In the world we are currently going to be focusing on, it's a world that humans aren't the only species living there. There's a lot more species such as angels, demons, elves, and many more. So it's a society of true co-existence between them all, and their union did help them make a well developed world with advanced technology and so many good things.

But now we are focusing on the hospital, where there's a lot of patients who are waiting for their appointments. Then we focused on a doctor's office and there were only two people there. The patient is our protagonist Issei Hyoudou, who's looking really frustrated and tense, and he couldn't stop blushing, then the doctor is a slender young woman with light skin and platinum blonde hair tied in a ponytail. Her name is Angela Ziegler.

"So, what brings you here today, Mrs. Hyoudou?"

Issei would stay looking at his front so that he wouldn't see the needle piercing his skin and his vain. So she slowly puts the needle in, and it would suck the blood out and fill it in the syringe. Issei felt a sting, but it wasn't too bad. So when it was filled, she took out the syringe, then she put a bandage on his forearm to soak the blood.

"There we go. You are all good."

"Alright, thank you."

"No problem "

Angela would put the blood sample somewhere else on her table, then she removes her medical gloves. So she would write something on her notes once again, then she takes out another pair of medical gloves, then a lubricant.

"Alright"

Angela gives him a piece of paper and a pen, so he grabs the pen, and writes his contact information and puts it down.

"I wrote it down"

"Excellent job. I'll make sure to update you as soon as I can."

"Noted"

Issei grabs his bag, then he leaves the office satisfied from the session. Angela would blush, thinking of what just happened between both of them. Issei leaves the hospital, then he walks away from it, alone.

Then he would reach the train station, and when he got in, he standed where everyone was so that he could catch the next train. And there were a lot of races and creatures who coexisted with humans such as himself, so he didn't really mind it. The train arrived, then he would get inside and sit down.

He sits down and looks at the window, wondering what's going on with him.

'What is happening to me? I never had this problem, why now?...'
