The dragon stared into the sky, its body glistening with electricity… But the cage offered no such freedom as of this time. it had been something that the beast lamented silently as of the time while glancing around.

It snapped at those who would see it trained. It had been so amused by the idea that these fools considered as of the second that it could be trained.

It sniffed the air. There was a new smell, one which had been pungent enough to draw its attention. This was not an old smell, it was new. The beast of nature had been smart enough to understand that there had been a new presence here.

The dragon was finally revealed as a torch was swung in its direction. A Skrill. A strike class dragon, one whose power and cunning had been legendary and competed with the rest of the dragons across the isles.

Still? There was going to be interesting as of the second. It had been something that neither the people who had captured the beast.

The Skrill, though? Had sensed something that had known about this at the time. It had been interesting as of the second. He had been interested in what to do next. There was a lot more on the line that this had come at the time. There was something.

"Ship it off, we're not going to be able to train him either. It's not like he's going to do." They heard before nodding themselves before looking around.

This had been something fun for him when all eyes were faced on what he could be doing for the time being. There had been more to what he smelled and had seen.

There was a growl as something behind them slowly moved before this had been a lot more to the battle before all had been said and done. It smelled something that had been odd… Something that needed to be done for the time being.

There was a screech as one of the hunters collapsed to the floor, pain all over their bodies as the hunters vanished towards the direction in which the throwing blade seemed to have come from. It had been a lot more as of the second.

There was a single movement as a shape emerged from behind the shadows of the creature. It growled at the person who dared approach it, sparks flying and dancing from its mouth as it paused to get a good shot.

"Easy… I'm going to get you out of that cage, sparky…" It heard as it growled. "Just don't fry me. We probably got 2 minutes if that Deadly Nadder wants as much payback as it looked like it wanted. Still going to be a bit of a problem." He stated before he hummed and looked around the clearing.

He crept forward, not knowing the wave of things that would change for the time being.

Whatever this had been before? It hadn't been something either had been used to… And both were cut off by a flame which cut the area apart.

He was thrown away from the caged beast and seemed to burn and consume the area. He wasn't deterred still as he produced another small blade and began to cut at the lock. He had been a lot more focused on trying to get whatever the beast had been from getting out. There simply had been a lot more at stake if he didn't much hurry.

There was also another screech as the dragon from before flew overhead. He sighed to himself before turning to look around at them.

"Seriously? Not now." He muttered to himself.

Phew. The first chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will show both the kid and the dragon and show part of their partnership and such. The next chapter will also be 900-6500 words for now. Until then? Lighting Wolf out!
