Sasuke walked out his front door for what he knew would be the last time. The agents from Orochimaru had convinced him that the only way he would get stronger was to train with Orochimaru at one of his hidden bases. He didn't care that the snake bastard had his own reasons for doing this, as long as Itachi was dead in the end Sasuke didn't care.

It was late and all the civilians and most of the shinobi were fast asleep in their fake dreams of peace and love. They had no idea of the pain he was in, they didn't care no matter how much they said they did. The pain was ever present, Itachi was always at the edge of his vision mocking him, laughing at him, calling him weak and useless.

That night played over and over again as if he was in some waking dream of ending horror as he watched his most beloved bother kill his mother with the sword she had given him for his birthday and then as his father walked into the room hearing the screams he stood still in shock as Itachi his first born walked over and drove his blood soaked blade into his heart. Sasuke has to watch this endlessly until there were no other thoughts in his mind. Itachi had to die, by his hands and his hands only and this cursed village wasn't going to help.

Only the power that Orochimaru offered would help, if he could kill the third then surely he could train Sasuke to kill his loathsome bother. It was with this thought that Sasuke walked slowly to the hall surrounding the village, heading for a secret gate his clan used for their private missions. Entering the wooded park with its play area for the weak useless children and the quiet hidden benches for lovers to meet Sasuke was stopped by a sound he thought he would never have to hear again.

"Sasuke, please wait.", said Sakura as she run up to him and stood between him and freedom.

"What are you doing here.", said Sasuke quietly so as not to alert any of the patrolling guards. As far as they knew this was a lover's meeting late at night.

"I.. I… I saw you leave your house and head toward the village walls.", said Sakura looking down at her feet and rubbing her hands together in front of her.

"You watched me? How? Are you stalking me!", said Sasuke not believing what he just heard, was she crazy or something? This most useless person that they put on his team, she represented what he hated most about this village. Allow the weak to drag down the strong all in the name of teamwork. At least Naruto had some fight in him but this thing, this 'girl' did nothing but drag him down to her level.

"No, I was just out for a walk and ended up by your house. Where are you going Sasuke?", said Sakura lying as best she could. He didn't need to know that she spent most nights just outside his house, her love for him so strong that she couldn't sleep most nights without at least seeing the lights go out in his bedroom.

Sasuke looked at her with his burning eyes, all the hate he felt for this village and what it did to his clan was focused on her and her alone. Reaching out a hand he almost couldn't force himself to touch this creature as he pushed her out of the way to continue to walk down the winding path heading once again to his freedom.

"No, stop, wait for me,", said Sakura as she run up and tried to grab his arm but failed as she always did in everything as he sidestepped out of her reach.

"What do you think you are doing?", said Sasuke

"Where are you going?", said Sakura wanting to hear him say it out loud and remove all her doubts. All his talk about leaving the village over the last couple of weeks couldn't be true and she had to hear it for herself.

"I told you and that fool of a teammate that I would leave. I need to get stronger to kill that person and this village will not, no can not give me what I need.", said Sasuke stopping in his relentless walk as that girl once again placed herself in his path.

"I know but it just takes time, Kakashi sensei can train you as you become a Chunin. You don't have to leave the village,", said Sakura this taking a deep breath she moved a little closer, "You don't have to leave me", she added almost in a whisper.

"Leave you? I was never with you, you are useless in every way now move.", said Sasuke this time stepping around her but she moved to block his path.

"You can't leave, I.. I… I Love you Sasuke you can't leave.", said Sakura trying her best to put all her feeling into those simple words hoping, no, knowing that her love would break through to him and he would see her for the perfect match that she was.

"Love? I don't need love and not from you. I need power to kill that person and that is something you and this village can not give me.", said Sasuke looking down at the top of her pink hair, god he hated the color pink and his hate for it grew every day he had to fake training with her.

Sakura stood up tall and pushed her chin up until she was able to lock eyes with Sasuke, now was the time to bare her soul so that he would fall in love with her and stop this foolish quest to kill his bother.

"I can give you everything you need Sasuke, I know how to please a man, I have been studying, I can be the best girlfriend the best wife that any man could ever want, just let me prove it to you. ", said Sakura stepping forward and trying her best to put her arms around him as he took a step back out of her reach.

"Are you crazy, I don't need your love, all I need is to kill that someone and then find a strong kunoichi to restart my clan with. You are neither strong and an insult to the idea of a Kunoichi.", said Sasuke feeling almost sick at the idea of being married to this thing that chased him around the academy yards.

"Sasuke you don't mean that, you know I am perfect for you, I will do anything for you.", said Sakura not understanding why he doesn't believe her love was strong and true. With her love to back him, he could do anything she was sure of it, as long as he would allow her to be by his side to help him change his ways just a little.

Sasuke laughed, for the first time in her life Sakura heard Sasuke laugh as he said, "Perfect, you are so not perfect. You are weak and useless in every way, if it wasn't for Naruto saving your life you would be dead ten times over. Every time he would move to save you I would tell him to wait, to give you a chance knowing you would fail. Just so I would finally get you out of my life."

"Sasuke, no you don't mean that, I know it's the curse seal making you say these things. I know, let me come with you and I can help you train, with me by your side I can help you get stronger.", said Sakura not even knowing what she was saying. At this point, she would do anything, say anything to stop her love from leaving.

"You must have been dropped on your head as a baby, that or you're psychotic now get out of my way.", said Sasuke this time not being as gentle as before and pushing her to the ground so she rolled off the path and into the bushes.

Thinking he was done with her and almost forgetting she was still there behind him, his mind soon filled with plans on how he would kill that man and show them all he wasn't from some clan of losers.

"Sasuke NO,", said Sakura as she jumped out of the bushes covered in dirt and leaves to wrap her arms around his and hold him tightly to her chest. Sasuke froze, this was the first time in many many years that another person had touched him not in a fit of anger or a sparing match. The first time he felt the body of a girl pressed against him. This felting was foreign and strange and he truly didn't like it at all.

"Get off me you bitch!", yelled out Sasuke as he spun around and did a perfect hip throw sending her back onto the ground to roll several times before coming to a stop. She looked up at him from the ground with her hair all in a tangled mess covering half her face, her headband lost in the darkest. He could see the determined look she had and knew he would have to do something much worst to get her to stop.

"You can push me away all you want Sasuke but my love for you will not break.", said Sakura getting up and cleaning off the dirt from her dress as best she could before walking right back up into his face. In her mind, she felt she was winning as he was still talking to her, still in the village and now was time for her ultimate move.

"You kissed me once before, I know you love me, kiss me again and you will see I am right.", said Sakura throwing her arms around his neck and surprising Sasuke with her words as much as her actions. Just before she had a chance to touch her lips to his, to prove once and for all that love wins over hate he slammed his forehead into hers knocking her back. Now with room to move he hit her again in the sternum with an open palm blow pushing all the air out of her lungs causing Sakura to drop to her knees trying her best to breathe.

"Kiss you? I have never kissed you, you truly are deranged.", said Sasuke taking a step back, crazy people were unpredictable as his brother has taught him all those years ago.

"No!", yelled Sakura, "You did after we graduated behind the academy in the park. You said you loved my forehead and you kissed me."

"That wasn't me, it was Naruto, he jumped me and tied me up in the classroom above. I broke free of his clumsy attempt at tying me up, I watched him hedge into me and kiss you before running away. You really are a fool if you thought that was me.", said Sasuke as he walked around her as she sat stunned on the ground looking down at her hands as she made a fist.

"No, it can't be true. I love you!", screamed out Sakura, this time not caring who could hear them in the night. Let them come, come and stop Sasuke, maybe after tonight he would think differently in the morning.

'I can't allow her to stop me or worst call in some random Anbu patrol.'. he thought as he turned and almost ran back to her side. With fire in his eyes, he pulled her to her feet and shook her causing her teeth to chatter and her head to spin.

"Stop it, you hear me, stop this foolishness. I will never love you, I will never marry you. You are worthless to me. NOW GO HOME.", he said throwing her back on the ground only to watch her roll down the path and get back up. This was too much for Sasuke, he was supposed to meet with the sound team a half hour ago. They said they wouldn't wait long and the dam curse mark was beginning to burn into the side of his neck.

"Sasuke, I know it takes time but I am willing to wait. Stay here with me and I will show you.", said Sakura as she walked back to face him, it was clear she was on unsteady feet at this point, even her voice had changed as if she was only saying the words now, the fanatical conviction was missing.

She was thinking back to that kiss, remembering his eyes as he brushed the hair back from her forehead. They looked blue at the time, not the black coals she was used to seeing. That detail she had pushed away thinking it had to be some trick of the light or the blue sky reflecting in his eyes. His touch had been so gentle, his kiss so soft it had to be love.

As soon as she was within arms reach Sasuke did what he thought would be the only solution, he slapped her with the back of his hand and as her head whipped around he slapped her again jolting her head back as she was forced to take a step back.

Her training was useless as he was too fast, with her mind spinning he walked right up to her and grabbed her by the throat, and pulled her close.

"Listen to me,", he said spitting the words into her face. "I do not love you, and I never will. What I feel is loathing for you and this village you represent." With the curse mark burning into him he still did not know what prevented him from choking the life out of her.

"Your clan Sasuke, I can help you rebuild your clan.", the words spilled out of her as she tried to pull in some air as he squeezed more and more with her every word.

"MY CLAN, you dare to speak of my clan, if by some trick or demoniac scheme you ended up carrying my child, I would let you give birth to it just so I could break its little neck in front of you.", said Sasuke with his eyes turning red at the thought. Sakura's world turned gray and black and white as she found it harder and harder to breathe.

The first blow was unexpected as Sasuke pulled his arm back and punched her in the face dropping her to the ground.

"I would never let MY CLAN get polluted by the genes of someone as weak and pathetic as you.", yelled out Sasuke as he hit her again and again. Curling into a ball on the ground Sakura did her best to protect herself as Sasuke kicked and punched her until finally with a kick to the head she passed out into welcome oblivion.

Sometimes later opening her eyes Sakura found the night sky above and a far-off lamp on the path giving her some light to see her surroundings. Touching her face expecting to find horrifying cuts and bruises she only felt a little source on her left cheek. The echoes of pain from Sasuke's hands around her throat haunted her as she stood up and looked around.

'The bastard used a Genutsu on me.', she thought still feeling the pain of every blow on her body but finding no marks on her but for what he cut into her psyche. That pain would be with her for a very long time.

Not knowing if it has been hours or minutes she jogged down the path to the great wall to look around. Nothing, there was nothing to show that Sasuke was ever here, not a footprint or a bent leaf out of place.

"That asshole ran away.", said Sakura to nobody but herself. H

Any thoughts of love or even respect had been replaced with a hate that burned into her very soul. He would kill her child he said and called her useless, he would pay for that, she didn't know how but somehow she would see him dead at her feet if not by her hands then by someone else's it didn't really matter to her.

But who? Who not only could defeat Sasuke but do it for her. Kakashi was useless as he had way too many issues with Uchiha in the past, everyone in her class was still too weak to do the job and the Hokage would never allow the last of the 'Noble Clan' to die, then who?

Walking back down the path Sakura picked the last of the leaves from her hair and brushed the dirt off her short blue skirt. Pulling at the dark blue blouse with the white sleeves she knew it was ruined as it wasn't made to take rolling around on the ground in a shinobi fight.

'It would take a demon to kill Sasuke at this point.', thought Sakura recalling the curse marks she has seen on him in his last fight with Gaara.

"Demon!", said Sakura out loud with a sly smile on her face, yes that may work but how to get him to do what she wanted? Was seeing Sasuke dead worth what it would take to get him to not hold back and kill that bastard once and for all?

Straightening her back and holding her head high Sakura decided that yes, she would do whatever it would take to see Sasuke dead, all her hopes and dreams were dead and soon so would be Sasuke and by the hands of the one person, he would dare call friend.

Having only been in this part of the village a few times and during the day it took Sakura some time to find Naruto's building and marching up the stairs where she paused for a second. No this wouldn't do, she had to act the part she needed to play and not show up on his doorstep full of anger.

Standing outside his door she checked herself once again in the low lights of his entry light. She knew her hair was a mess as she combed her hand through her pink tangle and the village headband was long gone but at least she wasn't full of cuts and bruises.

'Now to play the part and win her prize,', she thought as she knocked on the door.

It didn't take long for the door nob to turn and the door to slowly open to reveal Naruto in his sleeping hat and ramen-themed pajamas.

"Sakura? What is going on, do we have a mission?", asked a half-asleep Naruto as Sakura oh so gently pushed her way into his apartment allowing him to close the door behind her. Taking a quick look around she was at least pleased to see it was much cleaner than the last time she was here. He listened to her it seemed, that was a good sign.

Turning to Naruto she give him a smile and looked at him through the few strands of hair she couldn't get to stay in place.

"You OK Sakura?", said Naruto, as he watched, his crush stand in the middle of his little kitchen looking over her shoulder at his bedroom door and then back to him with what he could only call a shy smile on her face.

"No Naruto I am not OK, I need to talk to you.", said Sakura brushing at her skirt drawing his attention to her bare feet and legs. The skirt was short, shorter than she normally wears with it only going halfway to her knees. There was no sign of the biker shorts she normally wears on missions and the thought of what was under that skirt did flash into his mind.

"Ah, OK, what you want to talk about.", said Naruto as he watch her move about his little kitchen before boldly walking to his bedroom door and looking inside at his unmade bed with a few plush toys tossed about.

"Can we sit in there, the chairs here are so dirty.", said Sakura walking into his bedroom and sitting on his bed then looked up at him as he walked in to stare at her. She had been in his bedroom a couple of times in the past but only to drag him kicking and screaming to wake up for a mission. This was new and strange, he didn't know what to do with this version of Sakura.

"Naruto, I have been thinking, thinking a lot about you know, you and me and I have decided that yes I will go on a date with you.", said Sakura knowing that for Naruto it would take some time for all of that to sink into his consciousness she just sat there and waited.

"But what about Sasuke?", said Naruto still half asleep, "Don't you love him?"

"That is the funny part of this whole thing, you see I loved Sasuke because of a kiss he gave me and I was thinking about that kiss in the park behind the academy and I remembered he had blue eyes that day. Your blue eyes Naruto,", said Sakura getting the shocked look on Naruto's face she was expecting.

"Don't worry I am not mad at you at all, I just wish you had told me it was you.", said Sakura standing up from the bed and taking to three steps to stand in front of Naruto. Slowly so as not to scare the poor boy she wrapped her arms around his neck and looked him square in the eyes.

"Naruto, that was my first kiss, my most special first kiss but I wasn't ready, now I am. ", said Sakura leaning forward and pulling Naruto to her.

As their lips touched she felt his arms move around her waist and gently pull her closer. Turning her head a little to the side she kissed him with a little more force opening her mouth a little to lick his upper lip to see what reaction he would have.

A growl from deep inside his chest was her answer as he pulled her tighter to him and allowed her access to his mouth before probing hers in return. To her great surprise, he was a good kisser, at least she thought so with no experience at all beyond the books she had read.

Pulling back he looked her in the eyes once again and seeing only want and a little something else he couldn't place a finger on he had to ask, "Sakura, I don't, I mean I want this but are you sure."

"Naruto, you have been on my mind every day, you have saved my life so many times and I now... I see you for what you are. You are my Naruto, my savior but most of all you are my love.", said Sakura using all the training she had in the few seduction classes she was forced to take. Kissing him once again she forced her tongue as deep into his mouth as she could tasting ramen all the while. Pulling back she kisses his cheeks and even his forehead before returning to his lips all the while seeing the shocked look on his face.

"Do you really mean that?", said Naruto hoping beyond hope that this wasn't some crazy ramen dream that he had had before. It was always at this point that Sakura would laugh and hit him or worst but instead she only smiled and kissed him again pressing her whole body up against his.

Having read every one of those little orange books Kakashi loved Sakura knew what had to be done, the motions to take but the books didn't prepare her for how it would feel or taste. Naruto was so warm, his arms felt so strong around her that she almost forget why she was there, almost.

Beginning to breathe heave Sakura broke their kiss once again and giving Naruto what he thought was a silly smile said, "You know, you have taken me out to lunch and dinner many times so you could say we have been on more than three dates, you know what that means?"

"Ah, that I have to take you to a movie?", said Naruto not knowing what she was really talking about and wanting to get back to the kissing part.

"No silly, it means we can now you know go all the way if we want.", said Sakura trying to use that sexy voice they train all the girls to use. They said it was to be used for when they got captured and needed to make an ally in the enemy camp but most girls just used it on their boyfriends to get what they wanted.

"All the way?", asked Naruto not knowing what she was talking about. Weren't they already going all the way with the kissing part? He didn't know what else to do as all the movies he had seen ended at this point. The few old magazines he had found only had some pictures of mostly naked women he used to copy for his sexy jutsu but what else was there to do?

"All the way, you know.", said Sakura as she moved one hand down his chest to undo the buttons on his nightshirt.

"No, Never, you said that it was a perverted book so I never looked at them.", said Naruto looking down at Sakura's hands as she moved them over his chest. Shaking his head no Naruto just looked at her as if she had all the answers to all the questions on every test in school. 'Dam it Ino, you said boys talk and always know what to do', thought Sakura not knowing what to do next as all the books said the man did this or did that to the swooning princess.

'Ok, OK, OK,', she thought, "I am the one that wants this, no needs this to happen if I am to kill that bastard so I guess I take control.'

Taking her hands off his chest with a little moan of regret from both of them Sakura cupped Naruto's face in her palms and kissed him over and over before pulling back and looking down at the bulge in the front of his pants. It was now or never, give up on her dream of vengeance or turn off any modesty she had and stop acting like the meek clueless little girl. Now was not the time for inhibitions and burying all those talks her mother gave her about being a 'good girl' Sakura reached down and grabbed what she hoped was the right spot.

"Oh God,", they both said but for different reasons, Naruto had never, like never felt anything like this and Sakura was marveling at how so very hard but soft it was as she felt the front of his pants get wet from what she knew from her readings was only the beginning.

Feeling something hit the side of her face so knew he was still hard, as hard as before, maybe more as she wrapped her hand around him one more time to test his firmness.

"You liked that huh? Well that is what you get when you're girlfriend is happy, you want me to be happy don't you?", said Sakura planting the seeds in his mind that to get what he wants he had to give her what she wants.

"I liked it a lot. Can you… you know do it again.", said Naruto, Sakura knew that with his famous stamina she was in for a long night but the plan was the plan.

Standing up and seeing the look of disappointment in his eyes she quickly pulled off his nightshirt and turned him around so he was sitting on the bed. Now naked and legs spread wide Sakura paused for a second to admire his perfect six-pack and strong lean body of a trained shinobi. There wasn't any sign of baby fat on him that she expected from the bulky clothes he wears.

Now she knew that there was only one way to make him totally hers and hers alone. It was a big step, a step she had planned to save herself for but now with all her plans and dreams smashed she was willing to take even this step if it insured she would see Sasuke's dead body at her feet. She would prove who was the useless one and it wasn't going to be her.

"Naruto.", she sang out once again, "I want you to watch me and remember this night for the rest of your life, OK?"

Getting a crazy nod of the head from the mesmerized boy Sakura moved to the center of the room and checked that the windows curtains were closed and the door was still shut she took a deep breath and chanted in her head 'this was for the plan, this was for the plan' as she reaches behind her and unzipped the skirt and let it drop to the flood getting a sudden intake of breath from Naruto she looked down to see a nice wet spot on the front of her panties.

"OK, hurry up we will meet you there.", and with that Shikamaru headed off to the Hyuga training grounds to look for Neji.

As Naruto walked back into the bedroom Sakura could see the worried look on his face and knew she had one last chance to convince him to follow the plan.

"What happen?", she asked but knowing already what he was going to say.

"The Hokage wants me in her office, there is a mission to retrieve Sasuke.", said Naruto looking at the very naked girl in his bed, Sakura hadn't even grabbed a sheet to cover herself, and naive he may be he did find that strange.

Getting out of bed Sakura walked over to Naruto with a sway in her hips that totally captured his eyes until she once again ran her hand over his chest and pulled him into a kiss.

"Kill Sakura?", said Naruto not sure if he heard her right.

"Yes Naruto, if you have to don't hold back, you promised me.", said Sakura knowing that this was the last chance she would have to cement her plan in place.

"OK Sakura-chan I promise.", said Naruto getting a kiss from the pink-haired girl as a reward before turning back to his new team and leaving the village.

"What was that all about?", said Ino having watched the exchange between Sakura and Naruto.

The valley of the end was in turmoil as the two combatants stood under one of the two statues each forming their signature jutsu. Sasuke in his full stage two form had gray skin and to hand-like wings spouting from his back. Covered in black lines of the curse seal he looked more like a demon than the real demon he faced.

Naruto covered in the red cloak of the Kyubbi with four tails of power whipping behind him looked the part of a demon as he had grown long fangs and claws with his eyes turning into slits like some wild animal he formed a Rasengan in his right hand and filled it with all the hateful chakra the fox would give him.

"Give up Sasuke, this is your final warning.", Screamed out Naruto as he stared at what once was a friend but now he had proven himself an enemy.

"Give up to you. Never. I will only return to that village to destroy it and everyone in it.", screamed back Sasuke as the curse seal filled him with nothing but hate.

Letting out a mindless scream Sasuke ran down the valley wall as Naruto did the same. Each with their jutsu held out pointing at the other until with a great flash the valley filled with a black ball of chakra as the two jutsu met and fought for dominance.

"You can't win Sasuke.", yelled Naruto as he pushed all his strength into his jutsu.

"I will win and get my revenge.", yelled back Sasuke.

It was then that Naruto remembered his promise, this thing had hurt his Sakura-chan and said he would hurt the whole village. 'You promised, remember Naruto.', he could hear Sakura's voice echoing in his mind and all that she had done for him including that last little kiss at the gate flooded into his mind.

Screaming out in pain as he allowed Sasuke's lightening covered hand to enter his body Naruto dropped his arm and shoved the Rasengan into Sasuke's chest until his arm exploded out of Sasuke's back blasting one of his wings clean off.

As they both fell into the raging water the current quickly pushed them up onto the sandy bank of the river as the rain stopped and the water pulled back they both lay there as if this was a fitting end to their lives and their friendship.

When Kakashi landed next to them sometime later a single tear ran down his cheek as he thought he found both of his team members dead by each other's hands. Bending down he checked first Naruto and then Sasuke for any sign of life. To his shock, they both had a pulse and were hanging onto life by a thread.

As soon as the medical core arrived they bandaged them up as best they could and rushed them back to the village hoping beyond hope that they would be able to save them.

"I can't believe everyone came back alive.", said Ino as she looked at Choji through a window into his hospital room. They said he would take weeks to heal but at least he was alive unlike the members of the sound four they had confronted.

"I know, I can't believe it either,", said Sakura turning away to find Naruto's room and see if he was awake yet. The Hokage herself had worked on his wounds but Sakura knew it was his prisoner that was really keeping him alive. It seems the curse seal was just as strong as Sasuke was breathing in a room below. The doctors had told her they didn't know how or why he was alive and it was a waiting game to see if he regained consciousness.

"Naruto, you awake,", said Sakura as she stood at his bedside.

Turning his head to the sound of her voice Naruto opened one eye and then the other as he focused on his love.

"Yeah,", he grunted out, feeling too weak to do much else, he knew the fox was healing him but that didn't mean much when you were missing a lung.

"You did good Naruto, you kept your promise.", said Sakura taking one of his heavily bandaged hands into hers.

"Is Sasuke dead.", said Naruto as one of his last memory was his arm going into Sasuke's chest.

"No, for now.", said Sakura making Naruto wonder what she meant by that.

Putting his hand back onto his chest she patted him on the shoulder before turning away. Turning at the door Sakura looked back at the boy, she didn't know what he was right now to her. The plan had failed but a new plan was in the works.

Putting her hand in her pocket to check that the syringe was still there, It was time to go visit Sasuke and show him who was the loser now.

As you may have noticed I really don't like Sasuke, but I did my best not to beat up on him too much. Tell me what you think and if there is any reason to redeem him. As for this story, it popped into my head after a 'little fight' I had with my girl. Stay safe out there my friends.
