The Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Juubi 'Shinju' is a Zoan-type Mythical Fruit and had a consciousness of its own. From creation even among the forces that ruled this world did not possess the knowledge that would bring chaos, for their awakening had never been achieved. And so it would be until the fateful day when Uzumaki D. Ō. Naruto find that strange tree.
Disclaimer: I do not own the masterpieces of Naruto or One Piece as they are both owned by their respective amazing writers, Masashi Kishimoto and Eiichiro Oda, but I will honestly claim my own creations along the way.

The Most Unrivaled Power in the World
Chapter 1 (Prologue)
"SHINJU!"
The Shinju no Kuni or Shinju Country is a concentrated and purely massive landmass in its entirety, located above the water level and covering the immense portion of the sea it occupied. It's horizons expanded for miles and miles, for no measure would be able to understand what possibly has no apparent end.
The land is fully rich and abundant in fauna, flora, sweet and salty rivers, animals of different species and races uncommonly seen anywhere in the world, and finally, fruits of unusual appearances, the island being remarkably self-sustainable by itself. Depending solely on nature for subsistence, for there was no human soul or any other being visibly present there that was responsible for maintaining the cares of that land.
It is known that Akuma no Mi are usually reborn in fruits that bear considerable resemblance to their proper characteristics. Not by much, but due to the high concentration and purity in the natural energy levels constant under that atmosphere, it was also a focal point for the reincarnation of Akuma no Mi lost by their former users. The odds that anyone in this world knew the whole truth behind the tree that reached the heavens were very low and still unknown.
Like its Akuma no Mi Encyclopedia counterpart, the book that would come into existence would be selflessly titled the Divine Akuma no Mi 'Shinju' Encyclopedia by the Captain of the Naruto Pirates and the most ambitious and decorated author of the seas, Uzumaki D. Ō. Naruto. On its cover the addition of an image depicting Shinju 'God Tree' would make it notable and differentiate it nevertheless, as the data that would appear on its pages would be incomplete. There are plenty of Akuma no Mi all over the world and not even 8 centuries have been able to catalog them all.
In its pages as pure as the morning snow, twelve fruits of certain classifications could be understood, and only one fruit of an unknown type and class already established by its writer. Assuming that there are three types or classes of Devil Fruit with two of them containing their respective subclasses, which are: Paramecia, Zoan and Logia.
The Paramecia class has a subclass that can be read in the book as Paramecia Special. The Zoan type has two other subclasses known to the author of the book, the Ancestral Zoan and the Mythical Zoan.
Keeping the same introductory track on the types of fruits, the Devil Fruits that served as inspiration are interesting, both in appearance and in the powers granted to their users.
The Saibō Saibō no Mi (Cell Fruit) and Hone Hone no Mi (Bone Fruit) are Paramecia.
The Fūsa Fūsa no Mi (Sealing Chain Fruit); Fūin Fūin no Mi (Seal Fruit) and the Kesshō Kesshō no Mi (Crystal Fruit) are Paramecia Special.
And the only Logia-type fruit in the bunch so far is the Mori Mori no Mi (Wood Fruit).
The Saru Saru no Mi, Model: Ōzaru (Monkey Fruit, Model: Great Ape); Neko Neko no Mi, Model: Byakko (Cat Fruit, Model: White Tiger) and the Kame Kame no Mi, Model: Genbu (Turtle Fruit, Model: Black Turtle) are the Zoan Ancestors.
The Hebi Hebi no Mi, Model: Ōshirohebi (Serpent Fruit, Model: Great White Snake); The Uo Uo no Mi, Model: Kōryū (Fish Fruit, Model: Imperial Dragon) and the Tori Tori no Mi, Model: Suzaku (Bird Fruit, Model: Red Bird) are the only Mythical Zoan.
And the fruit Genji Genji no Mi (Reality Fruit) being the one of unknown type.
Finally, on the first page is the representation of a shaded fruit with a juicy and gigantic appearance in its proportions, but majestically presented in vivid colors in its leaves, bunches, stem and the fruit itself.
Lyrics that were heavily written highlighted the paramount importance that the author imbued himself with the duty of designing and manifesting in all its splendor the following audacious act: 'The Most Incredible Fruit of All Time!' and following his humble appointment, but formidable being the Hito Hito no Mi, Model: Juubi "SHINJU" (Human Fruit, Model: Ten-Tails "GOD TREE").
"If anyone had dared to tell me in the past that I would have come across such amazing people willing to go to hell with me, I wouldn't have disbelieved it, folks."
Someone said it as if he were telling a story, and perhaps in his serenity with his eyes closed and his arms crossed he could go on like this, but it wasn't long before those around him shared in laughter and his paper fell like a leaf being carried to the wind, while he too joined his crewmates in laughter.
"Senchou!" – A small voice decided to intrude in the middle of everything and the Captain of the ship along with the other crew members of the vessel began to calm down to focus on the tiny character who stood in front of him with his chest wanting to draw attention.
He was a boy and his features were shadowed, as were all the members present on the ship, making it impossible to attribute features to a hidden face, except for the hairy brown appendage that was wrapped around his waist like a belt.
A giant smile covered the boy's face.
The Captain stared at this with an arched brow and when he was about to raise his voice to question what had happened, he was interrupted.
"Training isn't over yet, boy. What are you doing here at the adult table instead of encouraging the little rivalry you have with the little tiger and the little turtle?" - When the child heard that deep voice that came from the right of his Captain who just watched everything with a calm smile on his face, the boy felt a shiver go through his tail and a drop of sweat started to be manufactured by his forehead very slowly to that as soon as he landed on the superior quality woods of the ship, while he regretted having played those pranks on his rivals looking into the coal black eyes that stared at him without emotion.
Although he didn't deny that it had been a lot of fun to watch, but he wouldn't tell anyone about it.
"Stop viewing the child as someone who is about to commit the atrocity that you have the nerve to call for training, my dear friend. Don't worry son, uncle will teach you the benefits of good meditation." - A calm and laughing voice intervened in favor of the child who watched the unfolding of events that he knew would happen. It has always been like that. Once one started, it was hard to stop.
"Both comment on the training, but simply use different initial means to apply the knowledge. You are more alike than you don't look and you're making noise at the time for so little. Just let the child have fun. " – The woman who was holding her book calmly set aside for a moment to watch the two men in front of her who flinched imperceptibly when she said those words, but that shudder didn't pass through her deep purple eyes. And at the end she directed an affectionate look at the boy who was now strangely quiet.
"Gentlemen, please try not to speak so loudly. I was having a good nap." - Someone who was lying said out of nowhere letting out a yawn.
"Let them argue, young man. Discussion is a good way to stimulate the conscious to reach and get closer to a considerable peak of intelligence. The only interesting thing about it all is your willingness to stay asleep at a time like this. I fear I will have to look forward to the time when I can dissect your body and mind for knowledge, perhaps even your soul, if this continues." – When that voice spoke softly as if it was close to the young man lying on the ground, he stood up in a blink of an eye and seemed to disappear to appear on the other side of the ship with a hand on his heart and breathing heavily with wide eyes looking straight at the person who now held his position.
"I volunteer to be part of this enterprise. I need to deepen my knowledge of the human body, but don't worry, I will limit myself to cells." – Another voice said, adjusting the front of his glasses with his finger in an epic way, complementing the first one's desire and that only made the young man standing on the other side try to comically walk away.
Watching all this happen from a considerable distance away and seated at a table big enough to hold many people were the rest of the crew, except for four other kids who were currently busy with training.
"I hope they don't decide to go too far. We don't need to fight now." – A young but masculine voice spoke and the crunching sound soon followed along with the laughter of a large man who was beside him at the table.
"What are you saying? It would be great if there was a fight! It's been a while since my sword has tried anyone." – The one who was next to the first voice spoke strongly with a bloodthirsty smile, but devoid of evil intentions and fired without waiting for a reply to jump in the joke that his comrades were encouraging as his hand was going to meet the fist that could be seen above his back. He wouldn't lose a fight for nothing.
"And there he goes. I wonder what you men have on your mind? Can't you just stay calm like our Captain?" - A sweet voice decided to introduce herself with her head down, focused on something above the table and she seemed committed to finishing what required her attention and that's why she couldn't regret the words she said, because at the same time a huge explosion was felt in the roomship.
The woman slightly lifted her head and brushed back some of the strands of her blue-purple hair that were blocking her vision, being a completely unnecessary act for what she already knew had happened and who exactly was the reason for it all, but she couldn't help it a genuine smile crossing her face with the new laugh now in the midst of all the confusion and she shook her head now even more renewed and determined to polish her work that had a flower in the middle.
"I think the best I can do right now is to go watch the children." – The unmistakable young voice of a man carrying a firearm firmly strapped to his back became audible and he walked towards the separate room where the children were.
"Could you guys stop talking for a moment? I was enjoying eating my meal in peace! Be quiet and let me eat my ramen, dattebane!" - A scream resounded throughout the ship stopping everyone on their feet.
Unfortunately depending on the perspective rather than making everyone obey her, all the woman managed to get was even louder laughter from the crew. The young woman looked like she was going to have a nervous breakdown at the answer, as her right eye kept twitching and a shadow seemed to move behind her features. The sound of a blade being withdrawn from its sheath very slowly just made it all better.
"What do you think is going on out there, boys? Is the Captain and everyone okay?" - The sweet voice of a worried girl was heard, as she addressed her companions who were currently facing each other ready to jump into each other again.
"I don't know. We shouldn't worry about that." - With an easily recognizable fungus sound this other boy introduced himself on the other side getting ready.
"Yes. Let's keep training! I need to try something new." – The other boy shouted excitedly and was getting ready to jump on the other boy, who was already confused, adjusting his glasses again.
When the boys were ready to go into shock and begin the next phase of training, they heard a strong voice.
"COME EVERYBODY!"
The three boys and the only girl looked at each other strangely and didn't take long to run out onto the deck where everyone else was sure to meet. After all, it was a call from the Captain.
As soon as they arrived on deck, they noticed that all the other crew members were staring at what was ahead and the children were wide-eyed at what was in front of them.
The elders of the crew just faced it all very calmly with a smiles on their faces. The Captain stayed with the others for a little longer, but then footsteps were heard as he began to move forward.
Walking a little farther and taking enough distance to say what he needed to say, he then turned very slowly and focused his bright eyes on his comrades and directed an infectious smile to all of them.
"Looks like our next adventure is now. What do you say? Are you ready?" – He asked very calmly and just waited for the answer he knew would come.
"Hai, Captain!"
If it was possible his smile got even bigger when he opened the hugs and he laughed a lot being accompanied first by his older comrades and then by the adorable Yonkōdomo (Four Children) who immediately jumped on him.
Just a taste of what is coming.
To be continued.
