A/N: Hey guys and welcome to a new series. Today, I wanted to post something interesting that was in the domain of the My Hero Academia verse. So, I thought 'Why not create a series where Izuku was supposed to have the quirk he was supposed to get by the combination of his mother (telekinesis) and his father (fire breathing)?' This Izuku Midoriya will have pyrokinesis, however with a little twist into the story. You see, every time I read a story about Izuku Midoriya having a quirk or something like that, he's always a hero in the story. So why not potentially make the first pyrokinesis villain version of Izuku? Hope you like this chapter because the rest that is to come will be even more intriguing than the last.
"Ma'am, I'm going to need you to push harder." A female doctor instructed.
The woman grunted, "Dammit Hisashi! Why'd you get to put something in my oven! After this is over, I'm going to Django your ***** up on the pole!" Said man only sweat dropped, clearly imagining what she said.
"Now, now, Inko, if we want our son to be born, then you gotta push, alright?"
The green haired woman turned her head in neck break speed, glaring demonic, illumination fires of hell burning in the background.
Hisashi could stare in horror and awestruck. Inko had never been one for any negative intentions… Now he knew why. She was a nightmare when she's mad.
"C'mon ma'am!" The doctor exclaimed, "You need to push before-"
"Oh shut your traps!" Inko retorted back. With a few more grunts of pain from into her sacred area, a loud cry emerged after a few minutes. With one final push, the unborn finally became a newborn. With one swift motion, the other doctor in the labor room cut the connection between the green head and the other green head.
The doctors examined the child, making sure there was nothing wrong with the newborn. After careful examination, the two doctors passed the child to the mother, smiling at the obviously happy mother.
Inko held her son in her arms, blue blankets covering his form only revealing the boy's light skin and his green messy hair that resembled both his parents.
With tears in her eyes, Inko turned to Hisashi. "What should we name him, Hisashi?"
The man stared intently at the boy, thinking a name Inko thought. However, before her husband could say a name, their son opened his eyes, shocking the two of them. His eyes weren't what they expected, instead, the boy's eyes were red like his father, yet soft as his mother. Inko smiled even wider.
"How about Izuku?"
"Huh?" Inko replied confusingly.
"Why don't we name him Izuku Midoriya?" He said, smiling warmly at his wife.
She turns back to Izuku, another tear begging to fall down from her face. "Very well. Welcome to the world, my little Izuku-kun."
4 Years Later
"Haha! Fear not citizens," A big mighty voice said in the monitor, revealing a video playing with the number hero carrying a dozen citizens into safety. And with a booming voice, All-Might continued, "Because I am!"
In front of the monitor, a little boy with green messy, four freckle marks on each sides of his cheeks, and red eyes stared intently, admiring the hero on his computer screen. The boy raises his All-Might action figure close to him. "He's the coolest hero there is! When I get my quirk, I hope to be just like him and save people with a smile on my face!" Izuku chirped, eyes sparkling as if they were diamonds.
Izuku turned back to the screen and replayed the video again, a smile never leaving his face.
Whatever happens, he hopes that he becomes the best hero there is. Who knows, maybe he could have his father's quirk? Or maybe his mother's quirk? Or maybe both?! He just couldn't wait though!
Quirk Hospital
"Sorry kid, but it's not happening." The doctor said, arms crossed at the two before him.
Inko, who was shocked by the bomb drop, turned to her son. What she saw made her heart break in multiple places. Izuku sat at his seat with an emotionless look on his face, eyes looking as dead as a lifeless corpse. The All-Might action figure long forgotten on the floor. For a brief moment, she could've sworn she saw a gleeps of deep hurt in those cherry red eyes. She knew she couldn't let this slide without an explanation.
"There must be something," She replied back to the doctor. "I mean, I have a weak telekinesis while my husband has a fire breathing quirk. So surely my son must have at least my quirk." Inko said hopefully.
The doctor sighed, clearly not liking where she was going with this. "Ma'am, look at this." Pulling a photo out of his folder, the doctor revealed an image with what Inko thought was Izuku's x-ray on his leg. "Those with a quirk don't have a double joint on their pinky toe, but Izuku here does indeed have a double joint, classifying him as a boy without a quirk, most commonly known as being quirkless."
Inko bowed and said her farewell to the doctor, holding her son's hand as they left.
The Midoriya Residence
"What do you mean 'he's quirkless?'" Hisashi said, staring intently at his wife, silent anger in his eyes.
Inko lowered her head, a deep frown on her face. "That's what the doctor said. I asked if he was sure. The doctor showed me a photo of Izuku's leg, revealing he had a double joint in his pinky toe." She looked up to Hisashi, tears ready to fall down her face. "Hisashi, I'm sorry that our son is quirkless."
Hisashi narrowed his eyes, clearly not liking the news. "Inko," The white hair man said sternly, grabbing Inko's attention, "I think we're done."
"Huh?"
"You heard me, Inko." The man turned around, his intention clear the broken woman. "I'm to get the divorce papers, then I'm going to leave. If you want me to stay, I suggest you dispose of the boy and to make sure he has no connection to us."
As soon as Hisashi left her sight, Inko walked upstairs to her son's son, her husband's words still in her head.
"Fear not citizens because I am here!" The monitor at the other side of the door yelled out, bringing more pain to Inko's heart.
She opened the door and saw her son staring blankly at the computer, a hollow smile on his face as if his face instinctively smiled at just the image of All-Might, yet had no feelings behind that simile. After about a few seconds of silence, Izuku turn to his mother with thick tears in his eyes.
He pointed towards the image of All-Might and asked, "Mom, can I still be a hero even without a quirk?"
That question broke the damp as Inko quickly wrapped her arms around Izuku, tears falling down from her sorrowful face. "I'm sorry, Izuku. I wish things were different."
Izuku didn't completely understand what his mother was trying to tell him then, but at that moment he believed that his mother had given up on him.
