Silence. Then the sound of flowers rustling in the wind. Aya's head was aching like hell. What happened? It wasn't until she looked down at her body, or lack thereof, that she found her answer.
"E-EH?! I'M A GHOST?!"
Sure enough, Aya's usually squishy body had become see-through, and her legs ended at her knees, at which point they became wispy stumps.
Before Aya could process the situation any further, she noticed the large red-headed woman standing over her with a troubled and clearly distressed look on her face. This was Komachi Onozuka, the ferrywoman of the Sanzu River and Shinigami (or death god) working directly under the Judge of the Dead, Eiki Shiki.
"A-ah, I'm so, so, so sorry Miss Shameimaru! Please don't tell the yama about this! I didn't mean to! I-"
Unfortunately for the reaper, the reporter was tuning out these pleas for forgiveness as she tried her hardest to remember what could have possibly landed her in this situation, at which point it came back to her.
...
"This is shaping up to be a great article, Miss Onozuka! Just one more question and I think we'll be able to wrap this interview up!"
Aya was currently in the process of taking notes for a new issue of her newspaper, Bunbunmaru News on the shores of the Sanzu River, where she was hoping to be able to conduct an interview with Gensokyo's very own shinigami.
"Thank you again for this opportunity Aya! J-just please remember to tell people that I'm a hard worker okay?" Komachi expressed.
"That's the sixth time you've asked that since I started writing." Aya muttered.
"H-huh? What was that?"
"I said I'll definitely remember to add that into my final draft! Don't worry about it! Ayaya~"
The tengu sighed, it was hard enough keeping up a fake smile when questioning air-headed people already, but this woman was on a whole other level. How can a person tasked with taking souls to the afterlife live such an uninteresting existence? Her entire schedule consisted of escorting souls across the Sanzu River, sleeping when not escorting souls, and then being lectured by her boss when caught doing that! What originally seemed to be a gold mine of opportunity turned out to be another fluke, Aya just hoped she could salvage it with her final question.
"So Komachi, would you mind if I asked for a demonstration on how exactly you round up these souls for transportation across the river?"
"Oh, um, I don't know about that… it's kind of dangerous unless you're able to get a safe distance from here…"
"Don't worry about that! I'm the fastest in all of Gensokyo, I have more than enough time to react to any hazards that come flying my way! Besides, the people need evidence to back up your claims, so seeing a picture of you in action is the best way to have your point proven!"
"Well, when you put it that way, I guess you're right!" Komachi smiled.
As the two of them prepared, Aya took a leap backwards and readied her camera in an attempt to find the best angle, while Komachi practised a few swings with her scythe, before giving a thumbs up to indicate she was ready.
The atmosphere grew tense and the surroundings grew quiet, until finally the first scythe swing cut through the air, creating a visceral and devastating sound as the area that was just cut seemed to be erased and filled in with the surrounding air.
Aya used this opportunity to take her first shot, capturing the bizarre moment of negative space that was present for just a second.
Several wandering spirits near the river bank then proceeded to be seemingly sucked in the direction of the cut, before eventually circling Komachi, allowing Aya to take another shot of the scene in front of her.
Komachi then cut again and again, with Aya taking a picture each time, until she eventually amassed an army of spirits that surrounded her.
"Haha, Eiki will definitely have no reason to scold me this time!" Komachi expressed aloud with her eyes closed. "In fact, I could do this all-"
It was at that point that Komachi's grip on her scythe had loosened.
The shinigami's signature weapon then proceeded to break free of its owner's grip and began to start flying through the air towards Aya's direction, spinning as it went.
Aya wasn't the slightest bit bothered however. From her perspective, it would take the scythe the equivalent of an hour before it could reach her.
"Oh well, looks like the good people of Gensokyo will be receiving an article tomorrow about how death shouldn't be a worry for them with this lady as their reaper." she sighed.
What Aya didn't notice however, was how with each rotation, the scythe was closing the gap faster than she could have expected, as the space between it and her was being erased.
"Wait, what- hrngh?!"
The scythe made a clean cut through Aya, not physically, but spiritually, with the last thing she remembered seeing being the back of her head as her body fell forwards.
...
"-and that's why you shouldn't tell my boss!" Komachi gasped, seemingly out of breath from pleading after Aya's train of thought brought her to the present.
The reporter didn't exactly know what to make of the situation beyond the initial shock.
"So… now what?" she said in a monotone voice.
"Oh! Um, oh no I haven't thought that far ahead yet… ah… I'm going to have to tell Eiki and bring you for judgement anyway aren't I… Surely I can say I just found you like this right? Haha…"
Eiki Shiki. Aya had met the yama only once before; she was loud, preachy and short, at least from what she remembered. What was it she said to her again?
"If the sins of events you've caused are included with your own sins, you will most likely fall to hell!" the memory repeated back to her.
Aya's face suddenly shifted to one of complete despair.
"Oh! Miss Aya, are you okay? You seem like a good person so I'm sure Eiki will treat you with just as much respect as she would with anyone else-"
Before Komachi could finish her sentence, the phantom tengu had fled the scene in the blink of an eye across the river.
"H-hey wait! You gotta pay me to do that! Come back!" the ferrywoman cried.
Quickly running out of options, Komachi readied her scythe in an attempt to instantaneously close the distance between Aya and herself, and swiped down.
…Only to realise her hands were empty.
"AHHHHH! I FORGOT TO PICK IT UP!" the reaper yelled as she desperately started to scramble towards Aya's nearby body.
Aya let out a sigh of relief after looking back and seeing Komachi had become momentarily distracted, it gave her more than enough time to find a place to hide.
Unfortunately for the journalist, Higan was a place seemingly devoid of hiding spots, as it was simply an endless field of red flowers.
The increasingly desperate and worried ghost reporter scanned the area for something, anything to help her evade her pursuer. "Is there seriously nothing on this side of the river I can use to give that girl the slip?!" she panicked.
Luckily, there was something quickly approaching in the distance. As Aya got closer and closer she noticed it was a small wooden outpost seemingly on the border between this world and several others. She didn't care about the details however, she just knew it was a wall she could hide behind.
Upon approaching it, Aya noted something odd about the structure, specifically the fact it had the faint smell of eggs and bird seed, which seemed out of place for the location to say the least. Not only that but it seemed to have hay and straw strewn about it as if it was a farm of some kind.
Aya knew this wasn't important at the moment though and was about to phase through it with her new ghostly abilities, but before she could, a girl popped up from behind the counter and their eyes met.
The girl looked… odd to say the least. She had brown boots and a brown dress that was home to a white jacket and an orange collar, along with a red bow. Most strange of all however, was her hair, which was a light blonde with a small patch of red on top which created a nest that allowed for a small yellow chick to make its home in. She also had blondish wings and tail feathers but that was perhaps the least remarkable thing about her.
The girl gasped in what Aya thought would be fear, but was instead met with something else entirely.
"Y-you're Aya Shameimaru! I'm your biggest fan!" she shouted excitedly.
"Uh, I don't think I know you but do you think you could please point me in the direction of somewhere that's out of sight?" Aya questioned with confusion.
"Oh sure! You can come down here if you want!" the chicken themed girl explained pointing Aya to a trapdoor on the floor of the outpost, presumably where she popped up from previously.
Aya didn't even bother to wait for the girl to finish opening it, as she quickly phased downwards into the mysterious underground room.
Just as the trapdoor shut, Aya could hear the erasing of space once more from above. Komachi had just missed her and it sounded as if she was having a conversation with the girl Aya had just met, although she couldn't make out what they were saying.
After a minute or two, the girl came down into the room and relit a nearby lantern, allowing the photographer to get a better look at her surroundings.
The room was small, but by no means cramped, it had a table and seats for two people, with a few bookshelves on the wall for good measure, it certainly gave off a cozy atmosphere.
"The name's Kutaka Niwatari!" the girl revealed. "I heard you say you weren't familiar with me, so there you go!" Kutaka smiled with glee.
"Ah… I see, so where am I exactly?" Aya inquired, exhausted, but relieved to be in the clear.
"Oh! Are you interviewing me? Is this an interview?!" Kutaka asked excitedly with a look of wonder in her eye.
"No-, I mean uh, yes! You sure seem like an interesting person to write about!" the reporter claimed hesitantly.
"AH! Where do I begin?! This is so exciting! I'm being interviewed by THE Aya Shameimaru! Please let me be on the front page, I read all of your newspapers while I'm on break! I've been a reader of Bunbunmaru for hundreds of years!"
"Oh, um, that's unexpected-"
"And I love how truthful and honest your reporting skills and values are! Your unbiased writing is a stark contrast to whoever writes that gossip filled Kakashi Spirit News! Your article exposing Yukari's cruelty towards animal youkai is unparalleled! I told Eiki all about it but she seemed upset at me for some reason…"
"This is a bit new to me, I'm not used to compliments, can you maybe-"
"And to think Komachi would tease me about landing an interview with you! Can you believe that?! She was just here a second ago too! Something about asking me if I had seen an escaped spirit pass the checkpoint? Can you believe that? She let an unaccompanied soul that far into Higan? That's just irresponsible-"
"PLEASE!"
A few of Kutaka's feathers flew off from shock. Aya sighed.
"Ah! Miss Aya... That was immature of me… I'm not usually this excitable, sorry…" the chicken girl mumbled.
"Wait, hang on… Have you not realised I'm the ghost she mentioned?" the (former) tengu questioned, puzzled.
"Eek! Why didn't I notice?! I'm such a birdbrain… I've really gone and made myself look like a fool again, and in front of Miss Aya no less…" Kutaka admitted shamefully.
Seeing this, Aya couldn't help but pity the girl, it didn't sound like she had much in the way of friends, which reminded Aya a lot of herself. It was perhaps because of this, that Aya decided to try and comfort her.
"Hey… Don't sweat it Kutaka, mistakes are easy to make, not even the people you look up to are immune to making them."
"A-ah, I suppose you're right about that… I guess I didn't immediately notice since I've never seen you in person, and those black and white photos would make anyone look like a phantom… But what happened?! I don't want Miss Eiki to judge you so soon!"
"Right, about that, it's not that long of a story but…"
...
Komachi was almost out of breath. Checking each of the realms past the checkpoint on foot was exhausting work, but using her scythe to travel in them was barred by her superiors due to it causing possible disruption to those who lived and worked there.
"*pant* How can that… *pant* tengu be so fast… *pant* without a body?!" she thought aloud.
The only realm the shinigami hadn't checked for her escapee yet was Hell, but she was dreading it, knowing full well it was under the rule of Eiki's own boss.
"Well, here goes nothing I guess…" she sighed, not knowing Aya was underneath the checkpoint she had walked past multiple times at this point.
Unfortunately for the poor ferrywoman, the entrance she took to get into Hell happened to go through the Ministry of Right and Wrong, and upon entering the first door she located, she found herself stumbling right into the middle of a meeting between her boss, and the last person she wanted to see.
"Explain yourself, Onozuka!" yelled the short, green-haired girl in a judge's uniform. "You better have a good reason for intruding on this highly important conversation!"
"Now now Eiki, there's no need to be so harsh on your shinigami!" responded a taller, red-headed lady in a lax manner, dressed in a way that can only be described as odd and informal of her position. This was the ruler of the underworld, Hecatia Lapislazuli, Eiki's superior. "After all, we were only discussing how I think we should introduce my new line of fashion as a standardised uniform for each branch of the ministry, what do you think Komachi?"
Komachi wasn't sure what to make of Hecatia, nor the shirt she was holding up to her reading "WELCOME GENSOKYO", but she was relieved she wasn't being shouted at, unlike her conversations with Eiki.
"M-miss Lapislazuli, Komachi does not need to hear about this! And I insist that it is not a proposal that the higher yama c-council needs to hear about!" Eiki stammered, clearly flustered underneath her veil of professionalism.
"Hehe, she sure is a handful isn't she? Now, was there something you wanted to tell us?" Hecatia inquired.
"A-ah, right, u-um…" Komachi's voice began to trail off. "I found the body of Aya Shameimaru washed up on the side of the Sanzu River and her soul might have escaped me."
The room sat in silence for a moment, as Komachi prepared for another verbal beatdown.
"Komachi Onozuka! It is your duty as Gensokyo's shinigami to keep track of every single soul that enters and leaves this land! Especially one as chaotic as that reporter's! As the lesser yama presiding over the jurisdiction of Gensokyo, I sentence you to locate her soul immediately! Else I shall-"
"I should really teach her to lighten up a bit huh? Oh well, at least it serves that tengu right for not listening to my advice…" Hecatia thought to herself.
...
"...and that's what happend." Aya explained.
"Ah I see!" Kutaka replied. "I'm really sorry that happened to you Miss Aya… I hope Miss Eiki forgives Komachi and lets you return to Gensokyo."
Aya found it hard to admit to Kutaka that she highly doubted that would happen. As such, she tried to change the conversation.
"That's enough about me though, I'm interviewing YOU, remember?" Aya remarked, trying to lighten the mood. "So what is an animal youkai like you doing around here anyway?"
"Oh right! Sorry about that Miss Aya… I actually work here! I'm a gatekeeper meant to make sure no one enters or exits the entrances to those otherworlds you saw past this checkpoint earlier without the yama's permission! So Eiki is my superior too!" the gatekeeper smiled.
In a matter of a few seconds, Kutaka had already given Aya more to write about than Komachi had in an hour, much to her surprise.
"Hell is especially important to keep in check though… There are a lot of mean and scary people down there who could cause serious harm to Gensokyo! I heard a vengeful spirit escaped from the former location of Hell recently and caused a lot of damage on the surface!"
"Yeah, I should know…" Aya remarked, examining her current body, not knowing how to feel about it resembling the spirit who caused her several headaches.
"And um, I'm not actually a youkai… I'm the god of chickens and I have the ability to cure throat illness! I understand how that might confuse you though since I've heard that tengu blur the line between gods and youkai."
"Eh?" Aya thought, taken aback by the answer before replying. "Yeah… that sounds about right, I've never thought about it much personally but there are occasions where humans worship us, it's odd all things considered."
"Hehe, I guess that means we have something in common~" Kutaka chirped.
"I guess so." Aya smiled. "So what is it about Bunbunmaru Newspaper that you enjoy so much anyway? It's not exactly the most popular paper in Gensokyo, even if it should be, so it comes as an even bigger shock to hear praise from someone who works for the Ministry of Right and Wrong."
"Oh! About that, I think I mentioned it before but, you just have a really good way with words when it comes to animals y'know?"
"I-I do?"
"Of course! Animals in Gensokyo aren't ever treated with much respect… and yet you're always there putting your life on the line to confront those in power who abuse them! Whether they be prideful vampires enslaving them for amusement, gluttonous ghosts, ah, no offence, swallowing them whole or mad scientists using them as test subjects. Especially that no good Yukari Yakumo!" the god pouted.
"Am I really that fat?" Aya thought as her ghostly cheeks changed from blue to ever so slightly red. "I'm glad to hear that makes you happy Kutaka, your praise is even making me blush a little. I'll definitely make sure to write more articles exposing animal abusers and deliver new issues to you directly in the future. Speaking of, where do you live anyway?"
"Youkai Mountain! I live on a ranch close to the base where I raise my chickens! Although I don't blame you for missing it, you're always off and about somewhere finding new stories so I get my copies from the newsstand located next to the Moriya ropeway. Speaking of which, I met some kappa back around the time it first opened, and after talking with them for a while, they built this break room for me after I got planning permission from the ministry! Isn't that great? Kappa are such friendly youkai to talk to!"
"I see, I see, does that little guy happen to be from your ranch?" Aya asked, pointing at the little chick in Kutaka's hair with her pen.
"Ah! Don't worry much about him, he just needs extra special attention, so I always make sure to bring him to work with me, he's asleep most of the time."
"Thanks for the info Kutaka, I really appreciate it." Aya commented, having finished taking notes for the interview.
"It's nothing Miss Aya! I'm just happy I got a chance to talk to you!" Kutaka responded.
"As much as I'd like to ask you more questions later, I have something more urgent to ask of you, I really need you to help get my body back before the others find me, I hope that's not asking too much of you." the ghost girl requested.
Kutaka was silent for a moment, she was at a crossroads. As much as she wanted to help Aya, she knew her job might be at stake, leaving her with no income to support her chickens. It was an extremely tough call for her to make, but eventually, she reached a decision.
"I'll help!" she cried. "Ever since I started working here, Eiki told me one of the best virtues someone can have is to put others before themselves, and for them to always help those that are in need! I'm confident now that this is the right choice, and that Eiki will understand why I chose to do this, so let's go get your body back!"
Aya was once again taken aback by Kutaka's haphazard personality, but chose to smile, knowing that she was able to find someone willing to help her of all people. For once, she felt what it was like to be cared about.
Once the two feathered companions made it across the Sanzu River, they immediately noted the state of Aya's body. Rather than decaying in the same way that human bodies do, youkai bodies simply begin to crumble and reform as small coloured clouds of mist that eventually reform into a new body, seeing as youkai cannot be killed conventually. However, since Aya's soul and body had been separated by Komachi's scythe, Aya's body was simply just falling apart.
"Well… this is a bit unflattering, I'm sorry you have to see me like this." the reporter sighed.
"It's ok Miss Aya, I understand." Kutaka nodded "I wish you the best of luck!"
"Here goes nothing I guess…" Aya announced to herself, preparing to take possession of her former body.
Aya sped at herself with full force, ready to phase through, take control and have the body regenerate itself… only to be met with nothing.
At first, she thought it was because it was her first time attempting possession, but try as she might, her body refused to budge no matter which angle she flew at it from.
"I think we might be here a while…" she remarked, looking defeated.
"Miss Aya… I think I have an idea." Kutaka responded, with a determined look in her eye. "Maybe you should try and practice with someone living… like me."
"H-huh?!" Aya retorted, becoming deeply flustered. "Y-you want me to possess you?!"
"Sure!" the chicken god replied. "I want to do anything I can to help!"
"Alright, if you really think this will work…"
Aya began to charge up, ready to take over Kutaka's body, her intent fully realised, and before she knew it, she was in.
"Well this is new, I'll admit that." the possessed Kutaka said, looking around and observing her new body. "I almost forgot what this felt like for a good while, I guess being disembodied does that to you. Sorry Kutaka, wherever you are right now, but I think I have the hang of this now, so this would be a good a time as ever to get out of-"
"Kutaka Niwatari, gatekeeper of the otherworlds, do you mind telling me why you have deserted your station mid-shift to cross the Sanzu River?" commanded an all too familiar and demanding voice.
Aya dreaded turning around, but sure enough, there stood one very nervous Komachi, one very curious Hecatia, and one very, very upset Eiki. She knew that at this moment, she'd have to act her very best to seem birdbrained.
"Miss Eiki! I'm really sorry, I must have fallen asleep at my post and thought my shift was over! Punish me as you see fit, but please, please, please don't hurt my chickens!" "Kutaka" pleaded.
"I know it is you in there, Shameimaru." Eiki cut in, sending a chill down Aya's, or Kutaka's spine. "I can see through all lies, and this is just another sin to add to your record! Komachi!"
Before she could process what was happening, Komachi swiped down, and pulled Aya's soul from Kutaka's body, grabbing her by the throat.
"Sorry Miss Aya…" Komachi whispered.
Kutaka gasped as she regained consciousness, clearly distressed at the sight in front of her.
"M-Miss Eiki, please let Miss Aya go! She hasn't done anything wrong! All of this is just a big misunderstanding, she can't be judged yet-"
"Silence, Niwatari. Your biases cloud your judgement, only a yama is capable of deciding who is and who is not guilty, your interference in this matter shall be discussed later, but right now, an emergency trial shall be held to decide the fate of-"
"Ooooo, an emergency trial? It's been a long while since we've had one of those hasn't it? You wouldn't mind if I invited an old friend of mine who might be interested in seeing it right?" Hecatia interrupted.
"...Of course, superior. Any member of the higher council is free to do as they wish during a trial as long as-"
...
"*yawn* It's unfortunate I had to be woken from my hibernation, but I'm glad you notified me Heca! I'm glad I get to see that mean little reporter get what she deserves first-hand!" Yukari Yakumo stated cheerfully.
"No problem Yukarin! These hearings usually aren't very long, but I think this one should be very exciting." Hecatia responded gleefully.
The two older women were the only people in the courtroom who seemed to be enjoying themselves, as the two girls sitting next to them on the bench, Komachi and Kutaka, looked highly distressed, albeit, for separate reasons.
Eiki herself didn't look too happy either, clearly upset at her boss' bias and decision to invite one of her most loathed residents of Gensokyo to the hearing, secretly hoping that the youkai sage would die of old age halfway into the trial so she could immediately be judged next.
And of course, there was Aya, who seemed to have already come to terms with her fate and wanted to get this whole thing over with.
At last, Shiki Eiki, Yamaxanadu began to read out her judgement.
"Shameimaru Aya, tengu, news reporter and inhabitant of Gensokyo for well over 1000 years, do you understand why you have been summoned here today?"
"Yes, your honour."
"From your creation to your passing, you stand accused of: lying, manipulation, fraud, multiple accounts of attempting to incite a conspiracy, disturbing the peace and murder. Do you plead guilty to these crimes?"
"That last one happened over 900 years ago and I'd like to think that I've changed since so-"
"SILENCE, DO YOU PLEAD GUILTY?"
"Yes, your honour."
"In that case, I have reached my verdict. Shameimaru Aya, you are-"
"STOP!" cried someone from the bench.
"YOU WHO WISHES TO INTERRUPT PROCEEDINGS, RISE NOW."
Kutaka stood up.
"Looks like you were right about this getting interesting." Yukari whispered to Hecatia.
"I know I've only been with Miss Aya for a few hours or so, and today has been much more hectic for me because I chose to get involved, but I did so believing she was a good person, and I still think that! I don't claim to know what she did in her past, but I can tell you now that the person she has become, is someone that I care about and someone that I can trust!" the gatekeeper boldly claimed.
"Kutaka Niwatari, unless you wish to forfeit your position in the Ministry of Right and Wrong, I suggest you stop talking now. Your testimony alone is not enough to sway the judgement of a yama, and as such I pronounce Shameimaru Aya-"
"She's right, Kutaka." Aya replied.
"SHAMEIMARU AYA, DO YOU WISH FOR YOUR SENTENCE TO BE INCREASED?"
"No judge, I just want to tell her something before I go."
Eiki sighed. "Make it quick."
"Kutaka, I haven't been fully honest with you, and I wouldn't want you to think of me as a role model either. I exaggerate the truth to sell more issues of my newspaper and sometimes choose to make the truth up entirely. Because of me, you got in trouble, and so I'm sorry for roping you into this. You're an incredibly nice person and I hope you find someone worthy enough to be your friend.
"...I will admit that your display of honesty and humility is admirable, Shameimaru, but it will still not change my verdict. As such, I pronounce Shameimaru Aya-"
"Um, Miss Eiki? Can I add something too-"
"WHAT IS IT?!" yelled Eiki, her patience having worn thin.
Komachi stood up.
"Haha, well um, how do I say this… Miss Aya's honesty made me realise that I should probably admit something too. Ah, um, Miss Aya asked if I could do an interview earlier today and wanted to see a demonstration of how I round up spirits and in the process, my hand slipped and my scythe may have flown in her direction and hit her."
The courtroom, apart from the giggles of two women, fell silent.
For a second it looked like Eiki was about to explode, only for her anger to seemingly loop back around to patience.
"...Shameimaru Aya?"
"Yes, your honour?"
"In light of the testimony provided by my subordinate, as well your own, I have decided to change my verdict. Shameimaru Aya, you are not guilty and you are allowed to return to Gensokyo with your current soul intact."
"H-Huh?"
"Of course, a new body will have to be created for you in the process, and trust me I will make damn sure I get to pick it myself, but aside from that, you are free to go. Court is no longer in session."
...
"Hehe, Eiki sure wanted to make sure she got the final say didn't she?" Kutaka said.
"That's for sure, I'll admit I'm still upset I lost my speed because of it." Aya replied, no longer a tengu nor a ghost, but a short black haired kappa.
"You're friends with Nitori though right? I'm sure she'd be able to invent something to make you just as fast as you were before!"
"She was actually trying to create a pair of boots a few days ago when I was still in my old body. As you can imagine, I was against it, but I guess I have no choice but to be in support of it now, at least all this technology stuff has been a good learning exercise for me I guess."
"Plus, you still get to write your paper!" Kutaka remarked while she tended to the chickens on her ranch. "It's not like the daitengu can order you to do anything now right?"
"I guess not." Aya responded, looking up at the sky, recalling how much easier travel was when she had wings. "Thanks for everything by the way."
Kutaka blushed. "O-oh, it's nothing, I just wanted to do the right thing, remember?"
"Well I'm glad you did." Aya smiled.
...
My first bit of literature I'm proud enough to post publicly! This was a fic I did for a friend who happens to be a big Kutaka fan so I tried my best to write something enjoyable for him and other fans of her. Unfortunate how the character tags on this site only go up to Touhou 15 though huh?
Also I'd HIGHLY appreciate feedback seeing as I currently have no idea what areas I should improve in yet.
