"Natsu? Is that you?" Erza tried making out the figure who was sitting on the guild's roof top watching the night sky.

"Erza!" the said person gasped, turning his head to face the scarlet beauty who was walking towards him with a smile on her usual stoic face.

"What are you doing out here, all by yourself?" Erza asked, as she settled down beside the lovable fire-dragon slayer.

"Nothing, Erza! Just counting the stars! 1…2…3…4," Natsu grinned, pointing his index finger at the sky counting the stars.

Erza's gaze softened as she looked at the counting Natsu, "You're thinking of Igneel, right?"

Natsu frowned and lowered his hand to look at Erza, "Not as much as you think of Jellal."

Erza glared at him briefly before looking at the stars, "I don't think that much of him."

"You do." was Natsu's simple reply.

"I don't." Erza replied.

Natsu placed his hands behind his head and lay back, "You do, Erza."

"Fine, tell me when have I thought about him, this week?" Erza said crossing her arms, looking at Natsu.

"On Monday night you came up here. Tuesday, you were sitting on the riverbank. Wednesday, uh…uh…I don't know. Thursday was again at the riverbank and today up here again." Natsu stated.

"I was just sitting there. What makes you think I was thinking of Jellal?" Erza asked.

Natsu immediately sat up straight and looked at the knight seated beside him, "Everybody knows that look you have on your face when you think of Jellal, Erza."

Erza frowned. She had nothing to fight back with. He was absolutely right. She was thinking of Jellal.

She signed and got up, ready to walk away but Natsu stopped her, "Where are you going?"

"Where would I go? Back to the guild, right?" Erza said and added, "Plus, I can't think with you and your loud voice here."

Natsu felt a vein pop on his forehead.

"What did you say?" Natsu roared.

Erza glared at Natsu, immediately shutting him up, "What did you say?"

"N-nothing ma'am!" Natsu stiffened his body and saluted her.

Erza couldn't help but smile briefly before walking away, "Come back down, Natsu. It isn't like you to be sad."

Natsu followed, blushing faintly before whispering, "It isn't like you too."

"Did you say something?" Erza asked.

Natsu shook his head and grinned.

"C'mon Erza! Let's have a drinking competition!" Natsu exclaimed, pulling Erza by her hand down to the guild. Erza giggled.

"Why are you laughing?" Natsu asked.

"It's funny to see you all depressed for a moment and hyper in the next." Erza explained.

Natsu pouted, "It's not that funny…"
