Why? Well, I started off trying to upload each of these stories as individual chapters of a larger one, but some of them were just too long and worked much better sub-divided into their own chapters.

Also, since this is the story of Bleach, the links on my profile page make it easier for you to navigate between the stories and go to your favourite scenes (if you so desire).

FAQs

Are you writing this from memory?

Yes, but it's not an exercise in remembering so don't expect the dialogue to be exact. If I had to keep going back to check, I don't think the story would have flowed so well.

Why are some scenes completely different from the anime / manga?

It's an amalgamation of the anime, manga, musicals and pieces of fan-art I've seen (or read) and, of course, my own imagination. If I've used fanart, I'll always offer a link back to it.

There's no link available for the next story in the series, what should I do?

I upload the next chapter immediately after this message, but updates are sometimes slow to show up on this site, so just come back later or stick me on your author-alert if you're feeling particularly generous. I'm only uploading this one project so you won't get any spam.

Will you finish it?

It's finished. I'm just uploading a bit at a time.

Why can't I review?

You can now. I was an idiot and had the "anonymous review" thingie disabled. I've enabled it and anyone who wishes can now send me abuse or praise as they see fit.

What are you going to do when Rukia gets locked up in Soul Society and the story shifts to other characters?

I'm sticking with Rukia, but yeah, chapters and chapters of staring at walls and feeling remorseful? No. I think I'll just have to get creative.
