The Queen's Kitties

Today is the big day. Queen Gabriella, the queen of the Queendom of Ulirea, is ecstatic that today, her queendom will officially acquire another sizable colony to the east. The war has already been over for half a year, and the residents of the new colony, a species half human half cat called nekos, were declared as servants to human kind by the queen three weeks later. But until today, there have been a few smaller rebellions there, which have now thankfully been quenched. Gabriella's ancestors would be proud of how she's expanding their land and power, she thinks.
Her mother sadly died a young age, which is why she ascended the throne even before adulthood, but all of the royals are surprised how much the young queen has accomplished in the years since then. She could think about the past forever, but the queen snaps out of her thoughts remembering that she needs to get ready for the ceremony. Due to the society in this world being a matriarchy, Gabriella became queen at age 13 instead of any male relatives and surprised her regency counsel by how mature she was, having revived Ulirea's economy in less than a year within her first year as queen. At age 14 she built up the army to make her queendom a powerhouse. At 15 she made Ulirea a superpower with all the other queendom quickly falling in line with her wishes and by 16 she has now annexed the Neko's queendom into her territory.
At Age 17 the queen has already enslaved another race and made the other independent colonies submit to her interest, which is more than most other monarchs could achieve in their lifetimes. And following her is a Neko one year younger at age 16 crawling behind her on all fours with a collar around her neck and a leash in the queen's hand. This little kitten is named Crystal and she is already Gabriella's favorite slave but that's because firstly she has a foot fetish, and secondly, she acted as a spy for the humans with Gabriella promising to make her the number one foot slave as well as hiding her involvement in the plot.
"Are you excited for the big ceremony, mistress?" Crystal asks as she crawls behind the queen, her eyes focused on the queen's beautiful feet with every step she takes. "Oh am I ever, my little kitty, but you have to be on your best behavior. Representatives and princesses from all the other queendom's are going to be here as well." The queen states. "Do not worry about me, mistress. I'll do my best for you as always!" The Neko says reassuringly. She then finishes it with a gentle purr as she continues to crawl alongside the young queen, the sunlight from the open doors getting closer and closer to the girls.
The crowd cheers when the queen walks out of the door of her castle together with her servant. On her way to the stage, Gabriella smiles at her admirers and is delighted to see some very influential people watching, mainly all the powerful countesses of the queendom, some of which already have Neko servants with them, along with the princesses from neighboring queendom's. Unlike with Crystal though the other nekos don't seem nearly as happy to serve their new owners, while the kitties for some of the princesses for other queendom's seem a bit more nervous. However wanting to make a good impression and to show how disciplined the Queen's servants are, Crystal is quick to slip her queen's bare foot out of its glass high heel, quickly kissing it like the noble woman Gabriella is.
The crowd already shows a strong reaction to the foot kiss, some are laughing, while others are applauding the queen for her strong appearance. A few of the royals even slip their feet out of their shoes, making their own Neko slaves give them a kiss as well. Crystal begins to purr as her mistress giggles as the foot kiss is the perfect way to start her speech to the crowd.
Gabriella clears her throat before beginning her speech. "People of Ulirea, today is a glorious day. After months of neko rebellions, we can finally say with certainty that we have defeated the inferior neko race and managed to make them submit to us humans." Such words inspire applause from the crowd as well as purring from Crystal as she continues to kiss all over the queen's barefoot, a prime example of the submissiveness of cat girls. "But this is only the beginning. I see a bright future for our queendom now that this new colony supports us with valuable resources as well as reliable servants!" The queen smiles down at her people cheering while she slips her toe into Crystal's mouth to further underline her words. And to further show her words to be true as well as the submissive nature of her own species, Crystal is quick to begin sucking on the queen's toe like a pacifier.
This pathetic sight causes unrest among the nekos in the crowd, which is quickly suppressed by some kicks from their owners' feet as well as some of them even resorting to foot gagging them. Such actions no longer bother Crystal though. At first she was put off by the treatment her fellow nekos were going through, but Gabriella assured her that it was all okay and that she did the right thing by being her spy. She told her that punishment like that is needed for a neko to be an obedient cat girl and that they would soon come to appreciate their new positions. "It has been a great joy leading our queendom into prosperity, and I will not stop at this point. Today's festivities will not only be a celebration of our accomplishments, but also a sign to the world that our Empire is a force to be reckoned with!" The queen waves down at the crowd, receiving thunderous applause. Crystal only purrs more as she moves onto licking her bare soles, the speech getting her all excited and honored to be the queen's favorite kitten. The queen bows down to her cheering audience. "May all of you enjoy today's festivities!" With that said, she slips her foot back into her shoe and makes her way off the stage. Crystal then hands her leash to the queen crawling after "Mistress, will you be joining in on the festivities?"
"That is what I have in mind! Although I'm afraid my day will be plagued by lots of interviews. The usual struggles of being a leader..." Gabriella says lamenting. "Well at least I'm here to make it easier for you, I myself am honored to have a human like you as my owner." Crystal says purring. "Oh I know. That's why you are my best little kitten!" Gabriella says lovingly and caresses her servants head as if she were an actual cat. And like an actual cat Crystal begins to purr moving her head closer to the queens hand. The sight even makes some of the passing neko slaves wonder if their new position will really be all that bad.
Of course, the way they will live their lives completely depends on who they must serve. While Queen Gabriella is known as a strong ruler, she does not give out any undeserved punishments. Some of the princesses and countesses of the queendom on the other hand are known to be cruel to all their subordinates, which will make life as an inferior neko servant under them hard. Which is something Crystal tries not to think about, after all her life is easy. She has a nice and "kind" human to lead her and help her adapt into her natural place. After all nekos never should have had their own land, all Gabriella is doing is just teaching her the place where a neko belongs.
Like the queen already expected, there is an interviewer coming up to her right now, obnoxiously bombarding her with questions. "Are you sure there won't be any more rebellions? Do you think declaring nekos as inferior to humans is the right choice? Which rights do they have and which not? When will the constitution be changed to include this?..." Crystal blushes as she already starts to kiss the queen's feet to hopefully make things easier as Gabriella speaks "One at a time please." She says still smiling willing to answer the questions. "The most pressing question is if we should really keep the nekos as servants. There have been many claims that since they are just as intelligent as humans, they should be treated equally!" Gabriella then scoffs, "Nonsense!" she chuckles, "While it's true that they are just as intelligent they are far from equal. Nekos are naturally submissive to those above them and tend to cling to any owner like a real cat, they just need proper incentive to realize this. I'm sure my own little kitty would agree!" Crystal nods and showers Gabriella's feet in kisses.
"Why don't you take off your shoes and convince yourself?" Gabriella asks the interviewer, who begins to blush "And don't worry you can still ask questions while you do so," She says as Crystal takes the hint, beginning to crawl to the interviewer. "O-okay..." The interviewer slowly takes off her shoes, not sure what to make of this situation. But Crystal's smile of approval gives her some confidence. And once they are removed showing off her bare feet Crystal begins to kiss her feet as if they were the queen's. "So you may now ask me your next question." "Ahem... do you think there is a chance of another neko rebellion?" The interviewer is somewhat distracted by the feeling of soft kisses all around her feet. "Of course anything is possible and the queendom must remain vigilant, however I find such an idea unlikely as in the latest rebellion our noble and glorious army has captured the former neko queen." The interviewer moans quietly. "Yes... it seems unlikely. And your demonstration of neko submissiveness is impressive."
"The new amendments to the Ulirean constitution will officially and formally strip Neko's of all rights they once had, and in turn making them servants to us humans whether that be foot slavery or just a normal maid is up to their owner. And I have sent a message to the other queendom's advising their queens amend their constitutions as well. That being said, even though nekos are an inferior people, they are still people, so if any human is caught killing, kidnapping, raping or anything else along the lines of that, the punishments will be severe."
"And the Neko has the right to choose their owner. If they feel their mistress is being unfair or unreasonably cruel, then that neko may apply to be given to a new human, provided they can prove unfair treatment on their mistress's part. But they will always have an owner at the end of the day." "Thank you very much for your precise answers!" The interviewer lady has written everything down and seems to be out of questions, yet she keeps sitting and enjoys her feet being worshipped by the adorable kitten.
"Be sure to write all about how this little kitty enjoys my feet," she says petting Crystal's ears prompting a purr out of her. "Nekos need to learn that servitude and foot worship is not as bad as it may sound and is rather a helpful experience for them," the queen says smiling. When she says this she isn't saying it to be manipulative, rather what she says is what she actually believes in, genuinely believing their comments about natural submissiveness and how this is what's best for them. "Yes I will! This interview was eye-opening. Thank you!" Even though she would love to have her feet cared for all day, the interviewer decides not to disturb the queen any longer, puts her shoes back on and hands Gabriella Crystal's leash.
She then nods waving goodbye as she grabs a hold of Crystal's leash continuing to walk. Part of the reason why Gabriella is beloved by her subjects is because, unlike most queens, she actually socializes with them, instead of staying away from them and hanging around other high society members. "So what will be our next stop mistress?" Crystal asks purring, having enjoyed her time worshipping the interviewer. "Let's go look at the stage. I bet there's some performers by now!" Gabriella tells her servant as she gently pulls her leash towards the direction of the stage.
She nods following close, knowing that they will do their best now that the queen is among their audience. They arrive at the stage and the presence of the queen is already turning heads. Sadly, Crystal can't see much of what is happening on stage from her position. However, the view she has of all the beautiful feet of the audience members is enough to get her excited. Especially the noble feet of some of the other women including the feet of a princess who happens to belong to Ulirea's closest ally. Sadly their queen couldn't make it. Fitting to the occasion, the performance on stage is also cat themed. Right now, there's a tamer making three tigers perform tricks. This naturally leads to the audience associating the nekos even more with being wild animals that need to be tamed to obey their human overlords.
Something that Crystal has already been through as she for a second time removes Gabriella's glass high heels from her feet and gently brings her sole to her face and starts to lick it from the bottom of her heel to the tips of her toes leaving a streak of saliva through her feet. The queen enjoys the show and smiles as she feels the long licks of her pet's tongue on the sole of her foot. It's a feeling she never gets tired of, and she's glad she can have that feeling at almost any time, because Crystal always stays by her. Crystal begins to purr the more she licks all over her mistress's soles. The fact that the queen is sitting down to watch a show means both can fully enjoy the occasion. "Your feet are especially sexy today, mistress. It seems you've had them ready just for today."
"Yes, of course. I knew that the foot worship would be something lots of people will watch, so my feet need to look the part! I bet tomorrow's newspaper will have a picture of you at my feet on the front page." She begins to purr snuggling up against the foot and showering it in kisses all over, the sight and taste of her feet bringing her great joy. Gabriella is enjoying it very much as well, only watching the show every now and then and instead focusing her eyes on her kitty, feeling the sensation of her feet being licked and petting Crystal on the head.
And of course the pets only make her purr and meow even more as she begins to feel arousal over her feet. Another thing making nekos more submissive to humans is because they get aroused much easier and develop things like foot fetishes a lot easier as well. After the show is over, Gabriella puts on her shoes and gets up. "Now it's time for the feast! We need to be there in time, the most important duchesses of the queendom as well as nobility from neighboring queendom's will all be there!"
Crystal quickly nods, crawling behind her, excited to worship feet in front of other noble women. Due to it being a matriarchal society, only woman are the ones actually allowed to own nekos. "While we have our dinner, you and the other nekos will be under the table. I'll make sure to give you something to eat too down there. But it might get a little crowded, lots of the other nobles also have their own nekos."
"No problem, mistress. I'll be sure to eat from your feet if need be," she says purring as they soon reach the table with a bunch of elegantly dressed noble woman and foreign princesses waiting for Gabriella to show up. "Looks like we're a bit late to the party..." Gabriella whispers into her kitty's ear. "Welcome everybody! What a joy to have such royal company. I wish you all the best meal!"Crystal nods crawling underneath the table as the queen takes her seat, slipping off her heels and petting Crystal's ears with her feet. Beneath the table, Crystal finds many other nekos, each one at the feet of their mistress.
Some seem to get the same gracious treatment as herself, while others are kissing soles so black that it seems their mistress was walking around barefoot all day, with their mistress assuring them that the only thing they'll get to eat is the filth off their feet. Crystal does feel a little bad for them but soon resumes licking Gabriella's feet as the queen speaks during the meal.
"Now I'm sure all of you from foreign queendom's are wondering what neko slavery means for you?" Many of the foreign princesses and queens nod in agreement, waiting to get an answer to this question. "I don't think that it is fair that Ulirea gets to have all the fun and I have no desire to hog all the nekos to ourselves. So I've sent a letter to your respective queens urging them to amend their constitutions just like we are and I would like you girls to encourage them to accept. After all nekos are slaves to us humans, not only Ulireans," she says with a giggle. Some of the nekos under the table sigh at the last remark. But the princesses are in joy at this revelation, after all having neko servants not only brings them personal enjoyment, but also a cheap workforce to boost the economy.
"Now while you discuss the details amongst yourselves, I have a kitty to feed as mine is a good little girl!" She says as Crystal underneath the table stops worshiping her feet but still purring, as she watches the queen place a plate down on the ground in front of her feet. While they are eagerly discussing how the Neko population should be split between queendom's, some of the royals also put some food down at their feet, others make their nekos lick only the dirt off their soles instead like they announced before.
Crystal however is especially eager as her queen slowly and teasingly hovers her bare sole above the plate of food. She knows that she is not supposed to eat the food directly from the plate, so she waits patiently to be able to lick it off her mistress's beautiful feet. Even though she is the queen and has shown an abnormal level of maturity for someone her age, at the end of the day Gabriella is still a teenager that loves to be teasing towards her slave. She wiggles her toes above Crystal's head, reveling in the anticipation of her servant. Crystal's mouth is salivating, seeing the delicious food and her mistress's feet right above it is almost too much for her as her arousal grows by the second. "Who's a hungry kitten?" Gabriella asks while keeping her feet in place for just a while longer, causing Crystal to moan and purr uncontrollably. "M-Me i'm a hungry kitten mistress!" "Are you ready for your meal, my hungry little kitten?" She begins to meow, something nekos do when they desire something or are aroused as opposed to purring. "Y-Yes I'm ready for a meal served freshly f-from your sexy feet." "Hmm..." Gabriella waits for a few more seconds as the meows are getting louder, until she decides she has teased her enough. She lowers her feet onto the plate and slowly squishes the food between her toes. Crystal's cat eyes remain focused on her feet as she continues to softly meow, feeling her arousal increase as whenever Gabriella teases her it only strengthens her foot fetish and makes her more aroused. Grabbing some of the squished food with her toes, Gabriella slowly lifts one foot towards Crystal's face. And just to make things all that much better for her, the queen uses the toes on her other foot to pet her cat ears and stroke her tail, which leads to the Kitty letting out some aroused meows. The queen then addresses the rest of the nobles, "If you still have any doubts as to the submissiveness of nekos, look no further than my cute little Kitty over here." The other nobles look in awe at this display, some of the ones with Nekos of their own scold them to be more like the submissive Crystal.
After a nice conversation and worship session the sun begins to set again as Crystal crawls after the queen, still feeling aroused from the last worship session. "Mmmh, mistress, this was one of the best moments in my life!" "And soon many cute kittens like you will get to have a similar experience," she says giggling as she approaches the castle. Crystal purrs happily, thinking once again about the work she put in as the queen's neko spy, and being convinced she did the right thing for her kind. "Now we get to relax in my bedroom. Just you, me and my feet," she says giggling. "That's my favorite way to relax!" the kitty exclaims happily with a purr. The two soon enter the castle, all the lesser nobility and female soldiers bowing as Gabriella escorts her to her bedroom. Gabriella keeps a friendly smile on her face on the way to the bedroom. That's one reason why the other nobles and also common folk have so much respect for her: Even with all of her power she still is kind and respectful.
Once they get to the room, Gabriella is quick to kick off her high heels in a rather undignified way, quickly sitting on her bed smirking as she wiggles her toes in the kitten's direction. Keeping up the posh exterior is exhausting to her, so she's glad to finally be alone with only Crystal around. Now she can let out her more playful side. She then giggles, "Now come on kitty go wild on them... If you do good I may even use my feet to make you cream!" She says winking. Crystal's eyes widen at that thought and she jumps onto her mistress's feet like a cat would jump to a ball of wool. Gabriella chuckles, petting her ears.
"That's right kitty, my feet are your life. Your new purpose is to make them feel good. And that's okay there is nothing wrong with that and you're doing a good thing by showing other kittens that." The kitty snuggles up against the soft soles of her feet. "I have no doubts about that. This life is what I always dreamed of!" "Why don't you show me how much you dreamed of it? You don't need to wait for an order just go wild on my sexy, cute bare feet!" Hearing this, the little kitty doesn't hesitate and slips her tongue between the beautiful toes of one foot, licking around wildly while pressing the other foot close to her chest like giving it a hug. She giggles smiling lovingly at her pet, "Oh dear you sure are being a naughty little kitten today!" "I'm allowed to be, aren't I?" her pet asks with her tongue still in between her toes.
"Oh why you most certainly are as long as it's the submissive kind of naughty," the human queen says licking her lips. "Thank you, mistress!" Crystal continues her passionate worship with long licks from the heels to the toes. "In fact please tell me just how honored you are to be my slave and how proud you are to be inferior to humans!" She says giggling and giving Crystal's breast a quick poke with her big toe to motivate her. "Oh mistress, I live for you and your beautiful feet. That is the purpose of my existence, and it's an incredible honor for a lowly creature like me to be able to serve such an immaculate queen and her perfect feet!" She continues licking up and down her soles. "Nekos like me have lacked any purpose in life until you came to show us our rightful place at the feet of superior humans!" The queen giggles, petting her ears with her feet. "I couldn't have said it better myself.
It's shame the rest of your kind aren't so enlightened, but I trust that will change before the decade is over." "I'm sure of it." The kitty rubs her breasts against the sole of Gabriella's foot, her nipples are getting hard. And right as the fun is about to begin there is a sudden knock on her door. "Eek!" Crystal backs off from her mistress's feet in shock. She sighs shaking her head "Come in," she says as the door slowly opens and one of the girls, a shy and timid one of the queen's advisors and also a barefooter speaks up, "Y-Your majesty t-the Neko queen has finally been brought to the royal dungeon." This news does intrigue Queen Gabriella.
"That is great! I must visit her cell at once!" She gets up, slips back into her shoes, and grabs her pet's leash. She then walks to the door placing her leash in the advisor's hand. "You should learn to relax some more, my kitty won't mind serving you." "R-really?" The shy advisor girl doesn't even get an answer as the queen is already rushing towards the dungeon. "Hmm. Looks like we're stuck together until she comes back."
