Hey hey hey, oh how I have missed you guys so much. I am back and wait another banger. It is the squeal to 10 Steps to get over your ex. This one follows the love story of Brucas and how they deal with their long distance relationship.

Yes there will be chapters where you guys won't like me because of the way the chapter comes out, but bare with me and you might like where it's going or how the story will end.

I have missed writing so much, but I have been working on a few chapters so uploads will be regular at the start then you have to bare with me.

Anyways enough of my babbling. Here is the first chapter... Hope you like.

Didn't realise how much I relied on my girls until I walked onto campus seeing everyone be so excited about how they were rooming with their friends and how excited they were for making new memories with their friends. It saddened me that I did not only not have my girls, but also my boyfriend.

Walking through campus was the worst for me. I looked around at everyone and it seemed like I was in that moment on a film going in slow motion. It was awful. I saw one girl run and jumped into I assumed was her boyfriends arms because she kissed him and he seemed happy to see her.

"I'm so glad you're finally here with me" I heard him say as he rested his chin on her shoulder.

I hurried to my dorm really hoping that my room mate was a nice girl that I could make friends with. College life was different to high school. I knew that and that's what scared me just a little. It took a little while for the girls and I to make a name for ourselves in high school, but cheerleading helped and I didn't want to be the one that only peaked in high school.

I look down at the papers I was given at reception and saw 347 written down. I make my way to the diamond building that was awesomely in a shape of a diamond and found my dorm door.

I took a small breathe and use the key they gave me to unlock the door and push it open. The room was quite big surprisingly. There were two double beds on each side of the room with an ensuite bathroom that had a shower and toilet with two sinks.

I pick the bed over by the window and slump down on it. The mattress was comfy. I decided to unpack while I was alone.

"Yes mom. Its okay. I know. No mom that's not... yes I know don't worry" the door to my room opened and a platinum blond walked in with her iPhone to her ear "mom I have to go. My room mate is here" she hung up putting her phone in her back Jean pocket "omg hi" she bounced over with a smile on her face "I'm Dylan" she held out her hand for me to shake.

I take her hand and give her a smile "I'm Brooke. Nice to meet you"

"Nice to meet you too" she says looking around the room "this is a nice room. Very big. Wasn't expecting it to be"

"I thought the same. I took the bed by the window"

She nodded heading over to her bed and jumping down on it "college is going to be awesome" she shouted to herself looking up at the ceiling "so Brooke" she says turning and prompting her arm up on her elbow laying her cheek into her hand "where you from?"

"Tree Hill in North Carolina" I reply sitting on my bed "you?"

"New York" she says back

"Dylan you haven't answered your phone and we want to go out" the door to our room sprung open with 2 girls on the other side of it.

"Yeah sorry I was just talking with my room mate" Dylan says standing to her feet "Demi, Dani this is Brooke"

"Hi" both girls replied "so are we going or not?"

"I dunno I really have to unpack and that" Dylan replied "plus I need to phone Keegan and check in"

"Argh!" Demi signed rolling her eyes

"What?" Dylan raised her eye brow looking back at her friend.

"I just thought we weren't doing this again" Demi says tapping at her phone "I thought we came out here to move forward D"

"Yeah" Danielle agreed "didn't you guys breakup throughout summer?"

"We did, but he called me when I was heading to the airport and we sorted it out"

Demi laughed "you have got to be kidding me. How did you sort it out? How do you sort out the fact he stuck his dick in another girl on your birthday might I add"

"Demi" it sounded like a warning tone.

"I'm sorry, but I agree with Dem on this one D. He broke your heart, not once, but three times and with my sister. When does the toxicness stop"

Oh my god it sounds like he is a Julian. I mean Julian never really cheated on me because we were broken up when he started sleeping around, but he knew it would hurt me. He knew it would all hurt me and yet he did it anyways and he even did it in front of me. Demi and Danielle were her Rachel, Peyton and Haley.

"Sorry to like butt in because it is none of my business, but I get what you're going through. I mean back home I had this horrible boyfriend who I thought was the love of my life, but he broke up with me before the summer of our senior year, but I kept sleeping with him anyways even though I knew he was sleeping with all these other girls" I explained hating that I let him do that to me "long story short my friends like yours hated him and begged me to just leave him and eventually Rachel one of my bestfriends gave me a song to listen too and it worked. I let him go and then I found my forever and you will too as long as you listen to your friends even if you don't want too. Trust me it works"

"How long were you together?" Dylan asks.

"Since forever. My parents and his have been friends since they were in high school and when they had us basically just months apart they already planned our lives together, but then he changed that plan when he dumped me" I reply "and now I have the best boyfriend ever and I finally found the love of my life"

"Sounds dead romantic" Demi says "see Dylan do what Brooke says. You'll find your Price. Keegan is not your Prince"

"So blow him off like the many many times he has done to you" Danielle adds "now grab your bag and keys we are going" Dani grabbed Dylan by the hand.

"Wait Brooke do you want to come with?" Dylan asks stopping at our dorm door.

"Where are you going?"

"For some food and drinks" Demi replies.

I look at my watch. I was meant to call Luke when I landed. Shit I'll just text him.

Landed safely. Unpacked at the dorm. Now going out. Love you. B

I slide my phone in the back pocket of my jeans "yeah okay cool. I'm down"
