Spencer Hastings was sat in her home in Washington DC when something came through the letter box it was an invitation the Hanna & Caleb's wedding, she smiled as she read it as she could tell Hanna wrote them
your invited to the wedding of the year Hanna Marin is going to marry the love of her life Caleb Rivers, please come also bring a date if you don't have one.
She could picture Caleb just doing whatever Hanna wanted when she has her mind on something there's no changing, she decided to go and visit them to say congratulations, the last time she was in New York was just after she broke up with Toby.
Flashback 5 years earlier
'Spencer I know you love your job in DC but you've always wanted to travel too why can't we do that?' Toby asked Spencer as she was typing on her laptop 'because I love it also you said you wanted to quit the force and go back to school' She said standing up to face Toby she couldn't believe they were having this argument yet again.
'that was your idea not mine and that's only because being with a cop isn't good enough for you' Toby replied back he didn't mean to sound harsh but it just came out, Spencer was shocked by this
'I have never said that ever I just thought maybe you wanted more' She spoke the same way Toby did she felt anger and also needed space 'I'm going for out for a bit' she was about to leave when she heard the last thing Toby ever said
'well I won't be here when you get back'
the door slammed and Toby stuck to his word and she hasn't seen him since.
