Chapter 1 party
Today was a big day for Bandit
The sounds of a crying baby woke up Bandit. He looked at the clock It was 7 am. "Well looks like Bluey is awake," Bandit said while waking Chilli up. "Can you go get her?" Chilli asked Bandit with an exhausted voice. "Sure, thing babe, you stay in bed I will bring Bluey here." "Thank you honey" Chilli replied. Bandit went into Bluey's room, he saw her laying on her back crying. "What's wrong Bluey?" Bandit asked. Bluey stopped crying as she looked at her father then, she smiled. "Ohhhhh come here you sweet thing." Bandit picked up Bluey and took her to Chilli. "Come here, my sweet little girl!" Chilli said with a smile while extending her arms to grab Bluey. They shared a hug, and then Chilli kissed Bluey in the forehead which made her laugh. Then Bandit went in to hug both of them. "You too are the best things a man can ask for," Bandit added. "And you are the best husband I could ever ask for…" chilli added. Then Bandit and Chilli shared a kiss. "All right time breakfast!" Chilli said while going to the kitchen to make breakfast. "Okay, you go do that while I play with Bluey," Bandit said to Chilli.
After breakfast was ready the 3 of them sat at the dinner table and enjoyed some breakfast. After the family finished with their food Bandit was getting ready to go to work. (He worked at the local museum) "All right honey I'm gping to work," Bandit said to Chilli. "Okay honey have fun at work, and see you soon!" They shared a kiss before Bandit left for work. Bandit thought today was just another normal day, but soon he would find out that it was actually a special day for him. Bandit arrived at the museum with his car and parked at the parking lot. Bandit walked inside the museum and met his fellow co-workers and friends before starting to work. Bandit was looking at some old fossils that he and his co-workers have dug up a few months ago. When all of a sudden Dr. Williams. Started walking towards Bandit. "Oh, hello Dr. Williams!" Bandit said. "Hello, Bandit how is your day going so far?" Williams asked. "Well, actually my day is going pretty well. How about you dr. Williams?" Bandit replied. "Glad to hear that Bandit, my day is going good as well but I think I will make your day better, why don't you come to my office? Let's have a talk." Williams said to Bandit. Bandit was surprised to hear that but he nodded and they both headed to Dr. Williams's office.
While heading towards Dr. Williams's office Bandit thought about what Dr. Williams was about to say. "Okay Bandit take a seat!" Williams Told Bandit. Bandit sat down. "So, I've heard good things about you coming from your co-workers. You did a pretty good job finding those old fossils all by yourself at the digging site," Williams added. "Yeah, I just did my job Dr. Williams" Bandit answered. "Well, you did a very good job I will tell you that, considering the fossils you found are 9000 years old! Dr Williams Said to Bandit. "WHATTT! How old? H-how is that possible?" Bandit asked shocked. "Well mate, what you discovered is so old that it will change everything. That we knew about the oldest fossil so far which is 6000 years old. Your name is going to be written down in the history books mate." Dr Williams told Bandit. Bandit was so excited by the news that he didn't know how to react. It took him some time for his brain to register what just happened. "Wow, I'm very shocked and excited by the news Dr. Williams, I can't thank you enough!" Bandit said. "What are you talking about? Thanking me? No mate I have to thank you, and I know just how to do that."
Dr. Williams Said to Bandit. Then Dr Williams went on his computer and typed something after a few minutes he printed a note out, he placed it in an envelope and gave it to Bandit. "Here take this. Open it when you get home." Dr Williams Said with a smile while handing Bandit the note. "Okay dr. Williams, I'll read this when I get home." Bandit said while leaving dr. Williams's office.
*after a few hours passed*
Bandit finished his work and headed home. When he arrived home Bandit went over to hug Chilli and Bluey. "So how was your day at work?" Chilli asked. "Well, it was great actually! And I have something to tell you." Bandit said. "Tell me what? Chilli asked. After Bandit told Chilli what he discovered they both hugged and kissed in excitement. "I can't believe you found out something so special. This really does mean a lot to you, and I am very happy for you Bandit." Chilli said while kissing Bandit. "Thank you, babe, and also dr. Williams Gave me this note and told me to open it when I get home." Bandit added. Bandit opened the note and it read
This note is dedicated to Dr. Bandit. "Dr. Bandit?" Both Chilli and Bandit asked themselves. Then they continued to read the note. I am very excited to tell you that you have been appointed as head of the new mission that we have arranged. So because you are in charge of this project we shall call you Dr. Bandit. I would like to Congratulate you on your new role and I hope that you don't disappoint me. I will call you later and tell you all the details about the mission. Best of luck fromd D
"Yessssss!" Bandit shouted with joy. "I can't believe it I'm now in charge of a mission!" Bandit said in excitement. "Yes, you are honey I am so proud of you." Then chilli kissed Bandit. "We need to celebrate now honey. Today is a special day for you!" Chilli told Bandit. "Yeah we have to, I'll call my brothers and parents," Bandit said. "Yeah, I'll call my dad to come over." After Bandit and Chilli invited everyone to come over and celebrate, they started to decorate and clean the house.
*After a few hours the guests have arrived*
"9000-year-old fossils?!" All the guests yelled in shock. "Yeah that's correct," Bandit said proudly. "Nice job Bandit!" Both Rad and Stripe yelled in excitement while hugging Bandit. "Nice job son!" both Bob and Chris yelled in excitement. "so where is this so-called mission located?" Rad asked. "Well I still don't know exactly where It's located but Dr. Williams said he'll call me later and tell me," Bandit said. After they celebrated for a few hours all the guests left. After that Bandit and Chilli, both put Bluey to bed. After Bandit and Chilli watched a movie they went upstairs and straight into bed. Bandit could not fall asleep because he was so excited to go on his new mission. "What's wrong honey?" Chilli asked. "Well, I'm excited to go on this new mission that I can't fall asleep and plus Dr. Williams hasn't called me yet," Bandit replied. "I know that this means a lot to you but you still need to get some rest, why don't you come and snuggle with me and then you'll fall asleep," Chilli said. "Sure thing babe," Bandit said while going in to snuggle his wife.
