had told Kenta about his investigation as Shadow Prowler since Demiyah had given Kenta a Miraculous as well. Kenta had the Shark Miraculous; a shark tooth with blue crystals on the sides and the Kwami's name was Bruce. Using the Miraculous he is known as Oceanus.

"So from what I can tell, the towers are the base to an organization is known as HYPNOS, they appear to be keeping an eye out for any Digimon that appear in the real world." Takato says with a frown.

"What do they do to the Digimon that appear in the real world?" Kenta asks.

Takato shakes his head.

"I'm not sure, I didn't stay for long. But I'm going back at a later date to investigate more." Takato says.

"Good call, I'll come with you. You better tell Demiyah what's going on though." Says Kenta.

"I know I'll tell her when I get home." Says Takato.

"Good to know. So have you noticed how weird Kazu was acting today?" Kenta asks. Kazu Shioda was a bit of a loner who didn't talk to the others at school all that much.

"Takato nods his head.

"Yeah, I get the feeling that he might have gotten a Digivice like ours as well." Takato says.

"What makes you say that?" Kenta asks in surprise.

"Well, according to Demiyah, Digivices can track other Digivices if they're in close range and earlier today my digivice pointed me in the direction of Kazu." Takato says.

"Okay, so Kazu has a Digivice. But who could Kazu's partner Digimon be?" Asks Kenta.

"No idea, I don't know him well enough to be sure." Says Takato

"Fair enough, anyways meet me later today, we need to do some patrols." Kenta says.

Takato nods his head at that and the two boys head back to their homes to get their homework done.

While the two boys are doing that we see the man in charge of HYPNOS is talking to someone over the phone.

"Yes I know, but DATS is still an ally organization so we need to meet face to face soon. Alright then, goodbye Richard." The man says as he ends the phone call.

The man then takes something out of his desk drawer. A magical crystal known as the Titan Crystal.

You see Takato and Kenta were not only given their Miraculous to look into HYPNOS, but also to track down the Titan Crystal a crystal that in the wrong hands could be used to create villians, much like the Butterfly Miraculous.

"Now lets see who my latest test subject should be today." The man known as Oroku Saki says with a grin.
